开始上课时，讲课有些拘谨，放不开。知识的讲解也有些枯燥，知识的处理上也只有简单的复述和转移，方法的运用也较少。当听完几位老教师的课后，我受益匪浅。他们的课没有那么多的修饰，讲解也简单明了，重点突出，难点讲解清楚明白，用了许多方法，迁移或延伸，这些方法让学生少走许多弯路，让学生有捷径可寻，让学生更轻松的学习。上课时，在一些重难点把握上也有些偏差，有时也会感到手足无措，这就会给学生的学习带来很多不必要的麻烦。在高中学习中，尤其是英语学习，更应该教给学生一些有效地学习方法。这就要求在上课时要有的放矢，要有重点。

课堂上学生学习的状态，很大程度上是由老师的精神状态决定的。老师在课堂上神采飞扬，课堂气氛会很活跃。如果老师的情绪不高，课堂气氛也会死气沉沉的，听课的效果也不会很好。上课时，我尽量使学生能够在一个轻松的环境下听讲，然而有时这个度没有把握好，毕竟班级里有些学生会比较活跃或喜欢说话，使得课堂纪律有时会比较差一点，就要拿出额外的时间去维持纪律，这就影响了讲课效率，使课堂指令失去了效果，这样就得不偿失了，所以我变得更加谨慎。

要提高课堂的效率，让学生能够更轻松的掌握知识，就要在备课上下功夫。上课前我都会积极准备所要讲的内容，在教研活动上认真听认真记。许多相关的题目我也会提前做完，把握好下一堂课的重点和难点。在遇到不明白不清楚的问题是，我也会及时向其他老师请教，不把疑问带到课堂上。在经过开始上课时的跌跌撞撞，我也能够一步一步向前了。

课堂讲解之后，要跟上必要的作业或练习，而且在学生做完之后一定要去检查。在学期开始的时候，学生不完成作业的现象还不是很多，我认为老师布置的作业，学生理应认真去完成，然而我发现只有让交的或是要检查的作业，学生才会去做。只让学生做，而不去检查，时间长了学生就开始偷懒不做了。

刚从学生变成老师，却已然忘掉了自己是怎么从学生时代过来的。认为只要学生认真听课，学习成绩肯定能提高，却忽视了学生身上存在的问题。开学的一个多月，对新环境逐渐适应之后，好玩的天性显露出来。对英语学习的疲态显露出来，英语是一门语言，却不同于自己的母语，很多基础不太好的学生在听讲上也会存在障碍，学英语的积极性也会下降。一段时间内我却错误的认为，这是态度上的问题，其实许多学生不是不想学，而是真的很难听懂老师讲的问题。毕竟还是一群孩子，有时听不懂也就不想听了，由着自己性子。

在作业中会暴露出许多的问题，尤其是讲过之后重复出现的错误。我也经常思考，是因为学生没有认真听，还是因为我没有讲清楚讲明白。其实很多错误都是习惯性的，短时间内是不容易改正的。我有时对学生作业中出现的问题很生气，随后静下心来想一想，只有出现问题才能发现问题吗，尤其是英语学科，知识点比较零碎，需要不断地反复记忆。有时候我会怪学生没记住，也许我太急于求成了，太过分苛求学生了，比如记单词和比较难的语法知识，短时间内是不容易记住的而且是很容易忘掉，要给学生留出足够的时间来去学习和巩固。对于学生作业中出现的问题，要耐心指导，留出一定的时间让其改正。学生也有完不成作业的情况，如果是态度上的问题，一定要严格要求绝不姑息。如果是因为作业量大，难度大，我会再留给他们些时间。

有时候我在想我讲的课怎么样，我的学生会怎么看我，而忽视了最重要的方面——关注学生，只有充分的了解学生的问题，无论是课上还是课下，这样才可以有目标，有重点的去解决问题。我想这也是我要努力地方向。

大家好，我叫Z，毕业于青山区任家路中学。我从小便喜好文学，对我而言，相比理科中奇妙的符号数字和多变的几何图形，我更喜爱文学中的那一片人文气息。无人时，我喜欢静静的看书，沉浸甚至沉醉于那一部部文学名著中。书中那片浓郁的人文气息，沁人心脾，让我不由的深陷其中，无法自拔。不知当年老残听到王小玉那犹如天籁般的说书声时，是否也有着这般感受呢？

不过由于过于以书为友，反而让我忽略了现实中的人际交流，在面对陌生的环境和陌生的人时，我会由于茫然不知所措而显得过于沉默乃至沉闷，这也算是我最大的一个缺点吧。

当然像雏田一样，我也一直在试着改变这样的自己，虽然很难，但我会尽力。因此在今后的三年里，我希望在收获好成绩的同时，也能收获到数份珍贵的友谊！

本学期本人承担高一(2)和高一(6)高一(15)三个班的英语课教学工作，周课时十五节。在工作中，能勤勤恳恳，敬岗爱业，忠实执行党的教育方针，坚持以素质教育为主线，教学研究为龙头，构建创新教育模式，面向全体学生，促进学生全面发展。在学校领导的亲切关怀和大力支持下，在科组，年级同行的大力协助下，圆满地完成了本学期的教育教学任务。回顾一个学期的工作，我有如下几点体会：

一、构建在新课程条件下“多媒体优化组合”的英语课堂教学模式。

“多媒体优化组合”构建的课堂教学模式，就是运用这种心理学的感观原理的理论，应用于英语教学的一种实践。

传统的英语教学模式，教师在整个教学过程中，就是灌输抽象、刻板的规则，用“条款化的语言”来描述具有审美载体的、形象生动的语言，不言而喻，这样的教学手段，不适应时代的快节奏，不利于开发学生的智力，不利于培养开拓型人才，不利于学生素质的全面发展。

布鲁纳说过：“学习的刺激是对所学教材的兴趣”，对学生来说“兴趣”将直接影响学习效果。因此，我在课堂上运用以电教为主体的“多媒体优化组合”课堂教学模式，使教学内容的表现形式变得新颖而引人入胜，充分调动学生的学习积极性，使学生对学习产生浓厚的兴趣。

二、开启学生创造性思维能力，培养良好的学生素质

新大纲明确指出：中学英语教学的目的是“通过听、说、读、写训练，使学生获得英语基础知识和交际初步运用英语的能力，激发学生的学习兴趣，养成良好的学艺打情，为进一步学习打好基础，发展学生的思维能力和自学能力”。众所周知，在诸多能力素质中，创造思维能力是促成其他能力形成的核心机制。

传统的英语教学模式培养的是僵化的思维定势，它桎梏着学生的创造力。因此，我在课堂教学上能注重全方位地、多元化地调动学生的视觉、听觉、动觉，多层地启发学生、引导思维、拓宽思维境界、引发发散性思维，使思维的广阔性、深刻性、独立性、敏捷性等方面得到训练，从而发展了学生的创造能力，培养出良好的学生素质，达到教育的最终目标。

三、利用学科的优势，培养学生良好的人格，陶冶学生美的情操

教学过程，实际上是学生在教师指导下的认识过程。学生是认识的主体，知识的掌握和能力的培养只能在主体自己相应的积极自觉活动中才能形成。在教学上我不仅是教师，而且是魔术师，运用直观的现代的教学手段，使语言教学从单调的文字描述中解放出来，在学生面前展现的是文字、语音、形象、色彩这一新奇的美，这种美感会吸引学生注意力，从而激发浓厚的学习兴趣。——“激发学生的学习兴趣”是新大纲中新列入的教学目的。

同时，我也是导演，导演出一幕幕场景;是画家，用斑谰的色彩展开生动的画面;是导游，引导学生在语言的海洋中漫游……这种全方位展示着的英语教师气质的美，就是一个强有力的磁场，吸引着学生，给他们一个愉悦的环境，使他们对课堂产生审美情感，使他们获得美的陶冶，从而使整个教学过程处在美的环境中，产生良性循环，增加学生学习的活力。

四、深入研究教育教学理论，使教学更加符合学生的年龄特征和身心特点。

各个学习阶段的学生都有其特定的年龄特征和身心特点，需要教师真正做到“设身处地”，站在不同的角度缜密地构思每一个教学环节，这样才能更好地交流互动，完成教学任务。高二是学生高中学习生活的转折时期，是承前起后的时期。英语学习成绩的好坏与他们的升学与否紧密相连。所以我不仅备教材，还备这个年龄段的学生，取得了令人满意的效果。

五、建立新型的师生关系，强化教学主体意识。

时代的发展为传统意义上的师生关系注入了新的内涵：民主平等、互相尊重、互相学习、共同提高。教师应该是“首席”，与学生共同奏出优美的旋律;教师应该是“配角”，把学生衬托得光彩照人;教师应该是“热线”，让学生永远感觉到鲜活与新颖;教师应该是“110”，在学生最需要关爱和帮助的时候，及时守候在学生身边;教师应该是“导游”，引导学生探幽发微，欣赏险峰的无限风光;教师应该是“场上队长”，身先士卒，与队友共同拼搏，在比赛结束后，把队友?我们的学生，高高地抛向空中……

面对着一个个充满灵性的教育对象，我时刻提醒自己：“我是谁?为了谁?是否把学生的收获、学生的发展放在首要的位置?是否做到了‘一切为了学生，为了一切学生，为了学生的一切”。特别我刚到这个学校，对这里的学生学习情况很不了解，对他们的学习习惯，我也不认同，但是我爱他们——平等协商，倾心交流，使得我们师生关系和谐融洽。

六、坚持政治学习，加强师德修养，做到学高为师，身正为范

本人这个学期能，遵守劳动纪律，从未旷工，上课从不迟到，与同级组老师团结合作，积极支持科组工作，不折不扣的完成科组长分配的任务，积极参加各类教研活动，并且把教研活动所得及时运用到教学中去!

我以后一定会更加努力，坚持向教科研要质量，坚持向课堂教学要质量!努力提高自己的教育教学水平!

三年时光匆匆而过，高三的生活即将结束。三年来，我以历了许多，也收获了许多。
