经过一个学期的学习，我们即将结束《英汉翻译教程》的学习。通过学习，我又掌握了一门新的英语学习技能，也初步了解了英汉翻译的基本要求与要领。简而言之，就是获益匪浅。

英汉翻译是一门建立在综合能力基础之上的学科，囊括了全方位的知识以及中西文化的差异。不管是对个人能力以及日常积累都有较高的要求。前我一直有一种误区：认为只要掌握大量的词汇，翻译起来就会很容易，认为翻译只不过是把大量的词汇拼接连接在一起。可是当我真正接触到这门课程时惊觉自己原来的思维是有多么的狭隘。当翻译一句话时，我根本不知道该怎么组合。勉强组合在一块时不是错误百出，就是很Chinglish.

首先，英汉翻译应遵循“忠实，通顺”的标准。所谓忠实，就是忠实于原文的内容。由于中西文化之间存在的巨大差异，一句英文在欧美人看起来顺理成章，而在我们中国人看起来就会极其别扭。我们就会在翻译过程中不自觉的用上自己的思维，因而改变了原文的意思破坏了原文的风格。通顺就是指原文语言必须通俗易懂，符合规范。译文必须通顺，避免死译，硬译，符合规范。把原文的内容适当的表达出来，既不能改变扭曲，也不能增加或删减。如“Heisseriouslyill”.就译为：“他病得很厉害”。有人为了追求汉语的“漂亮”译为“他苟延残喘”，这就得不偿失了。

其次，翻译分为三个阶段：理解，表达，和校核。准确理解原文所要表达的意思，注意上下文的关系在翻译过程中是至关重要的。在翻译时采取直译或者意译两种方式。有时在翻译过程中我们也可以直译和意译结合起来使用。主要取决与具体的情景。校核也是一个非常重要的过程，不可忽视。即在翻译时要经过反复的推敲，已到达最好效果的翻译。

翻译不是一朝一夕就能做到做好的事。我们在日常学习中必须注重积累有关英译汉方面的知识以及基本方法。了解基本英汉语言对比(词法和句法)。通过对比，掌握两种语言各自的特点，以及所对应的意思，在翻译的时候才能得心应手的运用。避免造成错用，误用，闹出笑话。需要注意的是随着语言的发展，很多英语单词已经不再紧紧局限于其原有的意思，更有了扩展。这就要求我们积极扩充自己的积累。同时，我还学习掌握了英译汉时常用的方法和技巧。如：增词法，重复法，省略法，以及词义的转义等等。还有关于各种不同句型的不同翻译方式。如定语从句，被动语态，状语从句等等，这些在书本上都有系统的介绍。我们在日常练习的时候也要避免为了做题而做题，要在过程中学会理解，应用这些方法。

我还体会到理解和翻译并不是一回事，几个人的理解相同，翻译成的文字风格可以是不同的。通过学习，我了解到可以直译的就直译，只要把词序调整一下，保证通顺，不致引起误解就好。如果不能直译，可凭借各种翻译技巧，在不偏离原文意思的前提下，对句子的结构作一些变动。方法也好，技巧也好，都是为忠实、通顺地再现原作这个目的服务的，其功效自不待言，但并非万应灵药。任何方法在应用中都有其限度，过犹不及。如果一味死搬教条，盲目遵照翻译的规则，过分依赖这些翻译的技巧，最终只会落得个邯郸学步的结果。优秀的翻译者会在在实践中经常数法并用，因人因文而异，并无一定之规，主要靠自己不断实践、不断总结经验和不断提高理论水平，才能最终达到得心应手、曲尽其妙的境界。

经过学习，我确实获得了不少的进步以及在本学期的翻译学习中，我们获得了翻译专业应具备的一项技能，也对下学期的汉英翻译学习有了初步的计划和想法，以后学起来的时候亦不会无从下手。我相信我在今后的翻译道路更加宽阔平坦，我会再今后的学习中，不断总结经验技巧，是这些宝贵经验成为翻译学习的宝贵财富，力争做一名合格的英语人。

我也知道只是经过这学期的学习，我还有很多缺失以及不足的对地方。像中西文化这方面我就做的不是很好，经常在翻译时会弄不清具体的背景知识而做出错误的译文。翻译的时候也会出现措辞不当的现象。我还需要继续的加深关于这方面的知识。翻译不像我想象中的那么简单，但是也不是高不可攀。最重要的是要保持一颗积极学习进取的心，无论何时何地不能失去对翻译的热情。只有这样，才能在日后的学习中遇到困难时有勇气克服它。翻译本就是一个需要不断探索，积累，应运的过程。我有信心在未来的学习中会越走越远，越做越好!!!

国培小学英语个人研修计划

为全面提升我市小学英语教师信息技术应用能力，推动全市小学英语教师在课堂教学和日常工作中有效应用信息技术，根据《教育部关于实施全国中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程的意见》(教师〔201x〕13号)和《吉林省教育厅中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程实施意见》中的部署和要求，结合我市小学英语教师素质的实际，拟定我市小学英语教师信息技术应用能力提升工程实施方案如下：

一、指导思想

以《教育部关于实施全国中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程的意见》、《吉林省教育厅中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程实施意见》的文件精神为指导;以中国教师研修网、吉林省中小学教师研修网为网络平台，以教师在职校为研修基地;以远程培训、网上研修、区域研修、校本研修为手段;以更新教师教育教学理念、转变教学方式、提升教师信息技术应用能力、促进信息技术与教育教学的深度融合为目标来实施公主岭市小学英语教师信息技术能力提升工程。

二、工作目标

自201x年起至2019年止，按着《吉林省教育厅中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程实施意见》的要求，对我市小学英语教师进行信息技术应用能力提升全员培训，全面提升小学英语教师信息技术应用能力，全面完成我市小学英语教师信息技术应用能力培训与测试认证任务。本工程将利用“个人空间―教师工作坊―研修社区”一体化的网络研修体系和符合能力提升工程要求的教师信息技术应用能力网络测评系统，以“应用技术优化课堂教学”、“应用技术转变学习方式”、“应用信息技术促进专业发展”为主题，采用诊断测评、分段引导、任务驱动的研修模式，推进信息技术与学科融合，切实提升参训教师的信息技术应用能力、学科教学能力和专业自主发展能力;并尝试以实施本项目为契机，带动建立校本研修常态化运行机制，逐步形成信息化环境下区域性教师学习共同体。

三、参训对象

本次网络研修与校本研修整合培训项目的参训对象为吉林省公主岭市小学英语教师。

四、培训内容

应用信息技术优化课堂教学、应用信息技术转变学习方式和应用信息技术支持教师专业发展三个方面。

五、实施步骤

本项目从201x年9月开始至201x年6月结束，分三个阶段进行，具体安排如下：

第一阶段：为项目准备阶段

此阶段组织全市小学英语教师网上报名注册，组织项目骨干集中培训，参培人员为市项目管理者、市学科工作坊坊主、项目学校校长及骨干教研组长，学习内容为项目方案与国家政策，熟悉网络家园、管理者和坊主工作任务、职责与平台操作。

第二阶段：为全市小学英语教师网上学习与研修阶段。此阶段分五个步骤进行。

第一步骤：参训学员熟悉网络家园、感受技术魅力

时间：XX月XX日―XX月XX日。

主要任务：本学习阶段覆盖的课程专题为T1、T25。参训教师熟悉项目方案和研修平台操作;装饰自己的个人空间;去教师工作坊和研修社区熟悉学习伙伴，加入研修团队;学习研修课程，参与研修活动;学习通识课程(包括方案解读类、平台操作类、师德修养类、技术素养类等)，该阶段为学员提供超20学时的课程，学员根据需要选学其中10学时即可。

第二步骤：参训学员运用技术工具，加工教学资源

时间：XX月XX日―XX月XX日

主要任务：本阶段学习覆盖的课程专题为T2、T3、T4、T5、T6。 请参训教师依据课堂教学需要，运用PPT、Flash、学科软件等技术手段制作一个教学课件。或根据本学习阶段覆盖的课程专题为T4、T5、T6、T16、T17、T18 ，依据学生学习习惯，运用微课制作工具，制作一个微课。该阶段为学员提供的信息技术应用类课程20学时，学员根据需要选学10学时即可。

第三步骤：应用技术工具，创新教学活动

时间：XX月XX日―XX月XX日。

主要任务：本阶段学习覆盖的课程专题为T7、T8、T9、T10、T11、T12、T13、T14。请参训教师根据自身情况选择课程学习，并运用所学，设计和实施一节课，借助信息技术促进有效教学。或根据本任务覆盖的课程专题T19、T20、T21、T22、T23，根据自身情况选择课程学习，运用所学，设计和实施一次以学生自主学习和合作学习为特点的教学活动。该阶段为学员提供的信息技术应用类课程30学时和学科专业类课程30学时，学员根据需要选学其中30学时即可。

第四步骤：应用技术工具，优化评价诊断

时间：XX月XX日―XX月XX日。

主要任务：本阶段学习覆盖的课程专题为T15、T6。请参训教师根据教学需求，借助Word和其他工具设计制作一份单元试卷;同时请参训教师基于单元测试卷考核结果，运用Excel等信息技术工具，分析单元测试卷，提供单元试卷分析报告。或根据本任务覆盖的课程专题T24、T6。请参训教师设计学生成长档案，将学生自学和参与合作学习的表现和学习成果记录下来，以压缩包的方式提交作业。同时请参训教师根据自身教学需求，设计一份学生学情调查问卷，并组织学生填写，并对调查结果进行分析。该阶段为学员提供的信息技术应用类课程20学时和学科专业类课程20学时，学员根据需要选学其中20学时即可。

第五步骤：运用研修社区，助力专业发展

时间：XX月XX日―XX月XX日

主要任务：本任务覆盖的课程专题为T26、T27。请参训教师学会应用教师工作坊、网络研修社区助力教师专业发展。推荐或点评在研修过程中对你最有帮助的研修成果(活跃的教师工作坊、精彩的网络研修活动、优秀的研修之星，精品的作业)，并附推荐理由或点评意见。该阶段为学员提供20学时的通识课程(包括网络社区类、教师专业发展类等)，学员根据需要，选学其中10学时即可。

第三阶段：学校自主性研修阶段

时间：201x年1月至X月

主要任务：自主性研修阶段，参训学校根据实际，综合应用培训所学，制订研修计划，确定校本研修主题，创建学校网络研修社区;开展更加富有针对性的校本研修活动，围绕学校设计的研修任务，提供校本课程(或网上选择相应的课程、工具、资源)，组织开展混合研修活动。研修网项目组同时推荐“综合实践，改进教学”主题的任务包，提供课程资源、研修工具、专家指导等研修支持。也可以掌握并运用信息技术评价反馈改进教学、指导学生的策略;基于学科单元，掌握“从备课-上课-评价-反馈改进-上课”完整教学过程的整体教学技能，进而提升教学质量，促进学生全面、健康发展。

六、学习方式

全员培训采取混合式培训模式，即“网络研修+校本研修+课堂教学实践培训”。强化任务驱动，突出实践导向，有效实施网络研修与校本研修整合培训，将问题解决与案例分析相结合，线上学习与线下实践相结合，优化培训课程资源，推动教师学用结合。

(1) 网络研修：即教师依据网提供的必修与选修的课程，进行线上学习和研修活动，主要通过中国教师研修网组织实施。同时，教师根据自身需求，以任务驱动为主线，明确研修主题，选择研修任务，着重解决在教学实践中需要的理论与技术方面的问题。

(2) 校本研修：由研修网、xx市教师进修学校与学校共同组织实施基于网络的校本研修，建立“个人空间-教师工作坊-研修社区”一体化网络研修体系。设计系列校本研修活动，组织教师将信息技术理论与技术手段应用于教学实践，完成线下实践任务。

(3) 课堂教学实践成效培训：依托中国教师研修网的平台和专家团队，由公主岭市教师进修学校与辖区内各中小学校通过组建以一线学科骨干教师为主体、信息技术理论与技术专家为支撑的培训专家团队，结合学科案例教学，强化情境体验，帮助教师更新教学设计理念，掌握信息技术应用手段，来提升信息技术在教学过程中的应用能力。

七、考核评价

本工程将基于网信息技术测评指南，从参与度、贡献度、影响力等维度，对参与本次研修的本工作坊的优秀学员等进行表彰奖励。

踏入社会才知自己的前景是多么的迷茫与不安，从学校到社会的大环境的转变，身边接触的人也完全换了角色，老师成了老板，同学变成同事，相处之道完全不同。在这巨大的转变中，我感到了彷徨，迷茫，无法马上适应新的环境。看不惯企业之间残酷的竞争,无法忍受同事之间漠不关心以及嘲讽的眼神和言语，就像有些资历比较老的员工在我们这些员工刚进去的时候总是欺负我们新进员工，把一些跑腿的工作总是推给我们。常言道：工作一两年胜过十多年的读书。实习时间短短几个月，但是我从中学到了很多知识，关于做人，做事，做学问。但让我感受最深的却是，有时候自己会在无形中被社会所改变，有些事情我们无法改变，只能顺从。 社会这个染缸造就了多重性格的我们。

在即将毕业的这几个月里，我主要负责的工作内容是客户服务部,出单员。在这一过程中，我采用了看、问、学等方式，初步了解了公司出单员工作中的具体业务知识，为以后正常工作的展开奠定了坚实的基础。从个人发展方面说，对我影响最大的应该是作为一个社会人工作作风以及在工作过程中专业知识对工作的重要作用，因为这些都是我在校学习中不曾接触过的方面，所以我将在报告中首先讲述我在实习期间积累的这方面的认识和经验。

这是我第一次正式与社会接轨踏上工作岗位，开始了与以往完全不一样的生活可以说得上是完全的不习惯，每天都是按规定的时间打卡上班下班，上班期间要认真谨慎的工作，不能胡乱潦草敷衍了事，要对自己的工作负责，这也是对别人负责的表现。在我们工作的时候，我们的肩头就扛有责任，凡事都要谨慎小心，否则可能随时要因为你犯下的一个小错误而承担后果。

2. 在学校的时候，老师总是教育我们：大学不比高中初中，需要老师的管制，大学期间讲究的就是一种自学能力，要学会自觉，凡事要靠自己的独立，到了我自己真正成为一名工作职员的时候才明白老师的良苦用心，由于出单员一职，大部分时间是在给客户办理车险手续，然后就是月底盘点的时候工作量稍微大点，有点繁忙，但这些工作几乎和我所学的专业知识毫无关联。刚开始的时候由于是一个新手，做的工作也就仅限于一些简单的，主要是将保户或保险代理人提供的保险单信息录入到保险公司专门的业务程序中去,没有太大的难度,然后将保险单提交核保员,当核保员将保单核对并提交回出单员时,出单员按规定打印保险单证等.

骄傲的说：我是90后90后，一个充满争议的字眼。纷乱的网络上，经常看到有人骂我们脑残，还有人说我们非主流sb。说我们只会玩qq空间，只会劲舞团，说我们不好好写字，造什么火星文，不思上进，没有出息。

我不是想挑起什么争论，我只是想骄傲的对全世界说：我是90后我们是90后的年青人，我们有个性，我们张扬胆大，我们自尊心强，有自信，我们敢于夸张的表达对于这个世界上的人与物的爱和憎。

我们在这个社会处于最低层，我们上面有家长、老师，我们下面只有土地里的亡魂，我们在这个社会中处于夹心层，我们几乎没有任何话语权，我们的言论不被大人们重视，我们只能在网络上心情挥洒着自己的心扉，说自己想说的话，做自己想做的事。

非主流这个字眼，最早也是网络上那些大人造出来的。我们觉得这个词很合适，的确，我们从来就在这个主流的社会没有自己的立足之地。非主流，很确切的一个词，非主流就是张扬个性、另类、非大众化，不盲从当今大众的潮流，讲究符合自己心性的服装 、衣着、言行。

其实，回想一下，在中国，有非主流现象的出现也是很正常的啊。不要老是批评我们，美国20世纪60年代，曾经出现过嬉皮士现象。

1960年代和1970年代反抗习俗和当时政治的年轻人。嬉嬉皮士不是一个统一的文化运动，它没有宣言或领导人物。嬉皮士用公社式的和流浪的生活方式来反应出他们对民族主义和越南战争的反对，他们提倡非传统的宗教文化，批评西方国家中层阶级的价值观。

既然美国可以出现嬉皮士被社会容纳，为什么在我们中国出现了“非主流”现象就要被很多人排斥呢?说我们用火星文是不好好写字，可是你们知道为什么会出现火星文吗?当我们在网上聊天时也会遭到大人的监视时，我们只能用“火星文”来保护自己的隐私了。

非主流的我们，其实有时候很无奈。在工作上我接受挑战,在学习上我一丝不苟,在生活上我追求高尚的品德,其实我就是90后,一个骄傲而充满自信的90后。
