3、认真研究新课程标准，尤其与旧大纲不同的地方，清楚哪些内容是新增加的，哪些内容是已经删掉的，哪些内容

容初中已经学的。认真研究新教材，在集体备课的基础上认真备课、上课，认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。

4、为了减轻高三听力训练的压力，提高学生的听力水平，从高一就开始就对学生进行听力训练。除了利用课堂上的时间外，还坚持每周三次利用课余时间给学生集体放听力。

为了适应农村小学英语的需要，我不断地钻研新的教学理念，探索新的教学方法，不断将自己的所学运用到课堂教学之中，并取得了很好的教学效果。10月份我用心参加省里组织的农村小学英语教师培训，15天的培训时间内我认真学习，领会其精神实质，学习先进的教学理念、教学方法。并在回来后用心与我校的其他英语教师研究教材、教法，同时，把我的所学所感积习的与他们分享，研究，以此来共同提高业务水平。

三、教育教学工作方面

这学期我担任的是三年级的英语教学。经验告诉我，对于这个年段的英语教学，如果不认真研究教法和学法，结合教材和学生的实际状况来教学，就会使学生失去对英语学习的兴趣。兴趣没了，英语自然也不会学好。因此，我对教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，勤于专研，注重在实践中用心探索新的教学方式，潜心研究英语课堂教学，深刻领会新课改的理念，注重激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，自制教具，自编儿歌等，使学生在简单、愉快的氛围中学习和运用语言，树立学习英语的自信心，注重构成性评价在英语教学中的运用，并能够及时总结经验，提高自己的科研水平。

四、考勤请假方面。

我在做好各项教育教学工作的同时，严格遵守校园的各项规章制度。处理好校园工作与个人之间的关系，一年里没有迟到过一次，做到了有事请假，坚持天天空上班，一边完成校园的各项任务，一边准备教材和学习自己的专业知识。在新的一年里，我应更加勤奋，为校园作更多的事，自己更加努力学习专业知识，使自己的业务水平更上一层楼。五、努力提高方向。

1、加强自身基本功的训练，注重对学生潜力的培养;

2、对差生多些关心爱心和耐心，使他们在各方面有更大进步。

3、利用各种方法，训练学生提高、集中注意力。

4、在教学上狠下功夫，努力使学生的道德修养有更大的提高。

总之，在今后的工作中，我会更加努力学习，提高自身素质，严格要求自己，完善自我，以百倍的信心与努力去迎接未来的挑战!

I am actually a native of this city and entered university after I passed the higher educational entrance test. That is why I love this piece of land and want to make contribution for my hometown.

I have been working hard as a student and a part-time teacher. Sometimes friends ask me whether Im a tireless person. Of course I am not. But I just like that sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. I enjoy the alternative roles: being an English teacher and a student at the same time.

In my class, I encourage students to voice their opinions and to approach English study in their unique ways, because I believe study is a personalized process. Last week when I gave them the first class of this semester, I said,"everyone should become a critical thinker in my class, and I want to be a good teacher in its real sense". Im not the traditional teacher. I try to reform the English teaching in my classes. Hope I can do something to change the present situation of English teaching.
