一、加强领导，提高思想认识

我局实行主要领导负责制，确保“学雷锋”活动的有效开展，同时召开专门会议部署该项活动，制定《扬州市江都地方税务局关于开展“学雷锋”活动的实施方案》，由人事教育科具体负责该项活动的指导、推动和督促、检查。进一步明确活动任务，做到一级抓一级，层层抓落实，确保了该项活动的有序开展。另外，我局把“学雷锋”活动与精神礼貌建立、优化纳税服务一并整体推进，保障活动的开展效果。

二、把握脉搏，找准工作切入点

(一)举办志愿者税法咨询活动。我局派出20名业务骨干，先后在法制广场、宜陵镇、双沟镇等多个咨询点开展了不一样形式的税收咨询活动，以“税收促进发展，发展为了民生”为主要资料，重点宣传与公民生活密切相关的税收收入、税收政策、税收管理和纳税服务等有关资料，加强了优化纳税服务和整顿、规范税收秩序的宣传。志愿者服务队派发各种税收宣传单1000余份，解答现场咨询，吸引了广大纳税人踊跃参与，取得了良好的社会宣传效应，树立了江都地税的良好形象。

(二)组织开展学雷锋”礼貌交通志愿服务周周行活动，城区六个分局80余名志愿者们利用周六休息时间，统一佩戴志愿者标志到交通要塞维护交通秩序，劝导行人与非机动车礼貌同行，以自身的具体行为，影响和带头身边人，为营造礼貌交通新秩序，做出地税人应尽的贡献。

(三)组织开展礼貌社区志愿服务活动。开展敬老助残、结对帮扶、维权帮教、心理辅导、信息传递等志愿服务;开展社区便民利民、礼貌劝导、环保宣传、植绿护绿、法制宣传、青少年成长服务等方面的工作，透过志愿服务传递人与人之间的关爱，促进社会和谐。围绕公民道德、礼貌城市建立、礼貌礼仪等相关知识，，广泛普及礼貌知识和幸福理念，倡导礼貌新风。

高一年级是学生的世界观发展、变化的重要阶段，随着课时和知识复杂程度的加重，容易产生两极分化，有的学生甚至会感到迷惘，对前途失去信心。因此，思想工作显得更加复杂和重要。在这个学期里，一方面，我主要加大了对学生自治自理能力培养的力度，通过各种方式，既注意指导学生进行自我教育，让学生在自我意识的基础上产生进取心，逐渐形成良好的思想行为品质;又注意指导学生如何进行自我管理，培养他们多方面的能力，放手让他们自我设计、自我组织各种教育活动，在活动中把教育和娱乐融入一体。还注意培养学生的自我服务的能力，让学生学会规划、料理、调空自己，使自己在集体中成为班集体的建设者，而不是“包袱”。另一方面，我有效地利用好每周一的班会课开展一些专题性的活动，例如，学习经验交流会，意志教育，如何做时间的主人，习惯养成教育等，这些活动大大地促进良好的学风、班风的形成。再一方面，我自己也以身作责，努力做学生的榜样，跟班勤，管理方法得力，班风正、学风浓。我班在学校的各项管理评比中都取得了良好的成绩。本学期的几次月考均能超额完成县局和学校规定的指标数，各项管理也都取得了较好的成绩。这又进一步鼓舞了士气，使班级管理工作向着健康的方向发展。

三、积极抓好后进生的转化工作，努力使后进生以失败者来，以胜利者走。

后进生的教育和管理历来历来是班主任工作的难点，却又影响班级整体教育教学质量提高的至关重要的一环。在这方面，我作为班主任首先做到了以正确的态度对待他们，深入调查摸底，搞清他们所以成为差生的原因，做到了因材施教，对他们处处真诚相待，时时耐心相帮，真正做他们的知心朋友、最可信赖的朋友。及时对后进生加强心理疏导，帮助他们消除或减轻种种心理担忧，让他们认识到自己的价值。同时，我还创造条件和机会让后进生表现其优点和长处，使他们品尝到成功的欢乐和喜悦。

四、积极开展好文体活动，做好课间操、眼保健操，保护学生视力，增强学生的体质，提高学生的学习效率。高中学生学习任务比较繁重，进行适当的体育活动不仅有利于学生身体素质的提高，而且也有利于学习效率的提高，每次活动我都亲临现场与学生一起活动并适当予以技术性的指导，这样不仅可以防止意外事故的发生，而且也可以加深与学生感情的交流。

五、积极主动地和各科教师联系，协调学校各方面的教育力量，发挥好纽带作用。在与任课教师的交往中，我尊重他们的地位，尊重他们的意见，同时又把他们当作班级的主人，视为自己的良伴、知己。凡事都主动地同任课教师协商，倾听、采纳他们的意见。能够慎重地处理学生和任课教师的关系，在处理师生矛盾时，尽量避免了激化矛盾，在这方面，我平时注意到多教育学生，让学生懂礼貌，尊重老师的劳动，树立老师的威信，增进师生情谊。

一、教材分析。

《新目标英语》八年级(下册)共安排有十个单元，各单元话题灵活有趣，贴近学生生活实际。本册书将学习的一些语法知识点有：一般将来时、过去进行时、现在完成时、间接引语、时间状语从句、条件状语从句、反意疑问句等。同时每个单元都增加了文化背景知识和学习策略，并增加了任务型学习成分与语篇输入，提供了一篇具有跨文化内容的阅读文章及相关的练习，用以训练学生的阅读能力，扩大学生的阅读量。

二、学情分析。

本学期我继续担任八年纪一班和二班的英语教学。这两个班的大多数学生能基本掌握所学知识，通过前面一年半的英语学习，大多数学生已能听懂并运用所学英语去进行英语交流。这两个班的大多数学生对英语有较高的兴趣，能积极学习并参与课堂活动，英语学科成绩较好，但问题学生也有几人，学生发展参差不齐，这给教学带来不少困难。

三、教学策略及措施。

1、教学应面向全体学生，注重对学生进行运用英语能力的培养，力争人人都有进步;

2、对学生因材实教，尊重学生个体差异，力争让不同学生全面发展;

3、采用“任务型”活动教学，鼓励学生参与体验与交流，力争让学生增强对英语的学习兴趣;

4、充分利用课堂作业与课外作业，严格要求学生抓好落实，强化所学，力争让每位学生皆有所获。

5、认真抓好周考和月考。

采取的措施：

1、认真钻研教材和课标，利用备课组的集体智慧精心备课，明确每堂课的基础内容和拓展内容，满足不同层次学生的不同需求，做到上好每一堂课。

2、充分利用多媒体教学设备，加强直观教学，提高课堂教学效率。

3、课后多与学生沟通，了解学生学情，及时得到反馈信息，以利于改进教学中存在的问题和不足。
