作为一名高中英语教师，我在今年主要任教于高一年级的英语课，我所带的两个班级的学生，经过一学期的认真学习，英语成绩有了显著的提高，学生们在英语课上态度认真，学习的劲头也很足，我个人认为，英语是学生的一门主要功课，无论是学校、家长还是学生都很重视它，但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥，学起来吃力，甚至有不少学生放弃了它。

一、注意高一与初中的衔接过渡

高一新学期伊始，可以通过摸底了解学生大致水平，及时给学生弥补初中的缺漏知识。可利用上半学期的时间从语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面系统复习。要尽快使学生适应高中英语教学，具体做法是：培养学生课前预习、课后复习的良好学习习惯;坚持用英语授课，要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题;根据高考要求，从高一年开始就需要培养学生的阅读能力，教会学生一些阅读技巧，养成良好的阅读习惯;另外，课后要多与学生接触，尽快和学生熟悉。

二、确立与新课程相适应的教育观念

学生是学习的主体，老师不能代替学生读书，代替学生感知，代替学生观察、分析、思考，代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。老师只能让学生自己读书，自己感受事物，自己观察、分析、思考，从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是我改变“一言堂”，把课堂还给学生，形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的教学过程。

三、高中英语教学要始终贯彻交际性原则，强化学生主体意识

“让游泳者到水中去。”这是交际语言教学理论的思想核心。贯彻交际性原则亦就是要把教学活化为实际：

建立“课前五分钟会话”，培养课堂交际氛围。如一进课堂老师说：“it’snicetoseeyouagain./it’sfinetoday，isn’t?/howareyoutoday?”星期一上课问：“didyouhaveagoodtimeintheweekend?”学生会作出不同的回答，引出更多的对话，从而达到交际的目的。

2.适当让学生表演对话或课文内容。针对近期所学内容，布置学生课后进行讨论排练，然后在课堂表演。

3.多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练习中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。

四、激发学生学习英语的兴趣

在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课可以结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。还可以通过开辟第二课堂，如举办讲故事、各类竞赛等。老师课后应当多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，适当和学生一起参加活动、体育运动。课后还可以布置学生听英语广播、看英语新闻，然后再到学校进行交流。

五、努力建立融洽的师生关系

相对来说，中学生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，沟通和学生的思想感情，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性，大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光;生活上，我是他们的父母，关怀备至。

六、严谨治学，保持良好的教态

教师的教风直接影响学生的学风。驾驶的一言一行，无时无刻不在影响着学生。所以我提高自己的思想认识，做到爱岗敬业，学而不厌，诲人不倦，为人师表，治学严谨，还要保持良好的教态。老师的教学语言和教态对学生的学习有直接的影响。老师的教态好，学生就喜欢，他们听课的兴趣就高，接受知识也快。

反之，学生就不喜欢，甚至讨厌。特别是正处于青春期的初中生，看问题开始有可独立的见解，对他们更要注意教态和教学语言的使用。如我介绍新句型时，我利用语言的轻重，语调的高低，和一定的动作表情，尽量引起学生的注意和兴趣。当学生回答问题时，我的表情变得自然亲切，使促使感到老师对他们的信任，这样学生就增添了勇气，就能大胆地回答问题。

七、使学生明白学习目的

要学好英语，首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和意义。众所周知，人类社会已经进入了21世纪，新的世界将是个充满竞争和多变的世纪，中国要在跨世纪的竞争中取得主动，中华民族要腾飞，要最终取决于优秀科技人才的涌现。

如果我们不懂英语，怎么去了解世界?只有学生自觉地把自己的理想与祖国的前途和命运联系起来，才会对英语学习真正感兴趣，这种兴趣也有可能转为学习英语的动力。因此我结合本地区学生的实际情况，通读和节选教材，围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学，使学生对英语产生兴趣，形成学习动机。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验也是一种检验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高学生的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多向前辈学习，争取进步。

当大地又一次被飘飞的白雪包裹、覆盖，当新年的钟声又一次在耳边响起，20xx-20xx学年第一学期也已接近尾声。回顾这一学期的工作，有成绩，也有失误，有经验，也有教训。下面，就交我本学期的工和总结如下：

一、班级管理方面

作为一名班主任，管好一个班是最基本的任务。这学期，在班级管理方面，我做了如下工作：

（一）、继续抓好对学生各项常规的培养。

经过了一个暑假，学生一下子长大了许多。他们渐渐地有了自我意识，做事情喜欢以自我为中心，搞“个人主义”。这虽是学生个性的体现，却不利于整个班集体的发展。因此，继续抓好对学生各项常规的培养，仍然是班务工作的重头戏。

二年级的孩子，自觉性还是相对较低，早上来得早，很少有人自觉读书、打扫卫生，需要老师在旁边不停地督促、提醒。针对这一情况，我先在班上选出五名责任心强、在同学中威信较高的同学，将她们两人一组搭配起来，每天一组轮换，一个领读，一个组织纪律，早晨一到校就组织同学进入早读，并配合“争星评比台”用小红花对表现好的学生进行奖励。一个学期下来，大部分学生到校后都能在领读小组的组织下自觉进入早读。

进入二年级，学校分配了室外清洁区。经过一年级一年的锻炼，大部分孩子已经能比较好地完成教室的清扫任务。但是，打扫室外清洁区需要用大扫把。学生人小力微，用起大扫把来力不从心。再加上秋天落叶很多，学生扫起来简直是人仰马翻，“岂一个乱字了得”。为了改变这一状况，我坚持每天早到校，和学生一起打扫卫生。他们不会用大扫把，我就手把手地教他们使用诀窃。经过一段时间，学生终于慢慢地进入了状况。现在，即使我不在场，学生们也会高质量、高效率地完成任务，把清洁区打扫得干干净净。

这学期，学校更加严格了对集会时路队的要求。虽然我们班过去集会时的站队状况一直良好，但并不代表我们可以躺在成绩薄上睡大觉。结合学校的要求，根据我们班在路队方面的现状，我在班上召开了一次“雁群飞行我站队，都是守纪小模范”的主题班会，对学生进行这方面的思想教育。在对学生进行思想教育的同时，反省自己平时的一言一行，并以身作则，在每一次集会时首先按要求站好，为学生作出好的榜样。一学期下来，我们班的路队又有了不小的进步。

（二）配合学校安排，积极组织学生参加学校举行的各项活动。

这学期学校组织的活动较多，每一项活动我都认真对待，积极组织学生参加，力求使学生从每一次的活动中得到锻炼。这学期我组织学生参加的活动有：

九月份：结合刚结束的雅典奥运会召开以“中国骄傲”为题的主题队会，鼓励学生学习奥运健儿的拼搏精神，以激发学生克服困难的勇气和他们的爱国主义情绪；教师节，组织学生开展“上好一节课，做好每一次作业”的尊师活动，以自己的实际行动报答老师的谆谆教诲；中秋节，号召学生开展“一个水果一颗心”的慰问解放军活动，使他们了解幸福生活的来之不易；和学生一起动手布置教室，美化自己的学习环境，积极参加“教室”的评比；组织学生分析本班特点，申报“安全”特色中队，并针对这一特色开展了一系列活动。

十月份：利用“十。一”长假在学生中开展了“我为祖国拍新照”或“写新诗”或“画新貌”的活动，鼓励学生用自己喜欢的方式将眼中的祖国记录下来，并选送作品参加学校的爱国摄影展；在中国载人飞船升上太空一周年之际，在班上召开以“航天知识知多少”为主题的班会，激发学生对航天知识的兴趣，引发他们学科学、爱科学的美好愿望。

十一月：组织学生备战，考好期中试，将自己半学期的学习做一次检测、小结，并在考试后召开家长会，及时将学生半学期的表现汇报给家长，与家长沟通，以取得深长的理解与支持，共同促使学生向好的方面民展；在学生中开展“我是中国人，写好中国字”的教育，组织学生练好铅笔书法，积极参加教导处组织的“二年级铅笔字比赛”。

十二月：配合教导处的读书节活动，号召学生将自己的好书捐出来与大家共享，使教室书香缭绕，乐趣不断，经过动员，全班学生共捐书64册；鼓励学生与中国古文化做亲密接触，多读、多背古诗词，学生积极响应，在二年级古诗词背诵赛中取得第二名；组织学生积极参加体育锻炼，踊跃参加三跳运动会和冬季越野赛，经过全体同学的努力，我们班在冬季越野赛上取得了团体总分第一名的好成绩。

二、教学方面

作为一名教师，搞好教学是自己的本职所在，而我也不例外。这学期，除了做好班级管理工作之外，我在教学工作上也没有放松自己。我坚持认真上好第一节课，认真批改每一份作业，努力使自己做得更好。一方面，我不断地充实自己，积极参加教育处计算机上机考核，以及认真拜读了《你属于哪种人》并写出心得体会；另一方面，我还参加了区课件比赛初评及青年教师全程赛教，并积极承担了区新课标评优赛教的任务，以压力鞭策自己，以提高自己的教学水平。另外，我还坚持听优质课，虚心向别的老师求教，以使自己的业务能力进一步提高。
