高三这一年，对老师和学生来说都是一次磨砺，虽然辛苦，但收获颇丰。在此我谈谈对复习备考的一些想法和做法。阅读理解、完形填空、书面表达三个大题在高考试卷中分值比重大，也是多数学生的薄弱环节。因此，我把它们列为高三教学的重点和难点。

一、注重技巧，突破完形填空

针对完形填空题的特点，我注重培养学生的解题技巧：

1、快读全文，整体理解全文大意。

在不看选项的情况下，快速阅读整篇文章，了解全文大意。考生要认真、重点理解句子意思，了解文章背景，理清文章内容的线索。在快速阅读过程中，不要急于动笔选择答案，要一口气读到底，遇到不懂的地方先跳过去，继续往下读，以求纵观上下文，获得对文章内容的整体理解，从而确定判断选择的基本思路，切忌看一句选一题。

2、细读短文，选择答案，上下文联系，通篇考虑。

3、在做题时，如遇到一题确实答不出，可先跳过去往下做，很可能下文中就有了上题的暗示或者信息。

4、对于有些题，不要去钻牛角尖，用常规思维去思考，不要把问题想得太复杂。

当然，要突破完形填空这个难关，我要求学生必须坚持强化训练，日积月累，认真对待，熟能生巧。

二、大量阅读，突破阅读理解

大量阅读，广泛接触各种题材、体裁的文章，是提高阅读能力的前提和基础，是保证阅读能力向质的飞跃的关键。没有足够的阅读量，就无法掌握阅读技巧，提高阅读水平。

首先，在阅读时要首先注意内容的广泛性。

其次，在阅读中，要慎重选材。选材适合学生程度，能激发学生的兴趣和阅读积极性。有些老师只考虑到扩大词汇量和迅速提高解题能力，一味偏重选生词多的文章和出难题，其结果往往挫伤了学生的积极性，这对提高能力极其不利。

另外，在大量阅读的基础上不断地总结经验教训，逐步地使同学们养成达标的阅读速度和具备娴熟的阅读技巧。

在实践中，我着力于培养学生五个方面的能力：

1、快速的浏览能力;

2、巧妙的猜词能力;

3、独立的分析能力;

4、准确的捕捉主题句的能力;

5、合乎逻辑的判断能力。

三、提高水平，突破书面表达

书面表达中的基础写作是近似于翻译的“写五句话”，要求学生从表达信息的角度组织文字，而且将信息嵌入英语特定的框架(即句型结构)中。它的完成有赖于坚实的语言基础知识和正确的语言表达习惯。有的学生不敢动手，有畏难情绪，表达不准确，辞不达意，文章条理不清，不习惯用英语思维。为了改变这种现象，我们在高三复习时注意了这么几个方面：

无论哪种文体的写作，都离不开基本的、常用的词、词组和句型。换句话说，有了基本的词、词组和句型，一般的交际内容就能表达了。英语教学大纲规定，学生到高三阶段时要求能掌握三千左右的常用词，掌握住这些常用词、词组和句型，基础写作就有了基本保证，也达到了大纲的要求。

简单句只要能正确地传递信息，达到交际目的，就是好句子。尽量使用简单句可以少出错误。

常思考，常研究，常总结，以创新求发展，进一步转变教育观念，坚持“以人为本，促进学生全面发展，打好基础，培养学生创新能力”，以“自主——创新”课堂教学模式的研究与运用为重点，努力实现教学高质量，课堂高效率。

三、创新评价，激励促进学生全面发展

我把评价作为全面考察学生的学习状况，激励学生的学习热情，促进学生全面发展的手段，也作为教师反思和改进教学的有力手段。对学生的学习评价，既关注学生知识与技能的理解和掌握，更关注他们情感与态度的形成和发展;既关注学生数学学习的结果，更关注他们在学习过程中的变化和发展。抓基础知识的掌握，抓课堂作业的堂堂清，采用定性与定量相结合，定量采用等级制，定性采用评语的形式，更多地关注学生已经掌握了什么，获得了那些进步，具备了什么能力。使评价结果有利于树立学生学习数学的自信心，提高学生学习数学的兴趣，促进学生的发展。我是这样下评语的：“这几天我们学习了《数据的收集和整理》，权攀通过努力，能收集、记录、整理各种数据，在这方面是班里的。但在语言表达方面有一定的困难，希继续努力。等级评定，优。”这个以定性为主的评语，是学生与老师的一次情感交流，学生获得成功的体验，树立了学好数学的自信心，也知道了哪些方面应该继续努力。

一份耕耘，一份收获。教学工作苦乐相伴。我本着“勤学、善思、实干”的准则，一如既往，再接再厉，把工作搞得更好。
