一、分析学情

经过上学期和本学期以来的教学工作，我全面地掌握学生的学习基础情况，更好地“因材施教”，针对不同的学生，实施不同程度的指导，对其设定的相应目标和要求也不同。高一(2)班和高一(3)班为普通班，学生英语基础不是很好，但总体来说，相较上学期有所提高。

2班的女生英语基础和成绩明显胜过男生，英语高分成绩也常出现在这个班级，但部分学生消极对待英语这门学科，上课不认真听讲，自我放纵。

我对提高他们的学习兴趣和积极性也苦思无果，十分苦恼。而3班虽相对均衡一些，女生基础相对较好。但总体而言，3班的学生学习更加认真和自觉，对英语学科的学习热情也比较高，课堂氛围也比较好，在本学期取得了很大的进步。而高一(1)班为美术班，对语数外三门主科相对更为重视，但学生的英语基础并不好，在这学期一些原来有相对基础的学生进步很快，勤能补拙，但也有一部分学生呈现出上课散漫，作业不认真对待的现象，

为此，我多次调整教学进度，细致分析练习和基础知识，好让相对落后的学生能够重拾信心，学得知识。

二、大量练习促进学生对基础知识的巩固和能力的提高

1、课本复习是学生能力提高的关键。

从开学之初我就对学生强调课本的重要性，对课本知识点认真归纳和反复梳理，通过练习的形式进行学习反馈。

2、作好听力训练是为学期考试和高考打好基础。

学生在每一单元必定会有一次或多次的听力训练。听力教学往往容易受忽视，但我认为，听力和口语教学是相互促进的，也是培养学生语感和基础技能的一种手段。

3、扩大阅读，培养英语阅读能力。

要想英语取得好成绩，课外阅读必不可少。为此，我搜集了一些完型填空和阅读理解题来让学生训练，以提高学生的阅读能力。

本学期我一共让学生进行了3次英语写作，其中有2次进行了写作后课堂分析及优秀范文学习。我悉心整理各类好词好句，以及优秀的学生作文，以供学生学习和模仿。同时，对每一位学生英语作文进行面批和指导，提高他们的书面表达能力，一定程度上有效促进了学生英语学习的积极性。

2、因势利导，化消极因素为积极因素。首先帮助后进生找到优、缺点，以发扬优点，克服缺点。其次以平常的心态对待：后进生也是学生，厌恶、责骂只能适得其反，他们应该享有同其它学生同样的平等和民主，也应该在稍有一点进步时得到老师的肯定。

3、真正做到晓之以理，动之以情。首先做到"真诚"二字，即教师不应有丝毫虚伪与欺哄，一旦学生发现"有假"，那么教师所做的一切都会被看作是在"演戏"。其次做到"接受"，即能感受后进生在学习过程中的各种心理表现和看法，如对学习的畏惧、犹豫、满足、冷漠，错误的想法和指责等，信任他们，鼓舞他们自由讨论。最后做到"理解"二字，即通过学生的眼睛看事物。因为做到了以上几点，所以我在后进生转化工作上，效果还是明显的。

教育工作，是一项常做常新，永无止境的工作。 一份春华，一份秋实，在教书育人的道路上我付出的是辛勤的汗水和真挚的泪水，然而我收获的却是那一份份充实，那沉甸甸的情感。我用我的心去教诲我的学生，我用我的情去培育我的学生，我无愧于我心，我无悔于我的事业。让我把一生矢志教育的心愿化为热爱学生的一团火，将自己最珍贵的爱奉献给孩子们，相信今日含苞欲放的花蕾，明日一定能盛开绚丽的花朵。

Respected Professors,Good afternoon! Im great honored to meet you here.Now allow me to give a brief self-introduction.

Im ×××，26 years old , born in ××city ,HeNan Province.In year 1996,I entered ×××University, majoring in Machincal Designing and Producing. During those 4 yearsstudy,I worked hard and I was always active in various activities. I gained the first scholarship for four times and I joined the Communist Party at the college.

After my graduation in June 20xx,I worked in ××××company. I got a position in the Technology Department the first year and I was involved in several internet projects, such as the one for College student Recruitment in Henan Province andthe one for Computer Center in Mathmatics Department in Zhengzhou University. Owning to my hard work ,I was rewarded the Best Newcomer Prize in the year 20xx. The next year, I was transferred into the Principal Customer Department, responsible for the Developing and strengthening a good relationship between the

principal customers and my company. Two major customers, Henan Provincipal Department of Transportation and Henan Provincial Department of Personnel, are under my work.

However,with time going on ,the more I experienced, the clearer I realized that Im really interested in the Enterprise Management .I find many enterprises have the problem of an unmatched management to its developing speed . Im eager to learn more about management and I hope I can study further in this University.

So I resigned in August , 20xx and started the way to pursuing my studies. After about half years hard work, Im finally standing before you honorable professors now. Im really excited. Though Ive sacrificed much on my way to

pusuing studies, I believe its worthwhile. I believe working hard will finally be prepaied.

20xx年高考已经圆满结束。在校长、各级领导的正确指导下，在英语备课组成员以及学生们的共同努力下，我校的英语科在高考中达到了预期的效果。通过这次高考的检验，我们发现这一年的备考工作有很多经验值得总结完善和发扬，同时也有一些不足需要总结改进。现将本年度的工作总结如下：

一、20xx年本校高考英语科情况。

在今年高考中，我校英语最高分为 141分，130分以上的有 6 人，120分以上的共有 64 人，110-119 分段的有131人，100-119 分段的共有191人，90-99分段的共有197人，平均分为88.8，及格率为53.2%。在今年全市英语题目难度大于去年的情况下，能有这样的成绩， 已经达到了我们预期的目标。

二、英语科教学目标及计划：

我组能较好地领悟上级备考宗旨，严格按照计划行事，具体计划如下：授新课：8月x日至10月x日高三课本全册;第一轮复习：10月x日至2月底，课本同步复习+专项训练，穿插综合套题;第二轮复习：3月初至4月x日，专项复习+综合套题;第三轮复习：4月x日至5月x日，综合套题+考前适应性训练;第四轮复习：5月x日至6月x日，回归基础考点;考前辅导：6月x日至6日考前心理及考试技能辅导。

在这个过程中，让学生由易到难，一步一步踏实走向高考。第一阶段重在夯实基础，编织系统的知识网络。让学生了解三册英语课本的基础知识以及考纲要求的考点。以考试说明为指导突出对重点、难点知识的复习。第二轮是在夯实了基础之后，使学生了解各个知识点之间的联系，形成了一个较为牢固的知识网络后，专项训练为主,按高考题型分为听力、单项词汇和语法知识、完形、阅读、改错和写作几个模块进行专题复习。

为进一步强化各题型的解题策略和方法的形成和熟练运用，让学生一边做，一边体验和收获，从而达到做题信心得到增加，准确率也随之提高的目的。第三轮主要是对二轮中出现的缺漏和常见错误进行重点补漏和纠错。选择一些有代表性、与高考难度相当的试题或是近年来的高考真题，让学生科学系统的训练，发展能力，学会找出每道题的切入点，从中总结命题利益和命题手法。完形和阅读作为这一阶段的重点来抓，它们具有很大的提升空间，是整份卷中占分值最多、最为重要的模块，只有提高了，才能在高考英语中取得高分。第四轮组织学生回头看。重在基础题，解题策略和方法的温故和错题本的回头，加深印象，感悟方法。

三、备考过程及具体工作

(一)领导重视。

学校成立了高考领导小组。在备考过成中，校长、各级级领导与年级主任经常过问英语备考情况，及时协调帮忙解决英语备考过程中遇到的问题。学校还多次派出英语老师参加各种研讨会、备考会和经验交流会。为我们的备考工作提供优质的条件。

(二)加强研究，提高复习备考工作的针对性

《考试说明》是我们进行高三教学工作的航标，历年高考真题是我们把握要点、热点、考点的重要参考。备课组成员都认真学习《考试说明》还写了学习心得，同时还做了大量的高考真题并做了分析，目的是总结规律寻找突破口。从历年高考试题的整体研究中找共性;从20xx年来的各类试题的研究中找趋势;开拓性地抓复习备考。阅读在整卷中占分比重最大，在常规教学及复习备考中，我们注重加大阅读量，利用高三册课本充分开展泛读教学，充分利用周测时间加强阅读训练，注重技巧的指导，形成有效的阅读策略，从根本上培养考生的良好的阅读习惯和逻辑思维能力。

(三)发挥集体力量、加强集体备课、强化课堂教学质量

“步调一致才能得胜利”。 要提高教学质量，就要抓好整个备课组教师的备课工作。要备好课，就必须依靠集体的智慧，优势互补、资源共享。以老带新，团结协作，切实提高集体备课的效率。每次备课都有具体而明确的目标，有中心发言人，备课内容紧扣高考考点、热点及考试动态。我们在集体备课的过程中不仅仅是备下一周的课程，第一范文网我们还经常针对在教学过程中所出现的问题进行反馈、讨论、共同寻求解决方法。重视复习课的调研，及时发现问题，寻找对策，复习课中做到组内“五个统一”，即统一计划，统一内容，统一进度，统一使用资料，统一测试。

尤其是在知识高度发展的今天，靠个人单打独拼，难以取胜。本组的每一位老师都积极主动、虚心好学。在集体备课之余，我们经常相互学习，尽可能抽出时间相互听课，取长补短，共同进步。我觉得我们英语组老师间相互学习讨论交流的关系非常融洽，每位老师都 具备全局意识，形成了群策群力、团结共事、相互支持的良好局面。我们组的“集体备课、资源共享、个人加减、课后反思”的备课精神能够把发掘集体智慧和个体特色相统一。推动了课堂教学研究向纵深发展，促进了教师专业成长。

课堂是教学的主阵地，课堂教学是教师传授知识、学生接受知识最主要的途径，因此，教师能否正确把握课堂教学的方法，运用课堂教学的手段和规律，最大限度地发挥课堂教学的作用，是提高课堂教学效率的关键。我们备课组的老师们听课都很积极主动，并且能及时评课，共同探讨存在的问题，给出中肯的建议，解决问题，促进老师的成长。进一步规范了教师的课堂教学，对提高课堂效率起到了积极作用。其中罗义韩和何婕两位新老师也很虚心好学，经常跟其他老师讨论问题，交流意见。不断加强英语学科分层的教学。制定分层教学的工作计划，对不同层次的学生，引导树立不同的学习目标，同时教师给予不同的学习要求和方法的指导

(四)、一题攻关、精选精练、注重讲评

我们备课组按照莫校长所提出的“一题攻关”的指导方针，根据英语学科的特点，把整套试卷分成六大板块，9位英语老师分工合作，各负其责，具体分工如下：

听力：由葛时红负责;

单选：由漆昭生、刘有友负责;

完形：由韦年凯、罗义韩负责

阅读：由韦菊忠、何婕负责

改错：由曾丽华负责

作文：由周彩荣负责

各版块的负责老师平时就注意收集题目，按高考难度组好题，列好考点清单，留着备用。每次测试都是由各板块的负责老师精选好题目，再由负责组卷的老师排版、整理、并审好题。测试前都统一定一个难度，题目的难度主要由漆昭生主任和备课组长来控制。在定稿之前我们都把题目从头到尾先做一遍，对有疑问的答案进行讨论和确认，对答案模棱两可但又无法确认的题目干脆换掉。这样做，既可以减轻老师的工作量，又可以让老师们腾出时间来钻研教学。

在5月份的专题强化训练阶段，我们以完形、阅读为主，其它题型为辅，精选了一些题目给学生们进行强化训练，今年高考的阅读得分就比较满意，可见这一做法还是颇有成效的。

在“回头看”这一复习阶段中，我们按照考纲重难点，分工整理学生做过的月考卷，模拟考试卷以及《英语周报》上的模拟套题，并把题号统一印发给学生，课后勾选好，上课时指导学生看什么，怎么看。让学生在规定的时间内把老师精选出来的习题浏览一遍，有问题及时向老师请教，既能解决问题又能加深印象，大大地提高了学习效率。

在高三下学期，套题的训练及测验次数比较多，而英语又是最后考的一科，但全组老师都很敬业，每次都加班加点在考后第二天出成绩，按时完成改卷任务，没有给年级工作拖后腿。每次考试第二天就能及时讲评，并且能针对试卷进行取舍，侧重点各有不同。考后进行质量分析，根据学生所出现的问题及时调整方法策略，使得教学的效果更快提高。

今年高三在资料的使用上有一点与往年不同，那就是进行了分层选用资料，《英语周报》分AB层，这能很好的给学生针对性更强的练习，既巩固了B层班学生的基础，又加强了A层班学生的训练，从考试成绩来看效果还是很理想的

(五)、全面关注学生，做好“三生”工作

我们组秉着“关注全体学生”的宗旨，每位老师都尽力做好班级教学工作，不放弃任何一位学生。英语学科的学习对于中下的学生来说，要想短时间内快速提高是很困难的，但是我们以信心教育为主，鼓励每一位学生去学习，不轻易说放弃。

“三生”工作是我们夺取高考胜利必须要做的工作。这项工作我们把它切实落实到位，每位老师不仅利用晚修时间给学生作辅导，还充分利用早读、课间、自习、甚至是休息时间去为学生服务。经常与他们沟通，加强学习方法指导，多关心，多鼓励他们，多给他们创造一些体验成功的机会。在课堂上，多关注他们，或回答问题，或眼神交流，或手势表扬。

课后，常常检查笔记、作业，走到他们身边，询问学习情况，每次小测、大测都给予面批面改，然后给予时间消化并抽查掌握情况。会考的复习阶段我们安排周彩荣老师给学困生做了专门的辅导，会考成绩令人满意。体艺生考完术科后又有葛时红、曾丽华老师给他们开设了辅导课，高考成绩都有一定程度的提高。培优工作中的张振宇同学也取得了141的好成绩，为他全市排名27的总分做出了很大的贡献。

四、过程与结果自我评价：

在学校的关心和指导下，我们组9位老师通过一年来的辛苦工作，取得了可喜的成绩。 在整个备考过程中，能按照学校的备考要求去做好教学工作并完成教学任务。做得比较好的是：1.以学校、年级的计划为方向，贯彻好备课组整个高三的复习计划。

2.全组教师较好地把握了考试动向，对本学科的考点难点研究到位。

3.大家都能做好有效课堂这一重要工作，向课堂要效率、要质量。

4.全面关注学生，整体推进。“三生”工作得到有效落实，耐心、细致、有针对性地辅导学生。

5. 重视尖子生的科目优势培养，进行个性化辅导，取得一定成绩。

但仍有以下几点做得还不到位，今后有待改进：

1.高三下学期第二课堂工作的开展有所欠缺。

2.对学生的学习关注的同时也要关注学生的心态、心理等问题。

3.侧重研究大纲题，对课标卷的研究还不足，(只研究了一套江苏卷和山东卷)。

4.有效课堂中的五环节在复习课中有待做得更好。

五、问题解决措施和设想：

语言讲究的是基础和环境，从全年级来看，多数学生的基础不够扎实，各年级知识连贯不够。 中下层的学生仍占有一半左右的比例。大部分学生怕学英语，对英语已经失去兴趣和信心，进步不大。针对这种局面，我个人认为需要提前备考，备考工作从高一开始。要加强高一、高二老师的高考意识，高一、高二的教学能真正为高考服务，而不是到了高三花一年的时间去猛抓，时间短，强度大，学生和老师都容易疲惫。建议采取高中老师任课循环制的办法或对整个高中课程进行统筹安排，使高考备考从高一开始系统化。

当然，最重要的还是教师自身素质与能力的提高，所以我们会尽力去学习，与时俱进，争取培养出更优秀的高中毕业生。
