大家请看我们的左手边，这是一块来自湘贵交界处的，天然形成的汉白玉大理石，它的造型别致，未经过加工和人工雕琢，大家看看它的背面，这些由于地质的沉积作用形成的黑色花纹，就如同一只雄鹰在天空翱翔，这就是昆鹏展翅。这本应该是放置成正面的，但却放置在背面，这是为什么呢?这是因为它的正面另有玄机。大家看一看正面的造型，就如同一对相拥的，志同道合的革命情侣。我们都知道在井冈山发生了很多的革命爱情故事，比如毛_与贺子珍，朱德与伍若兰，所以这块汉白玉大理石似乎是命中注定要来到笔架山的。在这里小_祝愿大家从进入笔架山的这一刻起您会爱情甜蜜，事业会一帆风顺，鹏程万里。

现在大家登上的这座桥呢，叫做红军桥，是当年红军曾经走过的，由于经过战争，当年的红军桥已经坏损了，这座桥是在原桥所在位置重新修建的。

我们下方的这条河是朱砂河，在朱砂河的下游就是朱砂冲哨口。

大家看向我们的正前方，我们可以看到小桥，流水，人家的甜美画卷。这里就是红色桃花源。这里宁静，祥和，不禁让我们想起陶渊明《桃花源记》描绘的“阡陌交通，鸡犬相闻”的世外桃园，这里是红军战士期望的理想生活，他们希望通过自己的艰苦抗战，可以为自己的父母亲人，家乡父老，全国人民创造这样一个没有战争，宁静，祥和的理想家园。

这里还是《请茶歌》的发源地。当年，毛_和朱德的部队下井冈，就是从行洲到下角洞、上茶园、桃子园、大汾然后到达瑞金的，在红军出发经过行洲到下角洞的路上，当地的乡政府要求群众送茶送水，下角洞当时只有4户人家，20多口人，红军从早上一直到晚上源源不断地经过下角洞。为了方便红军战士喝水，下角洞的四户人家把烧开的水用水桶挑到了红军经过的路边，水桶上放上了蒲勺、竹勺，便于红军喝水，四户人家从早上烧开水一直烧到晚上红军过完为止。在当时请茶是请红军喝一瓢水。因而在刚创作时是“请喝一瓢茶”而不是“请喝一杯茶”，《请茶歌》具有浓郁的江西特色，采用“宜春评话”的旋律素材，既抒情由具有叙述风格。

在我们的右手边呢，有一片千年古木林，在这片面积不到1500平方米的茂密树林里，罕见地集生着红豆杉、楠木、厚朴、桂花、苦槠等多种珍稀古树名木，且多棵古树树龄达千年，所以这片树林被称为千年古木林。林中以楠木(闽楠)居多，大小有近六十株，是江西省现存的少数几个闽楠群落之一，具有重要的保护价值。

大家看，这一棵高大的深灰色树木就是苦槠树，从它镂空的根部就可知道它已经历经沧桑，大家可几人去合抱一下再来猜猜它的树龄?它已经有一千多年的历史，树高25米，胸径350厘米，也是井冈山迄今为止发现的最大一棵苦槠树。苦槠树的寿命非常长，叶常绿，枝叶对二氧化碳等有毒气体抗性很强。苦槠树是长江南北的“分界树”，因为它是长江最南段的特有植物，再往北就没法生长了。苦槠树结出的果子，外表类似板栗，但里面含有淀粉，可以做“苦槠豆腐”，“苦槠糕”。 “苦槠豆腐，苦槠糕”是防暑降温的佳品。口感清滑略带苦涩。

大家顺着我手指的方向看到的这株是南方红豆杉，又名紫杉，是世界珍惜濒危树种，国家一级保护植物。红豆衫极其珍贵，是因为红豆杉无论是根、茎、叶皮及种子都是宝，都含有紫杉醇。紫杉醇对于多种癌症都有较好的治疗效果，尤其是对乳腺癌，卵巢癌的治疗，治愈率可达33%，有效率可达75%。但是是世界上年产紫杉醇仅250千克左右，供求失衡，价格昂贵，每千克20多万美元，因此红豆杉又有“植物黄金”之称。红豆杉栽种的时间越长，价值越大，是名副其实的“绿色银行”。

现在大家来到的是红军标语群。这些标语十分清楚地反映了井冈山斗争时期湖南省委和井冈山革命根据地内施行的方针、政策，红军的宗旨，揭露反动派的罪恶，有些也反映出当时党内、军内存在着”左“的错误思潮，这为研究井冈山斗争历史提供了可靠的历史佐证资料。行洲红军标语群是目前井冈山保存最完整，最集中的红色标语，整理出的标语达66幅，1000余字。我们看这条标语“红军是为劳苦工农谋利益的先锋队”，这条标语经过了三年游击战争，抗日战争，解放战争，只有第一个“红”字有改动外，其余都保存完好。因为当年这座房子的房东是个红白两道通吃的人，军队来到此地时，他便将“红”字该为“国”字，当红军回来的时候，再将“国”字改成“红”字，就这样使这座老房子保存到现在，也保存了这条红军标语。

大家继续随我前行，现在我们来到的是笔架山索道的下站，走到这里，大家的耳朵是否已经听到哗哗的水流声呢?声音传来的地方，就是我们马上要看到的秀丽迷人的行洲湖。行洲湖位于行洲峡谷出口处，我们眼前的这座精美小桥名字叫行洲桥，桥下为一个人工水坝，水坝上方就是行洲湖了。行洲湖是一个美丽的人工湖，水域面积为5000平方米。

现在大家请跟我有序的乘坐笔架山索道。整条索道长5200米，共有26根支架，66个轿厢发封闭式8人轿厢，我们现在乘坐的不仅仅是普通的索道轿厢，更是“宝马车”因为这每个轿厢都是从法国进口来的，采用国外的特殊材质制作，这种材质，韧性，弹性好，你用多大的力气打它一拳，它就用多大的力气回你，它可是会武功的哦。笔架山索道共计投资1.2亿元，于20_年8月1日正式建成通行。它由法国波马公司设计，由辽宁省葫芦岛索道安装制造总公司安装完工。该索道运行最高速度为6米/秒，单程运行时间为20分钟，运行平稳，单向运量预计可达600人/小时。在吊厢内还配备了先进的通讯设施和无线电广播系统，使上、下站及线路间的运行情况均能获得完整的信息反馈，确保了索道的安全运营。笔架山索道有三个世界之最：一段式驱动世界最长，转角最大，科技含量最高。

走到这里，请大家顺着我的手势看，在林木森森，清溪回流之中，有一帘瀑布飘扬在我们前方，那就是行洲瀑布，落差有15米。

现在大家看到的是索道的中站，在这里你可以看到索道130度的转角，出了中站，顺着我手的方向望过去就看到笔架山的轮廓了，就如同古时放置毛笔的笔架，因此而得名笔架山。

下了索道，笔架山正伸开双臂欢迎我们，您走路时要注意头上和脚下，“走路不看景，看景不走路”，以免和这些调皮的植物亲密接触哦!

现在大家随我拾级而上，在行进过程中我们感受到空气的清新湿润，这因为笔架山是名副其实的“天然氧吧”，“植物宝库”景区年均气温14-17℃，森林覆盖率高达98%，负氧离子每立方厘米达8万个，且素有“井冈生态画卷”的美称。森林中的植物精气和高山负氧离子将为您消祛疲劳和病痛，大家不妨在这多做几次深呼吸，给您的全身做一次天然的SAP，如果您吸烟更要多多的深呼吸，洗洗您的肺，负氧离子可以清洗陈年烟毒。

现在我们来到的是古柏峰，古柏峰处于笔架山西端，五指峰的东南侧，因其峰顶遍布福建柏，在1982年进行景区资源考察时，发现一棵两人合抱的特大福建柏(古柏王)，因此得名。福建柏是国家二级保护植物，绝大部分都有二、三百年的历史，并且成片生长福建柏亦称“建柏”，主要产于我国浙江、福建、江西、广东、广西等地，因首先在福建发现，故命名为“福建柏”。福建柏为柏科，常绿乔木，叶小枝扁平，排成一平面;雌雄同株。

笔架山是一条长达十余里的起伏山峦，著名的有七大山峰，自西至东，为古柏峰、望指峰、松涛峰、扬眉峰、观岛峰、石笋峰和孔雀峰。我们所站立的古柏峰是笔架山核心景区的重要交通结点，也是笔架山十里杜鹃长廊向东延伸的起点，也是我们今天笔架山之行的起点和终点。

现在呈现在我们眼前的就有三条路：

首先请看我们左手边的这条羊肠小道，它是笔架山通往井冈山主峰――五指峰的山间小道，游人只有在专业向导的带领下才能进去，开展森林探险和科研考察。

接下来请大家看右手边的两条游步道：一条是悬空栈道，另外一条木制游步道。悬空栈道，西起古柏峰，东至大小松岛，全长2800余米，于20_年6月修建完工，因为整个悬空栈道与五指峰仅隔笔架山峡谷遥遥相望，与五指峰是一脉相连，五指峰是中国的“财富之山”，故人称此路为“财富之路”。笔架山悬空栈道堪称“井冈一绝”，它与世界上最长的三清山高山栈道相比，在技术含量、难度及景观效果上也毫不逊色。因为三清山为花岗岩，笔架山为玄武岩，花岗岩与玄武岩虽同属火山岩，但花岗岩石为岩浆喷发的地下部分，在高压下形成，质地要比喷出地表后形成的玄武岩严密的多，因此更为坚硬，抗压性更强，所以从建设要求及难度上而言，笔架山悬空栈道的建设远比三清山难。

第三条 承包方式及承包单价

1、乙方按包工、包小型材料、包小型机械设备及管节外购的方式。

2、承包本工程承包单价每延米2250元(税后价)

此综合承包单价中已包括：工人劳务费用、及伙食费用、小型材料、机械使用、进出场费用、管理费等利润及安全文明施工等全部费用(其中安全文明施工所用材料由甲方提供)，以及合同图纸明示或暗示的所有责任、义务和一般风险。

第四条 施工工期

2、乙方必须按甲方排出的进度计划组织足够人力进行施工技工、力工进场人数按甲方要求人数进场。

3、如果因业主及甲方原因延误工期，经甲方签证后，工期相应延期并赔偿乙方造成的一切损失。

第五条 管理要求

一、管理要求

1、乙方在施工期间必须服从甲方人员的管理，遵守甲方制定的各项规章制度。在施工现场中，服从甲方相关人员的调配、安排，服从甲方对制度、质量和安全的管理。

2、乙方必须服从业主及相关人员的监督。

第六条 安全生产、文明施工管理要求

1、严格执行国家颁的各项政策和安全法规、规程，及其它相关的标准、规范。

2、遵守甲方制定的各项安全规章制度，服从甲方相关人员的管理。

3、遵守甲方制定的文明施工规章制度，服从甲方的管理。

第七条 双方责任

一、甲方责任

1、负责技术咨询的施工控制测量及对乙方的施工进行监督、指导、检查，同时负责协调成品、半成品采购及料源协调，负责现场施工放样、测量、实验检测等技术性工程。

2、对乙方所完成合格工程量进行验工计价。

3、工程量以设计图纸工程量计量，若设计数量错误按最终设计变更图纸进行计算。

4、提供施工现场工作场地、施工便道，清澈换填，基坑排水。

5、负责当地施工有关拆迁事宜。

二、乙方责任

1、严格按照施工设计图纸和国家及交通部颁发的施工规范、技术要求组织旗，完成甲方下达的施工生产计划。

2、遵守国家、地方公司和甲方的有关政策规定、要求文明施工达标，材料堆放整齐，创建标准化工地。随时接受甲方、公司、建设单位及工程监理的技术指导和监督检查。

3、做好施工现场的环保、防火、防盗、防洪、照明、保卫及安全防护设施工作，并承担相应费用与责任。

4、承担所属人员、设备的调遣、撤场等全部费用。

5、在施工中应听从甲方的统一指挥，自觉搞好和其他单位的关

6、如果因自身原因路途主动退场，乙方必须提前10天以局面报告形式上报甲方，待甲方批准后方可退场，否则，视方违约，因此造成甲方工程施工的一切损失由乙方赔偿。

7、负责现场人员的或是安排，施工现场必须按公司的统一部署标准设置。

8、乙方自备的小型机具(如钢筋加工设备，焊接设备、模板加工制作设备，砼振捣机具及其它小型机具等)必须符合国家现行技术及安全标准。在使用过程中，必须加强维修及保养工作，不能影响工程质量与进度。

9、混凝土浇筑前要计算好用量，在浇筑过程中要随时保持和搅拌站的联系，防止混凝土搅拌超量造成浪费。如果因乙方没有及时通知造成的浪费费用将从乙方工程款中扣除。

10、每施工完一道工序，经甲方和公司技术人员及监理工程师检验合格后，方可进行下道工序施工。

11、应接受甲方及监理工程师的随时抽查和重点检查，并提供必要的检查条件。

12、配合甲方试验人员做好各种材料的取样及试件的制作。

13、乙方进场的人员及小型机械设备必须满足施工进度的要求。如果赶工期甲方要求啬机械设备及人员，乙方必须无条件的服从。

第八条 材料供应

用于工程的混凝土、钢筋、钢模自行(含门架支项)

第九条 工程款支付方式
