二、20xx年本校英语备考的主要举措、经验

①领导重视。

20xx年x月份，学校就成立了高考备考组。在备考过成中，校长、下级领导与级组长经常过问英语备考情况，及时协调帮忙解决英语备考过程中遇到的问题。学校还多次派出英语老师参加各种研讨会、备考会和经验交流会。

②备课组成员之间团结，分工，合作。

完整明晰的计划，切实具体的步骤，这一切的实施还需要一个富有战斗力的集体来贯彻、完成。我们备课组成员发挥了团结、分工、合作的精神，集体备课，共同研究，资源共享，相互交流，不仅研究教什么，还要研究怎么教。

③计划早，目标明，备考工作紧张而有序。

去年x月份，我们备课组就对学生的状况进行了具体的分析，然后又根据学生具体情况确定了我们的目标，制定了详细的复习计划。尽管这届学生在高二全市期末统测中成绩不错，但进入高三开学后的摸底考试中完全暴露了基础很差的不足。据此，备课组制定了以扎实基础为主的复习计划。

我们将复习分为三个阶段：第一阶段是章节过关复习(20xx年x月——20xx年x月上旬);第二阶段是专题复习(20xx年x月下旬——20xx年x月中旬);第三阶段是点拨提高(20xx年x月下旬——6月上旬)。考虑到学生基础差，我们将复习的主要任务放在抓基础知识方面，大部分时间放在第一阶段章节过关上。在这一轮复习过程中，我们将高一到高二的英语课本跟学生详细进行了复习，每一个单元复习后都进行检测，进行查缺补漏。

2、完型填空对近义词的区别及对上下文的理解能力比较差。

3、阅读方面显示出学生的词汇量不够大，并且不会抓住主题句、不注意排除干扰的相似的信息。

4、写作方面。基础写作不少学生不懂得整合信息或漏写信息点，读写任务显示出学生的概括能力差，有的仅提及其中某一方面或仅侧重某一方面，甚至完全提不到重点;有的在文中摘抄完整的两个句子作为自己的，或者几乎一字不变地把原文中的主动句变成被动句等;有的学生以文中细节代替概括,不清楚哪些是事例哪些是概括的语言;有的学生在第一段就发表自己的个人意见。

此外，在写作中，中式英语的表达也相当多，篇章的逻辑较混乱。发现这些情况后，我们及时调整复习策略，过好词汇、语法两关，回归课本，强化专题训练 。

综合测试是我们训练阅读写作的重要手段。每周坚持两次测试是我们铁定不变的做法(这个做法一直坚持到高考前禁考为止，每次测试均用年级统一安排的时间和上课时间)。每次测试完后，我们都及时批改，及时讨论试题的重点、难点，及时精要评讲(重点评讲阅读理解和书面表达)，及时发现存在问题，及时扶差补缺。

为了及时了解学生的测试情况，我们老师常常在下午放学后，不吃晚饭，留在办公室一直改卷到晚上，直到把卷改完为止。这种废寝忘食、以校为家的精神大大地鼓舞了学生们的斗志。在第三阶段，我们根据几次模拟试题、几次备考会交流得来的信息，对学生进行了出题方向和解题思路的点拨提高 。

听力历来是最容易得分又最容易丢分的一个大题。 08届的听力训练材料采用《听力风暴》，这本书的优点是配套录音带发音清晰，内容题材丰富，贴近高考，不足之处就是语速稍快。在征得年级领导的同意后，我们坚持利用每周两个晚上(7：20pm—7:40pm)播放听力录音。听完后学生自己对答案，听不懂的地方自己参考书本后面的朗读材料。

④重视非智力因素对高考的影响。

临近高考学生的能力基本已经定型，但一些非智力因素(如书写等)可能会影响学生的考试成绩。因此，我狠抓训练学生的书写和填涂答题卡的习惯。让学生养成书写工整和正确涂卡等良好的习惯。并要求学生统一用黑色墨水书写。布置抄写英语短文作业是我们训练学生书写的常用方法。同时，我们也通过其它的一些做法去强迫学生养成严格要求的习惯。在模拟考试中凡是不按要求答题者统统按零分处理。

⑤重视规范，紧抓不放。

备考中，我们反复强调，希望学生重视作答的规范，强化得分意识。比如作文写作，如何体现文体规范重视规范，可以把能得到的分拿多、拿满，有利于克服失分大于得分的现

这里的“规范”包括：

1.答题思路的规范。懂得如何入手，从哪里入手，要答什么。

2.答题表述的规范。说得出来，讲的准确，不罗唆。

3.答题格式的规范。书写工整，有条理，无错字语病。

⑥抓重点，注重培优补差工作。

我们特别注意在两方面抓好重点，一是在备考选材方面抓好重点;二是在对学生的个别辅导上抓好重点。在后期的复习工作中，由于资料很多，各地的模拟题也很多，我们没有时间也没有必要全部都去做。因此抓住重点，选好材料可以取得事半功倍的效果。我们备课组经常一块先自己做，然后挑选适合我们学生的题目让他们训练。我们还特别注重做好培优补差工作。备考伊始，我们就落实培优，抓稳尖子。

所谓“落实”、“抓稳”主要是说：早(做)、精(讲)、巧(练)。早做：开学不久即考虑培优班的工作落实;抓好人选，集中训练，组成高分的“冲刺军团”; 精讲：要知道尖子生的迫切问题，分析尖子生的“软肋”在哪里，为什么会丢分，丢哪里的分。巧练：落实训练重点，保持相当难度;提高做题速度;加强解题思路训练，更加从严要求，抓好细节问题和规范意识。我们以那些有希望上线的学生为重点，实施了人盯人的办法，争取能上线的不落空。

通过以上的备考办法，我校高考英语科虽然取得了预期的效果，但也存在着一些问题，主要有如下几方面：

一、实习背景

二、实习概况

在当今社会严峻的就业压力下，大学生就业难已是不争的事实。作为纯英语专业的我对未来的就业方向很是迷茫，不知道该干什么，或者不知道能干什么。在专业分方向的时候毅然选择了师范类，为的是给自己留下一个奋斗的目标。在之后的学习中也抱着当老师的想法，因此便选择了在校内集中实习。目的是真正的锻炼一下自己，让自己真正的学到东西，为以后的就业做好准备。

正是在这春回大地，万物复苏的时刻，我的实习拉开了帷幕。 我的实习学校是一所普通全日制高中学校。实习学校为我们的实习提供了很多便利的条件，为我们每一位实习生都安排了两位指导老师，一位专门负责英语的日常教学指导，一位专门负责班主任日常的班级管理指导。

近一个月的实习时间里，我始终抱有极大的热情，一直牢记自己

三、实习内容

首先，英语教学。

指导我英语教学的是一位多年从事英语教学的老教师，可以说在教学上经验丰富。老师在教学模式上虽然还是很传统的，但其丰富的教学经验和深厚的英语知识积淀却是巨大的宝库，是永远不会过时的。很庆幸自己遇到了这样一位好的指导老师。我在英语教学方面的主要工作是以下几方面：

1、听课

听课这一环节占据了我实习的大部分时间，也是很重要的一个环

节。听课的主要目的在于明确当今英语实际授课的情况，看指导老师如何组织一堂课，如何讲课，如何和学生沟通。最主要目的就是学会自己上课。

在听课方面，我总是尽量的多听课，为自己积累经验，除了听自己的指导老师的课，还去听其他的指导老师说的课，偶尔碰巧也会听实习老师的课。听的课也是五花八门，整合起来正好是一个单元的授课全过程，包括单词的学习，单元的导入，课文的讲解，语法的分析，练习题和单元测试的讲评。

经过两周的听课训练，我基本了解了当今高中英语课的授课模式和流程。现在的课堂虽然有多媒体的辅助，但基本上还是以教师讲解为中心，只是在课堂形式和授课方式上有所改变，课堂也更加灵活。听课过程中我着重注意老师讲课的语气，内容的详略，课堂活动的组织以及课堂指令的发送。同时，也会反思老师为什么这样做，如果换做是我我又会如何讲课，会不会做得更好。所有这些都为我的实战课铺平了道路。

2、作业批改

实习生唯一能帮指导老师做的可能就是批改学生的日常作业。虽然在以往的学习中也或多或少的帮老师改过作业，但现在是以老师的身份批改。正是在作业批改中体会到了作业的巨大作用，通过作业可以发现学生当前学习中存在的问题。以前作为学生，总觉得作业是一种负担，今天才算真正了解老师的良苦用心。每次批改作业都会详细的记录每位学生存在的问题，并在作业上留下相应的评语，或是鼓励，

或是指出问题所在。

通过作业的批改还可以了解学生的性格特点，比如有的学生认真，有的诚实，有的则粗心大意毛手毛脚。渐渐地发现自己喜欢上了批改作业，批改作业的过程似乎是在跟学生进行心灵的交流，真是一种享受。但批改作业的难点在于如何写评语。大众化的评语，不仅学生连我自己都厌倦了，为了写出有新意的评语我真是绞尽脑汁。这些积累又是我的一大财富。

3、讲课

经过两周的见习听课，迎来了我的重头戏，讲课。指导老师给予我极大的信任，给我一个单元的内容，用两周的时间，按照自己的安排，自主完成全部的教学内容。为了不影响我的授课思路，老师没有给我他上课使用的课件。老师鼓励我按照自己的思路放心大胆的教。在内容安排上，授课形式上老师也完全尊重我的意愿。

首先进行的便是备课。

平日里看老师上课很轻松，可是到自己真正备起课来还真不是件容易的事。备课不是简单地重现教材，但教材却是备课的基础。我仔细阅读了教材和教师用书对教学大纲的要求，慢慢的形成了自己的思路，然后再一点一点以文字的形式呈现出来，一节课便初具模型了。但其中的细节却不是一两句话可以说得清楚的，不仅是涵盖知识点，还要充分考虑学生的情况。如何用生动的语言把知识传授给学生并且让学生乐于接受。对这一切只能是站在学生的立场思考，想他们想学到什么，想以什么样的方式学。

备课后接下来便是实战了，走上课堂，正式的给学生上课。

真实的课堂与学校模拟的课堂可以说是天壤之别。我面对的是一群实实在在的学生，我不是在模拟教学，也不是在讲示范课，而是实际的教学生新知识，我教的好坏直接决定了他们的学习。好在有指导老师听课，很感激老师的付出，每节课都在教室后面听我讲课，课后又给我提供指导性的意见和建议。

第一节课后，整体感觉还行，没有想象的那么紧张，整个授课过程也挺自然的。但问题也很多。首先课堂节奏的把握上不到位，时间控制不好，节奏太快太急，好像被赶着往前跑，从而导致留给学生反思的时间几乎没有。其次是备课不充分，有些内容讲不出所以然来。这节课给我最大的感受是，讲台下坐着的是等待知识浇灌的幼苗，而不是已经枝繁叶茂的大树。我在课堂语言的使用上超出了学生现在的水平。这都是因为没有充分了解学生造成的。

接下来的几节课在老师的帮助和指导下变得越来越好。每节课课后都会收到老师的反馈，像讲课声音太小，练习目的不明确，课堂指令发送不到位等。在老师一次次精心的指导下，，我慢慢地成熟了。老师经常对我说，“一堂好课不是看是否完整的呈现了备课，而是看我们真正教会了学生什么。不要期望学生一下子接受我们所教给他们的全部内容，每节课有一点点就足够了。”在教学理论上，老师还经常强调要关注学生的能力，“我们所讲的东西，要让学生用力跳一跳就够得着，不要太高，否则会挫伤学生的信心，而太低学生又会失去兴趣。”在教学方法上，老师给我提供了很多帮助，像在主语从句句

当大地又一次被飘飞的白雪包裹、覆盖，当新年的钟声又一次在耳边响起，20xx-20xx学年第一学期也已接近尾声。回顾这一学期的工作，有成绩，也有失误，有经验，也有教训。下面，就交我本学期的工和总结如下：

一、班级管理方面

作为一名班主任，管好一个班是最基本的任务。这学期，在班级管理方面，我做了如下工作：

（一）、继续抓好对学生各项常规的培养。

经过了一个暑假，学生一下子长大了许多。他们渐渐地有了自我意识，做事情喜欢以自我为中心，搞“个人主义”。这虽是学生个性的体现，却不利于整个班集体的发展。因此，继续抓好对学生各项常规的培养，仍然是班务工作的重头戏。

二年级的孩子，自觉性还是相对较低，早上来得早，很少有人自觉读书、打扫卫生，需要老师在旁边不停地督促、提醒。针对这一情况，我先在班上选出五名责任心强、在同学中威信较高的同学，将她们两人一组搭配起来，每天一组轮换，一个领读，一个组织纪律，早晨一到校就组织同学进入早读，并配合“争星评比台”用小红花对表现好的学生进行奖励。一个学期下来，大部分学生到校后都能在领读小组的组织下自觉进入早读。

进入二年级，学校分配了室外清洁区。经过一年级一年的锻炼，大部分孩子已经能比较好地完成教室的清扫任务。但是，打扫室外清洁区需要用大扫把。学生人小力微，用起大扫把来力不从心。再加上秋天落叶很多，学生扫起来简直是人仰马翻，“岂一个乱字了得”。为了改变这一状况，我坚持每天早到校，和学生一起打扫卫生。他们不会用大扫把，我就手把手地教他们使用诀窃。经过一段时间，学生终于慢慢地进入了状况。现在，即使我不在场，学生们也会高质量、高效率地完成任务，把清洁区打扫得干干净净。

这学期，学校更加严格了对集会时路队的要求。虽然我们班过去集会时的站队状况一直良好，但并不代表我们可以躺在成绩薄上睡大觉。结合学校的要求，根据我们班在路队方面的现状，我在班上召开了一次“雁群飞行我站队，都是守纪小模范”的主题班会，对学生进行这方面的思想教育。在对学生进行思想教育的同时，反省自己平时的一言一行，并以身作则，在每一次集会时首先按要求站好，为学生作出好的榜样。一学期下来，我们班的路队又有了不小的进步。

（二）配合学校安排，积极组织学生参加学校举行的各项活动。

这学期学校组织的活动较多，每一项活动我都认真对待，积极组织学生参加，力求使学生从每一次的活动中得到锻炼。这学期我组织学生参加的活动有：

九月份：结合刚结束的雅典奥运会召开以“中国骄傲”为题的主题队会，鼓励学生学习奥运健儿的拼搏精神，以激发学生克服困难的勇气和他们的爱国主义情绪；教师节，组织学生开展“上好一节课，做好每一次作业”的尊师活动，以自己的实际行动报答老师的谆谆教诲；中秋节，号召学生开展“一个水果一颗心”的慰问解放军活动，使他们了解幸福生活的来之不易；和学生一起动手布置教室，美化自己的学习环境，积极参加“教室”的评比；组织学生分析本班特点，申报“安全”特色中队，并针对这一特色开展了一系列活动。

十月份：利用“十。一”长假在学生中开展了“我为祖国拍新照”或“写新诗”或“画新貌”的活动，鼓励学生用自己喜欢的方式将眼中的祖国记录下来，并选送作品参加学校的爱国摄影展；在中国载人飞船升上太空一周年之际，在班上召开以“航天知识知多少”为主题的班会，激发学生对航天知识的兴趣，引发他们学科学、爱科学的美好愿望。

十一月：组织学生备战，考好期中试，将自己半学期的学习做一次检测、小结，并在考试后召开家长会，及时将学生半学期的表现汇报给家长，与家长沟通，以取得深长的理解与支持，共同促使学生向好的方面民展；在学生中开展“我是中国人，写好中国字”的教育，组织学生练好铅笔书法，积极参加教导处组织的“二年级铅笔字比赛”。

十二月：配合教导处的读书节活动，号召学生将自己的好书捐出来与大家共享，使教室书香缭绕，乐趣不断，经过动员，全班学生共捐书64册；鼓励学生与中国古文化做亲密接触，多读、多背古诗词，学生积极响应，在二年级古诗词背诵赛中取得第二名；组织学生积极参加体育锻炼，踊跃参加三跳运动会和冬季越野赛，经过全体同学的努力，我们班在冬季越野赛上取得了团体总分第一名的好成绩。

二、教学方面
