一 明确工作目的,了解、适应办公室的工作性质和特点

半年多的文秘工作使我了解了,办公室工作是一项虽说简单却十分繁杂的工作,需要的更多是耐心、耐心和责任心。办公室工作人员需要认真安排好各项工作的具体时间,坚持做事和做人原则,努力做好日常工作,热心为中心全体人员服务。保证公司的各项工作顺利有序的进行。

二 尽职尽责,做好本职工作。为了能够更好地完成日常本职工作,我做了以下努力:

1.每天提前30分钟到达办公室,做好上班前的相关工作准备,并计划好当日应该完成或准备完成的工作。

2.注意纸张文档、电子文档的整理,将其中需归档的文件资料保存到档案室,该作废纸张用碎纸机销毁;因各项工作大都都是电脑作业,因此在电脑中建立了档案管理库,将归档的文件扫描并储存在电脑里,并定期将资料集中整理检查,不但便于查找,而且大大提高了工作效率。

3.由于集团子公司较多,档案成分复杂,因此我用了大量的时间了解熟悉档案内容,以便在工作需要时能够尽快找到所需的文件;在新文件归档方面,严格按照归档程序,将各类文件分门别类,使其合理有规律,此外,当需要使用文件原件时,必须严格遵循档案管理制度,签署借阅单后方可借出。

4.负责办公室的电话总机的接听,将有价值的信息以及重要的电话内容进行记录;负责总裁办公室信息的传达,尽可能快速的将工作信息传达给相关的部门或个人;负责日常办公的打印、复印、扫描以及收发传真的工作,最大限度的节省纸张,减少不必要的浪费;

5.负责集团内部的日常消耗品的管理工作,定期的检查整理库房,对缺失的物品进行记录,对于耗光的物品要及时采购,避免影响正常的工作进程,同时熟知各个部门所需的消耗品名称以及类型,以便在采购物品时更加快速、准确;

6.协助办公室主任,做好公司内部的宣传工作,包括树立企业员工信心的宣传,传统节日的文化宣传,以及日常工作中的各类通知事项。半来的工作虽然学到了很多知识,工作上取得了一些进步,但是仍存在这很多的不足需要改进和完善。首先,本职工作还不够认真负责,岗位意识还有待进一步提高。其次,不能严格要求自己,工作上有时存在自我放松的情况。作为秘书,要有很好的记忆力,要牢记工作中的每一个细节、每一份文件的归档位置、甚至是一个数字都不可以犯错,因此在这方面,我需要进一步加强,将该记的东西都牢牢的记在心里。

第三,对工作程序掌握不充分,对自身业务熟悉不全面,缺少前瞻性,至使自己在工作会遇到手忙脚乱的情况,甚至会出现一些不该出现的错误,以至于给领导和同事带来不必要的麻烦。第四,办事不够细心谨慎。文秘是一项相对简单但又繁多的工作,要求文秘人员具备良好的专业素质,办事细心,思路缜密。在这方面我做的远远不够,时有粗心大意、做事草率的情况。最后,对于办公室礼仪和社交礼仪的执行度不够,在服务礼仪方面仍有欠缺,往往会造成没有礼貌、不懂规矩的反面影响。

走过了201X,我们即将迎来崭新的201X年,在总结了自己的不足之后,更重要的是不断的提高自己的职业技能和岗位意识,因此我为自己制定了一些要求:

1、注意多向领导、同事虚心学习工作方法和工作形式,多与大家进行工作中的协调、沟通,保证整体工作不出现纰漏。从大趋势、大格局中去思考、去谋划、博采众长,提高自身的工作水平。

2、要提高工作质量,还要具备强烈的事业心、高度的责任感。每一件事情做完以后,要进行思考、总结工作,真正使本职工作有计划、有落实。尤其是要找出工作中的不足,善于自我反省。

3、爱岗敬业,勤劳奉献,不能为工作而工作,日常工作要主动出击而不是被动应付,要积极主动开展工作,摈弃浮躁、等待的心态,善谋实干,肯干事,敢干事,能干事,会干事。

4、平时多注意锻炼自己的听知能力。在日常工作、会议、领导讲话等场合,做到有集中的注意力、灵敏的反应力、深刻的理解力、牢固的记忆力、机智的综合力和准确的判断力;在办事过程中,做到没有根据的话不说,没有把握的事不做。由于秘书岗位的特殊性,因此必须严格遵守保密原则,平时采取措施保证文件、资料的安全,让领导放心;迅速,工作要及时、高效,保证效率有序运行。

5、注意培养自己的综合素质,把政治理论学习和业务学习结合起来,提高自身的政治素质和业务能力,以便为中心的明天奉献自己的力量,为本职事业做出更大的贡献。

最后,我相信,只要我专心工作,用心办事,不断提高自己的工作能力和技术水平,一定会成为一个合格文秘工作人员。

英语简历并无固定不变的单一形式,应聘者完全可以根据个人的具体情况来确定采用何种形式,灵活设计。一般来说,根据个人经历的不同侧重点,可以选用以下三种形式: (1)以学历为主的简历 basic resume 这种形式适应于应届毕业生或中学毕业后仍在待业的求职人员,因为没有工作经历,所以把重点放在学业上,从最高学历往下写。 在basic resume中,一般包括下列元素: a. personal date(个人资料):name(姓名)、address(通讯地址)、postal code(邮政编码)、phone number(电话号码)、birthdate(出生日期)、birthplace(出生地点)、sex(性别)、height(身高)、weight(体重)、health(健康状况)、date of availability(可到职日期)、number of identification card(身份证号码)。因为是应届毕业生或中学毕业不久,一般没有结婚,因而可省略marital status(婚姻状况)和children(儿女情况)两项。当然,如果是研究生毕业已婚,则应写明。 b. job/career objective(应聘职位)。 c. education(学历):就读学校及系科的名称、学位、始止时间和应聘职位相关的课程与成绩、社会实践、课外活动、奖励等都应一一列出。 d. special skill(特别技能)。 e. hobbies/interests(业余爱好)。如果在学历项目的课外活动中已经注明,此项则不必重复。 (2)以经历为主的简历 chronological resume 以这种形式出现的英语简历,往往侧重于工作经历,把同应聘职位有关的经历和业绩按时间顺序书写出来,把工作经历放在学历之前。经历和学历的时间顺序均是由近至远。 毫无疑问,这种形式的英语简历适合于有工作经验的求职人员。 在chronological resume中,通常包括以下元素: a. personal date(个人资料)。具体内容同以学历为主的简历相同,不过,因为你参加工作多年,已进入结婚年龄,所以不管你是否结婚,都应注明婚姻状况和儿女情况。 b. job/career objective(应聘职位)。 c. work experience(工作经历)。务必写明自己在每个工作单位的职位、职责和业绩以及工作起止时间。 d. education(学历):因为你已工作多年,雇主重点考虑你的工作经验是否能胜任你所应聘的职位,所以学历只是一个参考的因素,因而不必象以学历为主的简历那样写得详细,只需注明你就读的校系名称、始止时间和学位即可。 e. technical qualifications and special skills(技术资格和特别技能)。 f. scientific research achievements(科研成果)。 (3)以职能为主的简历 functional resume 这种形式的英语简历,也是突出工作经历,因而所含元素和以经历为主的简历相同。以经历为主的简历和以职能为主的简历的根本差别在于:以经历为主的简历是按时间顺序来排列工作经历,而以职能为主的简历则按工作职能或性质来概括工作经历,并无时间上的连贯性,旨在强调某些特定的工作能力和适应程度。比方说,你曾经在两个不同的工作单位担任相同的职务或负责相同的业务,便可归纳在一个项目之中。 来源:旺旺英语论坛

不用赘言,大家都知道,写求职信的最后目的在获得职位,不过,现在的公司老板很少是看信不看人雇用求职的人。一封求职信无论如何文辞并茂,令人心动,公司人事主管非见到这个人的外表是不会给予工作机会的。因此,求职信的目的在于获得面谈的机会。 写求职信的要点 公司的老板大多认为,注重小节的人对重大的事务也会谨慎行事。一个人做人做事是否谨慎可以从一封求职信中看出端倪来。你别看轻了短短的一封信,一封求职信可以显露出一个人的嗜好、鉴别力、教育程度以及人格特性。下列几个要点便是泄露一个人‘机密‘的地方。因此,写信人非格外留意不可。 1. 纸张的选用:最好使用品质优良,白色的信纸。信封要配合信纸的质料和颜色。 2. 书写:求职者常需用亲手写信,字体要写得清洁可辩,龙飞凤舞的字迹无疑是自寻绝路。如果可能的话,使用打字机把信打出来。这样看起来比较具有商业气息。 3. 格式:信文要适当地排列在信纸中,格式要一致,如采用齐头式(或斜线式)便需全部一致,不可中途改变 4. 语法、标点和拼写:正确无误的语法、标点和拼写使读信人感到舒畅,错误的语法或拼写则十分明显,一望即知,予人坏印象。尤其要注意的是,绝不可把收信人的姓名或公司名号拼错了。 5. 信封:信封上面的地址要完整,称谓要合时宜,信纸的折叠要适当,大小适合信封。 6. 附件:求职信函通常不须附加推荐信,除非招聘广告有此要求。遇到这种情形,只须附上复印件即可。求职函内附加邮票或回址信封,强迫对方答覆的作法不足效法,除非对方有此要求。 信函的内容 求职信函内容应包括那些?通常根据所欲谋求的工作性质而定。基本上,可以包括下列几项: 1. 写这封信的目的或动机:通常求职信都是针对报纸上招聘广告而写的。若此,信中便须提到何月何日的报纸,有时‘工作机会‘是从朋友或介绍所(如青辅会就业辅导中心)听来的,有时是写信人不知某机构、公司有工作机会,毛遂自荐而写的信,不论是哪一种,求职信上一定要说明写信的缘起和目的。 2. 个人资料:写信人应述明自己的年龄或出生年月,教育背景,尤其是和应征的职位有关的训练或教育科目、工作经验或特殊的技能;如无实际经验,略述在学类似经验亦可。 3. 备询人员或推荐人:正常的顺序是先获得这些人同意后再把他们的姓名、地址列入信中,推荐人二至三名即可。 4. 结尾:求职信的结尾在希望并请求未来的雇主允以面谈的机会,因此,信中要表明可以面谈的时间。使用的句子要有特性、避免软弱、老生常谈的滥调。 机智和良好的判断 写求职信要有机智和良好的判断,下列几点可供参考。 1. 陈述事实,避免表示意见:与训练和经验有关的事实可以陈述出来,但应避免表示意见说这些训练和经验对所应征的工作将有怎样的关系或好处。 2. 不要批评他人:如果你要离开现职,可以说出原因但不要用批评的方式,雇主想要了解你,而非你的工作机会。 3. 不要过份渲染自我:你当然认为有能力,够资格才要申请某一职位,但不要过份夸大自己的能力或表现过份信心,尤其不要说出与事实不符的能力或特性来。 4. 留意底薪:有的雇主要你提到希望的待遇。你要作良好的判断,写出你觉得可行的最低薪。开始就业的人应知道,与其寻得一份高薪的工作倒不如找待遇尚可而有升迁机会的工作。 求职信英文 应征函的第一段说明写信的缘起目的,有些专家认为不宜用分词子句,如下列各句作为第一句。因为这类句子被人用得大多,显得陈腐,失去突出的特性。 Replying to your advertisement…… Answering your advertisement…… Believing that there is an opportunity…… Thinking that there is a vacancy in your company…… Having read your ad…… 再比较下列三句。(a)句较差,经过修改后(b)句显得较恰当。 1.(a)Replying to your recent advertisement in the Boston Evening Globe, I wish to apply for the position of sales manager…… (b)In applying for the position of sales manager I offer my qualifications, which I believe will meet your exacting requirements. 2.(a)I believe after reading your advertisement in this morning‘s Journal that you have just the opportunity I am looking for. (b)your advertisement in this morning‘s Journal for an adjustment manager prompts me to offer you my qualifications for this position 3.(a) Having read your advertisement in the New York Times for an accountant, I thought you might be interested in my application. (b)In your advertisement for an accountant, you indicated that you require the services of a competent person, with thorough training in the field of cost accounting. Please consider me an applicant for the position.
