三、教材分析

按照新课程改革，本学期开设普通高中课程标准实验教科书英语必修(5)和选修(6)。(北师大版)共6个单元内容。要求学生重点掌握每个单元中的重要词语以及出现的重要句型;语法主要为：过去分词;表示推测的情态动词;间接引语;虚拟语气;过去完成时;过去完成进行时;进行时态和非进行时态。其中过去分词、虚拟语气、过去完成时和过去完成进行时的区分使用是本学期教学的重点也是学生学习的难点

四、主要措施

(一)教学方面

打牢基础，提高听说读写的技能。

1、在听力方面，进一步提高学生的听力水平，从高一就开始就对学生进行听力训练。除了利用课堂上的时间外，还坚持利用课余时间给学生放一些英语小片段，有趣的视频和带中英文字幕的经典电影，让学生融入一个说英语的英语环境。

2、在口语表达方面，本学期要狠抓学生的口语表达，在教学过程中努力设计教学，把提高学生的口语安排在每节课的教学中。具体措施，每周二四六三次英语课，抽出5-10分钟的时间，安排一到两名学生到讲台前进行英语口语表达练习，形式多样，可以是即兴演讲impromptu speech，天气预报weather forecast ，时政要闻political news，幽默humor，笑话jokes or funny story，戏剧drama，诗歌朗诵reading poems，美文欣赏等。

3、在词汇方面，单词一直是学记忆生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。为打牢学生的单词基础，在每周单元学习结束前对学生进行单词默写检查两次，一次让学生互评，一次由老师亲自评阅。每个单元，我们还是给学生总结好每个单元的背背佳，包括短语和经典的句子，并检查学生的背诵情况。

4、在阅读方面，阅读理解能力的培养是高中教学的重点，也是高考的重头戏。在单元教学中精心设计一节课阅读课，充分培养锻炼学生的阅读能力，阅读技巧，阅读速度和阅读效率，并且有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。

我为人处事的原则是：老老实实做人，认认真真工作，开开心心生活。自己一贯注重个人品德素质的培养，努力做到尊重领导，团结同志，工作负责，办事公道，不计较个人得失，对工作对同志有公心，爱心，平常心和宽容心。自从参加工作以来，我首先在师德上严格要求自己，要做一个合格的人民教师!认真学习和领会上级教育主管部门的文件精神，与时俱进，爱岗敬业，为人师表，热爱学生，尊重学生，争取让每个学生都能享受到最好的教育，都能有不同程度的发展。

2、有较高的专业水平

我从淄博师专数学系毕业后曾到山东师范大学进修英语教学培训，系统而又牢固地掌握了英语教学的专业知识。多年来始终在教学第一线致力于小学英语教学及研究，使自己的专业知识得到进一步充实、更新和扩展。

3、有较强的教学能力

从选择教师这门职业的第一天起，我最大的心愿就是做一名受学生欢迎的好老师，为了这个心愿，我一直在不懈努力着。要求自己做到牢固掌握本学科的基本理论知识，熟悉相关学科的文化知识，不断更新知识结构，精通业务，精心施教，把握好教学的难点重点，认真探索教学规律，钻研教学艺术，努力形成自己的教学特色。我的教学风格和教学效果普遍受到学生的认可和欢迎。

以上所述情况，是我竞聘英语教师的优势条件，假如我有幸竞聘上岗，这些优势条件将有助于我更好的开展英语教学工作。

如果我有幸竞聘成功，能担任三四年级英语教师的话，我将从以下方面开展工作。

一是认真贯彻执行党的教育路线、方针、政策和学校的各项决定，加强学习，积极进取，求真务实，开拓创新，不断提高自己的综合素质、创新能力，用自己的勤奋加智慧，完成好教学任务。使我校的英语教学上一个大的台阶。

二是做一个科研型的教师。教师的从教之日，正是重新学习之时。新时代要求教师具备的不只是操作技巧，还要有直面新情况、分析新问题、解决新矛盾的本领。进行目标明确、有针对性解决我校的英语教学难题。

三、做一个理念新的教师

目前，新一轮的基础教育改革早已在我市全面推开，做为新课改的实践者，要在认真学习新课程理念的基础上，结合自己所教的学科，积极探索有效的教学方法。大力改革教学，积极探索实施创新教学模式。把英语知识与学生的生活相结合，为学生创设一个富有生活气息的真实的学习情境，同时注重学生的探究发现，引导学生在学习中学会合作交流，提高学习能力。

四、做一个富有爱心的老师“不爱学生就教不好学生”，“爱学生就要爱每一个学生”。作为一名教师，要无私地奉献爱，处处播洒爱，使我的学生在爱的激励下，增强自信，勇于创新，不断进取，成长为撑起祖国一片蓝天的栋梁。用质朴的心爱护学生，用诚挚的情感染学生，用精湛的教学艺术熏陶学生，用忘我的工作态度影响学生。

本人热爱教育，积极学习教育教学理论知识和现代教学技术，能够熟练地掌握英语基础理论知识和专业知识。在新课程理念指导下，力求创新教学。作为英语教师，我力求建设快乐、活泼又有效的课堂，深受学生喜爱，课后狠抓落实，努力提高学生成绩。为更好地成长，特制定个人专业发展三年规划如下：

一、整体性目标

力求由专业型、经验型教师向研究型、双师型教师转变。

二、阶段性目标

第一阶段，树立终身学习的观念，抓紧分分秒秒学习充电，使学习成为自己的一种内需，通过学习提升师德修养，丰富知识结构，增强理论底蕴;工作中，积极投身教育科研的改革与实践，从学生生命发展的高度积极探索新的课堂教学;实践中，不断探求、感悟、反思，时刻提醒自己用脑子工作，使自己逐步成为研究型、开拓型、全能型的教师。时刻告诫自己要追求卓越，崇尚一流，拒绝平庸，注重自身创新精神与实践能力、情感、态度与价值观的发展，使自己真正成长为不辱使命感、历史责任感的优秀教师，把自己的全部知识、才华和爱心奉献给学生、奉献给教育事业。我相信这也是每一个教师所追求的思想境界。努力学习比较系统的专业知识、教育科学知识，不断提高自己的师德修养，丰富自身的人文底蕴。积极投入教育科研，探索规律，提高自身的教育教学水平，每学期学生考试成绩突出。

第二阶段，加强教育科研能力重构自身专业知识结构。在教研与科研的实践中，发展自己，将自己的专业知识运用于教学实践并通过实践与反思而与教学对象、教学环境不断互动的过程，通过这个过程来强化自己的教学实践能力;将学科知识能力和教育理论素养相结合，通过教学实践来整合自己的专业知识，重构自己的专业知识结构。

第三阶段，为此制订如下措施：

1、认真阅读教育教学专著，并作好理论学习笔记。争取坚持记教育教学日记、教学反思，养成及时反思和勤于积累的习惯。

2、制作个人专题档案。记录整理个人成长的足迹。认真参加每一次的教研活动，认真思考并虚心学习。积极参加教育部门组织的继续教育学习和学校组织的校本研训活动利用每学期开一到两节公开课的机会汇报概念教学和习题教学的科研成果。

3、认真上好每一节课，把教学能力的提高落实在每一天的课堂教学中。认真作案例分析。努力改进课堂教学，千方百计激发学生的学习兴趣，使他们变“苦学”为“乐学”。

4、认真对待每一个学生，认真处理每一件事情，认真对待每一次班级活动，把班级管理能力的提高落实在每一天的班级管理中。

5、承担学校及上级部门组织的课题实验课题，以课题研究带动自身的提高。

在今后的教育教学中，我将再接再厉，不断进行学习，提升自身素养。同时注重培养学生自主学习的好习惯，培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。立足根本，放眼未来，为新时期的教育事业贡献自己的力量。

we are the world ,we are the future

omeone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. i don’t know who wrote these words, but i’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. we are all in the position of the farmers. if we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. if we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

we are young. “how to spend the youth?” it is a meaningful question. to answer it, first i have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. it’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. it’s the matter of the will. it’s the freshneof the deep spring of life.

a poet said “to see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. several days ago, i had a chance to listen to a lecture. i learnt a lot there. i’d like to share it with all of you. let’s show our right palms. we can see three lines that show how our love.career and life is. i have a short line of life.

what about yours? i wondered whether we could see our future in this way. well, let’s make a fist. where is our future?

we all want the future to be better than the past. but the future can go better itself. don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. from the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. we’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.
