3、协会各方面制度和部门的却不够灵活，配合不过默契。

综上所述，我们协会的发展较之以前有了很大的进步，但发展中又存在着必然会存在的隐患， 需要我们不断的总结提高。 于我个人而言， 这一学期，我学到了了更多为人处事的方法， 我懂得了人无完人， 但我同时也知道了， 人永远都有进步的空间， 只要你朝着正确的方向努力， 只要你无悔地付出，坚持不懈地走，幸运之神最终会降临在你身边!
