英语是一种语言。困此，在课堂之外，多读，多听，多练是十分必要的。为此，每一次的早读，我坚持了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后把听写不过关的学生留下来辅导，让学生及时的消化，作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的能力。为了提高那些学困生的自信，我坚持让他们每节英语课翻译一篇相对简单的文章，每节课的下课时间是我检查他们任务的时间，他们都能够做到坚持。解决了学困生的不自信的难题，让他们把英语当成他们的朋友，而不是畏不可及。

其次，我做到认真备课。上好一堂课难，但是要备好一堂课更难。在备课之前，对教材内容做到心中有数，并参考相关资料，认真钻研教材，确定重难点;同时，备课不仅要备教材，而且还要备教法;除此之外，更要备学生，根据学生的实际情况(即学情)采用适合易于他们接受的教学手段，不断培养学生的学习英语的兴趣。认真写好教案，对每一节课都做到“有备而来”，课后及时对授课做出反思，总结其中不足。并按照单元将语法知识整理成语法学案，分发给学生，以便学生课后记忆，做到有‘章’可循。多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练习中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。

1、认真备课对教学十分重要。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节。备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。一开始每备一篇新课时，我最苦恼的就是如何寻找备课的思路。拿起一篇课文，我往往发现文中可讲的知识点很多，而且似乎都很重要，但都讲的话一方面课时不允许，另一方面突显不出课文的重点。面对这么多的知识点，我应该如何取舍，而且应该如何安排组织才可以使整个课文得以连贯、流畅、圆满呢，这是我备课中遇到的问题。于是，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课上，认真钻研教材和教法，对照单元学习要求，找出重点、难点，并把各个知识点列出来按重要程度排列，进而组织安排上课的思路。同时，我还经常请教有经验的教师，经她们一点拨，我茅塞顿开。此外，在备课的过程中，我除了准备课本上要求的内容外，还尽量多收集一些有趣的课外资料作为补充，提高学生的听课的兴趣。

2、重视课堂40分钟的教学实践。辛苦的备课归根到底还是为上课作准备的。我非常重视课堂的40分钟，在教学的过程中尽量做到内容丰富充实，教态自然大方，语言生动活泼，并且每天都以愉悦、饱满的精神面貌面对学生，让学生感受到一种亲切舒适的氛围。在讲课过程中，我留心注意学生的反应，及时解答学生提出的问题，注意加强和学生的交流，以提高学生学习的积极性。

3、对成绩较差的学生进行课后辅导。针对不同的后进生的具体情况，我制定了相应的和目标，利用下午放学的时间，对这部分同学有地进行课后辅导。我对他们经常进行鼓励，消除他们的自卑心理;有时在课堂上提问他们一些容易回答的问题，增强他们的自信心，提高他们的学习积极性。

在这个20__高二面临着升高三的学期。回首今年的教学工作，真是时光短，压力大，任务重。为了做好新一轮的教学工作，我对一年的高二英语教学工作进行反思和总结。

一、合理制定复习计划并注重计划的落实与完善

要想搞好高二英语教学，没有合理的教学和复习计划是不行的。我对《考试说明》及历年的高考试题认真研究，深刻领会其中的精神，把握测试要求，分析好高考知识点的考查资料和测试角度，明确高考发展的变化趋向，制订切实有效的复习计划，并在教学的过程中不断改善和完善。我从以下两个方面入手帮学生备考。

(一)立足课本，精选练习，巩固强化基础知识

复习伊始，全面重点复习高一高二的语言点。强调学生掌握课标词汇，并适当扩大词汇量的积累。利用早读时光小测抽查，重点对语法知识进行系统的复习;同时教会学生利用语境做好情景交际题;并让学生建立相应的错题集，减少错题再错机率，做到真正掌握所学知识，灵活解题，以不变应万变。

(二)加强高考题型的专项训练，提高学生应试本事

二单项选择、完形填空、改错、阅读理解、书面表达的限时训练应贯穿高考复习的始终。

单项填空的特点是：资料覆盖面广，考查范围包括中学英语教学大纲所有的语法及词汇知识：重点突出，强调动词用法的考查;突出语境的作用，利用语境间接考查语言知识的运用，应引导学生分析具体的语言情景，运用所学的知识，注意词的搭配，词语辨析等，从而找出正确答案。故此时的单项填空的强化训练十分必要，且应注意及时讲评，进行归纳总结，并引导学生加强探讨，设立错题集。尤其对解题方法进行重点讲解。

完形填空：侧重完形填空方法指导及训练。因为完形填空主要是测试学生综合运用语言的本事，所以我从以下几个角度来引导学生：从惯用法和固定搭配的角度来分析;从上下文的角度来分析;从文章的中心句、关键句、关键词来分析作者的观点和态度;从词汇的意义和用法的角度来分析;从逻辑推理、常识等角度来分析。

书面表达：让学生明确高考书面表达的五档评分标准。尽可能对学生的书面表达详批详改，整理归纳，针对不一样的学生给予合理的指导，对全体学生有明确的要求：

1、句型繁简适度

2、有闪光点，要有较高级词汇和较复杂语言结构

3、开门见山，层次分明，承上启下

4、细读提示，写全要点

5、书面干净、整齐、规范。同时让学生背诵范文，做好语言积累。

阅读理解：在整张卷面中，阅读理解是重中之重，学生在做阅读理解练习时，必须要限定时光。根据高考试卷对阅读理解一题限时的要求，我们限制在40分钟内读完5篇短文。在选择正确答案时，要充分利用平常所学过的阅读技巧。如寻找主题句，猜词，推理，跳读，略读等等获取所需要的信息，并对照题干，反复揣摸作者意图及思路，并要求学生在每一天限时做一篇完形填空或2-3篇阅读理解，坚持持之以恒的自我阅读训练，并及时评讲，学生的阅读速度和正确率也日渐提高。

二、适时模拟，查漏补缺

我认真分析历年来的高考试卷，并在每次模拟考试后进行认真讲评，并做好最终的归纳工作。我将学生在以前所做的试卷中普遍存在的错题进行分析归类，为学生分析指导错误根源，提高学生识别错误的本事和语言领悟本事。并要求学生不断回头看以前自我做过的作业和错题集，减少错误再现率。

三、实施分层次教学，注重辅差导优，效果良好

针对学生的现状，实施分层次教学，因材施教，对优生和差生分别组织辅导。高考成绩证明，这个措施是有力的，学生基本上都发挥出来了。但对我们的这种生源，我觉得已经不错了。
