4。充分发挥骨干教师的示范引领作用，通过专题讲座、示范课等教研活动，为全区教师提供一个学习、研讨的平台，促进全区教师共同成长。

5。加强教研组建设。强化独立备课、集体研讨的意识;引导教师积极开展教学设计展示、研讨活动;优化“教学案”的编写;促进教师夯实教学基本功，提升教学能力。

6。不断推进学科中的研究性学习，借力信息技术，转变课堂教学范式，逐步实现学生学习方式的多元化发展。

(三)抓好高三复习教学工作

1。针对20__年英语考试说明和第一学期期末考试结果的实际情况，在一轮高三教学调研时，向各校明确高三年级英语教学的要求和目标。
