一、确定教研课题

二、召开教研研讨会

1、每位教师交一篇教学总结。教师在教学实践中积累了大量的教学经验，如不及时总结，并上升到理论高度实在可惜，许多教师写不出论文，除了理论基础，就是平时不注意积累。

2、在会上教师们交流经验，提出教学中存在的问题，大家在一起学习、切磋，确定下一步工作重点。

3、学习国内外先进教学理论，以充实头脑。

三、组织听课、说课活动抓课堂改革，提高教学效率，课程是实施课程改革，提高教学质量的主渠道。把学校的教师分成三组，各小组组织听课，选出每组中教学效果最好的，再集中在一起听课，以便提高课堂教学效率。

四、组织中学生英语竞赛

每学期组织一次学生英语竞赛，由各英语教师担负裁判，以提高学生学习英语应用英语的兴趣

当我们挥泪与父母说“再见”时，我们知道，自己已经是一颗饱满的种子，到了必须走出父母的庇护，去独立耕耘属于自己的那片土地、创造生机盎然世界的时候了——父母为了儿女不怕倾其所有，我们回报父母最好的方式就是学会感恩，用高尚品质和优异成绩回报养育我们的父母。相信同学们能努力超越自我，去实现我们心中美好的梦想。

是雄鹰，你就勇敢的去飞翔属于自己的蓝天。

是猛虎，你就自信的去征服属于自己的山峦。

是蛟龙，你就无畏的去开拓属于自己的海洋。

是大树，你就寻找适合自己生长的绿地。

是石子，你就铺就一条坚实的道路。

在此，我谨代表高一所有同学向学校和老师承诺：我们将努力学习，遵守纪律，尊敬师长、团结同学，以师兄师姐为楷模，凭借优美的学习环境和出色的教师团队锻造自己，为学校争光添彩。两个月前我们已经让初中的母校为我们骄傲，三年后，我们XX级新生会让母校襄中再添荣光，让襄中在我们的奋斗中更加辉煌。
