三、认真批改作业：布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性，有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结，进行透彻的评讲，并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法，做到有的放矢。对于四个年级的学生，培养小组长帮助我检查其他学生朗读、背诵课文。

四、坚持用英语组织课堂教学。目前，由于课堂仍是绝大部分学生学习英语、使用英语唯一的方式和场所，我坚持多用英语与学生交流，为学生营造良好的学习语言的环境。

一、教学目标

高中二年级是高中的重要阶段，又是高中三年的承上启下阶段。因此，让学生在高二年级打好学科基础并有所发展是极其重要的。下列目标应在本学期内达到：巩固、扩大基础知识;培养口头和书面初步运用英语进行交际的能力，侧重培养阅读能力;发展智力，培养自学能力。争取在原有基础上有所提高，缩小与上学期期末考试时平均分排在我们前面的几个理科班的差距。

这学期我的表现与上学期比有了很大的进步!数学课上，我能认真听讲，记笔记。并在期末阶段认真进行复习工作。语文课上，在知道我的文言文方面知识不是很牢固时，我也很认真的复习了。

因为在高一的磨练中，我更深一步的了解到了“学无止境”这四个大字的深意，并且在过去的一年里受到了老师的教育，思想上对自己学业的认识也更加的深刻了。首先，我能做到合理安排时间，调整好作息时间，分配好学习、工作、娱乐的时间。时间是搞好学习的前提与基础，效率和方法更为重要。其次，要保质保量的完成老师布置的作业，老师布置的作业一般是她多年教学经验的总结，具有很高的价值，应认真完成。认真对待考试，考前认真复习。

另外，积极阅读有关书籍和资料，扩大自己的知识面;经常提出问题，与同学讨论，向老师请教;搞好师生关系，师生相处得融洽和睦;抓住点滴时间学习一些其它专业领域的知识，知识总是有用的。在这学期的期中考试中，尽管取得一些成绩，但离心中的目标还很远，仍需继续努力，抓紧自己的学习。知识无止境，探索无止境，人的发展亦无止境，我还有很多的知识需要学习。

总的来说，我认为这个学期我的总体表现还是不错的，但是在下个学期我相信自己还会有个实质性的飞跃。 但是，在这个学期里，仍然我能有一些不尽如人意的地方。例如是数学的作业有时候忘了改错，英语的默写个别时候会出差错，下的功夫不够大。语文文言文的默写错别字出现频繁。

总之，这一切都归于我的一个一直有的大毛病——粗心。但是在磨练中我已经有了很大的进步，所以我相信总有一天，我会能够踏踏实实的学习。 这个学期总体表现不错。在下个学期里，我打算着重的复习英语和数学。英语和数学都是我的弱项。所以，我想我需要付出更多的努力才可以达到我的目标。

一头乌黑的头发下，有一对清秀水灵的眉眼，小小的酒窝，即使不笑的时候，也总是清晰地挂在嘴角上。一张小嘴是一刻不停的，常爱插话。妈妈说是养我时鸡下巴吃多了。我表面上看起来挺文静的，可骨子里是调皮。这就让爸爸钻了空子，给我取了个“小顽童”的外号。 我有不少毛病，其中嘴不好的就是经常耍小公主脾气。我饭来张口衣来伸手，所以妈妈总把我跟隔壁的玲玲比，把我羞得无地自容。

不过现在我可好多了，因为我开始用一句话来自勉——“自己的事情自己做，靠天靠地靠父母，不算英雄好汉。

I’m Li Hua. I’m from Class2,Grade9,No.1Middle School. I’m very glad to meet you here. I like English very much and I ‘m good at it. so I joined the English club. I think English is very helpful and interesting. I always have fun talking with my friends in English .
