六、各项费用的缴纳

1、物业管理费：乙方自行向物业管理公司交纳;

七、出租方与承租方的变更

2、租赁期间，乙方如因转让或其他原因将房屋转租给第三方使用，必须事先书面向甲方申请，由第三方书面确认，征得甲方的书面同意。取得使用权的第三方即成为本合同的当事乙方，享有原乙方的权利，承担原乙方的义务。

八、违约金和违约责任

1、若出租方在承租方没有违反本合同的情况下提前解除合同或租给他人，视为甲方违约，负责赔偿违约金________元。

2、若乙方在甲方没有违反本合同的情况下提前解除合同，视为乙方违约，乙方负责赔偿违约金________元。

3、承租方违反合同，擅自将承租房屋转给他人使用的视为违约，应支付违约金________元。如因此造成承租房屋损坏的，还应负责修复或赔偿。

九、免责条件

若租赁房屋因不可抗力的自然灾害导致损毁或造成承租人损失的，双方互不承担责任。租赁期间，若乙方因不可抗力的自然灾害导致不能使用租赁房屋，乙方需立即书面通知甲方。

十、争议的解决方式

本合同如出现争议，双方应友好协商解决，协商不成时，任何一方均可以向人民法院起诉。

十一、本合同如有未尽事宜，甲、乙双方应在法律的基础上共同协商，作出补充规定，补充规定与本合同具有同等效力。

十二、本合同双方签字盖章后生效，本合同1式2份，甲、乙双方各执1份。

离开五老峰，进入石门涧。石门涧被称为“庐山第一景”。它置身于悬崖之中，沿阶梯下去，传说中的庐山大瀑布就在这路上。下到山脚，就来到石门涧。那里有石有水，石缝中出现一条条瀑布，唱着激昂的歌曲飞流直下。瀑布旁的大石头上刻着“喷雪奔雷”四个苍劲有力的大字，加上山间涓涓细流，山上小小凉亭，眼前仿佛出现了宋代诗人苏轼畅游庐山蔚然长叹：“飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天。”

过年天天在下雨，初六终于不下雨了，于是我们就用这个好日子这个好日子，去香港旅游。

记得那是我三年级的暑假的时候，我、爸爸、妈妈还有我的一个小伙伴，决定这个暑假到位于丹东市旁边的一个岛屿——大鹿岛。

我们出发的时候，由于忘了查找当地地图就匆匆的来了，导致第一天我们到达丹东时，找不到去大鹿岛的码头在什么地方。眼看天就要黑了，我们就找了个饭店，吃了有名的丹东炒馇子。过后，我们便找了个饭店住下了。

第二天，我们找了半天，终于找到了一个知道怎样去码头的路的人了，于是我们请他带路，终于来到了码头。到了码头后，我们乘坐快艇来到了大鹿岛。
