寒假的脚步近了。值此之际，回顾一学期的教学工作，感慨颇多。虽然经过师生努力取得了一点成绩，但也有诸多不足。现将本学期教学工作总结如下：

首先，我积极认真学习了新的课程理念，努力实现把学生变为学习的主人这一目标。

力求把学习主动权交给学生，尽量留给学生阅读与活动的空间，大胆鼓励学生质疑问难。在教学过程中，积极实践新课程理念，努力提高课堂教学效率与效果。

其次，认真备好每一节课，上好每一节课。

因为这是提高语文教学质量的关键。为此，备课时我认真钻研了教材，翻阅资料，把握教材重难点;同时，充分利用网络资源，并在下载的网络资源的基础上进行整合。上课时从课文特点出发，从学生实际出发，充分利用多媒体，以激发学生的学习积极性;并引导学生在深入理解课文内容的基础上做好课堂笔记，以便过后温故而知新。上作文课时，尽可能地选取学生熟悉的话题;搜集整理好相关资料，展示给学生学习品味;然后引导学生列提纲，拟写开头与结尾，打草稿和修改草稿。

再其次，在教学中始终如一地遵循多表扬少批评的鼓励性教学原则：

注意发现学生的亮点，并适时加以激励，以提高学生的学习兴趣与自信心。如有的学生贪玩，学习习惯不好，成绩不理想，但他背诵课文能力强，我就在课堂上多让他背诵课文，让他在背诵中享受成功的喜悦，以此激发他学习语文的兴趣。

最后，高度重视了批改与辅导。

如果学生不做作业，及时了解情况，耐心教育，让学生改掉缺点，养成按时完成作业的良好习惯;精心批改作业，对于作业中出现的共性问题，进行集中讲解;针对学生作业的个别情况，适时进行个别辅导;有的学生思想上有问题，就进行沟通，耐心地做思想转化工作。

语文教学质量的提高需要长期努力，可是存在的问题比较多，所以今后的教学是任重而道远。

许多学生语文基础还比较差，主动学习的习惯十分缺乏。另外，在实践新课程理念的过程中，放得不开，具体表现在：学生的思维没有打开，往往不敢发言也不善于发言，往往出现尴尬的局面;而老师

对于出现的僵局往往不能从容面对，总担心课堂任务不能完成，于是越俎代庖、包办代替。这些问题还有待在今后的教育教学工作中努力解决。

在短短的时间里一个学期很快就过去了，我于20xx年x月考入xx市示范性高中，在浓厚的学习气氛和优雅的学习环境下我充实的度过了三年的校园生涯，在这段时间里我不断的挑战自我、充实自己，为实现人生的价值打下坚实的基矗下面是我对高一阶段的个人自我鉴定：

高一开始我就积极向团组织靠拢，就任本班班长的同时也加入了校团委宣传部。对工作热情、任劳任怨，和团委、学生会成员团结一致，出色的完成各项宣传工作。在那年业余团校和业余党校先后毕业。

我喜欢文学，并一直坚持和坚信有这么一群同样喜欢文学和执着追求的人，我在团委宣传部工作时就做着一份叫《中心团讯》的报纸。但我不满足与这些，我门学校全国重点职业高中不能没有自己的文学社。我要建立一个文学社，有了这样的目标，接下来就是计划怎么实施，和团委老师商量了办文学社的事，得到了他的支持，在朋友中也得到了很大的支持。这样我的信心就更大了。

在过后的日子里，我尽量主动与周边的同学进行交流，虽然主动并不是我的天性，不过，我还是迈出了第一步，而今的我今非昔比了。不过，唯一欠佳的是，还没有主动与女生交流。这可能更取决我的性格，我想这个会是我接下来的一个挑战。

这一学期，在校园教务校长和教务处睿智领导下，高二英语备课组的教学教研工作的完成是令人满意的。组员间互相交流，取长补短，随机教研，团结协作，互相学习，相互帮忙，充分发挥备课组的力量，做到了教学资源共享，为高质量的完成教学任务带给了重要保证。

(一)定计划。在开学初，我们就及时讨论制定大致统一的教学进度、目标、要求，明确教

学要求，确保各位老师在根据不同班级状况做适当的调整时有大致的标准参照;

(二)明确教学目标。狠抓基础，突出重点和难点，承上启下是我这一学期的教学工作重点

(三)严抓群众备课。每次备课由1—2名教师选定一个单元并主讲，明确本单元教学资料的重点、难点、疑点，基本习题，参考教法等。然后，同年级备课组教师进行讨论，最后达成共识，之后构成文字形式的教案。充分发挥备课组的力量，做到了教学资源共享。值得强调的是，围绕着我们的教学目标，我们个性注重抓学生的词、句、篇的基础知识的积累。具体的做法是:每一位备课主备老师把每一单元的重点词、句、归纳出来，印刷发到学生手中，要求学生背诵、默写。透过自始至终的狠抓不松，使学生构成良好习惯，让学生有较好的语句语篇积累。

(四)狠抓检查落实，教学效果显着。基础差，习惯差，懒惰是我们学生的普遍现象。因此，我们把狠抓落实检查这一环节，付出巨大的努力扭转学生的陋习。经过一学期的努力，我们看到了可喜的变化，学生良好的学习习惯在逐渐构成，英语教学工作正朝着良好的方向行进。

(五)营造浓厚的教研氛围。我组年轻教师多，他们虚心好学，上进。他们认真备课，备教材、备学生、备方法，用心听课，向高一、高三老教师学习，而老教师也热心帮忙，从教学方法到知识的答惑上都带给帮忙，毫无保留，真正起到传帮带的作用。在这种浓浓的教研气氛中，教学业务得到极大的提升工作态度也更加认真用心，作业质量等进步，年轻教师迅速成长。最后，我想说的是我备课组的各项工作能顺利完成得归功于每一位老师，他们敬业、团结协作。尤其是他们的敬业精神让人敬佩。能做到保值保量的认真上好每一节课、完成每一项常规教学教研，其敬业精神可嘉与此同时也感谢校长室和高二教务处多方位指导。
