销售的世界，神秘而又透明，说它神秘，是因为很多人不知道怎么能做好销售，并为此四处找寻方式、求教经验，希望能揭开它神秘的外衣；说它透明，因为客户都是公开的，所得到的利益都是透明的，你无法改变你的即成业绩数额。很多朋友都执着的认为做好销售只要能吃苦耐劳就行了，其实不然，一个成功的销售，他掌握着不为别人所知晓的销售技巧，也就是销售门道，这就解释了同样都是在做，差别却是很大的原因。

做销售堪比行军打仗，运筹帷幄，方能决胜千里。当然说起来一切都可以变得很容易，而实际投入到销售的实战中，直面的情形中难题会比想象来的多来的坚硬。而这个时候最需要的是勇气和坚持。勇气让我们敢于挑战，坚持则会让我们在挑战中战胜困难。

今天我围绕“客户是父母，同伴是师傅”这个主题跟大家进行交流。

首先，客户是父母。我觉得这里的“父母”两个字意义非凡，你也可以理解成上帝，客户就是你的上帝，客户就是你的父母，在你从事这个行业里接触最多的还是客户，面对同一个客户，为什么有的销售员就能把这个“父母”、“上帝”拿下，而有的就被拒之门外？显然，每个人都有自己处理问题的方式，客户当然欣赏那些让自己感觉舒服的销售员作为合作伙伴。做一名销售员就应该有一副厚脸皮，大多数刚开始做销售这个行业的人来说，很不适应别人的对面那个人的冷言寡语，这就是考验一个人的脸皮和心里素质了。有句话说的好，“客户据我千百遍，我待客户如初恋”，不用我用过多的描述，大家从这几个字里面看出很多道理。想做一名有优秀的销售员，你必须努力，想进一切办法让你的客户满意，拿自己的客户当自己的父母，拿客户身边的朋友当自己的朋友，只有这样才让你的客户从内心被打动。

鲁迅先生说，世上本没有路，走的人多了，也便成了路。而我想用自己的体会改一改：世上本没有路，走的次数多了，自然成了路。销售就是这样，需要我们踏踏实实认认真真走好每一步，不吝惜力气不吝惜汗水不吝惜勇气不吝惜失败和跌倒。只有经过风雨的洗礼，梦想的种子才能变得顽强并最终成长起来。我给大家讲一个例子，这个例子是我听我同学讲他的一个同学在销售的时候做的一件事，他大学刚毕业，为一家医药公司做药品销售，你想想一个刚毕业的学生就去做销售是有困难，但是他还是选择了销售这个行业，去医院对科室里面的大夫推销药品时，大夫态度很明确，不会收他的药的，他后来没有大退堂鼓，坚持每天都来，每天带着真心来和大夫聊天，有空就给大夫买份报纸看，临走时还会为大夫的办公室到扫一遍卫生等等，那个大夫的心不是肉长的？时间长了，大夫对他有了好印象，也慢慢开始询问这个毕业生的一些事情，比如哪个学校毕业的，哪里人等等，那个学生当时第一感觉是大夫已经妥协了，就顺势推舟，现在不用我继续讲下去了大家肯定会猜到结果了，只要有了第一次肯定会有第二次，第三次等等。受益的肯定谁自己，所以说把自己的客户当做自己的衣食父母一定要用心去跟自己的客户交流，这样才能收获自己的一份天地。当然看别人的经验技巧，觉得很不错，可是往往很难转化成自己的经验。原因很简单，因为自己没有真切的经历过，自然不深刻。而只有亲历过，为难过，害怕过，面对过，才会深深记得并成为脑海里自己书写的教科书，从此，为我们所用。还有一点就是，对待客户身边的人一定也要当做父母来看待，有礼走遍天下，时不时给他们带点小礼物，这样客户会觉得自己很有面子，你成功的几率也就会变大。所以说，大家把自己的客户当做自己真心的朋友，当做自己的初恋，当做自己的上帝，当做自己的父母一点都不为过！

其次，我们再讲一讲“同伴是师傅”。

江南徽州婺源的精髓在篁岭，这个被称为中国最美乡村的地方。因为，篁岭是婺源的集大成之地，梯田油菜花、古村落古树、晒秋文化、徽派建筑、风俗传说...这些都是婺源的精华，而篁岭全都有。

篁岭，是一个有着600多年历史的古村，它地处婺源石耳山脉之间，整个古村就坐落在海拔不到五百米朝南的山坡上，是典型的“山居人家”。顺着进村步道可轻松到村落水口，篁岭枕山面水，山后来龙，水口成了聚落核心。民居围绕水口呈扇形排布，属于典型U字型聚落古村。全村约有128栋古徽州民居，黛瓦白墙，飞檐拱门，沿坡而建，层层叠起，高低错落。它们“向上生长”，几近山顶，层次极为分明，村子全部被周边山体上的树木所掩盖。古村的中间，是一条约有千米之长的街道，当地人称之为“天街”。因为古村时常会被山间的浓雾所笼罩，时隐时现的街道，犹如天上的街市一样。而半山腰之下，便是村民们祖祖辈辈修建起的山间梯田，弯曲回绕，密如斑马条纹。

篁岭因“晒秋”闻名遐迩，村落“天街”似玉带将经典古建串接，徽式商铺林立，前店后坊，一幅流动的缩写版“清明上河图”。周边千棵古树环抱、万亩梯田簇拥，四季花海展示惊艳的“大地艺术”。

婺源是什么

在婺源，一直流传着婺女的美丽传说：尧帝时，天下洪水滔滔，婺源这样一个山区，也家家户户被水淹没了。就在很多山民被水包围、无处逃离的时候，远方漂来了一个美丽的姑娘，骑在一条巨大的鳙鱼的背上，逆水而上，把一个个孤立无援的山里人拉上鱼背，逃出了洪水包围。后来，水消退了，大鳙鱼干死了，化为婺源境内的大鳙山，那个美丽的女子，也飞上了天，化成了“婺女星”，每到夜晚都向人们眨着眼睛……所以，婺源，乃古星名，古神话中的婺女，能文能武，是智慧的化身。

婺源的文化是徽州文化不可或缺的重要组成，徽州仍是他们难以割舍的心灵故园。如今婺源自然山水及人文景观均极丰富，而且不少新建的粉墙黛瓦仍旧是徽味十足，较现在的徽州核心地带有过之而无不及，令人极为直观地看出婺源人对于传统徽州文化的固守。

不过问题来了，婺源不是江西上饶的吗?怎么会与江南徽州纠缠不清呢?这可是婺源人的一个结。

婺源从唐宋以来就一直隶属于徽州，历时已千余年。翻开清代的地图，徽州府位于安徽省南部，包括一府六县，即歙县、黟县、休宁、祁门、绩溪、婺源，府治在歙县。徽州府的西南一角突出，深深地插入江西省，有记载：“徽州府在省极南，所辖六县歙为首，休宁祁门婺源角，绩溪府北黟西守。”这是用诗歌的形式，对徽州一府六县的地理位置做了形象的概括。这就是说，徽州府所辖的六县中，歙县是首县，为徽州府治所在，而婺源县则恰恰处于整个徽州府的西南一“角”。

所以，婺源人说自己是徽州人这点没错，不过意思是指古徽州这一府六县的地方，并不是安徽省这个概念!在婺源著名的回皖运动中，他们强调，婺源从文化、军事、经济及民生等各个方面来看，都与徽州融为一体，不可分割。并标语要求：重回徽国，甚至有“男要回皖，女要回皖，男男女女都要回皖;生不隶赣，死不隶赣，生生死死决不隶赣。”还有“头可断，血可流，不回安徽誓不休。”“宁做安徽鬼，不做江西人。”我勒个去，可见民间对于徽州的认同感!

那到底是什么原因?什么时候?婺源划归江西的呢?这要说到民国时期了。

二十世纪三四十年代，由于国共两党的纷争，婺源两度被并入江西。第一次是在1934年，蒋介石出于所谓剿匪的需要，婺源被第一次划归江西省管辖。这引起了徽州人强烈的不满，婺源县紫阳书院以及旅京、旅沪、旅(无)锡、旅休(宁)等处婺源同乡会疾声力呼，纷纷请求免于改隶。1946年，在著名人士徽州绩溪人胡适的参与下，婺源终于划回安徽。据说，原先该县买食江西盐是2角7分，婺源回皖后，一下子就变成了1角9分，所以老百姓兴高采烈，认为还真是回皖好啊!

到了1949年，由于婺源及赣东北等地区由解放军“二野”解放，以屯溪为中心的徽州地区由“三野”部队接管。在两支部队军管会分割的体制下，婺源县于同年5月再次脱离安徽，婺源又再度被强制划入江西，隶属浮梁专区。

呵呵，就这样一不小心，徽州婺源人变成了热情的江西老表。

篁岭的故事

篁岭的老祖宗是来自中原的曹姓人家。这又是怎么回事呢?

在古代，北方战乱时往往引发了大量的北人南迁，构成了中国历史上几次大移民。篁岭的曹氏先祖就是在唐末黄巢起义这一历史背景下，开始南迁的。曹氏一脉相传是魏武帝曹操的后裔嫡脉，他们先在歙县停留六代，后辗转反复二百余年才最终在这片幽篁之地——篁岭驻足。

不仅是篁岭，整个婺源，甚至整个徽州府都是北人为避战乱南迁的重要之地。最后也许是这儿的如画山水、也许是这儿的温润气候，颠沛流离几个世纪的心灵累了，他们停下来、静下来去欣赏这片桃花源式的美景。这儿也许是最像他们老家的地方。

曹氏传人曹文侃是篁岭古村的先祖，创始人。传说，一日他在篁岭的山脚下耕田欲返家时，耕牛却死也不愿走，曹文侃遂指耕牛前的一堆柴火说：明早吾归，此火堆不熄，以示此地宜居，子孙后世生生不息。这个传说发生在明朝宣德年间，迄今已有近六百年的历史了。曹文侃生有三子：元吉、元清、元昌，然后子孙繁衍，成为篁岭的曹氏宗族至今。

在清朝时，篁岭成为父子宰相曹文埴、曹振镛的故里，曹氏父子俩历乾隆、嘉庆、道光三代皇帝。把持朝政75年，清王朝大半历史都在他们父子的影响之下。嘉庆皇帝出巡，曹振镛以宰相身份留守京城处理政务代君三月，不得了了，宰相行使皇帝的权利，呵呵，民间至今听到“宰相朝朝有，代君三月无”的俗谚。

说到篁岭水口，它可是徽州村落水口文化缩影。所谓“水口”，风水书籍这么说：“水口者，水既过堂，与龙虎案山内诸水相会合流而出之处也”。形象地说，水口的很多作用与今天的城市广场、公共绿地空间有着异曲同工之妙。在徽州村落整体建筑格局中有“门户”和“灵魂”之誉的水口，是村落文明的象征。篁岭水口不仅指水源所从出之口，具有出入口功用，相当于村口，更在于对风水的诉求，是村民命运、前程的象征，也寄托着群落、宗族美好希望。为了达到自然环境与风水相合模式，需人工造景调整，如溪流架桥“关锁”作用;辅亭阁、牌坊、水碓以镇物;培植水口林藉以“藏风聚气”。篁岭水口居然存活了近百株百年以上“植物中大熊猫”红豆杉，这仅靠“杀猪封山”“生子植树”等传统习俗约束是不够的。

“山居人家”篁岭，共有“三桥六井(塘)九巷与天街”，构造村庄的主体。“三桥”，即步蟾桥、安泰桥和通福桥。六井·塘”，有五色鱼塘、方塘、尚源井、忠延井、霞披井和廉井。“九巷”，即大丰巷、担水巷、添丁巷、厅屋巷、团箕巷、五桂巷、犁尖巷、月光巷和方竹巷。它们在以天街为“主轴”的基础上纵横交织，曲折延伸，通达于村庄的每家每户，每个角落。已有百年历史的天街历来是古村落原住民商业交往、聚集议事、庙会采风交流场所。

篁岭的建筑有一百多幢，其中“官厅”和“五桂堂”最为有名。

“官厅”，顾名思义是供权贵人物遂行祭拜奠仪的地方。村庄有人在外为官，回故里修建官厅既显身份又备奠仪之用。这座嘉庆年间官厅双层构造，顶带轩棚，气势较大，显示了主人的身份。规避战火、择吉而居的古徽先民，明清时期活跃在士界商界，他们“商而兼士，贾而好儒”。深厚的宗族思想与乡土观念促使其一有积蓄便携资奉亲归里，充分展示儒雅才能，大兴土木修园林、建广厦颐养天年，久之成就了徽派建筑体系的辉煌。

“五桂堂”的故事要从一张封条说起。在篁岭村落的历史里，家家户户每逢嫁女，都会在嫁妆上贴上封条，上面书写“山东祖樵国郡上蔡世家五桂堂”十余字，再挑到夫家。为何在几百年的历史里，一个南方村落嫁女会写一个北方早已不存在的地名?其实前面的字不重要，重点在最后三字——“五桂堂”。它是村落的一处宅院之名，但更深远地讲，它是曹氏族人的荣光。记不清过了多少代，篁岭曹家五世一品，也就是五代都做了一品大员，有感于在功名上取得的巨大成功，曹家取“蟾宫折桂”之意，命名了“五桂堂”。它是整个篁岭曹氏族人的荣誉，也成了他们身处于大山之地，不废耕读、勤于奋进的写照。从此篁岭一脉的曹氏，就用一张封条——“山东祖樵国郡上蔡世家五桂堂”为自己的出身还有名望做了名片。

晒秋文化

春秋季节的篁岭似打翻的颜料桶，漫山遍野大红、大黄、深绿、浅白。人们将一年劳作成果用竹筛匾晾晒，才有了闻名遐迩、世界独一无二的“篁岭晒秋”，成为最美中国符号。

在古时，劳动人民在辛苦耕作之余，把收获的粮食农作物如稻谷、玉米、辣椒等，放在太阳下晾晒干燥，以便可以长时间保存。

然而篁岭因为是在山坡地上，村民家几乎没什么院子，日常生活中的晾晒，只能借天了。村民利用房前屋后及自家窗台屋顶架晒、挂晒农作物，久而久之就演变成一种传统农俗现象。本世纪初，有写生的画家来到这个山村，立马被村民晾晒的场景所折服，这也是“篁岭晒秋”最早的版本了。发展到现在，这种村民晾晒农作物的特殊生活方式和场景，逐步成了画家、摄影家追逐创造的素材，并塑造出诗意般的“晒秋”称呼。篁岭晒秋已经被评为“中国最具文化符号”地方。晒秋，使人真切听到了大地万物同太阳之间亘古的呼唤和应答。

山居人家，对晒秋有着深厚的情感，篁岭晒秋代表了一种社会生活方式，因此，婺源篁岭也被外界称为“晒秋人家”。

14.2.在fob条件下，卖方应负责将所订货物在本合同第8条所规定的装船期内按买方所通知的任何日期装上买方所指定的船只。

14.3.在fas条件下，卖方应负责将所订货物在本合同第8条所规定的装船期内按买方所通知的任何日期交到买方所指定船只的吊杆下。

14.4.货物装运日前10－15天，买方应以电报或电传通知卖方合同号、船只预计到港日期、装运数量及船运代理人的名称。以便卖方经与该船运代理人联系及安排货物的装运。卖方应将联系结果通过电报或电传及时报告买方。如买方因故需要变更船只或者船只比预先通知卖方的日期提前或推迟到达装运港口，买方或其船运代理人应及时通知卖方。卖方亦应与买方的运输代理或买方保持密切联系。

14.5.如买方所订船只到达装运港后，卖方不能在买方所通知的装船时间内将货物装上船只或将货物交到吊杆之下，卖方应负担买方的一切费用和损失，如空舱费、滞期费及由此而引起的及/或遭受的买方的一切损失。

14.6.如船只撤换或延期或退关等而未及时通知卖方停止交货，在装港发生的栈租及保险费损失的计算，应以代理通知之装船日期（如货物晚于代理通知之装船日期抵达装港，应以货物抵港日期）为准，在港口免费堆存期满后第十六天起由买方负担，人力不可抗拒的情况除外。上述费用均凭原始单据经买方核实后支付。但卖方仍应在装载货船到达装港后立即将货物装船，交负担费用及风险。

Beijing has a written history of more than 3000 years and a long history ofurban construction. As far back as 700000-500000 years ago, this is thebirthplace of human ancestors, and Peking man has been breeding in Zhoukoudianand other places in southwest Beijing. In 586 BC, the state of Yan, the Marquisof the Zhou Dynasty, established its capital here, named "Ji". From then on, thename of "Yanjing" has been passed down to the present. After the third centuryB.C., it was an important northern town in the Qin, Han, Sui and Tang Dynasties.At the beginning of the 10th century, the Qidan people in Northeast Chinaestablished the Liao Dynasty and took it as the capital, Nanjing. In 1125, theNuzhen nationality rose, destroyed the Liao Dynasty and built the Jin Dynasty.It officially established its capital, named Zhongdu, and built 36 luxuriouspalaces. In 1403, Zhu Di won the throne, moved hiscapital to Peking, and changed its name to Beijing. After 15 years ofconstruction, the Forbidden City was completed in 1420 and the capital wasofficially moved to Beijing in 1421. In 1644, the Qing army entered the pass,the Ming Dynasty perished, and the Qing Dynasty also established its capital inBeijing. Each dynasty has established its capital here for more than 800 years.After the founding of new China in 1949, the old Beijing gained a new life andwas determined as the capital of new China.

The ancient city of Beijing, after the great creation of the working peopleof the past dynasties, has left a splendid culture of the Chinese nation. Thearchitectural layout of the whole city takes the Forbidden City as the centerand runs through an 8 km long central axis from south to north. Before and afterthe dynasty, zuozu and YouSHE (Taimiao and sheji altar); the streets arevertical and horizontal, the temples are brilliant; the temples are magical, thegardens are magnificent; the rivers and lakes are winding, the scenery ispicturesque. The whole city has both plane layout and three-dimensional shape,which is not only a model of Chinese ancient capital, but also occupies a veryimportant position in the history of world urban construction. Beijing hasalways been famous for its rich places of interest and charming natural scenery.Here are the worlds wonders of the Great Wall, the worlds most imperial palacecomplex, beautiful classical gardens, as well as magnificent temples,mausoleums, pagodas, stone carvings and so on. Moreover, Shidu, Songshan,Longqing gorge, Shihua Cave and other natural landscapes, as well as manyhistorical sites such as the May 4th Movement in 1919, are all touristattractions that people can enjoy and forget to return.

××，1983年1月24日上午11时15分出生于山东省无棣县小泊头镇卫生院。从小与土地亲近，与自然感情之久毋庸置疑。读书生涯以母亲的《中药学》和父亲的《储粮害虫》发端，与生物学结缘也始于此。

接受了正统的十二年中国基础教育，十二年寒窗乏善可陈。初中两次参加中学生物奥林匹克竞赛，分别取得省区一等奖和特等奖。高中三年，平心而论只拼了半年，用减肥八千克换了一张总分623的高考成绩单。怀着对生物学的一腔热情，力排众议报考了山东大学生命科学学院，并被录取。

进入大学，发现理想中之自由开放的象牙塔仍遥不可及，但对我来说已经是“如鳅得泥”。虽然与中学相比，课程的负担不止增加了倍余，但我更喜欢这种忙碌。基础课的教学，应该不能算得上理想，我想这是国内多数大学的通病。不过，课程本身的吸引力，远远大于我对教学方式的不满。虽然没有在拿到全部的优秀，但也算是顺利通过。英语轻松拿下四级六级，也似小马过河，不是一件异常恐怖的事情。

在顺利完成学习任务之余，课外阅读成了我的最大爱好，三年间省下了别人喝咖啡的钱全部买了书。2019年北京，2019年上海，每次都把钱包里的钱换成了更加充实的书包里的书。至今，床头的三层书架全部塞满了各种生物学读物，被同学戏称为山大图书馆生物学分馆。为了及时了解科技界特别是生物学界的动态，各种杂志成了我最大的涉猎品，《SCIENCE》《NATURE》千金难求，《SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN》的中文版三年来一期不缺。

在学校，最大的乐土莫过于实验室，即使基础实验成了理工科学生最为诟病的孱头。虽然无法完全掌控实验，但我力争求变，看到自己的思想被证实或被否定，实在是一件乐事。儿时与土地的亲近和十几年“住院”(live in THE hospital)生活让我对实验操作本身颇有体会。特别是动物实验，被同学叫去在扎满耳孔的兔子耳朵上寻找“立针之地”的往往是我。三年来，十几门实验课，门门都是优秀，每每成为实验同伴偷懒的理由，这也是大学时光里的一个美好的回忆。

闲暇之余，背上帐篷和睡袋，深入济南南部的山山水水中，虽然没有云南风光旖旎，还是能寻找到一份城市中失落已久的难得清静。带上地质锤和放大镜，张夏、山旺，都是好去处。和奥陶纪、寒武纪、第四纪的生灵们打个招呼。虽然还上升不到分子的水平，也算是对进化的小小研究了。

说到进化，2019年的春天，非典疑云笼罩京城之际，我和几个朋友受邀到中央电视台科教频道与南京大学、天津大学的朋友一起参加关于恐龙灭绝的话题的讨论。我们提出的复原恐龙生殖生态模型的观点得到了著名古生物学家董枝明和甄朔南的一致肯定。从北京赶回济南后五天，非典隔离开始。同样因为非典，中央台的节目录制陷入停顿，我们的节目“有幸”被重播四次之多，希望我们的观点能够得到更多人的认可。

不过，比之讨论恐龙灭绝，我更喜欢探讨生命的诞生。在这里，进化不仅仅是一个生物学课题，更是一个哲学命题。我对进化生物学及进化基因组学的认识将在下面的一篇小文中展开，在此就不加赘述了。

最后，三年大学生活行将结束，未来的研究生生活即将展开。对我来说，中科院系统始终是我的唯一选择，我需要的是一个纯粹的研究氛围。昆明动物所正是这样一个地方。不管是我目前主攻的动物发育方向，还是我的兴趣所在--进化生物学方向，昆明所都有国内顶尖的教授和实验条件。如果能有幸成为昆明所的

一员，在如此优秀的研究条件下工作，还有什么可以说的呢。

各位团友：

这是日光岩寺新修的山门，让我们先看前方巨石上的三幅石刻，这好像一个人写的，其实是三人所书。鼓浪洞天是明万历年间(1573年)泉州同知丁一中写，已经400多年了，是日光岩上最早的题刻;鹭江第一是清代道进士林缄所写，也有100多年了;天风海涛是民国4年(1915年)福建巡按使许世英写的。在如此高大的石头上凌空崖刻，气魄很大。

各位团友，日光岩寺原名莲花庵，是厦门四大名庵之一，实际是一石洞，以石为顶，故又叫一片瓦，始建于明代正德年间，万历十四年(1586年)重建。因为每天凌晨，朝阳从厦门五老峰后升起，莲花庵最先沐浴在阳光里，因此得名日光寺。又传说当年顾成功来到晃岩(日光岩的别称)，看到这里景色远胜过日本的日光山，便把晃字拆开，称为日光岩。日光寺屡毁屡建，清同治年间，建圆明展，祀弥勒。1917年建大雄宝殿。解放后，圆明殿改成念佛堂。改革开放后，落实宗教政策，日光寺得到政府的扶持，接受海内外十方善信的捐赠，大兴土木，翻修了大雄宝殿，新建了山门、钟鼓楼、旅游平台、法堂、僧舍、小卖部和膳堂，寺庙焕然一新。日光寺是一座精巧玲珑袖珍式的寺庙，大雄殿、弥陀殿对合而设，是全国唯一的。由于环境优越，历代高僧不断，著名的弘一法师1936年曾在这里闭方便关8个月。

日光山又称龙头山，与厦门的虎头山隔海相望，一龙一虎把守厦门港，叫龙虎守江。这里原有一亭名旭亭，早已毁圯。中国台湾文人石国球写了一篇《旭亭记》，描写日光岩山罗海绕，极目东南第一津，水光接天，洪波浴日，皆为梵刹呈奇，磴道巨石夹峙，森严壁立，有九夏生寒之意，凉意自然来自鹭江龙窟了。
