一、注意高一与初中的衔接过渡

高一新学期伊始，通过找学生问话了解情况，测单词量小测验等等方式，我了解得到学生在单词量和语法上面存在困难。因此在努力完成教学目标的同时，在课堂上从语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面系统复习，以使学生尽快适应高中英语教学。

二、抓好学生的学习思想，提高学生的学习质量

1、以教书育人为本，对学生进行品德的学习教育，特别是个别后进生，关心他们的思想和学习情况，鼓励他们的学习。

2、贯彻学校班风、学风评比的要求，全面促进学生的学态发展。重视学生的思想工作、学习风气的培养、学习方法的指导以及学习习惯的养成。

三、按照教学常规开展教学工作

1.备课

课前认真地备好每一节课，写好教案。既备教材，又备学生，针对学生分析、概括、表达能力差的特点，设计好教学方法。我在备课时就比较注意这种情况，每天都花费大量的时间在备课上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。另外，为使教学生动，

不沉闷，我还自己准备了大量的教具，使其达到了间接的预习效果。

2.上课

每天都保持饱满的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛，认真做好组织教学，尽可能保证上课内容丰富，现实，教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，并且充分调动学生的学习积极性，设法令学生投入，不让其分心，让学生多动手，多动口、，多动脑，让课堂气氛活跃起来，充分调动学生的主观能动性，力图让学生学有所得，学有所乐。

3.听课

听课也是提高自身教学能力的一个好方法，新老师只有多听课才能够逐渐积累经验。所以对每一次听课的机会我都十分珍惜。听课的主要对象是我们组的优秀老师的课，同时也听其他老师的课。本学期，我听了十多节课，我的收获很大，逐步掌握了一些驾驭课堂的技巧。听完课之后，把教师们上课时讲到的记在听课记录上，然后对我自己的备课教案进行修改，将他们很多优点和长处应用到我的课堂教学当中去，取得了较好的效果。

4.作业和辅导

作业的布置适量，有针对性，重点放在连词造句、阅读理解等;

批改作业时多用赞美式、鼓励性的语言予以评价。

5.其他方面

(1)把握教学进度，合理安排时间，与各科任老师互相配合，统一教学法进度，顺利完成了本期的教学任务。积极配合学校及年段的工作，与各科教师多联系，沟通，互相促进学生英语等各科的学习。

(2)为加强自身的业务水平，本人积极对各种教育理论进行学习，给自己充电，以便在工作中以坚实的理论作为指导，更好地进行教育教学。

(3)努力提高英语专业水平，以适应当前教育的形式，为更好地进行素质教育夯实基础，为撰写出较有质量的教育教学论文做好准备。

(4)利用业余时间认真学习电脑知识，上网查找资料，为教学服务等等。

四、大胆扩展，大胆训练

英语是语言。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，口语操练时，我充分利用有效时间，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的能力。在本学期，我们针对学生造长难句时的困难和课文理解不牢固等问题，我们结合新单元的句型和上单元的知识进行造句，即提高了学生的造句能力，同时也进一步巩固了上单元的知识，一举两得，也受到了学生的热烈欢迎。

五、激发学生学习英语的兴趣

在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课可以结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。以前的教学工作，我在这方面做得还是比较到位的。但是，因为比较严肃，学生参与不足，无意间形成了“自己的”课堂，本学期后半期，我在此方面下了很大努力，也收获甚大。

我实习的学校是郑州轻工业附属学校 ，第一次走进学校的时候就被深深吸引了。首先映入眼帘的是高耸的两栋的教学楼，其次是学校宽敞的橡胶操场，再就是别具特色花园。到处生机勃勃，充满活力。不愧是大学的附属学校，感觉的确很不一样。

在学校报到后，我才得知我的指导老师是郭瑞香老师。她专业知识很好，英语过了专业八级。教学经验也很丰富, 人也很和蔼可亲。学校里的老师都高度评价她的英语课。学校领导也说，“应该多向郭老师学习”。第一天，还来不及准备，就被郭老师领到了班级, 当时想到就要面对四五十个学生, 不免还是有点担心和紧张。

听课，这是实习的必经阶段,听课不但能够学习指导老师的教学方法，而且能熟悉自己将要教学的班级。小学阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同,学生们要的不是文章的思想，而是一种能听、说、读的技能。Miss Guo是整个低年级的英语老师，她教态很好，课程安排上面相当严谨, 备课很充分。听第一节课的时候就觉得整节课早已经规划好了似的，大部分学生都知道了这节课要完成的内容。就算有突发状况的发生,老师学生也都能自行控制好时间。学校规定的听课是10节左右,我基本上能去听的课都去了, 为的是想了解整个章节上课的完整过程, 每个部分都有不同的上课手段和形式。大学里所学的英语教学法课程, 提及不少英语教学的教学方法, 不过，感觉大部分都是纸上谈兵。真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样, 教学的内容就算一样, 方式也可以有很多种, 老师自己授课, 可以让学生回答问题,可以结合练习加深印象。而对于学生的回答,老师给予的鼓励也可以有很多种, 比如: Good! Excellent! Wonderful! Well done!等。与此同时，还要注意是否自己会漏掉一些没有专心听讲的学生, 适当地让他们回答问题以便让他们集中注意力，认真听讲。板书的排版也不能天马行空, 而是要让学生一看就明了这些都是书本上很难学到的东西。

郭老师说，“备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法让学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了”。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，在备课的时候我格外关注细节，能

动手制作的教具，我总是会提前准备。这对一堂课来说真的很重要。作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对小学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。所幸的是，这所学校的孩子真的不是一般的基础好，他们很多都是子弟，英语基础都普遍很好，很多小学三四年级的学生英语甚至达到了初中水平。所以在准备上，应对这些高水平的孩子，自然要拿出自己的一套方法，不然他们还真会对你的课不感兴趣。

写教案，教案也是教学前的重头戏.郭老师先让我们参考她教案,看了她以前写的教案，一个章节，最简单的教案就有12页,看得我有点傻眼,而且写的时候要把上课时会加的连接词全都写到教案里去, 就怕到时候忘词。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了几个晚上,总算捣鼓出一篇篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品,但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。

上课，小学生的课堂，可以充分看到小学生活泼，好动，淘气的一面，有的时候会叫你哭笑不得!在这种情况下，对于一个实习生来说，要维持好课堂纪律并操纵整个课堂是很难的。清楚地记得第一次上课的情景，由于紧张，刚开始说话有些结巴，但很快就适应下来了。在愉快的学习中，第一堂课以胜利而结束。后来上课，运用的基本上是五步教学法。在不是很活跃的班里上课时，为了调动学生的积极性，我尽量会把warm- u!弄得很有意思。唱歌会伴上动作，让学生们积极配合我上课。课中还经常运用游戏教学，寓教于乐。而在活跃的课堂上用的是鼓励教学法。而且针对不同的年级，运用不同的方法带动他们快乐地学习。运用实物教学的方法，学生课堂上特别用功，教学效果十分理想。因材施教的方法也得到验证。实践证明，这些方法真的很实用，学生在课堂中的优秀表现让我惊讶不已。

课后，作为一个老师，在作业批改方面当然也要下功夫。第一次拿到三年级学生的作业时还是大吃了一惊。现在的孩子真的了不得，相当一部分的孩子英语写的特别棒。跟英文字帖真的没多大区别。不过，有些孩子真的很骄傲，经常会很粗心地写漏字母或单词，还有标点符号。对于这些就得在仔细上下功夫了，不是一个大的对号就完了，得仔细看，四线三格都得严格地按照规格来写，让孩子从小就养成良好的书写习惯。有的孩子的的作业写得真的很完美，对于这类孩子，当然不会忘了奖励，贴画算是孩子们最喜欢的东西了。

让我印象尤为深刻的是，老师真的很需要细心和耐心。那么多班级，好几百本作业本，老师都要认真批改。随堂练习也是很重要的作业。个别的孩子有拖拉的习惯，老师还真的很耐心，好多次中午放学了，我们还在陪着学生写作业，孩子要不就是忘写了或者个别的不会写空着。在这时候，老师当然不能闲着，一个个指导，直到班级的都收上来。随意地在学校食堂吃饭，中午午休的时间肯定是没有了，这时候回到办公室准备下午的课。刚开始的几天还真有些不适应，不过很快就适应了。同时也觉得这样做从心底会涌出一种幸福的感觉。

郭老师在管理上还真有法宝，尤其是在课堂管理上，让我万分钦佩，同时也让我大开眼界。她的课不失严肃，但也不缺少活泼。可见她真的是下了功夫总结平时上课的细节。小学生多好动啊!你要他们45分钟都老老实实坐在位置上不动时很难，即使坐着也未必能集中精力听讲。作为老师当然要有自己的法宝了，在孩子们想说话的时候，让他们大声对着同桌复述课文，背诵Let’s chant! 的部分这样一来过了瘾，又在这种过程中学到了东西。讲故事和对话部分，让孩子们有充分表现的机会，让孩子们多发言，锻炼他们说的能力，同时不

时表扬他们。这样一来，孩子们的学习积极性更加高了。孩子们是越表扬越好学啊!在我上课的时候，当然不会忘记把这些法宝拿出来，同时在上课表现很好的学生，都会得到我的红花。课后，也不会忘了和孩子们交流，好学的孩子在下课后还会找老师背课文，这种孩子更应该得到老师的肯定。只要方法是正确的，成效当然很好，整个班级的学习气氛都会变浓厚。

要注意师生关系的处理，有修养、有学识、热爱学生、尊重学生、公平公正的老师最容易受到学生的喜爱。如果一个学生喜欢一个老师，对老师上的这门课就会有浓厚的兴趣，这门课的成绩一般都会很不错。在平时的与学生相处中，格外注意关心学生，尊重学生，在我要离开的时候学生们都恋恋不舍，估计这就是原因吧。

真正体验了才知道，在学生进步的时候，老师在背后默默付出了多少汗水。郭老师，把所以孩子家长的手机号码都统计起来，一个个加为飞信，每天下午都会按时地给每个学生的家长发作业。让家长一起陪着孩子学习。在与家长沟通这个问题上，指导老师真的做得很好，80后的老师，在运用科技方面，比前辈们还是稍微先进些。老师随时都可以和家长们沟通，让家长了解自己孩子的学习情况。在受到老师和家长同时的关心和督促，这些孩子日益进步。没有蠢学生，在受到关注下，他们都会渐渐进步成长。上学期末，郭老师带的班的英语整体水平明显提高，这都是努力付出的结果啊!当然，看到学生们的进步，这是对老师辛勤付出最好的回馈。

实习老师，是个很特别的存在。还清楚地记得第一次被班级里学生叫宋老师好的时候的那种错愕，然后自如反应，点头示意。仿佛重回小学时代一般，只是是以一种全新的角度来看待学生，以老师的身份来要求自己了，这种感觉很奇妙，一种职业的自豪感油然而生，被尊重，被喜爱的感觉是那么地有成就感。在这五周时间里，总觉得时光的脚步是那么地匆忙，让我来不及记住每一个学生的笑脸，只是他们一声声“宋老师好!”时刻在耳边回荡，让我在空闲的时间里不忘拿出来回味。

实习让我知道，作为老师需要激情也需要耐心。激情与耐心，就像添加剂，它们碰撞同样能产生绚丽的花环。我在实习中逐渐变得“勇敢”。少了青涩，多了无数的成熟。上台不再脸红了，变得更细致耐心了。实习的经历告诉我，应该对自己有信心，应有勇气去尝试。即便在尝试中失败，也能让自己成长，没有锻炼的机会，谈何积累和成长?机会靠自己去争取。等待，只能让你在沉默中消亡，只有主动，才能为自己创造良机，通过实习发现自己成长了。不仅改掉了以前睡懒觉的习惯，变得更勤快更好学了。实习五周下来，身上掉了不少肉，一点都也不心疼，因为在精神层次上，我得到了很大的提高。老师，人类灵魂的工程师，对少年一代的健康，全面成长起着关键性的作用。教师这一职业扮演着很多角色，“传道者角色，授业解惑者角色，管理者角色，示范者角色，父母与朋友的角色，研究者的角色”。“十年树木，百年树人”要当好一个好老师，当然要在自己身上下功夫。通过实习，认识到了自己的不足，在以后的学习中，不断注意积累，取长补短。

“ 师者，所以传道、授业、解惑也。”教育是以心育心，以德育德，以人格教育的活动。在以后的学习中，我会更加注意自己道德素质的培养，做好模范作用。在教学的过程中不仅是简单的知识讲授，还要注重对学生德育的培养，让他们在德、智、体、美、劳方面全面发展。在以后的教学中，教学相长，不断学习，听取学生的反馈意见和要求。增加人格魅力，不断提高自身的知识水平，不断改善教学方法，朝着成为优秀的老师的方向不断努力，不断前进。
