一、教学指导思想

以学校工作计划为指导思想，以培养学生自主学习和自主管理能力为主线，全面贯彻落实新课程改革的精神，针对我校高一新生普遍英语底子差，基础薄的实际，坚持“夯实基础，狠抓双基，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高能力”的指导思想。认真钻研新课标，树立新观念，探索新教法。注重发展学生自主学习和合作学习的能力;形成有效的英语学习策略;培养学生的综合运用语言的能力;特别注重提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力。继续拓宽学生的知识面，全面培养听、说、读、写四会能力，理解、分析和阅读的能力，让学生尽量贴近高考。

二、所教班级基本情况

我们升入高二年级分了班，为1个理科班，1个文科班，美术音乐体育班1个(艺术班)，根据学校安排，我带来艺术班的教学任务。该班级共有 名学生，其中男生 人，女生 人。总体来说，艺术班的学生英语基础比较差。听说方面也很薄弱，要提高成绩，还需要我很大的努力。

三、教材分析

按照新课程改革，本学期开设普通高中课程标准实验教科书英语必修(5)和选修(6)。(北师大版)共6个单元内容。要求学生重点掌握每个单元中的重要词语以及出现的重要句型;语法主要为：过去分词;表示推测的情态动词;间接引语;虚拟语气;过去完成时;过去完成进行时;进行时态和非进行时态。其中过去分词、虚拟语气、过去完成时和过去完成进行时的区分使用是本学期教学的重点也是学生学习的难点

四、主要措施

(一)教学方面

打牢基础，提高听说读写的技能。

1、在听力方面，进一步提高学生的听力水平，从高一就开始就对学生进行听力训练。除了利用课堂上的时间外，还坚持利用课余时间给学生放一些英语小片段，有趣的视频和带中英文字幕的经典电影，让学生融入一个说英语的英语环境。

2、在口语表达方面，本学期要狠抓学生的口语表达，在教学过程中努力设计教学，把提高学生的口语安排在每节课的教学中。具体措施，每周二四六三次英语课，抽出5-10分钟的时间，安排一到两名学生到讲台前进行英语口语表达练习，形式多样，可以是即兴演讲impromptu speech，天气预报weather forecast ，时政要闻political news，幽默humor，笑话jokes or funny story，戏剧drama，诗歌朗诵reading poems，美文欣赏等。

3、在词汇方面，单词一直是学记忆生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。为打牢学生的单词基础，在每周单元学习结束前对学生进行单词默写检查两次，一次让学生互评，一次由老师亲自评阅。每个单元，我们还是给学生总结好每个单元的背背佳，包括短语和经典的句子，并检查学生的背诵情况。

4、在阅读方面，阅读理解能力的培养是高中教学的重点，也是高考的重头戏。在单元教学中精心设计一节课阅读课，充分培养锻炼学生的阅读能力，阅读技巧，阅读速度和阅读效率，并且有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。

5、在写作方面，坚持每两周一次作文训练，训练题材、方法力求多样化，并能及时进行讲评。并针对高一新生的写作基础，给予英文写作的指导和误区分析，可适当让学生多背诵一些常用的句型，句式，词汇和短语，或是很有代表性的范文。鼓励学生写英文日记，对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。

身高一米六，体型偏瘦，长相过于成熟不苟言笑，没有幽默感，笑话讲的乱七八糟。从我同桌嘴里说出来的我，总觉得和我感觉到的不太一样。

大家想不想了解我是怎样自己补习数学的呢?我想：我为什么数学会比别人差?因为我的基础差，现在很多东西看不懂。那我就去补基础，高一时没学会，我现在是以高三的智力还学不会，没道理。基础抓上来了，不就可以赶上那些好成绩了吗?久的账太多，很多东西要抓，难度又大，一本书一下搞不懂，我一章应该可以搞懂吧。毛主席说：伤敌十指，不如断其一指。好，我就各个击破。于是我开始投入大量的时间来学数学。教导主任讲过：数学和英语是高考中最容易拉开差距的科目。只要有一门偏科，就很难考上。我看准了：只要我的数学抓上去，成功的机会就很大。于是我开始看高一数学第一章：函数。一个小节一个小节突破，书上的练习题全部做完，包括很基础，很弱智的题全部做，快不得，一快就没有效果。高三上学期第四周，一个同学发现我还在做第一章的基础题，还不是单元练习，很吃惊地问：你还在看这里?我说：是啊，我不懂嘛，但是我已经知道该怎样补数学了。接着我就看了一本练习册。北京市海滨区教师进修学校出的，很好，对我的提高很大，主要就是靠这本书，选好资料也是一个关键。这本书例题经典，题也配得好。然后，我再拿出高一时的试卷，重新做。我保存了以前的资料，这个资料对我来说就是最好的资料。我很吃惊地发现以前自己居然连基本概念也不懂，我知道自己进步很大。如果还不懂，就说明复习没有效果，还要调整。我对数学的兴趣越来越高了。我已经很自信了，因为我知道怎样补弱科了，我不怕别人跑在我的前面，我有信心赶上他们，甚至超过他们，因为我从中掌握了补习差科的方法，而他们不知道。

我高中换了四个数学老师。高一一个，高二上学期换了一个全校共认最厉害的数学老师，高二下学期又换了一个年轻老师。高三又换老师了，这次是老教师，教法旧，例题也很陈旧，教学水平很一般。我就感慨：老师很好，但是我的数学成绩一塌糊涂，老师不好，我是数学却学得很好。

思考：从这个例子我们可以得出哪些结论?

1. 成绩好的学生一样会遇到很多问题，关键是怎样解决它。

2. 弱科完全可以补上去，并不是一件痛苦的事，苦中有乐。其实：英语，数学都可以很快突破上去。只要你满足三个条件：抓好基础、注意方法和投入大量的时间。你英语能学好，但数学不好。说明你不笨，只是说明你还没有找到数学的学习方法。英语和数学相比，哪一个更难?数学，因为它强调的是逻辑思维能力。而英语懒人是学不好的，要大量的听说读写译。

3. 最好不好有弱科，有偏科现象要及时补，为什么?它会用掉你大量的时间，影响其它科目的学习。

4. 文科生数学好，就占便宜。理科生英语好，就占便宜。为什么?因为文科生一般数学不好，理科生一般英语不好。只要你看准这一点，你就成功。

5. 学习关键在于自己。自己占90%的作用，老师只占10%的作用。有些人成绩跟不上去了，就开始怀疑老师不行了，老师教得不好。而没有想到是自己的学习方法没有进步，没有调整造成的。

6. 我们知道兴趣是最好的老师。感兴趣的科目，学起来不累，效果又好。有的同学说：我对英语，数学没有一点兴趣啊!其实：兴趣是可以培养的。某个科目成绩进步了，自然就有兴趣了，苦中有乐，这是别人体会不到的。

7. 我发现理科关键在于培养理解能力，数学学得精，物理，化学很容易抓上去。因为理科学习的方法是共同的，数学是理科中最有代表性的学科。
