First of all, let me introduce Mount Tai to you. Mount Tai is the first ofthe "Five Mountains" in China. It has the reputation of "the first in theworld", also known as Dongyue. It is one of the most beautiful and shocking tenfamous mountains in China. Mount Tai is located in the central part of ShandongProvince. Its natural landscape is majestic and tall. It has thousands of yearsof spiritual and cultural penetration and rendering, as well as the contrast ofhuman landscape. Famous landscapes include: Nantianmen, Yuhuangding,tianzhufeng, Shibapan, etc.

Now we come to Nantianmen first. South Tianmen is located in the lowdepression between feilongyan and xiangfengling, with two peaks, as if Tianmenhad opened itself. Looking up from below, it is like a palace in the sky, whichis the gateway to Mount Tai. There is a small courtyard inside the gate. Themain hall is the hall of Sanling marquis. 3、不准将柜台出售给与柜台原有经营范围不符或反向的承租人。

4、违反城市规划及城市管理规定，擅自在商店门前或占道设置的柜台（包括在店内自行设置妨碍顾客出入的柜台），禁止出租并予以撤销。

5、不准为承租方提供银行帐号、票证和服务员标牌。

6、不准为承租方非法经营提供方便。

第七条 在租赁柜台经营活动中，承租方应当履行下列义务：

1、不得超出核准登记的经营范围。

2、必须在承租柜台或者场地的明显处悬挂或者张贴租赁柜台标志。

3、不得私自转租、转让承租的柜台，不得以出租方的名义从事经营活动。

4、文明经营，礼貌待客，出售商品时，要明码标价，出售商品后，要向消费者提供正式的销售凭证。

5、不得销售假冒伪劣商品和腐烂变质、有损健康的食品，不得销售无厂名、厂址的商品以及从事其他违反国家法律法规和损害消费者权益的活动。

6、必须按税务部门的规定，办理纳税登记，依法纳税。提前停租的，应向原纳税机关办理注销税务登记和缴清税款等有关手续；

7、禁止转借、出卖、出租和涂改租赁经营许可证和营业执照。

8、自觉接受工商、税务、物价、卫生、城市管理等部门的监督检查，服从出租方的指导与管理，执行营业场所管理的有关规章制度。

第八条 出租方与承租方的变更：

1、如果出租方将房产所有权转移给第三方时，合同对新的房产所有者继续有效。承租人出卖房屋，须在3个月前通知承租人，在同等条件下，承租人有优先购买权。

2、租赁期间，承租方如欲将租赁房屋转租给第三方使用，必须事先书面向出租方申请，由第三方书面确认，征得出租方的书面同意。取得使用权的第三方即成为本合同的当然承租方，享有原承租方的权利，承担原承租方的义务。

第九条 违约金和违约责任

1、若出租方在承租方没有违反本合同的情况下提前解除合同或租给他人，视为出租方违约，负责赔偿违约金_________元。
