一、服务项目及费用

第三条 当申请学生签证成功后，委托人向受托人缴付出国留学中介服务费合计为人民币(大写) 元,或者是等值新元。如果在申请学生签证成功后，委托人需要取消留学，需缴纳委托人40%的中介服务费用。

第四条 受托人提供的服务包括：

2 替委托人申请学生签证

二、受托人义务

第五条 提供信息

1.受托人承诺向委托人提供的出国留学信息、宣传介绍材料、广告等，内容真实。

2.受托人应当向委托人介绍前往国家的教育制度、留学政策、留学签证政策和申请留学院校的性质、办学资质、入学要求、入学申请程序等基本情况。

4.受托人应当告知委托人申请留学院校的收费项目、收费标准和缴纳费用的办法。

第六条 申请入学

1.受托人代为委托人办理入学申请手续。

2.受托人指导或为委托人办理缴纳报名费、学杂费等有关费用的手续。

3受托人应当及时向委托人报告办理入学申请的进展、结果。

第七条 办理签证

1.受托人指导委托人进行签证申请准备，协助委托人办理签证或入境批准文件。

第八条 其他

1.如受托人为委托人办理申请入学、签证服务等，其收取的费用应在本合同第三条中介服务费中标明。

2.如受托人代委托人向国外院校缴纳报名费、学杂费等费用，受托人应向委托人提供收费方的符合法律要求的证明文件。

3.受托人对委托人提供的所有材料，均负有保密义务。除为委托人入学申请、签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。

三、委托人义务

第九条 委托人应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

第十条 委托人向受托人送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效。

第十一条 在留学申请办理过程中，如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求发生变化，委托人应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。

四、违约责任

第十二条 受托人和委托人应履行合同中全部条款，违约方应承担相应的违约责任。

第十三条 受托人违反合同条款造成合同无法履行，受托人不应向委托人收取中介服务费，并协助追回委托人向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

第十四条 受托人未能为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，委托人有权解除合同，但应及时通知受托人。

第十五条 委托人为达成本合同目的而向受托人提供虚假文件材料，致使合同无法履行，受托人可以解除合同。

第十六条 由于委托人的违法行为，导致本合同无法履行，受托人可以解除合同。

第十七条 受托人因自身原因，可以随时要求解除合同,委托人已向受托人提供入学申请材料，受托人可以自行销毁。

五、不可抗力条款

第十八条 因不可抗力不能履行合同的，根据不可抗力的影响，部分或者全部免除责任，但法律另有规定的除外。当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。

本合同所称不可抗力，是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱等。

为了维护合同当事人的合法权益，依据《中华人民共和国民法典》、《消费者权益保护法》及相关法律法规，甲乙双方本着自愿、平等、协商一致的原则，就乙方接受甲方的委托提供自费出国留学中介服务事宜，达成如下合同：

第一条 服务项目

1、甲方同意委托乙方以甲方的名义申请赴 (国家)留学，留学类别属 (学历或非学历教育)。并同意乙方以甲方的名义与所赴国驻华使(领)馆联系，代为甲方办理申请签证手续。

2、申请类型、学校名单(标准)、申请数量和所选择的相关专业等以《院校专业确认表》(见附件)为准。

第二条 甲方的责任与义务

1、甲方应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

2、甲方须按照乙方的要求向乙方提供申请学校及申办签证所需的甲方全部资料，但以为实现合同目的所必须的资料为限。在申办过程中，如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求等有关方面的政策、规定发生变动，需要甲方补充材料时，甲方须在乙方根据相关国家、学校或使(领)馆规定而向甲方提出补充文件材料的合理期限内提供所需的材料。

甲方应保证及时、真实、全面地向乙方提供上述所有材料，如因甲方无法联系或提供材料不及时、不真实、不全面或提供不合法、无效的材料而导致申办不成，乙方不承担由此产生的后果。

如果因以上情形导致乙方遭受处罚或损失的甲方应当予以赔偿，但以直接损失为限。

3、甲方须提供有效联系方式，如更改联系方式应提前 日以(书面/ )的形式通知乙方，确保双方沟通途径顺畅。乙方按甲方提供的联系方式进行文件或通知的送达。

4、按照政府有关法律规定，甲方在收到乙方为其代为办理的校方录取通知书后，须自行在当地公安机关办理申领个人因私护照。按照使(领)馆规定，签证时甲方应自行到使(领)馆面签。如所赴国使(领)馆规定不需要面签时，甲方可委托乙方代为与使(领)馆联系办理签证手续，使(领)馆收取的签证费用由甲方负担。

5、甲方须自行承担在留学申请办理过程中发生的第三方费用，该费用由甲方自行向有关机构缴纳，缴费标准和缴费方式以相关收费机构对甲方的要求为准，也可选择委托乙方代为缴纳，委托缴纳需另行办理相关手续。甲方自行或委托乙方代为向第三方缴纳任何费用的缴费、退费事宜根据第三方规定的条款执行，乙方可以向甲方提供协助。

6、其它 。

第三条 乙方的责任与义务

1、乙方受甲方委托代为甲方办理申请入学的相关事宜。乙方应提供自费留学咨询服务，介绍相关院校的综合情况。乙方须向甲方提供校方所需文件清单，按照有关法规协助甲方准备材料，代表甲方与校方联系，为甲方办理相关手续。申请成功以甲方收到符合《院校专业确认表》约定的任何一所院校的录取通知书为准(包括有条件录取通知书及无条件录取通知书)。

2、乙方受甲方委托代为办理申请签证的相关事宜。乙方须向甲方提供有关方面所需文件清单，介绍相关规定，协助甲方准备材料，办理相应手续。服务成功以甲方获得其申请的所赴国签证为准。

3、乙方有责任对甲方提供的个人资料予以保密，未经甲方书面同意，不得向国外院校、所赴国驻华使(领)馆、法律授权的机构以及为申请留学所涉及的相关机构之外的其他机构或个人披露这些资料。如乙方未经许可擅自泄露甲方个人资料，所导致的一切直接及间接损失由乙方承担。

4、在申办过程中，乙方应及时向甲方报告办理留学申请的进展、结果。甲方向乙方询问有关申请的进度、结果，乙方应当积极答复。如有关方面的政策发生变动，需要申请人补充材料，乙方须提前 日通知甲方。乙方接收甲方递交的全部资料时应向甲方出具接收清单，注明资料名称、接收时间等，并由授权代表人签字并加盖乙方公章。

第四条 收费

一、中介服务费用

1、乙方为甲方提供本合同第三条约定的服务所收取的中介服务费共计人民币(大写) 元整(￥ )。

5、甲方在办理留学申请过程中如留学意向发生改变，例如变更申请学校、专业、开学日期等，均须在合理时间内以(书面/ )的形式提前告知乙方。如乙方已实际完成本合同委托申请事项，则甲方应当按照合同约定支付乙方相关费用;甲方改变申请后的费用应另行支付。

6、乙方为甲方申请本合同以及《院校专业确认表约定所数学校，超过本合同以及《院校专业确认表》约定所数学校，每增加一所学校，甲方须另缴纳中介服务费(大写) 元整(￥ )。该费用应于确认增加申请院校之日起 日内支付给乙方，乙方在收到此款项以及完整的入学申请所需资料后，开始代为甲方申请新增院校的入学手续。

二、其他服务费

乙方为甲方提供本合同第三条约定的自费出国留学中介服务以外的下列服务，甲方须在中介服务费之外另行支付费用：

1、甲方获取签证后，如需要安排住宿、接机等服务，乙方可为甲方联系，服务费标准为 ，涉及的第三方费用须由甲方自行承担。

2、乙方可为甲方办理 次录取通知书延期申请，服务费标准为 。如院校要求甲方重新提交入学申请时，则视为加申学校，延期结果由申请院校决定，延期不成功乙方延期服务费不予退还。”

第五条 退款条款

本合同生效后，在以下几种情况下可以办理退费(乙方退费范围仅限于乙方按照本合同第四条中约定并实际收取的中介服务费，不包含咨询费、其他服务费和乙方受甲方委托向任何第三方缴纳的费用)

1、在双方正常履行合同前提下，如甲方在 年 月之前未能获得任何一所院校的录取通知书，或校方签发的录取通知书与《院校专业确认表》中所载明的申请类型、院校、专业等不一致的，甲方可向乙方提出退款要求，乙方须在十五个工作日内将中介服务费人民币(大写) 元整(￥ )退还给甲方。

2、在双方正常履行合同前提下，甲方签证申请被拒签后，可向乙方提出退款要求，乙方须在十五个工作日内将中介服务费人民币(大写) 元整(￥ )退还给甲方。

甲方可以在不申请退款的前提下要求乙方为甲方再一次申请同国签证，涉及第三方费用由甲方自行承担。再次申请成功的，不退费;再次申请不成功的，甲方可向乙方提出退款要求，乙方须在十五个工作日内将中介服务费人民币(大写) 元整(￥ )退还给甲方。

3、在上述1或2的情况发生时，乙方须协助甲方按校方退款政策索还甲方支付给校方的费用，具体退费金额以学校政策为准。

4、甲方已向乙方提供入学申请材料，乙方尚未向外方送交甲方该材料，甲方要求解除合同，乙方收取中介服务费总额的 %，共计人民币(大写) 元整(￥ )，剩余已收中介服务费须在收到甲方书面通知后的十五个工作日内予以退还。

5、乙方已向外方送交甲方入学申请材料，在收到符合《院校专业确认表》约定的任何一所院校的录取通知书前，甲方要求解除合同，乙方收取中介服务费总额的 %，共计人民币(大写) 元整(￥ )，剩余已收中介服务费须在收到甲方书面通知后的十五个工作日内予以退还。

6、在甲方收到符合《院校专业确认表》约定的任何一所院校的录取通知书后，乙方为甲方提供签证方案设计前，甲方要求解除合同或因甲方原因导致合同无法继续履行的，乙方收取中介服务费总额的 %，共计人民币(大写) 元整(￥ )，剩余已收中介服务费须在收到甲方书面通知后的十五个工作日内予以退还。

7、在甲方收到符合《院校专业确认表》约定的任何一所院校的录取通知书并获得签证后，甲方要求解除合同，乙方已履行了合同所约定的所有义务，已缴纳的中介服务费不予退还。

8、其它 。

第六条 违约条款

1、自合同生效后，如因甲方单方面解除、终止合同，造成甲方申请留学不成功，属甲方违约，甲方所缴纳的中介服务费按本合同第五条相关退款条款执行。

2、自合同生效后，如因乙方单方面终止合同或因乙方过错导致合同无法继续履行，造成甲方申请留学不成功，属乙方违约。甲方所缴纳的中介服务费全部退还，并承担因此给甲方造成的损失。

3、本合同解除或终止涉及第三方费用返还的，则以第三方的相关规定为准;乙方不对甲方无法向第三方主张返还的费用承担责任。

4、如甲方申请留学不成功，并符合本合同退款条款时，乙方须在甲方提出退款申请后的 日内向甲方退还相应款项，如未能按本合同规定按时退款，属乙方违约，并承担由此给甲方造成的损失。

5、如甲方违反所就读学校的规定或所在国的法律法规，造成甲方经济损失，由甲方自行承担。

6、由于政治原因或地震、台风、水灾、火灾、战争以及其他不能预见并且对其发生和后果不能防止或避免的不可抗力，致使直接影响本合同的履行或者不能按约定的条件履行时，遇有上述不可抗力的一方，应及时通知对方，并应在十五日内，提供不可抗力详情及本合同不能履行、或者部分不能履行、或者需要延期履行的理由的有效证明文件，此项证明文件应由不可抗力发生地区的公证机构出具，按其对本合同的影响程度由双方协商决定是否解除合同、免除或者部分免除履行合同的责任，或者延期履行合同。

7、其它 。

第七条 附则

1、本合同书双方签订后自甲方付款之日起生效。如是外地邮寄合同汇款客户，以款到之日起生效。有效期至合同履行完毕之日。

2、凡因履行本合同所发生的一切争议，甲乙双方应通过友好协商方式解决。协商不成时，双方一致同意选择以下一种解决方式，其裁决结果对本合同具有最终法律效力：

3.受托人应当向委托人介绍留学层次 (属于就读所在国的高中、预科、专科、学士学位、硕士学位等)及就读专业的详细情况。

4.受托人应当告知委托人申请留学院校的收费项目、收费标准和缴纳费用的办法。

第五条 申请入学

1.受托人协助和指导委托人准备入学申请的相关材料。

2.受托人代为委托人办理入学申请手续。

3.受托人指导或为委托人办理缴纳报名费、学杂费等有关费用的手续。

4.受托人对委托人委托的留学申请，应当在 年 月前取得委托人申请留学院校的录取通知书。如到期不能完成(包括校方签发的录取通知书与委托人原申请的学校、院系及专业等不一致)，受托人应当在 年 月前，向委托人退回中介服务费人民币(大写) 元。

5.受托人应当及时向委托人报告办理入学申请的进展、结果。

第六条 办理签证

1.受托人指导委托人进行签证申请准备，协助委托人办理签证或入境批准文件。

2.受托人收到委托人按委托人前往国驻华使(领)馆要求准备的全部申请签证材料后，应当在 工作日内向委托人前往国驻华使(领)馆递交签证申请材料。如该使(领)馆在递交签证申请材料、送签时间有特别要求的，应按其要求办理;需要进行面试的，受托人可协助安排预约时间等。

第七条 其他

1.如受托人为委托人办理申请入学、签证服务等，其收取的费用应在本合同第三条中介服务费中标明。

2.受托人收取委托人的中介服务费，应当为委托人开具有效发票。

3.受托人收取的中介服务费以外的其它费用，应为委托人出具有效发票或盖有企业财务专用章的收据，并在本合同终止前，将收据换为有效发票。

4.如受托人代委托人向国外院校缴纳报名费、学杂费等费用，受托人应向委托人提供收费方的符合法律要求的证明文件。

5.受托人对委托人提供的所有材料，均负有保密义务。除为委托人入学申请、签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。

三、委托人义务

第八条 委托人应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

第九条 委托人向受托人送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效。

第十条 委托人应当自本合同签订之日起 日内，按受托人要求，把入学申请所需全部材料交与受托人。

第十一条 在留学申请办理过程中，如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求发生变化，委托人应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。

第十二条 在留学申请办理过程中，如委托人前往国家驻华使(领)馆要求委托人进行面试，委托人应按要求参加面试。

四、违约责任

第十三条 受托人和委托人应履行合同中全部条款，违约方应承担相应的违约责任。

第十四条 受托人违反合同条款造成合同无法履行，受托人应向委托人退还中介服务费人民币(大写) 元，并在 年 月前，负责追回(或先行给付)委托人向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

第十五条 受托人为达成本合同目的而向委托人提供虚假文件材料，除全额退还中介服务费外，还应按中介服务费的 %的人民币，作为违约金支付给委托人。

第十六条 受托人未能在约定的时间内为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，委托人有权解除合同，但应及时通知受托人，受托人应按本合同第十四条的规定承担违约责任。如委托人要求继续履行，受托人应负责在 年 月前为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，并向委托人支付迟延履行违约金人民币(大写) ―元。

第十七条 委托人为达成本合同目的而向受托人提供虚假文件材料，致使合同无法履行，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。

第十九条 委托人因自身原因，要求解除合同，按以下办法处理：

1.委托人已向受托人提供入学申请材料，受托人尚未向外方送交该材料， 委托人要求解除合同， 受托人扣除中介服务费人民币(大写) 元。

2.受托人已向外方送交了委托人入学申请材料，委托人尚未得到申请留学院校的录取通知书，委托人要求解除合同，受托人扣除中介服务费人民币(大写) 元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

3.委托人获得入学录取通知书后，要求解除合同，受托人扣除中介服务费人民币(大写) 元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

4.受托人尚未向拟留学国驻华使(领)馆递交委托人签证申请材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人应当扣除中介服务费人民币(大写) 元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

5.受托人已向拟留学国驻华使(领)馆递交了委托人申请签证材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人应当扣除中介服务费人民币(大写) 元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

五、不可抗力条款

第二十条 因不可抗力不能履行合同的，根据不可抗力的影响，部分或者全部免除责任，但法律另有规定的除外。当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。

本合同所称不可抗力，是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱等。

第二十一条 当事人一方因不可抗力不能履行合同的，应当立即通知对方，说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性质，预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响，并应当自不可抗力发生之日起_____日内提供证明。

第二十二条 对不可抗力所造成的影响，双方应及时协商解决办法和补救措施。因不可抗力不能履行合同的一方，应尽力采取合理措施减轻可能给对方造成的损失，否则应对由此而扩大的损失承担赔偿责任。

第二十三条 本合同的履行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国有关法律。

第二十四条 双方在履行本合同中如发生争议，应先由双方协商解决。如协商不成，同意按以下第 种方式解决。

第二种：依法向人民法院提起诉讼。

七、合同的补充、变更、修改

第二十五条 如委托人未委托受托人进行签证服务，本合同第六条对当事人双方无效。

第二十六条 对本合同的任何补充、变更、修改应采用书面补充合同形式。补充合同在双方签署后与本合同具有同等法律效力。

八、 生效及终止条款

第二十七条 本合同由委托人及其代理人、受托人、受托人法定代表人签署，自签字、盖章之日起生效。

第二十八条 本合同正本一式两份，具有同等效力，委托人与受托人各执一份。

第二十九条 双方履行本合同的权利和义务后，合同终止。

三、违约责任

1、甲方违反本合同规定时，乙方有权向甲方的上级主管部门提出申诉，要求甲方的上级主管部门责成甲方履行本合同，赔偿损失等。必要时，乙方可向中国的司法机关起诉，追究甲方的法律责任。

2、乙方违反本合同时，甲方将根据乙方违约情况，对乙方批评教育，或给予行政处分，或停止公费待遇，或停薪留职，或要求乙方赔偿损失；必要时，甲方可将乙方违约的事实通知乙方留学所在国的有关部门或个人，或向司法机关起诉，追究乙方的法律责任。

第七条 甲方在乙方回国后，负责安排乙方的工作，并积极创造必要的工作和生活条件，发挥乙方的作用。

第八条 乙方保证按本协议书第二条、第三条的规定，在国外努力完成学业，并按期回国服务。留学期间每 个月向甲方报告一次学习情况。

第九条 乙方抵达留学所在国后，一个月内中国驻该国使、领馆报到。乙方在国外期间，保证遵守中国法律和中国对出国留学人员的规定，遵守所在国的法律。

第十条 乙方无论因何种理由中止、延长留学期限或改变留学内容，均应至少提前三个月通过中国驻留学所在国使、领馆向甲方提出书面申请，未经甲方批准，不得改变。

第十一条 乙方留学期满回国后，应在一个月内向甲方报到，按甲方规定办理有关手续。乙方根据本协议书第三条的规定，向甲方提交书面的留学总结、学术报告(或科研论文、科研成果报告)。

第十二条 乙方有责任回国后至少在甲方工作 年。缩短工作年限，由甲方决定。

第十三条 甲方在认为必要时，有权决定将本协议书的副本经由我驻外使、领馆提交乙方留学所在国的有关部门或个人。

第十四条 甲方违反本协议书时，乙方有权向甲方的上级主管部门提出申诉，要求甲方的上级主管部门责成甲方执行本协议书，赔偿损失等。必要时，乙方可向中国的司法机关起诉，追究甲方的法律责任。

为乙方出国留学的国内保证人、保证乙方执行本协议书。保证人须与乙方经常保持联系，每半年向甲方介绍乙方执行协议书的情况;如乙方违约，保证人须认真协助甲方追究乙方的责任。在乙方违约而保证人又未履行自己职责的情况下，保证人须承担本人经济收入能承受条件下的经济责任。

甲方与保证人因保证事项而发生纠纷时，经双方同意，可由甲方的上级主管部门裁决。

第十六条 本协议书自公证之日起生效，签字各方保证遵照执行。有效期限至本协议书第十二条规定的工作年限期满时止。

必要时，经甲方、乙方、保证人三方协商一致后，可对本协议书进行修改或补充。

二、受托人义务

第五条  提供信息

1.受托人承诺向委托人提供的出国留学信息、宣传介绍材料、广告等，内容真实。

2.受托人应当向委托人介绍前往国家的教育制度、留学政策、留学签证政策和申请留学院校的性质、办学资质、入学要求、入学申请程序等基本情况。

4.受托人应当告知委托人申请留学院校的收费项目、收费标准和缴纳费用的办法。

第六条  申请入学

1.受托人代为委托人办理入学申请手续。

2.受托人指导或为委托人办理缴纳报名费、学杂费等有关费用的手续。

3受托人应当及时向委托人报告办理入学申请的进展、结果。

第七条  办理签证

1.受托人指导委托人进行签证申请准备，协助委托人办理签证或入境批准文件。

第八条  其他

1.如受托人为委托人办理申请入学、签证服务等，其收取的费用应在本合同第三条中介服务费中标明。

2.如受托人代委托人向国外院校缴纳报名费、学杂费等费用，受托人应向委托人提供收费方的符合法律要求的证明文件。

3.受托人对委托人提供的所有材料，均负有保密义务。除为委托人入学申请、签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。

三、委托人义务

第九条  委托人应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

预约参观考察学校(首先进入学校的，先注册，然后通过邮件在网上预约参观学校的时间，一般学校都需要你提前预约，也可以自己接打电话预约)。收到回信按预约时间访问学校，会有招生办的老师带领参观校园然后帮助你了解相关学校信息。

2. 网上提交申请材料

确定学校后就可以在提交申请材料，学校的通常都会有完善的申请流程，按照提示和要求来就好。学校收到递交材料后如果有不完善的地方仍然会通过邮件形式与家长沟通，所以记得时常看看邮箱以及垃圾邮件箱。

3. 等待面试通知

从申请到收到面试通知这个过程会比较漫长，至少一个月，两个月也完全有可能。

因为，泰国人办事速度较慢，申请的学生越来越多，而招生办通常就是两三个负责人，她们每天有接待不完的访问者以及上百封邮件要回复。

所以如果怠慢你是非常正常的，建议勤发邮件沟通以防被疏漏。准备的这期间可以好好帮助孩子准备面试。低龄儿童面试对英文的要求不高，能简单的交流。

但是一年级以后的需要有一定的基础，面试包括听说读甚至写，比想象中要难。所以一定要有英文基础。(但各个学校都存在不同程度的差异，所以看你选择的是哪个学校)

And then, all parts were made with various machine toolssuch as C lathe, wire electrical discharge machine, vertical machining center,and so on. Finally, we had toassembly all parts to the harmonic gear reducer,and test-drove it for many times. With five-week unremitting efforts, wesucceeded in the project of harmonic gear reducer and obtained the highestpraise. This special experience makes it very helpful for my further study.Firstly, I find the connection between theory and practice. Textbooks couldhardly cover everything, therefore, if we want to learn more, we should pursueevery opportunity to have practices. Meanwhile, I experienced the importance andmightiness of cooperation. In the project, we divided ourselves into severalparts, not only doing one’s own work well, but also cooperating with each otherharmoniously.

Another case worthy mentioning is my design project for graduation,“Manufacturing and Performance of Electroplated CBN Tools”. The main objectiveof this project is the manufacturing of the electroplated CBN (Cubic BoronNitride) wheels and the research of its performance when grinding theheat-resisted steel. I had completed three steps of task. Firstly, I took chargeof the manufacturing of electroplated CBN wheels, covering the following work:selecting electroplating solution, computing various electroplating parameterssuch as electrical current and temperature, adhering CBN to the tool base byelectroplating a nickel layer. After these basic preparations, I had to do thesecond part of the research work to compare grinding abilities of electroplatedCBN wheels with those of other wheels such as SiC wheels, Al2O3 wheels etc. Thispart of the work needs the researcher’s highly particularity and staidness. Idid the detailed work as follows: (1) Grind heat-resisted steel with variouswheels in the same grinding conditions. (2) Record data and compute the grindingratio of various wheels. (3) Measure the surface roughness of the heat-resistedsteel ground by various wheels. (4) Observe dulling and pullout of abrasivegrains of various wheels by using optical microscope. In this part, we canconclude that electroplated wheels have far better grinding abilities than otherwheels, by comparing parameters, such as grinding ratio, surface roughness etc.The final assignment of the project is to find out the most suitable parametersof grinding heat-resisted steel with electroplated CBN wheels, through comparingthe grinding ratio and surface roughness of heat-resisted steel ground indifferent grinding parameters. By investigating the attributes of electroplatedCBN wheels and concluding their practical grinding parameters, this project isvery important in promoting the application of them.

China’s unique advantage of labor force predicts the resplendent future ofits Mechanical Engineering, especially the manufacture, and it is our beliefthat this day will come soon. On the other hand, there are so many experiencedtechnicians in China, however, with the absence of advanced experts manyadvanced producing method cannot be used in practical yield. When I worked asintern in some factories, I found that most of them were still using facilitieswhich were used in America about thirty years ago. 如到期不能完成(包括校方签发的录取通知书与委托人原申请的学校、院系及专业等不一致)，受托人应当在年月前，向委托人退回中介服务费人民币(大写)__________________元。

5、受托人应当及时向委托人报告办理入学申请的进展、结果。

四、办理签证

1、受托人指导委托人进行签证申请准备，协助委托人办理签证或入境批准文件。

如该使(领)馆在递交签证申请材料、送签时间有特别要求的，应按其要求办理;需要进行面试的，受托人可协助安排预约时间等。

五、其他

1、如受托人为委托人办理申请入学、签证服务等，其收取的费用应在本合同中介服务费中标明。

2、受托人收取委托人的中介服务费，应当为委托人开具有效发票。

3、受托人收取的中介服务费以外的其它费用，应为委托人出具有效发票或盖有企业财务专用章的收据，并在本合同终止前，将收据换为有效发票。

4、如受托人代委托人向国外院校缴纳报名费、学杂费等费用，受托人应向委托人提供收费方的符合法律要求的证明文件。

5、受托人对委托人提供的所有材料，均负有保密义务。

除为委托人入学申请、签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。

风险提示： 合同中应明确双方当事人的权利、义务，以利于受委托人在权利范围内完全履行义务，顺利完成委托事项，如果在合同履行期间内发生争议，双方当事人也有清楚的尺度衡量自己行为得失，便于争议的解决。

六、委托人义务

1、委托人应符合中国公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。

2、委托人向受托人送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效。

3、委托人应当自本合同签订之日起日内，按受托人要求，把入学申请所需全部材料交与受托人。

4、在留学申请办理过程中，如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求发生变化，委托人应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。

5、在留学申请办理过程中，如委托人前往国家驻华使(领)馆要求委托人进行面试，委托人应按要求参加面试。

七、违约责任

1、受托人和委托人应履行合同中全部条款，违约方应承担相应的违约责任。

2、受托人违反合同条款造成合同无法履行，受托人应向委托人退还中介服务费人民币(大写)__________元，并在年月前，负责追回(或先行给付)委托人向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

3、受托人为达成本合同目的而向委托人提供虚假文件材料，除全额退还中介服务费外，还应按中介服务费的_________%的人民币，作为违约金支付给委托人。

4、受托人未能在约定的时间内为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，委托人有权解除合同，但应及时通知受托人，受托人应按本合同规定承担违约责任。

如委托人要求继续履行，受托人应负责在年月前为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，并向委托人支付迟延履行违约金人民币(大写)__________________元。

5、委托人为达成本合同目的而向受托人提供虚假文件材料，致使合同无法履行，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。

6、由于委托人的违法行为，导致本合同无法履行，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。

7、委托人因自身原因，要求解除合同，按以下办法处理：

(1)委托人已向受托人提供入学申请材料，受托人尚未向外方送交该材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人扣除中介服务费人民币(大写)_________元。

(2)受托人已向外方送交了委托人入学申请材料，委托人尚未得到申请留学院校的录取通知书，委托人要求解除合同，受托人扣除中介服务费人民币(大写)_________元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

(3)委托人获得入学录取通知书后，要求解除合同，受托人扣除中介服务费人民币(大写)_________元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

(4)受托人尚未向拟留学国驻华使(领)馆递交委托人签证申请材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人应当扣除中介服务费人民币(大写)_________元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

(5)受托人已向拟留学国驻华使(领)馆递交了委托人申请签证材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人应当扣除中介服务费人民币(大写)_________元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。

八、不可抗力条款

1、因不可抗力不能履行合同的，根据不可抗力的影响，部分或者全部免除责任，但法律另有规定的除外。

当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。

本合同所称不可抗力，是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的客观情况，如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱等。

2、当事人一方因不可抗力不能履行合同的，应当立即通知对方，说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性质，预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响，并应当自不可抗力发生之日起____日内提供证明。

3、对不可抗力所造成的影响，双方应及时协商解决办法和补救措施。

因不可抗力不能履行合同的一方，应尽力采取合理措施减轻可能给对方造成的损失，否则应对由此而扩大的损失承担赔偿责任。

九、适用的法律及争议解决方法

1、本合同的履行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国有关法律。

2、双方在履行本合同中如发生争议，应先由双方协商解决。

如协商不成，同意按以下第_________种方式解决。

(2)依法向_________人民法院提起诉讼。

十、合同的补充、变更、修改对本合同的任何补充、变更、修改应采用书面补充合同形式。

I familiarized myselfwith most classic works on economics and management, including Principles ofManagement by Harold Koontz, Economics by Samuelson, Competition Strategy byPorter and Wealth of Nations by Adam Smiths, etc. From the very beginning of myeconomics study, I have tried to expose myself to western perspectives.
