其次，我做到认真备课。上好一堂课难，但是要备好一堂课更难。在备课之前，对教材资料做到心中有数，并参考相关资料，认真钻研教材，确定重难点;同时，备课不仅仅要备教材，而且还要备教法;除此之外，更要备学生，根据学生的实际状况(即学情)采用适合易于他们理解的教学手段，不断培养学生的学习英语的兴趣。认真写好教案，对每一节课都做到“有备而来”，课后及时对授课做出反思，总结其中不足。并按照单元将语法知识整理成语法学案，分发给学生，以便学生课后记忆，做到有‘章’可循。多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练习中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。

授课之后，做到精讲精练。针对单词，搜集一些针对性的单词题，课前利用时间做一个单词测试，直接把单词放在具体的语境中去理解。鉴于学生的基础薄弱，或是没有理解语境，无法补充所缺信息;或是明白是哪个词，不是拼写有误，就是该词的词形不对。所以单词还有待于加强巩固练习。在每单元结束时，会针对该单元教学重点难点，精简一些习题供学生练习巩固所学知识。习题或是从调研题选取，抑或是从其它套题或网络上选取具有针对性的习题供学生练习。

认真批改作业。布置作业时，坚持做到有针对性，有层次性，形式多样化。每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在作业中得以直接体现出来。对于难度较大的题目，学生出现错误较多的作业，课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误;对于学生不该出现的问题，指导学生及时纠正。每周进行两次听写测试，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改听写。并针对学生的听写状况，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其状况不断改善教法。从而做到因材施教，教学相长。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高文科班的英语成绩。

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997 I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998 I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis &dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999 I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments too. In the second semester I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost I proposed a Dynamic layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides In July 20xx I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside I learned graph theory from him for my network research. 课堂教学是实施素质教育的主要阵地，优化课堂教学，向课堂40分钟要质量，使学生成为真正学习的主人，这是我们一线教育工作者不懈追求的目标。在各级各类数学观摩课、研讨课乃至学校的随堂听课，很高兴地看到学生学习方式的明显变化：以往的“师问生答”变成了“畅所欲言”，“师说生听”变成了“自主学习”，“个人学习”变成了“合作探究”，课堂的师生互动气氛异常的活跃，学生的个性也得到一定的张扬，这一转变确实令人欣喜。然而，反思却让我们看到：在热闹与自主的背后，也折射出一些形式与无效，那么，如何提高数学课堂教学的有效性？下面就课堂教学的有效性，谈谈自己的几点体会。

一、情境创设的有效性。

《数学课程标准》指出：“数学教学，要紧密联系学生的生活环境，从学生的经验和已有知识出发，创设有助于学生自主学习、合作交流的情境”。于是过去的“复习型”、“开门见山型”……等导入课题的方法大多被“创设情景”导入法所代替，内容生动、学生熟悉、感兴趣的教学情境很多很多，课堂所追求的“让学生真正成为主体，拥有学习主动权”在预设好的情境和师生的共同努力下得以落实。但在现实的课堂教学中，还是出现了一些情境牵强附会的现象。比如在一次听课中认识《人民币》的情境设计：

教师：昨晚，小红给在上海念大学的表哥写了一封信，他需要什么呢？

学生说：他需要坐火车去上海。不，坐飞机比较快。打个电话就可以。

教师急了，小明还要上学，他准备把信寄出去，需要什么呢？接着，有学生回答要知道地址的，还有回答要信封的，有的学生没有这方面的生活经历根本就不知道寄信需要什么？终于有一位学生回答出需要邮票，老师象抓到了救命的稻草一样赶紧追问：“一张邮票多少钱？”学生回答：“8角。”于是，教师点出正题：“那么8角钱可以怎么拿呢？”

说了那么多，教师就是让学生思考8角钱可以怎么拿！这些情境创设的盲目性不但冲淡了学生的数学学习，而且也浪费了大量的时间和精力，所以，教师在创设教学情境时一定要考虑到情境创设的有效性，不利于学生对知识掌握的情境设计，必然会影响课堂教学的效果。在一次数学研讨活动中，谢惠良老师就提出情境创设不能过多地与生活、语文联系；创设导入情境不能太长，新课的导入要简洁有效。所以，有些知识的教学，采复习旧知引入新知的学习或开门见山，效果会更好更简便更节约时间。

二、课堂提问的有效性。

有句话是这样说的“人的思想是从想问题开始的”，恰到好处的提问，可以激发学生认识中的矛盾冲突，引起学生探索知识的渴望，激发学生积极思维，使学生情绪处于状态，有利于学生掌握知识，发展智力，培养能力，有效的课堂提问是课堂教学有效性的很重要的组成部分，能促进整个教学过程的发展。所以在具体的教学过程当中，教师应该尽量避免问一些“对不对”、“是不是”的不带思考性的简单问题，或者是一些带有暗示性的问题，这样的问题不仅不能引起学生的探究兴趣，还会使学生产生压倦，影响探究学习效果。只有问在有疑之处、问在关键之处，掌握好问题难易适度并具有启发性，才是有效的课堂提问，才会尽量使数学课堂成为有效的教学，学生才能用最短的时间学到最多的知识。

三、小组合作的有效性。

素质教育已深入发展，小组讨论、合作交流的学习方式被越来越多地引入课堂。小组合作学习体现了“与人合作，并与同伴交流思想的过程和结果”，不但充分地体现教学的人性化，也给予学生更多自由活动的时间和相互交流的机会，是学生取长补短、展现个性的舞台，因而，在新课程的背景下，很多的课堂上都可以看到小组讨论式的合作学习。

但是，我们在听课的过程当中也经常看到这样的场面：孩子分组围坐在一起，老师一宣布小组讨论开始，学生就象蜜蜂采蜜一样，教室里马上是一片嗡嗡的声音和学生忙碌的身影，谁也不知道其他人在说什么和干什么？有的是组长一个人在发挥，其它学生当听众；有的小组合作的分工、意图不明确，学生不知所措，一脸茫然；还有的学生就自个儿在玩……。

一些数学课堂过分追求“观赏价值”，非常浅显的问题组织学生讨论，不必分组的内容安排小组学习，显而易见的结论要求学生实践、验证，对所学内容不加分析，似乎没有讨论就不是“探索”，不分小组就没有“合作”，没有实践、验证就不会“发现”。

合作交流学习是新课程所倡导的三大学习方式之一，它的理念是完全正确的，但有些教师却在课堂教学中走形式和走过场的。那么，怎样才能提高合作学习的有效性呢？首先，我们要思考：提出的问题，有没有合作的必要。对于那些学生能独立解决的问题，就不需安排合作学习。只有那些学生单独不能解决的、并能限度发挥学生之间优势互补的问题，才是有价值的合作，是为了学生发展的有效合作。其次在具体操作中教师应明确：①、分工明确。②、建立机制。③、适时引导。

一、注意高一与初中的衔接过渡

2、贯彻学校班风、学风评比的要求，全面促进学生的学态发展。重视学生的思想工作、学习风气的培养、学习方法的指导以及学习习惯的养成。

三、按照教学常规开展教学工作

1、备课

课前认真地备好每一节课，写好教案。既备教材，又备学生，针对学生分析、概括、表达能力差的特点，设计好教学方法。我在备课时就比较注意这种情况，每天都花费大量的时间在备课上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。另外，为使教学生动，

不沉闷，我还自己准备了大量的教具，使其达到了间接的预习效果。

2、上课

每天都保持饱满的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛，认真做好组织教学，尽可能保证上课内容丰富，现实，教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，并且充分调动学生的学习积极性，设法令学生投入，不让其分心，让学生多动手，多动口、，多动脑，让课堂气氛活跃起来，充分调动学生的主观能动性，力图让学生学有所得，学有所乐。

3、听课

听课也是提高自身教学能力的一个好方法，新老师只有多听课才能

够逐渐积累经验。所以对每一次听课的机会我都十分珍惜。听课的主要对象是我们组的优秀老师的课，同时也听其他老师的课。本学期，我听了十多节课，我的收获很大，逐步掌握了一些驾驭课堂的技巧。听完课之后，把教师们上课时讲到的记在听课记录上，然后对我自己的备课教案进行修改，将他们很多优点和长处应用到我的课堂教学当中去，取得了较好的`效果。

4、作业和辅导

英语是语言。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，口语操练时，我充分利用有效时间，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的能力。在本学期，我们针对学生造长难句时的困难和课文理解不牢固等问题，我们结合新单元的句型和上单元的知识进行造句，即提高了学生的造句能力，同时也进一步巩固了上单元的知识，一举两得，也受到了学生的热烈欢迎。

五、激发学生学习英语的兴趣

第一课时：音标(安排在第一单元教学之前)。目的是培养学生的拼读单词和自学单词的习惯和能力。

第二课时：词类与句子成分。例句必须经典、简练、上口，以学生易于熟悉记忆与再现为准。

第三课时：语法线索：在整体梳理初中所学语法现象的基础上，以一段“自我介绍”涵盖初中主要的语法内容。

第四课时：教材编排特点分析、学习要求和学习方法指导。

另外，在其中可以穿插一些小型测试(如词汇测试等)、写作或阅读等内容。了解学生掌握英语知识情况。

(二)优化使用教材，精编学案

由于课时减少，对教材的利用无法做到面面俱到，要抓住重点，大胆取舍。

一方面学习教材，研究教材，理解教材各个栏目的编写意图，最大限度地发挥各个栏目的作用。另一方面要要根据教学目标和课时及学生实际对其进行大胆的取舍和重组，是教材为我所用，而不是被教材牵着鼻子走。变“教教材”为“用教材教”。

分两个组轮流制定学案。要按照外语学习规律来编制学案：首先列出本节课的知识点，挖掘各知识点的联系，设计突破每一个知识点的方案，最后按照难度，重点来排序，确定四讲四不讲，防止以做题代替学案。教师在教学时应根据本班学生的实际情况，运用可行的教学策略，引导学生参与讨论解题的过程、思路和方法，培养和训练学生对问题的思辩能力。每个模块设计词汇学案，阅读学案，语法学案，复习学案和周测共五个学案。

(三)优化教学过程，向过程教学要效益。

1、备课。

备课包括个人备课和集体备课两个方面。个人备课除常规要求外，还要特别强调以下三点。

(1)确定好教学目标。教学目标应当根据“课标”的要求写，要注意体现当前教学内容的特点和本质，并且要有可操作性，真正起到对教学的定向作用。

(2)注重备方法。将备课引向深入，由重备内容到重备方法，要重点研究突出重点、突破难点的方法，重点研究如何省时高效地完成教学任务。每一个环节都要精打细算，力争用最短的时间教会学生最多的内容。

(3)研究教学内容的取舍。在备课过程中，既要研究应教给学生什么样的东西、用什么样的方式给学生可以给他们带来更大的思考和收获，什么样的教学行为可以给学生带来激励性，还要研究相反的东西，即研究什么样的东西不用教给学生。有的可以要求学生自学，有的可以干脆舍弃。由于高一年级年轻教师多，教材生疏、缺乏教学经验，因此，加强集体备课，发挥集体优势就显得极其重要。

集体备课的具体做法：

(1)新老教师结对子，以老带新、以新促老。尤其是新教师，更应多学习、多问、多研究，尽快形成自己的教学风格。

(2)三个确定。每天的集体备课与说课，备课组长要负责组织，定时间、定地点、定主讲人。

(3)加强组内听评课。听课、评课，取长补短。教师教学各有风格，教师间应互相听课，可以听本组的的，也可以到高二组听课，做到取人之长，补己之短，共同提高。

2、课堂教学。课堂教学是实施素质教育的主渠道。除常规要求外，还要特别强调以下三点。

(1)转变传统的教学模式，实行循环大课堂，倡导学生的自主学习。

指导学生根据学案预习，强化预习环节。引导学生合理高效地利用每天的自主支配时间。

(2)设计好课堂任务。课堂上有了恰时恰点的、适度的任务，学生才能有真正的独立思考、自主探究、合作交流等平台。“好任务”有两个标准：第一，任务要反映当前学习内容的本质——有意义;第二，任务设置的关键是要把握好“度”，使学生处于“跳一跳摘果子”的状态。

(3)做好教学的过程性评价。不要仅从结果评价学生，而要从更多角度，如问题挖掘是否有创意，结果呈现是否有个性，自主探究是否有创新等方面评价学生。对高中学生，课堂上进行激励性评价仍然需要，但要强调实事求是，既让其他学生心服口服，也让受到好评的学生“心安理得”，这样才能真正起到激励的作用。

3、作业。以巩固当天的学案和预习第二天的学案为主。作业量要适中，要有层次性，要有选择性，基础性要强，针对性要强，难度要适中。

4、考试。每周安排一节本模块的过关练习，强调基础。周末一次周测，除基础知识外要适当拔高。

三、教学工作做好六个到位

1)基础知识到位，注重知识积累。

作为基础年级，夯实基础知识是非常重要的，基础知识不牢固，培养能力就无从谈起。在日常教学中，要立足课本，积累知识，夯实基础，采用起点低、密台阶、小步子的策略，使学生对语言知识彻底理解，准确记忆。

2)了解学情到位

对于学生学习英语的兴趣、程度、学习方法、学习习惯，我们都应了解清楚，为做好高中英语教学做准备。

3)活动到位

在课堂教学中，对于每一个教学环节的设计，我们都应注重学生的活动，学生动口、动手、动脑的活动，以达到师生互动、生生互动的良好效果。考试活动也要到位，适时地对所学知识进行测试并进行合理评价，以达到激励学生的目的。

4)重视阅读教学，拓展学生视野到位

在教材不唯一的前提下，英语老师手中的教材也不应该是唯一的，学生学到的知识也不应该是单调的。英语老师手里起码应该有多种版本的教材在教学过程中，起到一个互为补充的借鉴作用。除此以外，我们更应利用手中的，>、>等报刊杂志、网络的优势，进一步加大阅读材料的输入，拓展学生的视野，提高他们学习英语的兴趣和热情。

5)因材施教到位

在备课的环节中，要考虑不同层次学生的需要，设计不同层次的活动和题目，让他们在课堂上都能活动起来，都有事情可做。课外辅导方面，针对不同的学生采用不同的方法，使他们都能形成自己独立的学习方法。“让优等生深化学习吃得饱，让中等生全面学习吃得好，让学困生侧重学习吃得了”。总之，关注两极分化，避免过早分流和掉队，帮扶工作从高一就应着手排查，措施应得当，不能浮在面上，还要全面，既有知识上的，也要有学法、心理层面上的帮扶，课内课外都要关注分层教学。

6)能力培养到位。

能力培养包括思维能力和记忆能力。基础年级阶段夯实基础知识的同时，还要注意培养学生运用英语进行思维的能力、运用英语解决实际问题的能力。要培养他们识记词汇的能力、阅读的能力、做题的能力、交际的能力等等。

4、考虑教法和学法，解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生，填平与学生之间信息沟的有效手段，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的双边活动。组织好课堂教 学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的有意注意，使其保持相对稳定性，同时，激发学生的情感，使他们产生愉悦的心境，创造良好的课堂气氛，课堂语言 简洁明了，克服了以前重复的毛病，课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学语言的兴趣，课堂上讲练结合，布置好家庭作业，作业少而精，尽量减轻学生的负担。

时间过得飞快，一个学期又过去了。由于文理分班，本学期我担当高二048班和050班的英语教学工作。在工作中，本人遵守学校各项制度，按时出勤、上课、组织学生晨读，严格要求自己，虚心向老教师请教，结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况，认真备课、听课、及时反思，使教学工作得以有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。由于教学经验浅，刚刚接触教学工作仅一年半，因此，我对教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校老教师学习，学到了很多宝贵的经验。立足现在，放眼未来，为使今后的工作取得更大的进步，现对本学年的教学总结如下：

首先，我分析了文科班学生实际情况：普遍英语底子差，基础薄，学习惰性大。所以针对这个实际情况，决定采取坚持“夯实基础，狠抓双基，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高能力”的指导思想。以此激发学生的学习兴趣，不断提高学习成绩。

因此，本学期，我在备课时努力做到认真钻研教材，认真学习课标，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，自如应用知识逻辑，并能好好地利用我们的教辅，充分使用我们订阅的二十一世纪英语报。

同时，进一步了解学生原有的知识技能的质量，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯，学习新知识可能会有哪些困难，采取相应的预防措施。在备课时积极向其他老师“取经”。备好课之后，组织展开教学活动也十分重要，在每一次的教学中，我都注意尽可能把原本枯燥的知识点生动化，为学生营造一种自然轻松的课堂气氛。并且每一周会适当给学生听一些英文歌曲，鼓励学生把歌词翻译成中文、或是组织他们观看一部英语电影，在这种场景下，学生往往更乐意主动地去学习英语。

英语是一种语言。困此，在课堂之外，多读，多听，多练是十分必要的。为此，每一次的早读，我坚持了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后把听写不过关的学生留下来辅导，让学生及时的消化，作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的能力。为了提高那些学困生的自信，我坚持让他们每节英语课翻译一篇相对简单的文章，每节课的下课时间是我检查他们任务的时间，他们都能够做到坚持。解决了学困生的不自信的难题，让他们把英语当成他们的朋友，而不是畏不可及。

其次，我做到认真备课。上好一堂课难，但是要备好一堂课更难。在备课之前，对教材内容做到心中有数，并参考相关资料，认真钻研教材，确定重难点;同时，备课不仅要备教材，而且还要备教法;除此之外，更要备学生，根据学生的实际情况(即学情)采用适合易于他们接受的教学手段，不断培养学生的学习英语的兴趣。认真写好教案，对每一节课都做到“有备而来”，课后及时对授课做出反思，总结其中不足。并按照单元将语法知识整理成语法学案，分发给学生，以便学生课后记忆，做到有‘章’可循。多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练习中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。

授课之后，做到精讲精练。针对单词，搜集一些针对性的单词题，课前利用时间做一个单词测试，直接把单词放在具体的语境中去理解。鉴于学生的基础薄弱，或是没有理解语境，无法补充所缺信息;或是知道是哪个词，不是拼写有误，就是该词的词形不对。所以单词还有待于加强巩固练习。在每单元结束时，会针对该单元教学重点难点，精简一些习题供学生练习巩固所学知识。习题或是从调研题选择，抑或是从其它套题或网络上选择具有针对性的习题供学生练习。

认真批改作业。布置作业本的作业时，坚持做到有字体得干净整洁，如有字体不过关的学生给与惩罚的措施。对于每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在课上的作业中得以直接体现出来。当堂课当堂清，让学生时刻处于作与回答问题的准备，对于难度较大的题目，程度好的学生回答;层次不太好的学生给与简单的题目回答;彼此各有所长。出现错误较多的知识点，利用时间再次统一详细讲评每个错误;对于学生不该出现的问题，指导学生及时纠正。每周进行两次听写测试，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写，认真及时地批改听写。并针对学生的听写情况，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其情况不断改进教法。从而做到因材施教，教学相长。

再有14天的时间就是期末考试的时间，经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种对教授情况的考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高文科班的英语成绩。
