认真搞好集体备课，集思广益，确定每单元讲课思路与方法。头一天备好第二天的课，备好教材、学生、教法、教具辅助手段等。教法的设定与学法的确定要体现以生为本，发挥学生的主导作用，使之真正成为学生的主人。

2.讲课方面

切实落实好任务教学，合理有层次设置各项任务，指导学生带着目标去完成任务，教师尽量少讲，在课堂上多给学生们实践的机会。教师要尽量使自己的课堂教学丰富多彩，增强趣味性，极大程度的去调动学生们的学习积极性。

3.批改方面

学生的作业布置实施分层布置，使之真正成为学生们巩固课堂所学的重要辅助手段。作业坚持天天批改，并写上有效的激励性语言，增强学生们的学习信心。对于一些成绩较差的学生，要搞好面批，并进行有效的学习方法指导和信心鼓励。

4.考试方面

每天坚持晨考，并及时进行复试，每单元学完之后进行知识点小考和单元测试，对于出现的问题及时进行讲解、训练与强化。

I am. I was born in . I graduate from senior high school and major in English. I started learning English since I was 12 years old. My parents have a lot of American friends. That’s why I have no problem communicating with Americans or others by speaking English.

In my spare time, I like to do anything relating to English such as listening to English songs, watching English movies or TV programs, or even attending the activities held by some English clubs or institutes. I used to go abroad for a short- term English study. During that time, I learned a lot of daily life English and saw a lot of different things.

I think language is very interesting. I could express one substance by using different sounds. So I wish I could study and read more English literatures and enlarge my knowledge.

大家好!我的名字叫___，汉族。我的个子不矮，但和班上的高个儿比起来，就逊色多了。和大多数同学一样，我今年也是18岁。我的缺点。主要是作事不麻利，自觉性不高，对自我的事不上心。上六年级的时候，学校就在我家对面。我却常常是七点半起床，要做半个多小时的准备才能出门，还经常迟到。因此同学们叫我“迟到大王”。

此刻，最起码六点多就要起床，才能有足够的时候吃饭、坐车等。这对我是个挑战。但是，我必须要借这个机会，改掉我不麻利的坏习惯。另外，自觉性不高，上课不免做些小动作、讲话。前几天大家都参加了军训，站着要一动也不动。我感到透过这次军训，我的自觉性有所提高。我也期望在以后的学习中改掉这个毛病。对自我的事不上心。我在当数学课代表时，有好几次本子忘发，作业没收齐，挨过老师不少责备。我也期望改掉它。我有决心改掉我的缺点和坏习惯。我的优点：我和很多同学一样，也找不出我的优点。我和父母讨论之后得出：较有上进心，较乐观。至于我更多的优点，就靠大家的发掘了!我的兴趣爱好。我比较喜欢游泳，踢足球，也对军事感兴趣。如果谁和我“志同道合”，就能够找我交个朋友。

对未来初中生活的期望。我期望能在这4年里快乐地度过，能和同学们结下深厚的友谊，能从老师那里学到更多的知识和道理。我期望大家能够了解我，喜欢我，也期望同学们能团结友爱地度过这4年。
