八大峡：东邻栈桥和太平路，北临贵州路，区内有八条路以我国著名的八个峡谷命名，故称“八大峡”(三门峡，刘家峡，青铜峡，龙羊峡，明月峡，红山峡，瞿塘峡，西陵峡)。西陵峡是浏览八大峡的主要通道。八大峡原为团岛湾内两大礁石区。后筑堤填海成陆，占地56公顷。1985年起开发，20世纪90年代初建成新式建筑楼群。与老城区相比，八大峡充满了一派现代气息。

中苑海上广场：由山东中苑集团公司投资兴建，1996年建造，为大型现代化综合旅游项目。中苑国际旅游港，由两层总长2285米环形观光栈桥和万吨级多用途码头组成，竖内最大的旅游客运专用码头。

“中苑号”游乐船，长120米，共6层，由俄罗斯的一艘大型无动力海上浮动兵营发行装修而成，是一座功能齐全的“海上酒店”。

小鱼山

接下来看到的这座三层的八角阁叫“览潮阁”，“览潮阁”匾额的三个字也是由吴作人题写的，阁高18米，登阁远眺，可以充分领略青岛红瓦绿树，碧海蓝天的独特风貌。在览潮阁上观赏海月，也别有一番情趣，尤其是到了农历中秋时节，一轮明月跃然星空，使人顿生“海上升明月，天涯共此时”之感，这也是青岛十大景观之一“鱼山海月”。大家再看这个览潮阁的装饰图案，都是鱼。在我国古代，大部分建筑都以龙凤为装饰，这里也体现了小鱼山的特色。

现在看到的这个白色雪花石浮雕是小鱼山的山标，它由现代的“小”，“山”字和古老的象形文字“鱼”字组成，周围是黑色的大理石线刻文字壁画，突出表现了古代劳动人民渔猎的生活场景。

来到小鱼山不仅可以看到青岛风貌，釉彩壁画也是一绝。我们看到的这幅是釉上彩壁画“八仙过海”，它是由中央工艺美 院(现清华大学美术学院)79级物艺系的师生共同创作，画稿曾获得全国美展一等奖。

转过弯来看到的这幅釉下彩壁画是“蒲松龄宇宙”，作品描绘了蒲松龄故居及“画皮”，“崂山道士”，“促织”，“席方平”等聊斋故事情节，还为小鱼山添了几分神秘色彩。

由汉柏院向北行，穿过幽静的小花园进入一个小巧玲珑的四合院。这里逝帝王祭祀泰山时居住的地方，因座落在东华门内，故称“东御座”。其建筑为元至正七年(公元1347年)所建，明代称迎宾堂，乾隆三十五年(公元1770年)改称驻跸亭。东御座由长城花门、仪门、大门、正殿和厢房组成，院内建筑精美，绿树掩映，清静幽雅，给人以超世绝尘之感。五间正殿高筑台基之上，殿内按清宫设置作复原陈列，有乾隆帝腊人座像，有龙墩、龙椅、立柜、方桌等紫檀家具及各种大理石花纹饰和金丝锈古器型的挂屏以及文房四宝。著名的“温凉玉雕花圭”、“沉香狮子”和“黄地兰花瓷葫芦”是乾隆二十七年、三十六年朝拜泰山时的供品，并称泰山“镇山三宝”。大门和殿堂里身着清代古装的“卫士”、“宫女”以清庭礼仪迎接游客，使游人仿佛回到远古的时代，浮想联翩。

殿堂台基下立一石碑，用玻璃护罩，这就是驰名中外的“名山刻石之祖”秦刻石。《泰山秦刻石》镌刻秦始皇功德铭和秦二世诏书，为丞相李斯书写。他以简练秀雅的小篆代替了当时笔画繁赘的大篆，字迹刚劲挺拔，一扫众家肥呆之气，碑文共222字，后渐泯灭，明嘉靖年间还尚存29字，原立在岱顶玉女池旁，后经沧桑沉沦，几次失而复得，今唯剩10个残字，完整者七。堪称稀世之宝，被列为国家一级文物。

出寝宫向北，为岱庙的最后一进院落。东西两座花园内各种盆景千姿百态，艺术地再现了泰山的一景一物，奇花异草。西南方西台上的铁塔铸于明嘉靖十二年(公元1533年)，原为13级，现仅存3级，造型质朴，仍不失当年风采，与铁塔对峙的东南方台基上的铜亭，又称“金阙”，为全铜铸造，仿木结构，高4.4米，阔3.4，明万历四十三年(公元1620xx年)铸于岱顶碧霞祠，为供奉碧霞元君而建。明末清初移于山下灵应宫，1972年迁入岱庙，是目前国内仅存的三大铜亭之一。

更不幸的是，在前一段日子，妈妈在干活时滑倒了，导致左小腿处脚筋断裂，第一次手术后，又因伤口发炎，不得不再做第二次手术，高昂的手术费使本就不富裕的家庭雪上加霜，而家里唯一的劳动力爸爸也是积劳成疾，病痛缠身，所有这些让作为子女的姐姐和我看在眼里，愁在心里，好几次，姐姐都向妈妈提出了退学的请求，可都被妈妈坚决的骂了回去。妈妈常说：“即使再苦再难，我们也要将你们供出去.....”现在我也考上了大学，但想着校园里的朗朗书声，我却不敢想象我去大学后，家里又会变成什么样子。

首先，感谢领导给我这次评选优秀员工的机会，也感谢您能在百忙中看我这份自荐书。从去年八月份进入工作以来，不知不觉中我已经在xx车间工作了近一年的时间了。自从来到这里，不管是在哪个岗位上，我都努力地做好本职工作，以严谨的工作态度来对待每一件事。昆明南车对于我来说，不仅仅是一个工作企业，更是一所社会大学，跨入它的职场平台，便开始新学习生涯，在这里我学到的不仅仅是专业上的技能，更多的是我学到了很多为人处世的道理，与员工、领导的沟通与协作当中，深感自已日益成熟与进步。

在工作中让我学习到了涂装工序的不少工作流程和方式。除此之外很重要的就是让我知道了如何安排时间及沟通的能力。沟通创造价值，所以沟通也是很重要的，少点摩擦，多点宽容，这样同事、部门之间的工作才能协调配合的更好。每天工作结束后我都会在便条纸上写下第二天待完成的工作，这样做的好处：第二天工作的时候就不会遗漏某些工序需要处理的事情，而且每做完一件事在做上记号，这样也利于我们工作总结。在工作当中我们一定要要全心投入工作中去，以健康快乐的心态来工作，有效率的工作，为自己所做的每一件事负责。

同样，公司给我们每一位员工展现自我的平台，每一个人都有自己的价值观，我能干什么，我会干什么，我干的怎么样。我们都应该拥有勇于挑战自我，创新自我的人生价值观。只要你是千里马有一天会遇到伯乐的。更重要的一点是我们要与团队共成长，成功20%是靠自己，80%是靠别人。没有完美的个人，只有完美的团队，团队的辉煌依靠我们第一个人的努力。我们的成功离不开团队的力量。无论是之前还是以后未来我将会更加努力、更加勤奋的工作、更高的目标、更高的起点要求自己。

“向你介绍我”主题班会总结

本次主题班会，我们主要围绕着“向你介绍我”这一主题而展开，鉴于作为新生的我们对本班同学互相认识不足，所以以努力实现“向你介绍我，让你认识我”为目的有声有色的开展了此次的班会。作为班级的一大盛会，前期的计划和安排，还有准备工作都是必不可少，班会结束之后的总结更是此次班会的结晶，及时的做好总结有助于以后班会开展的越好，班委如何做的更好。

所以对于此次班会，有哪方面的收获、在哪里存在不足，我们班委经过谈论、整理、汇总，做了以下总结：

1.团队合作，分工细致。由班长带头，通过有组织有计划的按部就班分配好各个班委所需要做的准备工作，特别是班会预定时间开始前的大半天，班委都很有默契配合做好开始前的准备，花费了一大个下午时间来布置班会现场，对于班会开展过程中会遇到的突发状况都做了应急准备，在活动结束后也将现场收拾的井井有条，整个准备工作，对于第一次开班会以晚会形式来进行开展的我们这些班委，最大的收获就是团队协作的经验还有成功的喜悦。

2.积极参与，营造气氛。以晚会形式展开班会，用充实丰富的活动和节目来吸引大家，调动班级成员的积极性，班委更是热情投入，定于周五晚七点开始的班会，班委在六点的时候就已经进行开始前的彩排和演练，加上前期在班上和课外做的宣传工作很到位，所以晚会到场观众除了本班同学以外还有其他班级同学来捧场，正因为有了大家的支持，所以主持人和班委更是热情高涨的投入其中，整个班会的气氛很热闹。

3.合理计划，节俭开销。将班会所需要到的物资、道具提前详细的罗列出来，合理预算，将班费开销做到最大合理化，所以此次班级开销不大，购买的200个气球与计划中使用掉的数量接近，剩余的可以留着下次活动使用，还有一些零散的糖果按照计划中的分配在场同学和奖励给活动上表现出色的宿舍，其他还有购买活动中使用的两瓶矿泉水和一次性杯子，期间不仅仅用于开展活动，还预留了那些口渴的同学进行解渴，所以此次开销和之前的预算差不多，做到合理节省。

4.有你有我，幸会彼此。由于此次班会选择的场地是在c6草坪，也正是大家所共同选择的场地，没有在教室里的拘谨和严肃，既缓解了大家的压力，也是个能燃大家放松的环境，所以全部的同学都到了，这里有你有我，从这里开始，“向你介绍我，很高兴认识你”，幸会彼此。

5.一路走来，感谢有你。整个班会的开展和继续到结束，很感谢班级里的五位主持人，一路走来，感谢有你。也正因为有你们出色的主持，调动了全场的激情，也发掘了我们班同学隐藏的才艺才能，为我们的班会活动增添了更多的元素，也充实了我们班的才艺团队，谢谢你们hold得住。

不过，整个班会下来还是有欠缺不足之处，归纳如下：

1.值得我们大家思考的问题就是，这次班会主要以宿舍为单位展开，每个宿舍的自我介绍，中间穿插着小游戏，全程下来总共有5个环节，某些环节在时间上分配没有把握好，导致排序较后的同学苦苦等待了一段时间，另外刚开始进入游戏环节的时候，大家会觉得这种游戏还是比较新鲜，但是，接下去游戏重复了就显得略有乏味，特别是最后的几个环节，我们认为应该再有些小小的创新。
