一、甲方的权利义务

二、乙方的权利义务

1、乙方保证按本合同的规定，在国外努力完成学业，并按期回国服务。留学期间每____个月向甲方报告一次学习情况。

2、乙方抵达留学所在国后，一个月内向中国驻该国使、领馆报到。乙方在国外期间，保证遵守中国法律对出国留学人员的规定，遵守所在国的法律。

3、乙方无论因何种理由需中止、延长留学期限或改变留学内容，均应至少提前____个月通过中国在国使、领馆向甲方提出书面申请，未经甲方批准，不得改变。

4、乙方留学期满回国后，应在____个月内向甲方报到，按甲方规定办理有关手续。乙方需根据本合同有关规定，向甲方提交书面的留学总结、学术报告（或科研论文、科研成果报告）。

2、乙方违反本合同时，甲方将根据乙方违约情况，对乙方批评教育，或给予行政处分，或停止公费待遇，或停薪留职，或要求乙方赔偿损失；必要时，甲方可将乙方违约的事实通知乙方留学所在国的有关部门或个人，或向司法机关起诉，追究乙方的法律责任。

四、其他

1、本合同自公正之日起生效，签字各方保证遵照执行。有效期限至本合同规定的工作年限期满时止。

2、必要时，经甲乙双方协商一致后，可对本合同进行修改或补充。

It is my conviction that the meaning of life does not dwell in the lengthof time that one can live or the material abundance that one can acquire, but inthe richness and the wonderfulness of life itself. With the increase of my age,many things in my life have changed. However, honestly speaking, my realinterest lies not in economics, but in education. Ever since I was a primaryschool student, I had cherished a strong desire for a teaching careerexemplified by my teachers. In the actual teaching career that I embarked onupon my graduating from university, I have become increasingly aware that theexisting educational conditions in China are far from satisfactory. The backwardteaching methodology and the prevailing pedagogical ideology have renderedChinese education out of place with the modern international development ineducation. On the macro level, the current education theory and practice inChina lag significantly behind advanced countries in the West. For instance,though education via the internet has achieved considerable development in pasttwo years, in practical operation such education has more often than notdeteriorated into an extended form of the conventional examination-orientededucation instead of a really interactive process. In my personal experience,despite the fact that some of the problems that I have encountered in myteaching career can be solved by consulting relevant technical literature, Ihave found that the more serious flaws inherent in Chinas current educationalsystem cannot be worked out easily. Under such circumstances, an advancedprogram in education becomes necessary.

In this age of information, traditional education, both in its ideology andmethodology, has met unprecedented challenge like many other aspects of humanexistence. Meanwhile, the pursuit for higher levels of educational developmentand of the quality of life has largely transformed the educational valueorientation of the general public. The educational model that is centered aroundthe cognitive and intellectual instruction has been seriously questioned.Greater attention has been devoted to the cultivation of well-developedpersonality and to the ontological status of the individual in education. Suchissues as the internal studies of education science, scientific decision-makingin education, and meta-education have also been increasingly emphasized upon.There have also been innovations in educational research methodology. Thetendency has been to combine modern technology with humanistic researchcategories and with naturalistic research categories, and to organicallyintegrate qualitative descriptions with quantitative descriptions. It is alsoimportant to carry out educational experimentations in which educationalpredictions are complemented by educational feedbacks. Both the complexity ofeducation and the complexity of human individuals have made the comprehensiveapplication of diverse educational approaches necessary. Those new horizons arewhat fascinate me.

In view of the following qualifications that I have acquired, I believethat I will acquit myself satisfactorily in the prospective Ph.D. program ineducation that I am currently endeavoring to apply for. First and foremost, asis often claimed, ones interest is ones best director. I believe that I willdo well what I am really interested in doing. Secondly, though I majored ineconomics as an undergraduate, my trainings during that stage helped developeffective modes of thinking and research approaches. 第一条 中介服务范围

经双方协商，委托人可在以下范围内选择服务项目，委托受托人提供自费留学中介服务：

□向委托人提供中国国家留学政策咨询、留学前往国家的教育概况、留学政策、院校、院系、专业及收费等信息，并为委托人确定留学方案提供相应的咨询及建议;

□向委托人介绍申请留学院校的入学要求及入学申请程序，指导委托人准备入学申请的相关材料并提供申请文书的准备、修改等服务;

□指导或代理委托人向确定的留学院校提出留学申请并提交、补充相关资料;

□根据委托人的委托，代为与申请留学院校联系、协调，代为办理入学、签证申请等手续;

□为委托人提供申请留学院校组织的面试指导以及申请国家使(领)馆面签指导;

除委托人选择的以上服务项目之外，双方还确定了以下的其他服务项目：

第二条 委托人的权利与义务

1.参考受托人提供的信息和咨询、建议，决定申请留学的国家、院校中英文名称、留学层次、就读专业或专业方向，确定留学方案并签署本合同附件《院校及专业确认表》;

2.有权选择自行缴纳院校申请注册费、材料寄送费、签证等第三方收取的费用;

3.填写受托人制定的《自费出国留学申请人信息表》，并向受托人提供留学申请所需的全部文件、材料，材料应于合同签署后 日内提供，并保证所提供的信息、文件、材料真实、有效;

4.配合受托人及时完成申请准备及向申请学留学院校提交申请、寄送资料等工作，如遇前往国家留学政策、签证政策、入学标准发生变化，应根据新的要求及时提供补充材料;

5.按照留学院校要求,如期缴纳学费等有关费用;

6.按期办理护照及签证;

7.按照本合同约定向受托人支付中介服务费;

8.双方约定的其他权利和义务：

第三条 受托人的权利与义务

1.要求委托人及时提供办理委托服务所需信息、文件、资料及履行本合同约定的其他义务;

2.按本合同约定收取中介服务费;

3.按照法律法规规定及留学服务行业规范要求提供本合同约定的中介服务;

4.向委托人提供的留学信息，应真实、准确，如遇前往国家留学政策、签证政策、入学标准发生变化，应及时通知委托人补充相应材料;

5.及时完成本合同约定的留学服务事项并向委托人通报工作进展情况;

第四条 中介服务费用

1.双方协商确定，委托人申请的留学院校在本合同附件一《院校及专业确认表》范围以内，中介服务费为人民币(大写) 元整(￥ );委托人申请的留学院校超出《院校及专业确认表》范围，每增加一所学校，委托人须另缴纳中介服务费人民币(大写) 元整(￥ )。

2.中介服务费支付期限

□ 分期付款方式：

委托人在收到符合约定的任何一所院校的录取通知书(包括有条件录取通知书及无条件录取通知书) 日内，向受托人交纳第二笔中介服务费人民币(大写) 元整(￥ )。

第五条 退费条款

1.委托人收到符合约定的任何一所院校的录取通知书(包括有条件录取通知书及无条件录取通知书)即视为留学申请成功。在双方都没有出现违约的情况下，如受托人未能协助委托人在_______年____月____日前获得任一所约定的留学院校之录取通知书或留学院校签发的录取通知书与附件一《院校专业确认表》中所载明的申请类型、院校、专业等不一致的，委托人向受托人提出退款要求，受托人可以扣除已支付服务费总额的 %，用来抵扣其已提供服务的必要费用支出，余款应当在 年 月前以 方式退还给委托人。

2.在双方未出现违约的情况下，委托人留学申请成功，但因委托人原因造成签证申请被拒签的，受托人不退还任何费用。因非委托人原因造成签证申请被拒签的，根据拒签原因，双方协商一致受托人须将中介服务费中所含办理申请签证服务的费用全部或部分共计人民币(大写)__________ 元整(￥ )退还给委托人。

3.在出现本条第2项约定情形时，如委托人已向留学院校缴纳费用，受托人协助委托人按留学院校退款政策索还委托人支付给校方的费用。

4.本合同签署后，在双方未出现违约的情况下，委托人单方面要求解除本合同，则根据本合同实际履行的阶段，委托人已支付的全部中介服务费按以下办法处理：

(1) 在本合同签订后 日内，委托人尚未提供任何入学申请材料的，受托人扣除已支付服务费总额_______%后，余额退还委托人，本合同终止;

(2) 在本合同签订后，委托人已经提供入学申请材料，但受托人尚未向拟申请留学院校或有关外方提交入学申请或送交委托人材料的，受托人扣除已支付服务费总额_____%后，余额退还委托人，本合同终止;

(3)受托人已经向拟申请留学院校或有关外方提交入学申请或送交委托人材料，但留学申请尚未成功的，受托人扣除已支付服务费总额______%后，余额退还委托人，本合同终止;

(4)留学申请成功，但受托人尚未提供办理签证申请服务的，受托人扣除已支付服务费总额_____%后，余额退还委托人，本合同终止。

5.出现本条所约定退费情形，委托人可书面通知受托人进行退费，受托人于收到委托人书面通知后十五个工作日内按本合同约定予以退还。本合同约定受托人退费范围仅限于受托人已收取的中介服务费，不包含受托人受委托人委托向第三方代缴的费用。

第六条 违约责任

1.双方均应严格履行合同中全部条款。因双方中任一方违约导致本合同无法继续履行的，另一方有权解除本合同。本合同解除后，受托人按照本合同第五条退费条款中的第4项约定退费，同时违约方须承担相应的违约责任。

2.委托人违反本合同约定，按照下列不同违约情形，承担相应违约责任。

(1)迟延向受托人支付中介服务费或未及时向受托人支付由受托人代为向第三方支付的费用，每迟延一日应向受托人支付逾期付款总额万分之_ ____的违约金。迟延支付中介服务费超过____日的，受托人有权解除本合同;

(2)迟延提供材料或向受托人提供虚假材料，从而导致留学院校申请失败或被拒签，委托人应自行承担由此产生的后果。受托人没有过错的，不承担违约责任。

3.受托人违反本合同约定，按照下列不同违约情形，承担相应违约责任。

(1)为达成本合同目的而向委托人提供虚假文件材料，除全额退还中介服务费外，还应按中介服务费的 %的人民币，作为违约金支付给委托人，并在 年 月前，协助委托人按留学院校退款政策索还委托人支付给校方的费用;

(2)未能在约定的时间内为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，委托人有权解除合同，但应及时通知受托人。受托人除全额退还中介服务费外，还应按中介服务费的 %的人民币，作为违约金支付给委托人，并在 年 月前，协助委托人按留学院校退款政策索还委托人支付给校方的费用。如委托人要求继续履行，受托人应负责在 年 月前为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，并向受托人支付迟延履行违约金人民币(大写) 元整(￥ );

(3)导致委托人留学院校申请失败或被拒签，受托人全额退还中介服务费，并按中介服务费的 %的人民币，作为违约金支付给委托人。

第七条 不可抗力

由于政治原因或地震、台风、水灾、火灾、战争以及其他不能预见并且对其发生和后果不能防止或避免的不可抗力，致使直接影响本合同的履行或者不能按约定的条件履行时，遇有上述不可抗力的一方，应及时通知对方，并应在十五日内，提供不可抗力详情及本合同不能履行、或者部分不能履行、或者需要延期履行的理由的有效证明文件，此项证明文件应由不可抗力发生地区的公证机构出具，按其对本合同的影响程度由双方协商决定是否解除合同、免除或者部分免除履行合同的责任，或者延期履行合同。

第八条 争议解决方式

1.本合同的履行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国有关法律。

2.凡因履行本合同所发生的一切争议，双方应通过友好协商方式解决。协商不成时，双方一致同意选择以下一种解决方式：

第九条 生效及期限

第十一条 其他

1.本合同的组成：本合同由合同本身及附件《院校及专业确认表》组成，本合同和其附件具有同等法律效力。

第四条 提供信息

第五条 申请入学

如该移民局在递交签证申请材料、送签时间有特别要求的，应按其要求办理;需要进行面试的，受托人可协助安排预约时间等。

第七条 其他

1.如受托人为委托人办理申请入学、签证服务等，其收取的费用应在本合同第三条服务费中标明。

2.受托人收取委托人的服务费，应当为委托人开具有效合同。

3.受托人收取的服务费以外的其它费用，有必要时应和委托人再另外立其他合同。

4.如受托人代委托人缴纳学校报名费、学杂费等费用，受托人应向委托人提供收费方的合法证明文件(如学校发票)。

5.受托人对委托人提供的所有材料，均负有保密义务。

除为委托人入学申请、签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。

三、委托人义务

第八条 委托人应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

第九条 委托人向受托人送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效(如果因为提供虚假文件，而引起的法律后果自负)。

第十条 委托人应当自本合同签订之日起日内，按受托人要求，把入学申请所需全部材料交给受托人。

第十一条 在留学申请办理过程中，如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求发生变化，委托人应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。

第十二条 在留学申请办理过程中，如委托人前往国家驻华使(领)馆或移民局要求委托人进行面试，委托人应按要求参加面试。

四、违约责任

第十三条 受托人和委托人应履行合同中全部条款，违约方应承担相应的违约责任。

第十四条 受托人违反合同条款造成合同无法履行，受托人应向委托人退还服务费元(大写)，币种。

第十五条 受托人未能在约定的时间内为委托人申请到留学院校的录取通知书，委托人有权解除合同，但应及时通知受托人，受托人应按本合同第十四条的规定承担违约责任。

第十六条 委托人为达成本合同目的而向受托人提供虚假文件材料，致使合同无法履行，受托人有权不退还委托人缴付的全部服务费。

第十七条 由于委托人的违法行为，导致本合同无法履行，受托人有权不退还委托人缴付的全部服务费。

第十八条 委托人因自身原因，要求解除合同，按以下办法处理：

五、不可抗力条款

第十九条 因不可抗力不能履行合同的，根据不可抗力的影响，部分或者全部免除责任，但法律另有规定的除外。

当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。

本合同所称不可抗力，是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱等。

第二十条 当事人一方因不可抗力不能履行合同的，应当立即通知对方，说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性质，预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响，并应当自不可抗力发生之日起_____日内提供证明。

第二十一条 对不可抗力所造成的影响，双方应及时协商解决办法和补救措施。

And then, all parts were made with various machine toolssuch as C lathe, wire electrical discharge machine, vertical machining center,and so on. Finally, we had toassembly all parts to the harmonic gear reducer,and test-drove it for many times. With five-week unremitting efforts, wesucceeded in the project of harmonic gear reducer and obtained the highestpraise. This special experience makes it very helpful for my further study.Firstly, I find the connection between theory and practice. Textbooks couldhardly cover everything, therefore, if we want to learn more, we should pursueevery opportunity to have practices. Meanwhile, I experienced the importance andmightiness of cooperation. The main objectiveof this project is the manufacturing of the electroplated CBN (Cubic BoronNitride) wheels and the research of its performance when grinding theheat-resisted steel. I had completed three steps of task. Firstly, I took chargeof the manufacturing of electroplated CBN wheels, covering the following work:selecting electroplating solution, computing various electroplating parameterssuch as electrical current and temperature, adhering CBN to the tool base byelectroplating a nickel layer. After these basic preparations, I had to do thesecond part of the research work to compare grinding abilities of electroplatedCBN wheels with those of other wheels such as SiC wheels, Al2O3 wheels etc. Thispart of the work needs the researcher’s highly particularity and staidness. Idid the detailed work as follows: (1) Grind heat-resisted steel with variouswheels in the same grinding conditions. (2) Record data and compute the grindingratio of various wheels. (3) Measure the surface roughness of the heat-resistedsteel ground by various wheels. (4) Observe dulling and pullout of abrasivegrains of various wheels by using optical microscope. In this part, we canconclude that electroplated wheels have far better grinding abilities than otherwheels, by comparing parameters, such as grinding ratio, surface roughness etc.The final assignment of the project is to find out the most suitable parametersof grinding heat-resisted steel with electroplated CBN wheels, through comparingthe grinding ratio and surface roughness of heat-resisted steel ground indifferent grinding parameters. By investigating the attributes of electroplatedCBN wheels and concluding their practical grinding parameters, this project isvery important in promoting the application of them.

第六条 办理签证

2.受托人收到委托人按委托人前往国驻华使(领)馆要求准备的全部申请签证材料后，应当在 工作日内向委托人前往国驻华使(领)馆递交签证申请材料。如该使(领)馆在递交签证申请材料、送签时间有特别要求的，应按其要求办理;需要进行面试的，受托人可协助安排预约时间等。

第七条 其他

1.如受托人为委托人办理申请入学、签证服务等，其收取的费用应在本合同第三条中介服务费中标明。

2.受托人收取委托人的中介服务费，应当为委托人开具有效发票。

3.受托人收取的中介服务费以外的其它费用，应为委托人出具有效发票或盖有企业财务专用章的收据，并在本合同终止前，将收据换为有效发票。

4.如受托人代委托人向国外院校缴纳报名费、学杂费等费用，受托人应向委托人提供收费方的符合法律要求的证明文件。

5.受托人对委托人提供的所有材料，均负有保密义务。除为委托人入学申请、签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。

三、委托人义务

第八条 委托人应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

第九条 委托人向受托人送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效。

第十条 委托人应当自本合同签订之日起 日内，按受托人要求，把入学申请所需全部材料交与受托人。

第十一条 在留学申请办理过程中，如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求发生变化，委托人应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。

第十二条 在留学申请办理过程中，如委托人前往国家驻华使(领)馆要求委托人进行面试，委托人应按要求参加面试。

四、违约责任

第十三条 受托人和委托人应履行合同中全部条款，违约方应承担相应的违约责任。

第十四条 受托人违反合同条款造成合同无法履行，受托人应向委托人退还中介服务费人民币(大写) 元，并在 年 月前，负责追回(或先行给付)委托人向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

第十五条 受托人为达成本合同目的而向委托人提供虚假文件材料，除全额退还中介服务费外，还应按中介服务费的 %的人民币，作为违约金支付给委托人。

第十六条 受托人未能在约定的时间内为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，委托人有权解除合同，但应及时通知受托人，受托人应按本合同第十四条的规定承担违约责任。如委托人要求继续履行，受托人应负责在 年 月前为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，并向委托人支付迟延履行违约金人民币(大写) ―元。

3.委托人获得入学录取通知书后，要求解除合同，受托人扣除中介服务费人民币(大写) 元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

4.受托人尚未向拟留学国驻华使(领)馆递交委托人签证申请材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人应当扣除中介服务费人民币(大写) 元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

五、不可抗力条款

第二十条 因不可抗力不能履行合同的，根据不可抗力的影响，部分或者全部免除责任，但法律另有规定的除外。当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。

本合同所称不可抗力，是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱等。

第二十一条 当事人一方因不可抗力不能履行合同的，应当立即通知对方，说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性质，预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响，并应当自不可抗力发生之日起_____日内提供证明。
