一、实习背景

二、实习概况

正是在这春回大地，万物复苏的时刻，我的实习拉开了帷幕。 我的实习学校是一所普通全日制高中学校。实习学校为我们的实习提供了很多便利的条件，为我们每一位实习生都安排了两位指导老师，一位专门负责英语的日常教学指导，一位专门负责班主任日常的班级管理指导。

近一个月的实习时间里，我始终抱有极大的热情，一直牢记自己

作为实习老师的身份，严格要求自己，时时注意言行和仪表。日常生活中，与学校的老师搞好关系，每次主动的问好。在班里尽最大的努力为学生提供帮助和指导。同时，作为实习生还要遵守学校的规章制度。

实习期间我的主要内容集中在英语教学和班级管理上，这也正是实习校方给我们安排两位指导老师的原因。短短一个月，我用尽了全力，把自己的全部精力都投入到实习中。这一个月让我学到了很多，这一个月也过得很充实。

实习过程中，英语教学和班级管理同时进行，我一方面要做好教学工作，另一方面还要抓好班级的管理。一个月中，奔波于两位指导老师的办公室，他们给我提供了大量的锻炼的机会，交给了我很多教学方法和班级管理经验。这真是一次绝佳的实习机会，如此优越的实习条件，只恨时间短暂，否则真想再多实习几个月，更好的锻炼自己。

三、实习内容

首先，英语教学。

指导我英语教学的是一位多年从事英语教学的老教师，可以说在教学上经验丰富。老师在教学模式上虽然还是很传统的，但其丰富的教学经验和深厚的英语知识积淀却是巨大的宝库，是永远不会过时的。很庆幸自己遇到了这样一位好的指导老师。我在英语教学方面的主要工作是以下几方面：

1、听课

听课这一环节占据了我实习的大部分时间，也是很重要的一个环

节。听课的主要目的在于明确当今英语实际授课的情况，看指导老师如何组织一堂课，如何讲课，如何和学生沟通。最主要目的就是学会自己上课。

在听课方面，我总是尽量的多听课，为自己积累经验，除了听自己的指导老师的课，还去听其他的指导老师说的课，偶尔碰巧也会听实习老师的课。听的课也是五花八门，整合起来正好是一个单元的授课全过程，包括单词的学习，单元的导入，课文的讲解，语法的分析，练习题和单元测试的讲评。

经过两周的听课训练，我基本了解了当今高中英语课的授课模式和流程。现在的课堂虽然有多媒体的辅助，但基本上还是以教师讲解为中心，只是在课堂形式和授课方式上有所改变，课堂也更加灵活。听课过程中我着重注意老师讲课的语气，内容的详略，课堂活动的组织以及课堂指令的发送。同时，也会反思老师为什么这样做，如果换做是我我又会如何讲课，会不会做得更好。所有这些都为我的实战课铺平了道路。

2、作业批改

实习生唯一能帮指导老师做的可能就是批改学生的日常作业。虽然在以往的学习中也或多或少的帮老师改过作业，但现在是以老师的身份批改。正是在作业批改中体会到了作业的巨大作用，通过作业可以发现学生当前学习中存在的问题。以前作为学生，总觉得作业是一种负担，今天才算真正了解老师的良苦用心。每次批改作业都会详细的记录每位学生存在的问题，并在作业上留下相应的评语，或是鼓励，

或是指出问题所在。

通过作业的批改还可以了解学生的性格特点，比如有的学生认真，有的诚实，有的则粗心大意毛手毛脚。渐渐地发现自己喜欢上了批改作业，批改作业的过程似乎是在跟学生进行心灵的交流，真是一种享受。但批改作业的难点在于如何写评语。大众化的评语，不仅学生连我自己都厌倦了，为了写出有新意的评语我真是绞尽脑汁。这些积累又是我的一大财富。

3、讲课

经过两周的见习听课，迎来了我的重头戏，讲课。指导老师给予我极大的信任，给我一个单元的内容，用两周的时间，按照自己的安排，自主完成全部的教学内容。为了不影响我的授课思路，老师没有给我他上课使用的课件。老师鼓励我按照自己的思路放心大胆的教。在内容安排上，授课形式上老师也完全尊重我的意愿。

首先进行的便是备课。

平日里看老师上课很轻松，可是到自己真正备起课来还真不是件容易的事。备课不是简单地重现教材，但教材却是备课的基础。我仔细阅读了教材和教师用书对教学大纲的要求，慢慢的形成了自己的思路，然后再一点一点以文字的形式呈现出来，一节课便初具模型了。但其中的细节却不是一两句话可以说得清楚的，不仅是涵盖知识点，还要充分考虑学生的情况。如何用生动的语言把知识传授给学生并且让学生乐于接受。对这一切只能是站在学生的立场思考，想他们想学到什么，想以什么样的方式学。

备课后接下来便是实战了，走上课堂，正式的给学生上课。

真实的课堂与学校模拟的课堂可以说是天壤之别。我面对的是一群实实在在的学生，我不是在模拟教学，也不是在讲示范课，而是实际的教学生新知识，我教的好坏直接决定了他们的学习。好在有指导老师听课，很感激老师的付出，每节课都在教室后面听我讲课，课后又给我提供指导性的意见和建议。

第一节课后，整体感觉还行，没有想象的那么紧张，整个授课过程也挺自然的。但问题也很多。首先课堂节奏的把握上不到位，时间控制不好，节奏太快太急，好像被赶着往前跑，从而导致留给学生反思的时间几乎没有。其次是备课不充分，有些内容讲不出所以然来。这节课给我最大的感受是，讲台下坐着的是等待知识浇灌的幼苗，而不是已经枝繁叶茂的大树。我在课堂语言的使用上超出了学生现在的水平。这都是因为没有充分了解学生造成的。

忙忙碌碌中这学期又接近了尾声，这学期我担任高一年级七班和八班的英语教学。为了进一步提高自己的教育教学能力，总结教学经验，我把这学期的这学期的教育教学工作做下总结，以便于日后取得更好的教学效果。

一、了解学生备好课是上好课的基础

教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性，只是专心研究书本，教材，想方设法令课堂生动，学生易接受，这是很容易碰钉子的。在上课前要了解清楚学生的实际情况：

一方面，学生英语听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们较难适应。另一方面，(7)班的同学比较活跃，上课气氛积极，但中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，就照顾不到整体，而(8)班的同学比较沉静，虽然优良生比例大，但中下层面而也有一小部分，我备课时也注意到这点，因此教学效果比较理想。从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和我都获益不浅。我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为使教学生动，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。

二、兴趣是的老师

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语。因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。经过这学期的努力，收到了很好的效果。

三、注重听、说、读、写全面发展

根据现行大纲的要求，采取科学的教学方式，要求学生眼耳手齐动，提高记忆的速度和持续记忆的时间，以便更好地锻炼学生读的能力，听的能力以及写的能力，以便于形成良好的学习习惯，使不同类型的学生都得到良好的发展。英语是语言。因此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持下班了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的能力。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考试就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何提高学生的英语水平。我会在工作中进一步提高自己的各方面能力，争取让学生有更大的进步。

我是高一(13)班的。我最大的乐趣就是学习。我其实并不聪明，但我的学习成绩在班里是名列前茅的。因为我有努力地学习。

“勤奋能无坚不摧，战胜一切。” 开学初，我在班里的成绩平平，并没有特别的样子。但是我并没因此而气馁。每天，我都能按时的回到学校，认真上课，并且会提前预习，课后能及时复习。一段时间后，我的成绩有了明显的提高。我觉得：一个勤奋的傻瓜往往比一 个懒惰的聪明人的成绩高。
