三、听力训练作好提高成绩保障。

征订了听力书籍，供学生在课上或课下时间进行听力训练之用。这套材料都是高考播音者录制的，含金量高，所以标准的听力材料成为学生最为得益的听力助手。

四、扩大阅读，培养英语能力。

课外阅读必不可少。学生除了可以增加阅读量还可以把一些精彩的文章当作范文来背诵。这不仅提高了学生的学习兴趣，也丰富和开拓了学生的视野。

五、认真批阅学生英语作文，推荐学生优秀作品。

介绍学生借助思维导图进行英语写作，对学生的英语作文多次进行单独批阅，主要是提高他们的书面表达能力，在一定程度上鼓舞了学生的英语学习积极性。

又送走了一届学生，不管成绩好坏，作为一个老师，在工作中还是存在着诸多的不足。在今后的教育教学工作中，我将更严格要求自己，努力工作，发扬优点，改正缺点，开拓前进，为美好的明天贡献自己的力量。
