第一部分，找出整体认读音节，抄写在下面的四线格里。有两个孩子整体认读音节找错了两个，四个孩子漏掉一个没写全。主要是整体认读音节没找出来。

第二部分，我会连。这里有好几个小题。第1小题最难，失分最多。这里上下两行音节，要求同一类的用线连起来。这一题，不但要求孩子拼音能熟练掌握，还要具备一定的生活常识，能给他们归类。有些孩子一看到都是拼音眼睛就花了，也不肯好好好去拼，或是拼出了下一个，就忘掉了上一个，错得很可笑。有的把帽子和花猫归为同一类，把黄狗和鸭梨归为一类，反正各种错误答案都有。但大部分孩子都完成得很好，这些孩子不但拼音掌握的很熟练，心也很细，因为这里很容易眼睛看花。后面三个小题都完成得较好，只有个别孩子错了。

第三部分给生字选择正确的读音，主要是平翘舌音与前后鼻音的区分。其实这几个字大部分在课堂作业本和以前单元测试卷上出现过，但有些孩子还是区分不清，这本来就是我们这个方言区的难点，以后在生字读音教学时要特别强调平翘与前后鼻韵的朗读，尽量让孩子把音读准。

第四部分，给生字找家，就是相同偏旁连线，除了一个孩子漏掉一个没连，其他都做对了。

第五部分，在下列词语中找出不是同一类的词把序号写在括号里。这个部分完成得也较好，错得孩子没几个，最有趣的是一个孩子本来都写对了，后来居然全部擦掉，改画成一个个小圆圈。我披到他的卷子时很纳闷，不知道他这是什么意思，后来叫过来一问，孩子说他以为是要写句号，所以就都给画圆了。其实孩子即使做错，也往往有自己的想法，但我们做老师的却很少有工夫去一个个探问，听听他们解题时的想法，而用一个简单的叉叉残忍的否决了。

第六部分，数量词连线。这次出题人别出心裁把量词写在一面面小旗帜上，可是却不知道这样好看是好看了，但却让孩子们连起来不方便。更害的两个孩子都不知道该怎样做这道题，不知该谁跟谁连了。这里错的较多的是右边一组词，应该是一朵云，一棵树，一片树叶。有的孩子连成一片云，那么他后面的一朵树叶就错了。

第七部分，我会写。有三个小题：前两个小题完成得很好，个别孩子错。第3小题我会看图写汉字。这里考孩子会不会观察图形。主要是填数字，但最后一个应该是(天)上白云飘来飘去，有几个孩子受前面数字的影响，填了一个二。这些孩子做好后肯定没读，如果读了，就不会犯这种错误了。

第八部分，我会找朋友，用线连起来。其实就是词语搭配。完成得较好，个别错的孩子主要是做好后没读，或字识得不好，自己读理解有困难而做错。

最后一个大题，把图和词语、句子连起来。这里四幅图，表示四个季节，后面还有分别描写四季的四句话。图画得不是很清楚，但如果仔细看还是能看明白的。这里错的孩子有些是真的四季不分，而有些则是粗心，没有仔细看图造成的。

总的来说，本次考试比预想中的要好。全班38人达到了优秀，其中13个满分，8个良好，两个及格。(95分以上为优秀，80-94为良好。60-79为及格。)

从考试结果来看，很多一开始不突出但课堂听讲习惯好的孩子正在迎头赶上来，进步非常明显。所以说课堂能否专心听讲是非常重要的，我以此为锲机又对全班孩子进行了一次养成课堂倾听习惯重要性的教育。

下午讲评了试卷，我不让孩子订正，要求带回家让家长看看孩子都错在什么地方，怎么会做错，让家长明白孩子的主要知识缺陷在哪里，好心中有数。但90分以下的因为错误较多，怕回家订正困难，所以放学后在教室里辅导订正完成了。

高中英语新课程实施过程问题调研报告

课程在学校教育中处于核心地位，教育目标和价值主要通过课程来体现和实施。XX年9月英语新课程已登堂入室，正式走进全国九个省份的高中校园。它除了遵守语言教学规律，渗透思想情感教育，融知识性、趣味性于一体，更加充分体现当前课程改革的最新精神和时代特征，真正把英语教学转变到了“以学生为本”的轨道上。新教材走出了单纯以学科规律为导引的传统的教材设计，立足于学生的生活，关注学生学习过程中所表现出来的情感态度，学习策略，心智潜能等主体意识的培养，来确立学生的主体地位。

然而，要使每个教师都能从本质上接受新课程标准的精神，在教育教学理念上完全从传统模式中转变过来，不走样，有一个过程，甚至是较长的一个过程。新课标从理论上讲无疑是美好的，但在实际操作的过程中，存在理论与实际的冲突，存在着理想价值观与现实价值观的冲突，使相当一部分在教学第一线上的老师常常感到难以把握，常常被困惑所烦恼。如何使教师们解除困惑，正确面对现实问题，积极摸索出适合国情、省情的教学路子是英语新课程实施成功与否的关键所在。笔者基于上述考虑提出下列四个问题与英语同行交流。

一 、关注高中起始阶段的英语教学

新课标的教学目标是提高学生的学习兴趣、培养他们的学习态度，树立信心，养成良好的学习习惯，形成良好的学习策略，发展自主学习的能力，使学生掌握英语基础知识和听、说、读、写均能形成一定的综合语言运用能力。这跟过去的大纲是有区别的，过去大纲是先写基础知识，后写交际运用的能力。现在反过来，先写非智力因素，这体现了以人的发展为本而不是以知识为本的新理念。但在实际的教学中，教育质量在对教师的评价中比以往任何时候都重要。教师很难，甚至不可能去考虑兴趣培养，从培养能力的态度及建立长远计划的角度体现发展观的问题。高中的新课程一开始，教师在同行竞争的压力下，都采用大容量，快节奏的教学方法。一开始就用上，学生根本没有接触过的词汇和内容，给学生当头一棒，致使相当一部份学生由此丧失了学习英语的信心和兴趣。若降低起点，减小坡度，放慢速度来激活同学的学习兴趣和心智潜能，无疑是正确的，但对教师进行教学质量评估的学校管理制度使教师在这二者的选择时，处于两难的境地。所以要真正落实新课标新理念要求广大教师摒弃功利思想，牢牢记住以人为本，注重人的发展观。新课标的实施受到现实价值观的阻挠。看来，全面实行新课标是一个系统工程，要和现存教学评价体系改革相配套。只有对教师教学评价体系改革同时启动，才有助于对学生学习信心培养把开发心智潜能落到实处。

二、关于课堂教学模式问题

新课程进入课堂后确实给课堂带来生机。其中学生积极参与教学活动的课堂模式的确体现了新课程的以学生为主体和学生发展观的教学理念。它对打破教师过于注重知识传授的模式强调形成积极主动的学习态度，使获得基础知识与基本技能的过程同时成为学会学习和形成正确价值观的过程。在有令人可喜一面的同时，在众多中学校也有令人忧虑的一面。笔者在全国各地中学听了不少课，总体来说授课老师有着良好的教师素质和驾驭课堂的基本功。从整堂课的环节来看，似乎非常完美，无懈可击。但最大的通病就是对学生来说，没有体验的时间，信息输入量对中等及其以下的学生都不够。整堂课似乎也很热闹，但学生所获不多，而是被老师安排的教学环节牵着走。我和几位老师在听完我校一些青年教师的观摩课都有些同感，缺少足够的输入哪来足够真实的输出？这些通病看似环节的问题，其实本质是理念问题，说到底还是为了追求课堂形式完美，而牺牲学生体验，对以学生为本的思想缺乏深刻认识。在课堂上真正会回答问题的只有少数优秀学生。这种课堂行为说到底还是没有面向全体。面向全体学生不能以是不是全体学生都有没有参与课堂活动来衡量，要看是这种课堂活动对他们是否有效来决定。

基本状况概述

按照校园的安排，本人本学期担任高二11、12两个班的英语教学工作，这两个班都是生物平衡班。这一学期来，本人更用心地去了解学生，去摸清学生的学习基础，以便更好地"因材施教"。在教学中认真备课、上课、听课、评课，及时批改作业、讲评作业，做好课后辅导工作，广泛涉猎各种知识，构成比较完整的知识结构，严格要求学生，尊重学生，发扬教学民主，使学生学有所得，从而不断提高自己的教学水平和思想觉悟，并顺利完成教育教学任务。

主要做法和成绩

为了迎接广东省高中教学水平评估，本人这一学期认真学习新课程标准改革的有关理念，结合我校英语科组的教学理念，在英语课堂教学中完全遵循新课标的要求，对学生实施素质教育，关注学生的情感，做到以学生为主体，全面提高学生的语言素养，并以身作则，透过各种渠道学习新的知识，更新自身的知识体系，也为学生的终身学习树立了很好的榜样。另外，由于从本学期开始，校园引进了两名外籍教师，这也更好地激发了学生学习英语的兴趣。为了鼓励学生，我经常找学生了解两名外教所上的英语口语课，不放过任何一次能够表扬学生的机会，学生的英语学习热情也空前高涨。另外，我还创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。为学生带给自主学习和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间。鼓励学生透过体验、实践、合作、探索等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合潜力。创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。

问题与不足

当然，也有一部分学生的英语基础还相当薄弱，也以前有学生要求为他们找家教;有些学生还没有找到比较适合自己的学习方法。另外，本人对新课标的理解依然停留在初级阶段，有时候在对新教材的处理上还存在一些理解不到位的地方。

今后努力方向

新课程改革不是纸上谈兵，今后我务必要与实践相结合，努力学习，用心进取，用心参与课程改革，在课改中不断学习，不断实践，不断反思，愿与新课程共同成长。

Hello everyone.My name is....I am a student of Grade eight.I am an outgoing,lovely girl and I am so welcomed by my friends and my classmates.

My best friend,xiao hai.She is very interesting and lovely too.She often tells funny stories and always make me laugh.We often play together.I like action movies.I think they are exciting and interesting.I often go to the movies with my friends on weekends.I can aslo play the violin and have won many prizes in the competitions.I take violin lessons twice a week.It is a little hard for me but I am very happy,because I have a dream.I want to be a great violinist one day.

20x年即将过去，这一年中，我担任过高一段三个班级的英语教学工作，教学任务也比较重，相较上学期，这一学期我更加了解学生，能够深入分析学情，以调整自己的教学工作。我认真体会学生，关注学生，并且研究课标，梳理知识结构，有计划地开展必修2和必修3的相关新知识的教学任务，以及复习任务，顺利完成本学期的教学任务。现将本学期教学工作总结如下：

一、分析学情

经过上学期和本学期以来的教学工作，我全面地掌握学生的学习基础情况，更好地“因材施教”，针对不同的学生，实施不同程度的指导，对其设定的相应目标和要求也不同。高一(2)班和高一(3)班为普通班，学生英语基础不是很好，但总体来说，相较上学期有所提高。

2班的女生英语基础和成绩明显胜过男生，英语高分成绩也常出现在这个班级，但部分学生消极对待英语这门学科，上课不认真听讲，自我放纵。

我对提高他们的学习兴趣和积极性也苦思无果，十分苦恼。而3班虽相对均衡一些，女生基础相对较好。但总体而言，3班的学生学习更加认真和自觉，对英语学科的学习热情也比较高，课堂氛围也比较好，在本学期取得了很大的进步。而高一(1)班为美术班，对语数外三门主科相对更为重视，但学生的英语基础并不好，在这学期一些原来有相对基础的学生进步很快，勤能补拙，但也有一部分学生呈现出上课散漫，作业不认真对待的现象，

为此，我多次调整教学进度，细致分析练习和基础知识，好让相对落后的学生能够重拾信心，学得知识。

二、大量练习促进学生对基础知识的巩固和能力的提高

1、课本复习是学生能力提高的关键。

从开学之初我就对学生强调课本的重要性，对课本知识点认真归纳和反复梳理，通过练习的形式进行学习反馈。

2、作好听力训练是为学期考试和高考打好基础。

学生在每一单元必定会有一次或多次的听力训练。听力教学往往容易受忽视，但我认为，听力和口语教学是相互促进的，也是培养学生语感和基础技能的一种手段。

3、扩大阅读，培养英语阅读能力。

要想英语取得好成绩，课外阅读必不可少。为此，我搜集了一些完型填空和阅读理解题来让学生训练，以提高学生的阅读能力。

4、认真批阅学生英语作文，推荐学生优秀作品。

本学期我一共让学生进行了3次英语写作，其中有2次进行了写作后课堂分析及优秀范文学习。我悉心整理各类好词好句，以及优秀的学生作文，以供学生学习和模仿。同时，对每一位学生英语作文进行面批和指导，提高他们的书面表达能力，一定程度上有效促进了学生英语学习的积极性。

三、师徒结对，听课评课讨论学习

本学期借着“师徒结对”这一难得的机会，我向师傅陈献娥老师学习，收获不少。我们高一段备课组开展了多次集体备课活动，并不断地进行课堂互听互评，以便提高教学质量。听课后的讨论环节，是最让我受益，也是最令我喜爱的。我们对教学设计的想法汇聚在一起，互相分享成果，达到了教学优化的效果。

四、加强学习，提升自身素质

积极到外校听课、评课，听讲座，虚心向同行和前辈学习;与教研组的老师讨论教育教学方法，集思广益，提高教学水平。多看课外书籍，培养多种兴趣爱好，不断拓宽知识面，使教学内容和形式丰富多样化。

这一学期即将结束，我相信自己在这学期的教学工作中有所进步，取得了一定成效，但教学无止境，在今后的教育教学工作中，我将更严格要求自己，努力工作，改善和提高自我，提升自身修养和教学水平。
