一、加强领导，提高思想认识

我局实行主要领导负责制，确保“学雷锋”活动的有效开展，同时召开专门会议部署该项活动，制定《扬州市江都地方税务局关于开展“学雷锋”活动的实施方案》，由人事教育科具体负责该项活动的指导、推动和督促、检查。进一步明确活动任务，做到一级抓一级，层层抓落实，确保了该项活动的有序开展。另外，我局把“学雷锋”活动与精神礼貌建立、优化纳税服务一并整体推进，保障活动的开展效果。

二、把握脉搏，找准工作切入点

确立与时俱进的志愿者服务主旨，是品牌建立的关键。我们敏锐捕捉活动契机，紧紧把握时代的脉搏，立足学校实际，做到了“三贴近”和“三注重”即：贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近工作和注重实践教育、体验教育、养成教育，让干部在体验中淬炼无私奉献、热心公益、热爱祖国的精神品质。

在志愿服务活动资料的确定上我们遵循：一是继承和创新统一的原则，在结合时代特点和需要的同时，不断继承和发扬民族文化的优秀传统;二是坚持民族性与世界性相结合，立足国情开展环保活动，同时放眼世界;

三是坚持知情统一、知行统一的原则，在主题的选取上，要注重贴进干部的情感体验和生命实践，让志愿服务活动成为实践教育和过程教育。

四、创新形式，提升税收志愿服务活动的品位

(一)举办志愿者税法咨询活动。我局派出20名业务骨干，先后在法制广场、宜陵镇、双沟镇等多个咨询点开展了不一样形式的税收咨询活动，以“税收促进发展，发展为了民生”为主要资料，重点宣传与公民生活密切相关的税收收入、税收政策、税收管理和纳税服务等有关资料，加强了优化纳税服务和整顿、规范税收秩序的宣传。志愿者服务队派发各种税收宣传单1000余份，解答现场咨询，吸引了广大纳税人踊跃参与，取得了良好的社会宣传效应，树立了江都地税的良好形象。

(二)组织开展学雷锋”礼貌交通志愿服务周周行活动，城区六个分局80余名志愿者们利用周六休息时间，统一佩戴志愿者标志到交通要塞维护交通秩序，劝导行人与非机动车礼貌同行，以自身的具体行为，影响和带头身边人，为营造礼貌交通新秩序，做出地税人应尽的贡献。

(三)组织开展礼貌社区志愿服务活动。开展敬老助残、结对帮扶、维权帮教、心理辅导、信息传递等志愿服务;开展社区便民利民、礼貌劝导、环保宣传、植绿护绿、法制宣传、青少年成长服务等方面的工作，透过志愿服务传递人与人之间的关爱，促进社会和谐。围绕公民道德、礼貌城市建立、礼貌礼仪等相关知识，，广泛普及礼貌知识和幸福理念，倡导礼貌新风。

(四)组织开展环境维护整治志愿服务活动。区局组织广大团员青年投入到邵伯母亲河的保护活动中，参与了团委组织的植树护绿、清洁家园、环境整治活动，让广大居民了解保护环境的重要性，提高环境整治在群众心中的配合与参与意识。

(五)开展“一帮一”活动，支持和服务新农村发展。志愿者服务队响应区政府的要求，开展了“一帮一”活动，走进农户、走进农民、服务“三农”。在活动中，以办实事、求实效为工作方针，深入开展了思想共建、文化共建、绿色共建、平安共建、和谐共建活动，为新农村建设带给智力支持、致富支持，有效地促进了新农村建设。

一、注意高一与高中的衔接过渡

高一新学期伊始，可以通过摸底了解学生大致水平，及时给学生弥补高中的缺漏知识。可利用上半学期的时间从语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面系统复习。

要尽快使学生适应高中英语教学，具体做法是：培养学生课前预习、课后复习的良好学习习惯;坚持用英语授课，要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题;根据高考要求，从高一年开始就需要培养学生的阅读能力，教会学生一些阅读技巧，养成良好的阅读习惯;另外，课后要多与学生接触，尽快和学生熟悉。

二、高中英语教学要始终贯彻交际性原则，强化学生主体意识

“让游泳者到水中去。”这是交际语言教学理论的思想核心。贯彻交际性原则亦就是要把教学活化为实际:

1、建立“课前五分钟会话”，培养课堂交际氛围。如一进课堂老师说：“It’s nice to see you again、/It’s fine today, isn’t?/How are you today?”星期一上课问：“Did you have a good time in the weekend?”学生会作出不同的回答，引出更多的对话，从而达到交际的目的。

四、激发学生学习英语的兴趣

在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课可以结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。还可以通过开辟第二课堂，如举办讲故事、各类竞赛等。老师课后应当多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，适当和学生一起参加活动、体育运动。课后还可以布置学生听英语广播、看英语新闻，然后再到学校进行交流。

五、 巩固教学效果 发展学生智能

教学的一个根本目的，是要求学生学会独立思考、独立自学，最终成为一个能独立工作的合格人才。课内教学的双边活动是至关重要的，但由于学生多，时间少，而学生主动活动机会则不多。所以，课外作业便是学生个体完成作业的独立活动的基本形式。学生在完成作业过程中，需要独立思考、独立钻研，这对学生有充分的实际锻炼机会。课外作业，有助于学生发展智能和创造性才能，有助于培养学生灵活地应用知识解决问题，有助于培养学生的能力，并能培养学生按时完成任务的习惯和责任心，以及克服困难的精神。因此，教师要在作业的布置和批改上下工夫，不仅要重视答案的公平性、客观性和唯一性，还要重视学生的选择性和创造性以及答案的开放性和多样性。

六、备课，既备学生，又要备教法

备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性。我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。

因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课，我感到有点愧疚，因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反纪律时，我的情绪就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水平，以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解决当中困难。

Although my experience is not a lot, but I like the quality and quantity of the same focus is quality rather than quantity, because I believe that a good work far better than ten inferior works. Like Ive been through, like not always get the same experience, but each time a new discovery made me change a lot of wrong ideas.

During the graduation engaged in software development, I often hear other peers that they have to change it to customer needs. And then do the needs analysis when the customer does not propose, when asked to do arithmetic soon. If you want to modify, but did not consider this problem in the design of the database, modify the database but also consume a lot of time, increasing development costs. If not modified, they can not complete the project, we can not collect the money.

Or software in use for some time, while using some of the queries, the reaction very slow. As more data is recorded, the more of these queries will be slower, if you want to solve this problem, then we need to modify the database. And to modify the database, for software development, it is very painful.

These social experience coupled with my personal hard-working, honest man, hardworking, collective spirit, team spirit, sense of innovation, I will quickly adapt to new working environment, and will soon do the job, and sincerely hope we can work together to create a better future of the company.

在大学期间，我们主要学习了：C语言不但是我最先接触的计算机语言，也是我学的最好的语言，还获得了全届第二名;虽然SQL server是我们学过的唯一的大型数据库其它的还有access和Delphi自带的数据库;静态网页开发，javascript，asp，Web数据库开发是我们学过的网页开发技术这些也是我喜欢的课程因为也是设计的，感觉跟做出一个程序有一样的快感。Delphi， java，vb。net(另外还有PHOTSHOP，3D MAX，AUTO CAD等一些处理工具，English，自学了C++)。我非常喜欢软件开发，希望以后能在这方面发展，因为我觉得每当做出什么东西时，会有一种像创造了生命一样的感觉，我非常喜欢这种感觉，所以，在学习这些语言的过程中能够非常快的了解它们的含义。

有些玉天生就是一件艺术品，有些稍微处理一下也是件艺术品，而有些呢则要经过很久的加工。虽然我的工作经验不是很多，但就像质和量一样我注重的是质而不是量，因为我认为一件好的作品远胜过十件劣质作品。就像我经历过的一样，不是每次都获得一样的经验，而是每次都有新的发现让我改变了很多错误的观点。

毕业从事软件开发期间，我经常听到其它同行说他们客户的需求又要变啦。而且当时在做需求分析的时候，客户没有提出，等差未几做好时提出。假如要修改，而当时在设计数据库的时候没有考虑这个题目，修改数据库又要耗掉大量时间，增加开发本钱。假如不修改，项目又完成不了，无法收钱。

又或者软件在使用了一段时间，在使用一些查询功能的时，反应好慢。随着数据越录越多，这些查询功能就会越慢，假如要解决这个题目，一定需要修改数据库。而要修改数据库，对于软件开发来说，是十分痛苦的。

这些社会经验再加上我个人吃苦耐劳、为人诚恳、勤奋刻苦、集体观念强、具有团队协作精神、创新意识，我会很快适应新的工作环境、并且会快胜任这份工作，真诚的希望我们能共同携手创造公司美好的未来。

我想我已经具有一个作为软件开发业人员的基本能力，只要贵公司给我一个机会在软件开发这一块做，我将全力做好我的职责，努力奋斗，为贵公司贡献力量。

一年又过去了，一届高三学生又要毕业了。我心里沉甸甸地，无法进行形容;自己已送走了十四届高三毕业生。我看这一届一届学生毕业有说不出的成就感，同时也不断反思自己并改进教学。虽没有魏书生那样轰轰烈烈，但毕竟干了十四年的高三英语教学说明学校给自己提供了成长的乐土;再次我感谢我的工作单位为我提供展示自我的平台。下面就自己的工作反思总结如下：

一、应提升课堂效率，打造高效课堂

高三英语教学是一门精品工程。作为英语老师应反复钻研，一轮复习采用预习、展示、合作探究、点拨提升和巩固提高五个环节来完成;其中学生合作探求最重要，老师应抛弃传统“满堂灌”思想大胆让学生自己来完成学习任务。二三轮复习应采取感悟、反思、探讨、点拨和总结五环节来完成英语复习提升工作。英语老师应大胆放手让学生练习各种英语题型完成感悟过程;先不给答案让学生根据已有知识进行反思分析，然后给出答案小组合作探讨;疑难问题老师给予适时点拨，最后让学生就知识薄弱环节进行总结体会达到巩固之效果。

二、应采用休闲式教学，提升学生兴趣

高三英语教学是快节奏、大容量和超强度训练的过程。英语教师应多留出时间让学生消化，不应为了赶进度不求效益;知识容量应适中，巩固训练题应精选精练，让学生在快乐中体验学习英语成功的喜悦。不应追求快、强调多而占用学生的休息时间呈现重负低效之恶果。

三、做好学生思想教育，重视学科均衡性

高三每门学科都很重要，语、数、英各一百五十分，每门都应拿到一找总结以上，综合应拿到二百以上才能上二本线;任何一门课目都应均衡，同时突出优势科目，方能处于不败之地。

四、英语学科应重视听、说、读和写四种基本技能。

英语教学老师应注重这四种技能培养，主抓词汇教学、阅读教学、写作教学和听力教学;听是语言输入的途径不应忽视，词汇是英语学习的基础;阅读写作是英语学习能力的要求。总之，应做到天天听、天天读、天天背诵和天天写;如果这样，英语成绩才能提高。

五、注重学生德育教育，培养德才兼备人才

教师不仅仅是教书而且肩负育人重担。我们应从各方面关心学生为他们成功奠基。作为教师应记住：“良言一句三冬暖，恶语伤人六月寒。”我们应从各方面教育学生，不应讽刺挖苦学生。

公务员是一种神圣而高尚的职业，它追求的是公共利益的最大化，所以要求公务员要为人民、为国家服务，雷锋曾这样说过：人的生命是有限的，可为人民服务是无限的，我要把有限的生命投入到无限的为人民服务中去，这就是我对公务员认知的最好诠释。所以，这个职位能让我充分实现我的社会理想和体现自身的价值。
