3、认真研究新课程标准，尤其与旧大纲不同的地方，清楚哪些内容是新增加的，哪些内容是已经删掉的，哪些内容

4、为了减轻高三听力训练的压力，提高学生的听力水平，从高一就开始就对学生进行听力训练。除了利用课堂上的时间外，还坚持每周三次利用课余时间给学生集体放听力。
