××，1983年1月24日上午11时15分出生于山东省无棣县小泊头镇卫生院。从小与土地亲近，与自然感情之久毋庸置疑。读书生涯以母亲的《中药学》和父亲的《储粮害虫》发端，与生物学结缘也始于此。

接受了正统的十二年中国基础教育，十二年寒窗乏善可陈。初中两次参加中学生物奥林匹克竞赛，分别取得省区一等奖和特等奖。高中三年，平心而论只拼了半年，用减肥八千克换了一张总分623的高考成绩单。怀着对生物学的一腔热情，力排众议报考了山东大学生命科学学院，并被录取。

进入大学，发现理想中之自由开放的象牙塔仍遥不可及，但对我来说已经是“如鳅得泥”。虽然与中学相比，课程的负担不止增加了倍余，但我更喜欢这种忙碌。基础课的教学，应该不能算得上理想，我想这是国内多数大学的通病。不过，课程本身的吸引力，远远大于我对教学方式的不满。虽然没有在拿到全部的优秀，但也算是顺利通过。英语轻松拿下四级六级，也似小马过河，不是一件异常恐怖的事情。

在顺利完成学习任务之余，课外阅读成了我的最大爱好，三年间省下了别人喝咖啡的钱全部买了书。2019年北京，2019年上海，每次都把钱包里的钱换成了更加充实的书包里的书。至今，床头的三层书架全部塞满了各种生物学读物，被同学戏称为山大图书馆生物学分馆。为了及时了解科技界特别是生物学界的动态，各种杂志成了我最大的涉猎品，《SCIENCE》《NATURE》千金难求，《SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN》的中文版三年来一期不缺。

在学校，最大的乐土莫过于实验室，即使基础实验成了理工科学生最为诟病的孱头。虽然无法完全掌控实验，但我力争求变，看到自己的思想被证实或被否定，实在是一件乐事。儿时与土地的亲近和十几年“住院”(live in THE hospital)生活让我对实验操作本身颇有体会。特别是动物实验，被同学叫去在扎满耳孔的兔子耳朵上寻找“立针之地”的往往是我。三年来，十几门实验课，门门都是优秀，每每成为实验同伴偷懒的理由，这也是大学时光里的一个美好的回忆。

闲暇之余，背上帐篷和睡袋，深入济南南部的山山水水中，虽然没有云南风光旖旎，还是能寻找到一份城市中失落已久的难得清静。带上地质锤和放大镜，张夏、山旺，都是好去处。和奥陶纪、寒武纪、第四纪的生灵们打个招呼。虽然还上升不到分子的水平，也算是对进化的小小研究了。

说到进化，2019年的春天，非典疑云笼罩京城之际，我和几个朋友受邀到中央电视台科教频道与南京大学、天津大学的朋友一起参加关于恐龙灭绝的话题的讨论。我们提出的复原恐龙生殖生态模型的观点得到了著名古生物学家董枝明和甄朔南的一致肯定。从北京赶回济南后五天，非典隔离开始。同样因为非典，中央台的节目录制陷入停顿，我们的节目“有幸”被重播四次之多，希望我们的观点能够得到更多人的认可。

不过，比之讨论恐龙灭绝，我更喜欢探讨生命的诞生。在这里，进化不仅仅是一个生物学课题，更是一个哲学命题。我对进化生物学及进化基因组学的认识将在下面的一篇小文中展开，在此就不加赘述了。

最后，三年大学生活行将结束，未来的研究生生活即将展开。对我来说，中科院系统始终是我的唯一选择，我需要的是一个纯粹的研究氛围。昆明动物所正是这样一个地方。不管是我目前主攻的动物发育方向，还是我的兴趣所在--进化生物学方向，昆明所都有国内顶尖的教授和实验条件。如果能有幸成为昆明所的

共鸣的震撼。峡谷内上虎跳一带的气候与下虎跳的气候有明显的差别。上虎跳一喧降水量853.4毫米，比较湿润，下虎跳则为586.4毫米，较为干燥。虎跳峡雨季在5-11月，最大隆雨量集中在7-8月间。峡谷盛行西南风，2-4月为最强。

从峡口下行两公里，两岸险峰耸天，江面奇窄，一?巨石兀立江心。相传猛虎曾凭此石一跃过峡，因而取名虎跳峡。

本世纪30年代，著名地理学家美国人洛克曾三游虎跳峡，流连忘返，直到租用飞机拍下虎跳峡全景而后罢。1986年9月10日中国洛阳长江漂流探险队用无动力漂浮工具首次漂流虎跳峡全程成功，队员孙志岭和四川省《青年世界》杂志记者万明为这次漂流探险献出了生命之壮举，更为该峡增添了几分豪气。

过上虎跳沿江向北，经永胜村便到中虎跳，“满天星”礁石区是这里最险的地方，这里离上虎跳约5公里，江面落差甚大。百米峡谷中，礁石林立，犬牙交错，水流湍急，惊涛拍岸，卷起无数雪浪苍烟。两岸的悬岩怪石间，生长着阔叶灌木丛，枝繁叶茂，郁郁葱葱，使惊险中又生幽趣。

从中虎跳过险境“滑石板”，即到下旧金山跳。这里地势宽阔，近可看峡，远可观山，驻足于此，回眺玉龙、哈巴，只见山势险峻，峰顶云雾缥渺，时隐时现;俯视下虎跳则急流奔涌，江水喧腾如雷鸣。

下虎跳有纵深1公里的巨大深壑，这里接近虎跳峡的出口外，是欣赏虎跳峡最好的地方。

伫立虎跳峡边，震耳欲聋的咆哮，那吞天吐地的气度，完全成了一种雄性威力的宣泄。众多潜伏江底的虎跳石，阻拦激流涌泻的巨流，喷溅一道一道如翻江倒海般的巨浪，形成白浪冲天的雄奇景观。

作为世界上最深的峡谷，不测的峡谷包潜着神奇和奥秘的景观。1996年9月，洛阳长江漂流队首漂虎跳峡成功，虎跳峡不再是包藏杀机、不可征服的激流险滩。1996年10月28日虎跳峡轰然一声巨响，峡内出现“高峡出平湖”新景观。过去只可远观的神秘虎跳峡，如今已露出了它的真面目，更是增添了对游客引跳心脉的魅力。

The central capital was in the area of Guanganmen today, but it wasdestroyed in 1215. In this year, the Mongols in the north of China movedsouthward, successively destroyed the Jin Dynasty and the Southern Song Dynasty,which avoided Hangzhou, and unified China. In 1267, the Yuan Dynasty rebuilt thecapital city with the JinDynasty Daning Palace (now Beihai Park) as the center,and renamed it Dadu, which is the predecessor of todays old Beijing city. In1368, the peasant uprising army led by Zhu Yuanzhang overthrew the Yuan Dynastyand established the Ming Dynasty. The capital of the Ming Dynasty was located inNanjing, which was renamed Beiping. In 1403, Zhu Di won the throne, moved hiscapital to Peking, and changed its name to Beijing. After 15 years ofconstruction, the Forbidden City was completed in 1420 and the capital wasofficially moved to Beijing in 1421. In 1644, the Qing army entered the pass,the Ming Dynasty perished, and the Qing Dynasty also established its capital inBeijing. Each dynasty has established its capital here for more than 800 years.After the founding of new China in 1949, the old Beijing gained a new life andwas determined as the capital of new China.

The ancient city of Beijing, after the great creation of the working peopleof the past dynasties, has left a splendid culture of the Chinese nation. 8.2 租赁期内甲方不得收回出租房屋(除非本合同另有规定)，甲方保证乙方可不受干扰的享用该物业。

8.3 在乙方遵守本合同的条款及支付租金的前提下，乙方有权于租赁期内拒绝甲方或其他人骚扰而安静享用出租房屋。

九、乙方的责任：

9.1 乙方应按合同的规定，按时支付租金，保证金及其他各项应付费用。

9.2 乙方应爱护使用出租房屋，如因乙方的过失或过错致使房屋设施及屋内用具和饰品受到损坏(正常损耗除外)，乙方应负赔偿责任。

9.3 乙方应按本合同的约定合法使用出租房屋，不得擅自改变使用性质，不应存放中华人民共和国法律下所禁止的危险物品，如因此发生损害，乙方应承担全部责任。

9.4 未经甲方事先书面同意，乙方不得将出租房屋转租或租给其他的第三者。

十、违约处理：

breach of agreement :

10.1 甲、乙任何一方如未按本合同的条款履行，构成违约，应承担相应的违约责任。双方同意违约方应赔偿守约方之直接损失人民币____________元。

c.无故拖欠租金超过三天(除双方就本合同存在争议除外)。

十一、适用法律：

This Agreement is entered into between _________ Co. （hereinafter referred to as the Consignor）， having its registered office at _________， Shanghai， China and _________ CO. （hereinafter referred to as the Consignee）， having its registered office at_________， on the following terms and conditions：

1.The Consignor shall from time to time ship _________ （commodity） to the consignee on Consignment basis at the prevailing international market prices on CIF terms. The interval between each shipment shall be approximately ninety days.

2.The Consignee must try to sell the consignments at the best possible prices after obtaining the approval of the Consignor as to price， terms， etc.

3.Each shipment by ship at the initial stage will not exceed U.S.D._________ and the outstanding liabilities on theConsignee shall be in the vicinity of not more than U.S.D. _________ only.

4.The Consignor shall at no time be responsible for any bad debts arising out of credit sales to any _________ buyers. Making payments to the Consignor shall at all times be the sole responsibility of the Consignee.

5.The Consignee shall accept the Bills of Exchange drawn by the Consignor on him at 90 dayssight with interest payable at _________ ％ per annum.

6.The Consignee shall collect the shipping documents including B/L from the Consignors bank against Trust Receipt duly signed by the Consignee.

7.The Consignor shall absorb insurance premium and warehousing charges up to the date of delivery to customers.

9.This Agreement is written in English， in two originals； each Party retains one copy.

5.2.2.甲方受训人员在协议期间分两批，320人日以内〔翻译除外）赴乙方接受培训。

5.2.3.首批培训时间为合同生效后的第三至第四个月，甲方派技术人员4人，翻译1人到乙方工厂接受为期160人日（每周5天工作日）的培训。内容为合同产品的设计和制造工艺。

5.2.4.第二批培训人员的培训时间为合同生效后的第八至第九个月。甲方派技术人员4人，翻译1人到乙方工厂接受为期160人日（每周5天工作日）的培训，培训内容为合同产品的设计、加工工艺、装配工艺和机器的调试。

5.2.5.甲方负担受训人员的旅费。在乙方受训期间的膳宿费及驻地和工厂之间的交通工具由乙方负责提供。

第六条 技术资料

6.以乙方应按本合同附件二规定的内容和时间，在＿＿＿＿交付技术资料。

6.2.＿＿＿＿的邮戳日期，为技术资料的实际交付日期。甲方将带有到达印戳日期的空运提单影印本1份寄给乙方。

6.3在每批技术资料发运后24小时内，乙方应将合同号、空运提单号、空运报单日期、资料项目、件数、重量、航班号和预计抵达日期用电报或电传通知甲方。同时将空运提单和技术资料详细清单各一式2份寄给甲方。

6.4.若技术资料在空运中丢失、损坏、短缺，乙方应在收到甲方书面通知后30天内，免费外寄或重寄给甲方。在甲方收到技术资料后60天内，如果没有以书面形式提出资料不全或增补要求，则视为甲方验收。

6.5.技术资料采用英文，计量单位以公制表示。

第七条 考核与验收

7.1.合同产品的第一台样机，由甲、乙双方组成的联合考核小组，按附件七规定的时间和内容进行考核。如果符合附件一规定的技术要求，即可验收，并由双方代表签署合同产品考核 验收合格证书一式4份，双方各执两份。

7.2.如果合同产品的技术性能达不到规定的技术标准，双方应友好协商，共同研究，分析原因，采取措施，消除缺陷，进行第二次性能考核。考核合格后，双方签署考核合格证书。

7.3.如果第一次考核不合格是乙方责任，乙方应自费再次派遣技术人员进特第二次考核。

7.4.经过第二次考核仍不能合格验收，若责任在于乙方，刚乙方须赔偿甲方遭受的直接损失。并采取措施艄除缺陷，进行第三次考核。

7.5.经过第三次考核仍不合格，如系乙方责任，则甲方有权终止合同，并接第九条的规定处理。若系甲方责任，则由双方协商合同进一步执行的问题。

第八条 技术改进

8.1.乙方提供的技术资料，如有不适合甲方生产条件的（如设计标准、原材料、外购配件及共他生产设备等一，乙方有责任帮助甲方修改技术资料，闪加以确认。在不影响合同产品性能情况下，应采用中国产的原材料、配套元器件和设备。

8.2.在合同有效期内，双方对合同产品的任何改进和创新，都免费将改进或创新的技术资料提供给对方。

8.3.改进或创新的技术所有权属于改进或创新一方，另一方不得对其申请专利或将其转让给第三者。

第九条 保证和索赔

9.1.乙方保证所提供的技术资料是乙方经过实际使用的最新技术资料，并保证向甲方及时提供任何改进和发明的技术资料。

9.2.乙方保证所提供的技术资料是完整的、正确的、清晰的，并保证按时交付。
