英文补充协议变更的起草

一般来说对于合同的小修改，没有必要重新签订合同，重新签订都是费时费力，也没有必要，所以都用补充协议对原合同进行修改。如果对合同改变重大的话，比如对方想换个姊妹公司来签合同，或者合同条款有多处重大变更，可以说从根本上改变了合同的内容，都可以重新签订合同的。重新签订合同有两种方式。一种是交出所有原合同的原件，然后废除，撕毁都可以，然后再签订新合同；如果对合同原件到底有多少份不清楚的话，保险起见可以先起草一个对原合同的终止协议，然后再签新合同。当然如果为了做到天衣无缝，两个合同之间权责无缝转移的话，我自己使用过这种模式，不用撕毁原合同或者起草终止协议，先在新合同中写终止原合同，一般写新合同生效后原合同立即终止，在新合同未生效前原合同保持有效。然后在新合同上盖上三种章，第一种是原合同的对方的章，第二种是新合同的对方的章，第三种是我方的章，这样操作有个缺点是财务看见合同上有三个章，如果她们不看合同内容的话，有时候容易混淆合同内容。

言归正传，给大家分享一个我起草的比较简单的补充协议。

忘了给大家说了，之前跟一位做国际工程的朋友讨论补充协议和变更怎么翻译，我倾向于合同变更翻译为amendment, 补充协议翻译为addendum.不知道大家什麽意见？不过我自己一般都是不加区分的用amendment的。

游客中心接待方面，43批次客人中，包括俞书记、金区长在内的政府类接待14次，兄弟单位以及旅行社老总参观团9次。我不断推陈出新，整理完善游客中心讲解词，以“接的不同人，说不同的话”为标准，渐而讲解得到了领导的悉心指导与高度肯定。

三、勇于担责扛担，配合组长工作

四、带团的方法

2、处理好几个关系即：强弱关系，多数与少数关系，劳逸关系，在团中处理好这几个关系，就能带出一个和谐欢乐的旅游团队，成功的完成一次旅游活动。

刚到景区的第一天，是很炎热的一天。在领导的带领下我来到了景区游客服务中心，我光荣的成为了一名景区导游员。导游的主要职责是安排游览活动。根据旅游接待计划合理安排团队在景区游览活动。做好接待工作。具体落实团队在当地的食、注行、游、购。娱等各项服务；最重要的就是导游讲解。负责团队在景区参观游览中的导游讲解。

俗话说：“百闻不如一见”，现在，各位已身临其境，就要亲眼看看我们迪庆了。

首先，我要谢谢各位的光临，并用藏语向各位贵宾表示欢迎：“香格里拉!”

听了我的藏语欢迎词，您可能会感到莫名其妙，怎么地用这句洋泾浜来欢迎我们呢?且慢，这正是我要告诉各位的，“香格里拉”是我们藏族的语言，意思是“老朋友，您来了”!即高兴地与您打招呼欢迎您，各位懂了这个意思，高兴吧?

让我再说一遍“香格里拉”!“老朋友，您来了!欢迎您”!

然而“香格里拉”在英语里却是另外的意思，“Shangri-la”即世外桃源。真是无巧不成书啊，我们的迪庆就是一个真正的Shangri-la，世外桃源，人间仙境!要弄清这点，还得从英语一词Shangri-la的来源开始。1933年，英国著名小说家詹姆斯·希尔顿(JamesHilton)写了一本小说《失去的地平线》(LOST HORIZON)。开始了这样一个故事：

一位名叫威的英国外交官与他的三个朋友乘坐了一架被劫持的飞机往世界屋脊。在飞行过程中，汽油烧尽，最后被迫降落在一个冰天雪地的银装世界之中。他们知道确切的位置，弹尽粮绝，走投无路。在绝望时刻，他们遇上进山挖黄连、贝母的藏族人。这些好心的藏族人见他们身处绝境，便接济他们，领他们来到家中，使他们有了安身之处，他们脱离险境，来到了藏民的居住地，第二天醒来，睁眼四看，惊奇的发现，这是个多么美丽神奇的世外桃源啊!--雪山环抱、土地肥沃、阳光明媚、民风淳朴，人与自然和谐共生。

在藏民的帮助下，他们踏上归程。当他们再想回来看看时，却再也无法找到确切地点了，只记得他们经常听到藏民说的一句话：“香格里拉”。《失去的地平线》--书中就把这个地方叫做“香格里拉”。并对这个地方的环境作了精彩的描写：中国西南部藏区是一个永恒、和平、宁静之地。那里有四面雪山环绕的草原，阳光灿烂，空气新鲜，有高深莫测的活佛，神圣静谧的湖水，辉煌神秘的寺庙，淳朴善良的康巴藏族。一切都如人们梦想中的伊甸园，生命在此可以得到永生……

此书出世，轰动世界，吸引了千千万万的读者，英语词典里于是有了香格里拉(Shangri-la)一词。

多少年来，香格里拉一直是许多欠，尤其是西方世界的人们所神往的“世外桃源”，无数探险家在中国藏区、印度、尼泊尔等地苦苦寻觅这神秘之地，经历了半个多世纪，这上谜终于解开了，经过多方调查，充分证实，《失去的地平线》--书中所创的“香格里拉""一词系迪庆藏语“老朋友，您来了”的意思。也引申“通往圣洁之地”，“心中的菩萨”之意。

现在我就把真正的香格里拉--迪庆介绍给各位。

迪庆藏族自治州位于云南省西北部，西北边与西藏自治区为邻，全州面积23870平方公里，包括中甸、维西、德钦三个县，居住有藏、傈僳、汉、白、彝、回、普米、功、怒等民族。

迪庆藏族自治州处于国家级三江并流风景名胜区的腹心地带，三江占两江，雪山占七成，形成三江并流风景区的主体。

迪庆州府中甸县距昆明640多公里。迪庆州是云南省的制高点，境内有许多高耸入云的大山，著名的有云南第一峰卡格博峰，海拔6740米，为藏传佛教的朝觐圣地，位居藏区八大神山之首。其余高峰有环立于卡格博峰周围的太子十三峰，太子雪山海拔5396米，白茫雪山海拔5137米，其余海拔在4500米以上的高峰还有10多座。

在雪山环绕之间，颁着许多大大小小的草甸和坝了，这是迪庆各族人民生息繁衍的地方。这里土地肥沃，水草丰美，牛羊骏马成群，特别是中甸县的小大中甸，真有“天苍苍，野茫茫，风吹草低见牛羊”的风光。五月的中甸草原，碧绿的草地和山坡上的杜鹃花、格桑花和数不尽的各种小花争相怒放，姹紫嫣红，争奇斗妍，宛如一块块色彩斑斓的大地毯，骏马奔驰，牛羊滚滚，雄鹰翱翔，牧人在白云在蓝天下唱起牧歌，挥动长鞭，这就是人间仙境的生活，一幅活生生的美丽图画。

在雪山环抱之间，在草甸中间或边缘，镶嵌着一面大镜子--星罗棋布的天然湖泊。迪庆著名的风景湖泊有碧塔海、纳帕海、属都海等。这些神圣静谧的湖泊，照映雪山森林、蓝天白云，引来牧人畜群，挽留各种飞禽走兽，成为人与自然共存共荣的乐园。

在群山环抱间，在草甸或山坡上，这里的各族人民建立起一个个村寨：藏族的厚墙、大盖顶、宽走廊的土掌房，彝族、傈僳、怒族、纳西族的木楞房，以及汉族的四合院，白族三房一照壁、四合五天井等都显得特色鲜明，引人注目。

我们迪庆，正如《失去的地平线》所述，江河为池，峡谷狭窄而深长。迪庆州，三江并流据其二，金沙江、澜沧江从青藏高原滚滚而来;在横断山区横冲直撞，裂岸穿石，造成了众多峡谷;许多地方，两岸同仁谷紧贴，急流险滩相连，无石不怪，无水不怒，险象球生，真是“有峡无路鸟难飞，猴子爬岩掉眼泪”。

在迪庆德钦县的澜沧江沿岸，您可以看到欧亚板块和印度板块碰撞的地质景观，您可以看到“十里不同天，万物在一山”，由立体气候产生的立体植物、珍稀动物、名贵花卉、名贵药材等。

龙虎山风景名胜区位于鹰潭市郊西南20公里处，是道教的发祥地，在1988年被评为国家4A级风景名胜旅游区。全景区面积有200多平方公里。它的原名为云锦山后来因为第一代天师张道陵在云锦山下炼“九天神丹”丹成而龙虎现，因此而改名为龙虎山。

我国是一个多宗教的国家，主要有道教、佛教、伊斯兰教和基督教等等。在这些宗教当中只有道教是我国土生土长的宗教。它源远流长在五千年前我国就出现了道家。最早轩辕黄帝曾在肃州崆峒山，问道于广成子。广成子居崆峒山，授黄帝自然之经是为道家传道之始。到了东汉后期政治上逐渐形成了外威与宦官两大集团的争权夺利豪强兼并大量的土地、广大的农民丧失了土地后成为流民，再加上连年的自然灾害、温疫的流行为了求得生存和解脱，唯有求助于鬼神。而统治者见自己的统治地信摇摇欲坠，也只有以迷信来麻弊，这样就为汉末道教的形成创造了条件。

而张道陵就是在这样的环境下创立了正一道，因为在当时凡是入道者都要交五斗米作为入道的费用所以又称为五斗米道。张陵是留侯张良九世玄孙，他出生于东汉光武帝建武十年(34年)浙江天目山，7岁时读《道德经》十多遍后就懂得其中的意义;对于天文、地理、河图、洛书、谶纬之书，都能领会它们的奥妙。在他26岁时，二次任江州(四川重庆)县令，后来辞官退隐北邙山(河南洛阳县境)，修炼三年。【后来朝延征为博士，他称病不起。汉和帝永元元年(89年)，和帝听说他是得道之人，以三品印绶，驷马车等征为太博。后封冀县候三诏不就”。】在他57岁时携弟子王长从淮入江西鄱阳登乐平雩子峰，溯信江入贵溪云锦山炼“九天神丹”。丹成后又在西佩源壁鲁洞得神虎秘文。顺帝年间，张陵已高龄90余岁，闻四川巴蜀一代闹温役，于是就带着弟子入蜀。张陵入蜀后，居鹤鸣山(亦名鹄鸣山，在四川崇庆县境)，继续收徒设教，建立道教基层组织等活动。

人人都说我们龙虎山有三绝，一绝是：进道都仙府，溯道教之源。所谓道都仙府就是我们要去的上清天师府。在我们龙虎山道教最顶盛的时期，在上清镇共建有十座道宫、八十一座道观、五十座道院。其中有三座最为出名，第一个是上清宫，相信大家都知道水浒中的一百零八将就是出自上清宫的镇妖井中。上清宫位于上清古镇的东面距天师府约二华里，是一座规模宏伟的宫殿，它不仅居江南道教宫观之冠，而且在全国也是首屈一指。是历代天师阐教演法、传道授箓的主要宗教活动场所，也是正一道高道修真养性的阆苑。也就是天师的办公室。在它规模最大时曾建有二宫、十二殿、二十四院。但最可惜的是这个宏伟建筑在民国十九年(1930年)因几个乞丐在长廓下烤火一不小心被一场大火给烧毁了。本来一些海内外的道徒都想集资重建上清宫，但我们的鹰夏铁路线又下好从中穿插而过，所以已经根本无法修复了，所以我们现在只能从天师府所保存着的上清宫沙盘图中一瞩上清宫的宏伟了。

另一个建筑是正一观，正一观是历代天师收学徒的地方，说通俗些就是天师的学堂。

天师府坐落在上清古镇的中部，在宋朝时始建于上清镇关门口。元延六年(1320xx年)迁至上清长庆里，就是现在的天师府了。是历代天师起居饮食的地方，也可以说是天师的家。天师府现以被例为全国二十一座重点开放的宫观之一。

龙虎山的二绝是“丹山碧水”。丹山碧水中山指的是龙虎山的99山峰、24岩石。它们属于点形的丹霞地貌。大多不高约在50米——200米之间，最高的也只有800多米。这些山石形成大约在一亿二千万年前的晚白垩至八千万年前的第三纪。当时这里曾是一片汪洋大海，由于红色砂砾石不断的下沉与海底的泥页岩、鹅卵石交结而成大小不一的赤石岩群。在赤石岩层形成后，发生了造山运动，即喜马拉雅山运动。使赤石岩群发生平缓皱和断裂，以后第四纪新构造运动使断块垂直升降。岩层断裂发育由于是不同岩层，抵抗风化的强度不同，长期受地表水侵蚀作用，在差异风化，重力崩塌的强烈综合作用下形成了今日的峡谷、峭壁。而丹山碧水中的水指的是素有“小漓江”之称的泸溪河。清辙秀丽、婀娜多姿的泸溪河，发源于福建的光泽县，经过龙虎山流入信江最后注入潘阳湖。全长286公里。它由南向北把整个龙虎山的景点串成一体，我们今天所乘的船筏联游大约十几里地是龙虎山的精华景点所在，很多游客都说不游芦溪河就不算到了龙虎山，其实这一点也不夸张，芦溪河不是漓江却胜似漓江，它以溪水清澈，风景秀丽而著称。一边看着两岸秀丽的风景，听着动人的传说,坐在小小的竹筏上，这种移步成画的感觉真的是非常的浪漫。

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

Before my speech, Id like to show my gratitude to the service and sacrifice of English Union. Thank you for offering me such a fabulous opportunity to exchange with other English lovers. My name is Yang Longbo, a boy majoring in Automation in Changan University. My favorite motto is “Follow your heart”. Former CEO of Apple Steve Jobs once said," If you live each day as if it were the last, youll certainly be right.", which made a deep impression on me. He has used his life to prove the truth of this saying. Realizing that our time is limited has helped him make considerable difficult choices in life. Because almost everything-all expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment and failure-will run away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. Dont let your inner voice be overwhelmed by the noise of others opinions. What is most important is having the courage to follow your own heart and intuition. Somehow they already know what you truly want to become. Live everyday as if it were the last of your life and make your life better.

I like Hello kitty very much. She always wears a smile on her face and looks happy. You can always see her photos on watches, notebooks, bags and many other different things. After more than 30 years’ growth,Hello kitty has become the most popular toy cat in the world.

So,why do people like Hello kitty so much? Do you know why?

I think it’s because of her healthy appearance and sweet smile. People will feel relax and happy when they see her.

What’s more,Hello Kitty stands for bravery,honesty, kindness and most importantly... friendship

Her favourite thing is to play outdoors and her hobbies include music, reading,eating, and best of all making new friends. Just like she says "You can never have too many friends."

Hello kitty’s lovely face always makes us feel warm and happy. And from Hello Kitty,I learn to understand the importance of friendship and I decide to share happiness with my friends ,be kind and helpful to every people ,and become a girl that everyone loves!

Dear victims,

I was astonished and grievous to hear of the calamitous earthquake happening on May, 12th. It’s really a national disaster, causing tremendous loss to our whole nation physically and mentally. By now, the terrible earthquake has claimed over 60 thousand lives, injured far more people, and led 5 million homeless.

Seeing the related movies and photos, I could not help crying. I’m especially moved by those high-minded people in front of the catastrophe! I’m proud of you, tough people!

Despite the calamity, I hope that you, our brothers and sisters in the earthquake-striken area, will believe in us, in our government, and in the power of love. Our country being a big one with a large population of about 1.4 billion, if we share the calamity together, it would be reduced to only a small “shower”. Therefore, please keep in mind that the road is tortuous, the future is bright. The storm will give way to bright sunshine in the long run. And finally, everything will be recovered, and even better than it was.Best wishes!
