2020年英语师范生实习报告

一、课前准备要充分

充分的课前准备是上好课的前提。因此，做好课前准备在教师的日常教学工作中占有很重要的地位。所以本人坚持每堂课上课之前分析教材、确定教学目标、设计教学过程、撰写教案等，在传授新内容时还有必要准备一些教具，方便教学，并且可以吸引注意力，引发学生的学习兴趣。只有自己熟悉了课本，对课堂教学的目标就更为清晰、流程更加了然于心，对课堂教学中必需的教具、学具的运用更加恰当，才能上课不慌不忙、有逻辑顺序的带领学生思考。课前的准备，不仅仅是老师的任务，更是学生的义务，如预习教材、准备练习本、学具等。并且认真做好课前准备，使学生明确学习新课程前，自己应该做什么，怎么做；坚持不懈地做好课前准备，学生就会形成学习“定势”，由被动的进行课前准备转变为主动进行，这也形成一种良好的自主学习习惯。

二、课堂教育有点难

老师的生命就体现在上课的40分钟里，要在这短短的时间里，使师生的合作学习得到有价值的引领，很多人还在摸索探究的过程中，我也当然。我在大学里修的都是英语教育，第一次代小学数学，对我而言，是个极具挑战的活。虽然整个英语思维和数学思维大不相同，但是我还是抱着尝试的态度迎面上了。刚开始的一个月，是我最难熬的日子，我用着我自以为的上课模式上着课，用我最常用的口头表达习惯来向学生解释书上的数学名词，用我愉悦的心情来带动学生学习，然而这带来的第一单元的数学考试竟然有17个学生成绩不及格，有两个同学考试得5分，这无疑带给我一次沉重的打击。看着成绩单，我无比伤心，暗自落泪，是我自己学习得不够，使用了一些不恰当的方法，我在误人子弟，我想放弃了。幸好，身边的老师和父母都鼓励我，然而我心里的那股倔强也让我重新站上了讲台。此后，我每每上新课之前，都会认真吃透教本，上网查阅各种资料、视频来进行学习，也经常向其他老师取经。

就在4月13日这个时候学校也组织了一年一次的“教研节”， 以“传承教研文化，打造精品学科”为主题，旨在以教研节为平台，进一步抓好常规课研究，规范教师教学行为，打造教学品牌，强化教师素质，促进教师专业成长。经过此次比赛，观看优秀教师的讲课，我对教学也有了更深一层的理解，找到了一些课堂教学的基本思路，并把一些情景妙用、课堂过渡、讲解重难点的方法给记录下来，便于以后学习。

经过一番学习，我知道了，课堂教育不仅是老师的舞台，更要让学生秀出真正的自己；在数学的教学过程中，最好以生活实例为主，课本为辅，让学生学以致用；要懂得控制自己的情绪，在该放松的时候放松，在该严谨的时候严谨，不能抑制学生的活泼，但要学会严肃的对待问题；点人回答问题要尽量照顾中、差学生，较难的问题留给成绩较好的同学解决；当上课有人开小差时，只用走到他的桌前敲一敲，这样既提醒了那位同学，也没有中断我的讲课……通过注意了细节问题后，孩子们接受了我的教学方式，有了更好的互动，使之学到了的知识，数学成绩跟之前比较也有了进步，我为此感到非常欣慰。

三、 课后也有忙不完的事

“下课时间到了，老师你们辛苦了！”随着下课铃声，我依依不舍的离开教室。回到办公室继续我的工作，例如做好课后总结、批改学生作业、准备下节课内容等事情。通过批改作业可以知道学生学习的情况，做好记载，便于下节课再补充讲解。 1 2

一.与他人和睦相处，加强和同事以及他人之间的沟通

学校里成绩不错的学生变成了未知领域里重头学起的实习生，而熟悉的校园也变成了陌生的企业单位，身边接触的人同样也改变了角色：老师变成了领导，同学变成了同事相处之道完全不同。在这样的转变中，对于沟通的认知显得非常的苍白。于是第一次觉得自己并没有本以为的那么善于沟通。当然，适应环境是需要过程的，所以我相信时间和时间会让我很快完成这种角色的转变，真正的融入到工作单位跟这个与学校完全不同的社会大环境中。

二.虚心学习

在实习过程中，我们碰到很多问题，有的是我们懂得得，但是更多的是我们根本不知道的。不懂的我们应该要向同事和领导虚心请教，当别人教我们知识的时候，我们也应该虚心的接受，不要认为自己懂得一些皮毛后就飘飘然，要把社会实践当成我们真正的老师。

三.错不可怕，就怕一错再错

每一个人都有犯错的时候，工作中第一次做错了不要紧，领导会纠正并且原谅你，但下次你还在同一个问题上犯错误，拿你就享受不到第一次犯错时的待遇了。

在工作中我以不怕苦累的实际行动感召学生，以朴实端庄的人民教师形象教育学生，做到了为人师表，修德修才。我根据学生们的意见和建议，通过网络查找相关资料信息，也反馈给他们一些具体的建议，比如，针对专门的考试题型购买专门的参考练习书籍;在听力和作文方面多下功夫;语法复习要系统;词汇记忆可以和英语词汇进行比较记忆，等等。我相信，只要切实地努力了，学习状态和效果一定能够很快步入全新的轨道。

其次，我要求学生，要敢于说。大多数同学总是认为自己说得不好，而不肯开口，不肯开口又会导致水平无法提高，水平无法提高就会质疑自己的能力，质疑自己的能力则又会导致更不敢开口，同学一旦陷入到这样的怪圈就会无法自拔，从而彻底否定自己而导致听说水平无法提高。所以，我尽量安排一个月至少4个学时进行口语练习，口头表演有一个人的演说或两人三人一组的对话，也要求在下面听的同学对在讲台上说的同学提问，这样一问一答的模式不仅锻炼了学生的听说能力，也活跃了课堂气氛，收益颇多。

在教学过程中，耐心是至关重要的。它是一位教师良好行为的体现。教师的工作是解决学生不同程度上的问题，其中除了教学上的，还有心灵上的。育人的工作是辛苦的，对待形形色色的问题，不计其数的学生，都要用一颗热情的心耐心地去做。

总之，英语学习，兴趣为先。学生语言能力的高低在很大程度上受制于英语学习兴趣的程度。很难想象失去了兴趣还能怎样培养交际能力。所以，作为英语教师，一方面要向学生传授语言知识并使他们掌握技能，另一方面更要重视培养和保持学生对这门学科的兴趣，获得事半功倍的效果。这样才能真正把新课程标准提出的要求落到实处。

一、 所教班级学生基本情况分析：

由于在小学英语课并未受到足够的重视，本届初一新生在写的技能方面基本上没有得到过训练，连音标和字母的拼读都没有掌握好。经过上个周的英语课的教授，大部分学生的基础知识得到了加强，学习态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性较差。

另外，学生在情感态度，学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

二、 奋斗目标：

钻研新课标，提高教学水平，真正做到教学相长，努力达到学校规定的教学指标。

三、 具体措施：

1、坚持听说领先，读写跟随上的原则

在任何语言中，听都是第一位的。没有听就没有说。听是信息的输入，有了足够量的信息输入才能有信息的输出。教师的任务就是要通过大量语言信息输入，使之内化为学习者的一种能力。听的能力包括听得见、听得懂、听得准。听是目的，也是手段，不听，不会听，谈不到会说。新编初中英语教材强调语言的功能，重视听说。听什么呢?一是听教师讲;二是听英语录音带;三是听同学讲。学习新语言项目总是先闻其声再见其形。教师在课堂上努力营造英语氛围，尽量用英语组织教学，课前，值日生做英语值日报告;有新生转来时，让其用英语自我介绍以训练听说。说依赖于听，就还应从模仿开始，先模仿老师，模仿录音，然后同学间学说，最终达到脱口而说，自然流畅。

过了听说这一关，读写就容易了，学生打开书，看到文字有一个“我会了”的感觉，稍加训练，就会琅琅上口，再拼写几遍，“写”的任务就完成了。

现在初一学生基本上能听懂教师的课堂用语、简单的日常用语、听懂与课文内容相当的录音，还经常用英语打招呼，询问情况。

2、以活动为主线，以交际为中心

我们为什么要学英语?我想最直接的目的只有一个：为交际。用英语交流信息、交流思想，或是口头的，或是书面的。而传统的英语教学重语言结构，轻其功能，重语法知识的分析，轻学生能力的培养，现代英语教学不仅要教会学生这种语言而且还要教会他们如何使用语言进行交际，尤其是口头交际。口头着陆能力怎样培养呢?

1)教师在课堂上提出的问题一般要有“信息差”，有了“信息差”学生才会有真实的信息反馈。例如：How are you? Whats the weather like today? 等。

2)对话教学一般都由二人或多人操练，待熟练之后，让学生根据实际有创造性的表演，真正体现课堂交际化。

3)以活动促交际，让学生“动”起来，让课堂“活”起来，少年儿童模仿能力强，好动、善表现，教师要抓住这一特点组织好活动，培养交际能力。一个动词可以用动作表示，名词、形容词，包括一个句子若配以相应的动作，就会使语言更加直观、形象，学生乐学易记。如：Look! This is my friend Li Lei. He is twelve. He likes playing football.在活动中学生学到“活”的语言。

3、加大读的份量，培养语感

中学英语教学大纲要求学生听、说、读、写四会并举，然而在强大的母语重重包围之中，听说英语的机会毕竟有限。尤其是学生走向社会之后，我想读应成为英语学习的主旋律。课本要读，课堂练习也要读。书面作业要求学生边写边读，鼓励放声朗读。读，可以增强语感，扩大知识面，了解英语国家的文化。为此，本学期我们还给学生订了一套初中英语阅读，学生十分感兴趣，爱不释手。今后还将补充其它新闻记者材料。中有当学生能用英语看懂浅易的文章，他们才会真正体味到学习的乐趣，领会到英语的美妙之处。

4、课后做好不同层次学生的辅导工作。

尤其要关心后进生，厚爱特困生，积极投入到爱心帮扶活动中去。要重兴趣、重方法、求稳定、求实效，避免出现大批掉队和过早分化现象。对英语学习水平不同的学生，要做好“培优补差”。在上好课的同时，我们全备课组教师也积极参加各种教科研活动，从而不断提升自己的专业素养。

大家好，我叫___，名字的好处就不解释了，其实也没什么特殊含义，可能父亲也没寄予什么特殊的厚望，因为我是家中计划之外的孩子，我有一个哥，一个姐，我属于意外收获。其实，我的名字比我的这个肉身(指自我)大三岁。当年我妈怀第二胎的时候，那时还不流行B超，不明白是男还是女，所以我爸就有备无患地准备了两个名字，一男，一女，出生后是个女孩，就用了女孩的名字，也就是我的姐姐的名字。既然名字都取好了，当然不能浪费啊!所以我就私自决定来到了大家看到的这个世界，同时选取了山水甲天下的桂林做为我的出生地，那一年是__年。

刚到公司，就好比新媳妇初到婆婆家，难免会想念我的娘家--我的大学，也担心自我做得不好，怕婆婆不喜欢自我，所以做什么事都格外留意，生怕做错什么事，被扫地出门。在从政方面我还是坚持了我的一贯作风，没有竟选任何学员班干，但还是被暗算了，被迫出任119最高行政长官--宿舍长，主要职责是扛水跟扫地，核心权力是决定什么时候扛水扫地。

这是我的第一份工作，也就是我的第一次，不明白自我是否能胜任这份工作，但小时候我也做过几年农民，我相信拿出做农活时的那股干劲，就应能够把工作做好，其他工作上的事还请大家多多关照与帮忙了!
