历史景点的保护与发展的调查报告

一、 主题简介

我们此次暑期社会实践调查的主题是：xx镇历史旅游景点的保护与发展。所以，我们此次调查的主要内容就是xx镇历史旅游景点。集中在对旅游景点的保护现状和发展情况上。同时，我们还会在调查中更深入了解历史遗物的文化背景和历史底蕴;历史旅游景点在周围居民生活中扮演的角色等等。

二、 活动日程

1、 搜集、筛选相关资料

时间：xx年x月x日——xx年x月x日

2、 走访历史遗迹、采访有关人员

时间：xx年x月x日——xx年x月x日

8月13日上午九点，我们出发前往xx镇雕花楼景点。13日最高温度达39℃多，所以我们事先做好了防暑降温的工作。带上了水、毛巾等等。雕花楼在xx镇镇中心，所以我们直接步行前往。

雕花楼门票价格是60元每人，我们出示了介绍信和学生证，并简单介绍了此次暑假社会实践的内容，有关负责人同意我们进去拍照、参观并做调查。

上午九点半，我们开始调查。入园后，映入眼帘的就是一个花园，园内树木花草错落有致，郁郁葱葱。池水清澈，游鱼可数。

雕花大楼又名春在楼，坐西面东。雕梁画栋，精美绝伦，是香山帮建筑工艺的杰出代表，被誉为“江南第一楼”。自西向东依次为照墙、门楼、前楼、后楼及附房。分布合理，功能分明。

在整个参观的过程中，给我留下印象最深的还是雕花大楼的砖雕、木雕。民间艺人高超的雕刻技艺。雕刻图案内容丰富、寓意吉祥。分别有：“尧舜禅让”、“文王访贤”“八仙庆寿”、“鹿十景”、“郭子仪庆寿”、“子孙满堂”、“三国演义”、“二十四孝”、“蝙蝠捧寿”等。

另外，室内家具的布置也别具特色。采用中西结合的方式。家具都极具中国传统特色，值得一提的是，在少爷房里的一张床价值高达一百多万，是江苏省价值最高的木结构大床。门窗安彩色玻璃，具有西洋色彩。同时，雕花大楼还是一个著名的影视基地，有很多剧组都来这里拍过戏。

近些年，雕花大楼旁边还建起了宾馆，浴场，饭店等，人们可以在参观的同时消费等。周围的居民告诉我们，以前他们还可以在雕花楼里随意进出，里面的水井也是公用的。

参观大约用了不到一个小时的时间，但是有关领导不同意在我们的实践表格上敲章，也没有留下联系方式等。

8月17日上午8点，出发前往xx镇启园景区。乘坐629线路公交车，在东山宾馆站点下车，车程大约是20分钟。我们事先了解到启园的门票价格是45元每人，学生票不打折。到达启园后，我们与启园管理处的有关负责人进行了沟通，出示了我们的学生证和学院的介绍信，说明了我们的来意，并简单介绍了我们此次暑假社会实践的主题，最后，负责人同意我们免费进园拍照并调查。

进园时间是上午8:40，由于天气较热或是时间尚早，园内游客稀少，十分的清静。只有工作人员在进行着到扫、修建花草等工作。盛夏时节，园内的花草十分的茂盛，满眼望去，都是郁郁葱葱的树木。鸟鸣声宛转悠扬，仿佛置身于深山密林之中。

柳毅井、康熙手植杨梅和御码头是启园的“三宝”。所以我们入园后，就主要调查这三处历史景点。首先，我们来到了柳毅小院。柳毅小院里的柳毅井和王鏊(东山人士，明朝宰相)题刻的石碑是明代文物， “柳毅井”三字于明正德九年(1514)由王鳌所书。井边贴墙而筑的半亭也以“柳毅”命名。整个小院环境幽深，故意盎然，丝毫不见因柳毅井是历史文物而需“特殊照顾”的景象。在拍照的过程中，我们发现了一处奇怪的景象：柳毅井的井壁上布满着绳子勒出的痕迹。在问了一旁的工作人员后，我们才知道，以前启园没有建造之前，柳毅井是周围居民的公共财产，大家都可以到这里来打水，想必从有这口井就开始了，所以才有这么深的绳子勒出的痕迹。可见年代之久远。

从柳毅小院出来后，我们经过了清代建筑融春堂，飞檐翘角，古朴端庄的四面厅，环翠桥，挹波桥等，来到了康熙手植杨梅树。本以为，康熙手植杨梅树此处会有一个大大的围栏，但我们所见到的只是一个包住杨梅树身的铁栅栏，十分的简单，周围也只是立了石碑介绍。杨梅树掩映在其他树木之中，并没有“鹤立鸡群”感觉。工作人员介绍，现在已经是8月，杨梅的采摘季节已过。

最后，我们来到了御码头。启园是xx地区唯一的山麓滨湖园林，所以，御码头也是独具特色的景观。码头深入水际，气势雄伟壮阔。堤亭可以进去参观，并没有设限。站在堤亭向远处眺望，太湖波澜壮阔，景色优美。

此次园内参观的时间大约有一个半小时，我们在参观的过程中，与工作人员都有沟通，了解了启园的保护现状。

8月19日上午8点，我们出发前往著名的千年古刹，紫金庵旅游景点。乘坐629路公交车在绿化村下，再步行前往。紫金庵坐落在山麓，掩映在群山之中。我们步行了差不多15分钟左右，就来到了紫金庵门口。紫金庵的门票价格是30元每人，我们与工作人员沟通了很久，也出事了我们的介绍信和学生证，工作人员也没有答应我们免费进去调查。所以，我们买票进去参观。

紫金庵，又名金庵寺，在东山西卯内。1956年10月，紫金庵罗汉像被公布为江苏省文物保护单位，成为人们欣赏古代雕塑艺术的圣地。寺内的工作人员跟我们介绍，寺内有佛像54尊，其时代文献无载，相传是南宋雷潮夫妇所塑，但据其风格推断，有元末明初之说。据紫金庵《紫金庵净因堂碑记》记载，庵创建于两陈时期。清康熙《府志》则记述庵创建于明洪武年间。

我们先来到了大殿，54尊佛像分正中、二侧、后壁、后侧。殿正中一字排列，塑有“药师、释迦摩尼、阿弥陀佛”。三佛神态安详，背后衬有由莲花、火焰、卷草组成的背光，表现出“佛光普照”的意境。

三座佛像的后面是一面塑壁，有云气、海水、悬岩构成。壁面正中是“鳌鱼观音”像，神情优婉。观音上方的华盖形如轻薄的丝绸在微风中飘浮，表现出匠师高超的雕塑技艺。

大殿两侧的十六罗汉像是庵内塑像的精华所在。塑像比例适中，神态各异，极富性格特征。关于这些罗汉像的原型，也有很多说法。就此，电视台还专门来此进行采访调查。虽然这不是我们此次暑期社会实践的主题，但我们也很感兴趣。

暑期的时候，游客较少，所以紫金庵内有一些建筑工人在做修葺工作。原本紫金庵只是一个小小的寺院，但现在当地政府在外围造了一个围墙，园内种有一些xx镇当地特有的果树，园外有一些亭台楼阁可供游客休息观景，视野非常宽阔。

三、调查情况

1、调查背景

东山，民丰物阜，经济发达，是明代著名大学士王鏊的故乡。全镇拥有大量的历史建筑及文物古迹，光国家级文物保护单位就有4处6个：紫金庵、轩辕宫、雕花楼、明善堂、凝德堂、怀荫堂;省级文物保护单位6处：瑞霭堂、楠木厅、诸公井亭、务本堂、绍德堂和三山古文化遗址;市级文保单位11处，市控保建筑33处，其他明清古建筑100多处。文物古建数量之多，级别之高，保存之完整，在全省少见。

此次暑假啊社会实践，我们挑选了三处具有代表性的文物古迹：雕花楼、紫金庵和启园。

采访记录

问题一：您觉得东山的旅游景点吸引你的是什么地方?

在我采访的几位游客中，他们的回答都集中于：环境比较静谧、比较有特色、历史底蕴深厚这几点中。他们认为这些旅游景点把自然和人工环境结合的很好，虽然都看得出有人工修饰的成分，但还是能够感受到散发出来的清新自然之风，并不觉得矫揉造作。

问题二：您觉得这些旅游景点保护得怎样?

游客们对于这个问题，大都持肯定的态度。他们说道，虽然不是那种规模很宏大的保护方式，但是看到那些历史文物或是历史景点与周围自然景观或是当地居民“相处”的很好。

问题三：对于近些年来，在旅游景点周围发展出的很多的周边产业，您有什么想法?您有去消费吗?

游客们说道，如果这些周边产业能很好的服务于景点的特色，譬如风土特产店等，就很好。但他们也说道，有些景点周围的饭店，杂货铺太多，破坏了本身景点所具有的安静、自然的气质。他们也认为东山的旅游景点需要有规划的、统一的发展，而不是自由、散漫的那种发展模式。

问题四：生活在景区周围，有没有感到一些不一样的地方?你们有刻意的去保护它们吗?

对于这个问题，大多数周围的居民告诉我们，他们并没有感到什么特殊。因为这些历史文物或是景点存在了很长的时间，相反，当现在它们被保护了起来，周围居民，尤其是一些上了年纪的，反而有些不适应。另外，他们也并没有刻意的去保护这些历史景点。他们已经习惯了人与自然、人与物的和谐相处。

问题五：你们对xx镇历史旅游景点的保护与发展有什么建议呢?

这个问题，我们问了游客、当地居民和景区工作人员。虽然他们的知识层次、社会角色各有不同，但他们都提到了要好好的保护这些历史旅游景点，在不要一味的追求经济利益的同时，发展一些周边产业。不要让人工修饰的成分掩盖了原有景点的神韵。

6、解决方法

从以上的采访中我们可以看出，xx镇的历史旅游景点在有效的保护下，正朝着一个有利的方向发展。但如果要xx镇的旅游产业尤其是那些具有深厚历史底蕴的景点得到一个可持续的发展，我们就必须注意:一、在修葺景点的时候，太多的人工建筑会破坏原有历史景点的意境，所以还是以保持原有历史风貌为主;二、在景点周围的饭店、宾馆、土特产店等的数量应适当控制，虽然这有助于当地居民提高收入，但太多的第三产业会使旅游景点的整体形象下降，尤其是没有得到很好的规范的时候;三、正如第二点所说的，历史旅游景点周围的第三产业因得到一个很好的规范，尤其是服务质量，这代表着xx镇甚至是整个太湖风景区的形象，所以应该在一个很高的水平上，当地政府需加强注意。

四、结语

此次的暑假社会实践，比原先计划的推迟了一个月，所以时间上比较的紧。但是，我们还是完成了此次调查。走访了xx镇三个历史旅游景点，采访了有关人员，了解了历史文物的保护现状和发展情况。

在此次的调查中，我们了解到，xx镇作为太湖国家风景区东山景区，一直是远近游客们向往的旅游胜地。吸引他们的，不仅是东山的各色特产、风土人情、自然风光，还有xx镇独具特色、历史悠远的旅游景点。这些历史旅游景点，像一颗颗璀璨的明珠，分布在东山的土地上。他们有的以精湛的雕刻、雕塑工艺，有的以巧夺天工的建筑技巧，有的以悠久的历史闻名。

这些旅游景点，在当地政府和居民的共同保护下，正朝着一个有益的方向发展。相较于以前，每个旅游景点现在都配有专业的导游。他们向各地的游客展示着这些旅游景点的魅力所在。我们在这次暑期社会实践中，也得到了他们的很多帮助，景点内的导游们友好的为我们讲解了景点的特色及渊源。

近些年来，各旅游景点都在为发展周边产业而努力。启园就与东山宾馆互赢互利;雕花大楼周围则发展出了宾馆、浴场;紫金庵则与绿化茶庄毗邻。还有一些我们没有实地走访的景点，比如陆巷古村，周围也有船上农家乐。同时陆巷古村落里还住有当地村民，每当旅游旺季到来，就会有大量的游客来到陆巷古村，但他们日常起居，生活如常，体现了人与人、人与物、人与自然地和谐相处。另外，人们也因为这些旅游景点走上了一条发财致富的道路。比如三山岛风景区。生活在岛上的居民开起了旅馆、农家乐、杂货店。岛上的居民因此也收入颇丰，乐得其所。

在这半个月的课题调查中，我们看到了在高温中工作的那些建筑工人、景区的清洁打扫人员，忙碌的导游们，热情的公交车司机们。他们在我们放暑假的时候仍坚持在自己的工作岗位上，为东山的旅游景区做出了自己的贡献。对于他们，我们想说声：谢谢。虽然，我们调查的课题是有关文化、社会等方面，但我们也了解到了不少xx镇的风俗习惯，体验生活，提高了我们的交流能力，尤其是在采访游客、当地居民的时候，我们懂得了如何与人交流，如何获得有用的信息。我相信，这对于我们整个大学生活，甚至于将来的工作等都会有一个非常有益的作用。

赴扬州教院附中学习考察报告

三月十七日至三月二十二日，我们东升一中20人的教育考察小组，在罗文春、周华安老师的带领之下，从成都直飞扬州，对江苏省扬州市教育学院附属中学，进行了为期三天半的学习考察。老师们平均每日听课七——到八节，还跑马观花地参观考察了该校的体育活动、图书阅览和其它课外活动。和学校老师们，特别是集中听取了该校应校长对他们学校教改情况的介绍交流，初步了解到了扬州教院附中教育教学改革的大致情况，对他们教改经验——从指导思想、改革内容到操作方法都有了一个概括的了解。总之，不虚此行，收获很多，通过这次考察学习，对于中学教育教学都有很多的感悟和体会！下面我们概括地向大家报告这次考察学习的大致情况和我们的体会。

一  我们的直观印象     扬州是一个千年古城，有极其丰富的历史文化积淀，这方面和成都很相似。主要有这几方面，一是京杭大运河文化，二是江南的园林文化，还有以瘦西湖为代表的文化遗产文化。可是扬州的整体经济发展，和成都相比有不小的差距。在扬州的大量三四层楼大街甚至低矮的小街之中，矗立其中的扬州教院附中，是鹤立鸡群的。在这里，的确最好的建筑是学校。教院附中的教学楼高大宽敞而漂亮时尚。整个校园像江南的园林一样精致、美观、生态，给我们的印象十分深刻。     整个校园干净整洁，几乎看不到一点纸屑之类的垃圾。学生上下课期间，安静平和，没有任何打狂的杂音。给我们的印象，这里的学生平和轻松快乐。没有我们这儿学生常有的紧张压力和浮躁甚至狂躁。四百米跑道的大型操场上，上体育课的学生也有序地参加活动，没有看到过我们常见的部分学生跑到一边自由休息的情况。     学校有一个称之为信息中心的学生活动场所，对学生全天开放。里面分为一个两百多平米的阅览室，一个一百来平米的美术和棋类活动室，里面挂满了学生的绘画和书法作品；再往里是一个近两百平米的书吧，布置高档时尚。这些地方，学生都可以在课余时间来活动。书吧里有好几台电脑，对学生开放。我们看到过整班的学生的阅读课，和他们的课堂一样安静的阅读自由的讨论交流，而且没有老师带领和管理，完全由学生自主管理。

由此可见，这所学校有优良的校风，有一种学生自主管理的有效机制。

二  自主学习、合作学习的有效课堂     我们刚到的时候，该校一位女性副校长对我们说：你们要听课，可以随便进你想进的任何一个教室；要交流，可以去任何一个办公室；要了解我们学校，可以在电脑上随便进我们学校的网站。这和好些“秀”出来的教改成果完全不同，有一种自信和诚恳，也需要几分勇气才行。     我们每个上午听课，语数外、物理、生物、政史地，个门课程我们都听过。该校的排课没有主副科之分，上午第一节课，就有我们所谓的几乎所有的副科科目。我们的听课也确实是走到那个教室，想听就进去听，没有一个认可老师不同意。     不管哪一科，他们的上课模式都是一样的。所有的教室的布置都是一样的，每八个学生的课桌并在一起，这是一个学习小组；各小组围起来，形成一个大圈。上课的基本程序是，学生按小组先预习，分小组提出学习目标的问题和解决方案。预习环节结束以后，“秀”场就开始了，又每组简介小组问题，大家很快选出主持小组，小组推一人到讲台主持提问，各组自由举手回答，答对在黑板的积分栏你计分。老师在各小组间来回走动，有时偶尔启发两句，只在学生活动完毕才总结三五分钟，就算下课了，作业也基本在课内完成。     每个小组、每个学生都非常投入课堂活动，几乎没有消极和另搞一套的。这里的课堂——老师轻松，学生快乐。以前我们认为很难的事情，这里却显得那么轻而易举。说明这里已经形成了新的课堂评价体系，形成了这套评价体系相配套的一整套操作办法，而且经过较长时间的运行，已经被学生认可习惯老师娴熟。显然，做到这一点是难能可贵的！

上海是一座具有独特的艺术魅力的世界名城，素有“东方巴黎”之美称，城隍庙是上海的旅游胜地之一，到上海，不能不去那里看看。城隍庙也称“豫园”，是上海最有名的名胜古迹，还有好多美味的小吃和精致的特产。今年暑假的一天，我们全家就去了豫园游玩。

出了地铁口，最先映入眼帘的是一条街的金店。听爸爸说，上海城隍庙的金店名气很大，金器不仅做得好，而且样式也多。游客都喜欢在这里购买金器，所以上海的“老庙黄金”现在已经成为一个响当当的品牌了。

再往里走，我们就来到了城隍庙老街，这里是非常繁华的商业区，街道两旁的商店里摆满了琳琅满目的商品。游人熙熙熙攘攘，纷纷挤进特色商店购物。哇，这里的外国人可真多呀!各种肤色的外国人在我身边走来走去，我可从来没有这样的经历呢，我心里兴奋极了。“走，咱们也进店去逛逛!”妈妈拉着我的手，我昂起小脑袋，好奇地问：“为什么这里有那么多的外国人啊?”“可能是因为这里充满了老上海的特色吧，外国人比较喜欢中国的一些古老文化，所以他们都愿意来这里。”

走着走着就忘记了时间，都12点了还不知道午饭吃什么呢?哥哥建议吃特色点心，于是我们来到了著名的上海南翔小笼包店，准备品尝美味的“小笼包”。在我们排队等待的时候，我发现餐厅外的景色也是绝佳：绿莹莹的柳枝轻抚着的湖心九曲桥，给人梦幻般的古色古香。一池湖水清澈见底，一大堆锦鲤在湖里游来游去。湖面上那一张张荷叶，浅绿，翠绿，墨绿，颜色不一，光滑油亮。荷叶上大颗的露珠，像璀璨的夜明珠一般发出炫目的光彩。而荷花亭亭玉立，如娇羞的少女，满脸绯红，微微含笑。突然我闻到了从店内飘来的一阵阵浓香，我赶忙回到座位上。

这次的上海城隍庙之旅，令我无比兴奋，我不仅欣赏到了上海的美景，还品尝到了独特的美食。我爱上海，我更爱老城隍庙的美食!

首先映入眼帘的是一座帖金彩绘，翠顶株楹的仿清牌楼，高大雄伟，上面的彩画叫做旋子彩画，上书“津门故里”四字，它肯定地指出了古文化街附近一带是820__年前的一处聚落，当时统治北方的金人在这里建立天津城市最在的监置——直沽寨。今日的天津就是以这一带为原始中心区域，逐渐开发拓展形成的，六、七百年间始终是天津城市商业繁华地段，对天津地区的开发起过难以估量的作用，称作津门故里是当之无愧的。

好，请大家随我一同走进这条街吧，大家注意到没有这条街的许多店铺门面檐下、枋间都有一幅幅彩画，这些都是开光清式苏画，大多是人物故事。我们来看一下集珍阁下枋间的彩画，上面画的是《三国演义》中的8幅画，有“桃园三结义”、“虎牢关三英战吕布”、“凤仪亭吕布戏貂婵”、“当阳拒曹”等，从西蜀角度着重刻画了刘备、关羽、张飞三人的忠义英勇的故事。我们在看对面梨园阁枋间，上面画的是古典戏曲名著《西湘记》，描写的是崔莺莺与张君瑞的恋爱故事。

好，我们往前走，边走边看，每间店铺上都有彩画，每幅彩画都有一个故事。好了，现在我们已经来到了宫前广场。著名的天后宫就坐落在这里了，在进入天后宫之前，我们先来看看对面的戏楼，这座戏楼是天津最早的露天舞台，也是天津最早的群众自娱自乐场所。戏楼是木结构楼台式建筑，坐东朝西，东通海河，西向宫前广场，上面是戏台，下面是通道，还可以过马车。原先的戏楼距离天后宫只有5米，周围都是低矮的平房，显得拥挤杂乱，__时戏楼被拆毁，我们现在看到的戏楼是1985年时重建的，高12米，宽10米，进深11.5米，抱柱贴金楹联上写：“望海阔天空千帆迎晓日，喜风清云淡百戏祝丰年”。在过去，戏楼是酬神演出的主要场所，没年农历3月23日天后娘娘华诞这一天，酬神演出就达到了高潮，后来日本侵略军占领天津后，戏楼终止了酬神演出活动。

好，现在我们转过身来看看，天后宫山门前有两棵高大旗杆，直插云宵，格外引人注目，这就是幡杆，高26米，幡杆由若干根铜糙木和铁糙木接成，外层缠麻抹灰，再涂上油漆，经冬历夏，坚固结实。据说幡杆初立时，一方面挂灯，为往来三岔河口的漕船导航，另一方面则作为天后宫的陪衬物，使整个建筑群显得错落有致，气势不凡。后来便为农历每月初一、十五进香及庙会期间专门悬挂天后封号长幡使用。

请大家继续往前走，现在我们看到的就是天后宫的主体建筑了。天津地方民间素称天后为“娘娘”，所以天后宫又被称作娘娘宫。它始建于元代，以后各朝各代均多次重修加固。大家知道我国寺庙大多坐北朝南，可是，天后宫却是坐东朝西的，这是为什么呢?因为津门三岔河是漕运中的必经之地，既是河运的起点，又是海运的终点，成为河海联运的中转站。当时航海技术不发达，漕船经常葬身鱼腹，为满足船民、商贾及政府官员在漕运中所需要的精神寄托，祈求海神天后对航行的庇佑，就在海河西岸建起了天后宫，庙门朝东，直面海河，南来北往的船只，都抛锚停泊，进庙烧香。有些船只因没时间或某种原因无法靠岸，船民、商贾也可以在船上朝拜天后，祈求平安。这样，既满足了登岸信徒的民俗崇拜要求，也顺应了当时繁忙的航运需求，满足了无法登岸信徒的民俗崇拜要求。

我们现在看到的是山门，为砖木混合结构，九脊歇山青瓦顶，有三门，中间为圆形拱门，取意古代说法“天是圆的”，两旁为长方形便门。门额上刻有“敕见天后宫”四字，中间拱门内有“护佑三津”的匾额。天后宫初建时并无此山门，这坐山门是乾隆20__年增建的。

大家随我进去，迎面为木结构的两柱一楼式的牌楼，左右两边分别是鼓楼和钟楼。走过牌楼，展现在我们面前的是前殿，殿内中间供奉的是护法神王灵官，两侧为“千里眼”、“顺风耳”和“加恶”、“加善”。

我们现在穿过前殿，来到了正殿，这里是供奉天娘娘的地方。坐在正中的就是天后了，我们前面说过天后娘娘可以保佑过往船只的安全，那么天后到底是什么神呢?既然称天后，必是女神无疑了，她不是玉帝、西王母那些空想编造出来的神位，而是依据实有的人和某些传说夸张附会而成的。

史书上说她姓林，宋代福建莆田湄洲岛人。因为出生后一段时间内不会哭，故起名林默。她她生长在海岛，习于水性。相传她自幼聪慧，15岁便精通医理为人治病，决心终生行善济人，同时她又熟悉水性，常渡海救助海上遇险的渔民，最终不幸被台风夺去了年轻的生命，死时年方27。又相传，在其死后显灵救助难民的事情时有发生，于是海上的富商纷纷拿钱修建妈祖庙，祈求渡海平安。当然这也都是些传说。不过，在宋代，我国的航海事业虽有较大发展，但在当时造船和航海技术的条件下，海上安全是无法保障的广大的航海人员幻想有一种超人力量来保佑他们平安地飘洋过海。林默的一些动人传说，自然很容易被选中作为超人力量的偶像。关于天后的传说起初只流传于浙、闽一带，后逐渐被官府承认，宋朝时先后被封为“灵惠夫人”、“灵惠妃”元朝时被封为“天妃”，到清朝时候才被封为“天后”可见封号逐步加升。

穿过正殿，我们来到了藏经阁，藏经阁旧称后楼，是砖木结构的二层楼阁，建于明朝，后经多次修整。

穿过藏经阁，现在我们看到的是启圣祠，也就是后殿，原为祭祀天后的父母的地方，后来作为存放皇会期间天后娘娘出巡的木雕轻像的地方。在天后宫内两侧的厢房是天津民俗博物馆，里面介绍了天津城、天后宫及皇会的兴起变迁。从侧面见证了“先有天后宫，后有天津城”这一说法。同时还陈列着明代天津城砖，清代漕运模型人，婚俗展览等。
