The temple of heaven is the place where the emperors of Ming and QingDynasties worship heaven. It was first built in 1420 (the 18th year of Yongle inMing Dynasty), and then after continuous expansion, it was built in Qianlongperiod of Qing Dynasty. Since its completion, it has been a special altar forthe emperor to worship heaven. It lasted for 490 years until the end of the 1911Revolution and the end of the feudal monarchy. It also completed its mission. Itwas turned into a park in 1918 and has been "visited by others" ever since. In1957, it was listed in the first batch of historical and cultural relicsprotection units in Beijing. In 1961, it was listed in the first batch ofnational key cultural relics protection units by the State Council.

游客您好，欢迎您来到风光秀丽的明月山青云景区。传说当年嫦娥就是从这里奔向月宫，中国佛教禅宗五家之一的沩仰宗开创者慧寂禅师(灵佑禅师和慧寂禅师同为此宗开创者)常来这里参禅悟道，南宋皇后夏云姑进宫前经常来这里采药，因此，青云景区的许多景点和传说都带有神秘色彩。

这里是梦月山庄。传说800多年前，南宋第二位皇帝宋孝宗赵昚的正宫娘娘夏云姑入宫前常来明月山采药。一日，疲惫的云姑在这里的一棵树下睡着了，她梦见天空悬挂一轮明月。这就是梦月山庄的由来。

前面是星月洞。穿过长150米的星月洞就到达青云栈道。青云栈道寓意“走青云栈道，从此平步青云，万事顺利。”

一 星月洞

星月洞是一个天然石洞。现在请大家抬头仰望洞顶，是不是满天星光皓月当空?是的，原来大白天天上的星星和月亮都躲到星月洞里来了。再往前走，您可以从星月长廊中感受到“月有阴晴圆缺”的变化。当年夏云姑采药常经过此洞。

二 观景台

青云栈道就在我们眼前。各位游客，现在我们就站在凌于万丈悬崖的观景台上。您看了对面山上翠峰如簇刀削斧劈云蒸霞蔚的景色，是不是也要发出“造化钟神秀，荡胸生层云”的感叹?仔细看看右面的悬崖峭壁，是不是有一种“壁立千仞、无欲则刚”的感觉?再俯瞰峭崖底下静静流淌的山谷溪流，是不是像一条酣睡千年静待腾飞的卧龙?

传说真命天子赵昚前生就是峭崖底下的这条卧龙，而夏云姑前生是栖息在青云崖上的一只凤凰。卧龙与凤凰日夜相互凝眸，萌生出爱恋之情。天长日久，不断演绎的龙凤之恋的故事感动了月老，于是，月老让他们投胎转世结为夫妻。

走过脚下这座凌空桥就踏上了青云栈道。青云栈道全长1650米，沿着栈道行走，您可以欣赏到一路绝美的风光。

三 转运台

夏云姑出生在明月山下一个叫夏家坊的村庄。喝着从明月山云谷飞瀑流下来的清冽甘甜的河水长大，云姑出落得貌若天仙，她聪慧善良，勤劳节俭，并且对父母极有孝心。云姑小时候家贫，父亲体弱多病。为了给父亲治病，她常常攀山越岭到明月山顶采药。

一天，夏云姑来到我们眼前的峭壁上采药，不慎滑了一跤，手脚被锋利的石尖划破，鲜血直流，她不禁感叹自己时乖命蹇。恰在这时，路过这里的一位白发仙翁俯身将云姑扶起，和颜悦色地对她说：“云姑，你的苦日子就要过完了，马上就要转鸿运。。。。。。” 不久，张太监奉旨到宜春选妃，果然夏云姑被选进宫，几年后，云姑成为南宋的一代皇后。这个拐弯处也就被称作“转运台” 。

四 圆相图

各位游客请注意，现在请顺着我手指的方向往对面的峭壁看，是不是看到了峭壁上有一块像一本书的凸出的石头?那就是石书----圆相图。

据史料记载，慧寂禅师从小天资聪颖，笃信佛法，未成年就出家为僧。一天，应真禅师给慧寂一册九十七圆相的图本，要他认真琢磨，好好爱惜。没想到慧寂看过一遍后就丢进火里烧了。应真禅师大惑不解，问他为什么要烧掉。慧寂答道：“但用得不可执本也。”意思是说，对祖上传下的东西要活学活用，不能搞“本本主义”，死抱着教条不放。话虽说得有

理，但应真禅师还是对秘籍被烧毁感到惋惜。这时，慧寂说道：“如果师父实在舍不得它，我今晚默写出来，明早上堂交给您一个新本本，保证一字不差。”第二天上堂时，慧寂把默写出的新本本交给应真禅师。应真禅师接过通读一遍，果然一字不差，顿时惊叹地说：“你小子真是神灵啊!有了你这样的弟子，还要本本干什么，干脆再把这新本本也烧了!”说完，应真禅师随即把新本本也丢进火里烧了。

传说被烧毁的圆相图新本本化作尘烟后，乘风飘到了明月山。烟尘就落在对面的峭壁上，形成了我们眼前看到的这本石书。

五 青冈树

青冈树是一种常绿乔木，五月开黄绿色小花，果实椭圆形，十月成熟。青冈树又被称作“爱情树”，树叶常绿，木质坚硬，往往雌雄同株。

相传宋孝宗赵昚 一日诵读韩愈的“莫以宜春远，江山多胜游”的诗句，突然萌生出游览宜春的念头。盛夏时节，赵昚随太监张公公数人攀山越岭游至青云崖。正欲小憩，突然，赵昚眼前一亮，只见一位美貌绝伦的少女背着背篓朝他走来，她就是上山采药的夏云姑。因是月老的安排，两人一见钟情。

据说他们当年就是在我们脚下的青冈树下相遇。现在这棵雌雄同株的青冈树，是夏云姑去世很久以后从枯倒的树兜上发出来的新苗长大的。原先那棵青冈树在夏云姑去世后不久就枯倒了。

夏云姑与赵昚早已离开了人间，但他们美丽的爱情故事却流传至今。

六 天官印

唐代大文学家韩愈当年被贬为宜春刺史。尽管仕途失意，身世凄凉，但他并没有消沉，而是为官一任，造福一方。他来到宜春后，积极进行改革。当时袁州还有蓄奴的习俗。韩愈为了解救奴婢，自己出钱替奴婢赎身，并要求官宦及大户人家释放奴婢。

一日，韩愈翻山越岭游览明月山。来到我们眼前这方突兀的岩石前，他蓦然生出上奏皇上请求在全国特赦奴婢的念头。下山后，韩愈当夜起草上奏皇上，说自己梦见玉皇大帝在自己的后院里赐给他天官印一枚。皇帝看过韩愈的奏章后，很快下诏，在全国解救了成千上万的奴婢。后来这方石头便被称作“天官印”。

七 海豚望月

现在我们脚下的青云栈道海拔高度为1500多米。 传说很久很久以前，一天海水突然上涨，一群海豚随海潮游到这里嬉戏。这时，雨过天晴，奇崛的山崖上空悬挂着一道美丽的彩虹。正巧这时夏云姑在山崖上采药，彩虹映照在她秀美的脸上，一只海豚被她国色天香的美貌惊呆了。海潮很快退去，然而，我们眼前的这只海豚痴痴地凝望着山崖上的云姑，它还没来得及转身随退潮游回大海海水就消失了。

因为夏云姑的乳名叫“明月”，所以这只化为石头的海豚就叫“望月石”。从那以后，海豚岁岁年年相伴着明月山直到今天。

八 云姑崖

日月经天，江河行地，不知道经过多少个世纪的演变，形成了我们眼前巍峨壮观千姿百态的明月群山。您看栈道下层峦叠嶂，怪石林立，山花吐艳，苍松傲然。

大家顺着我手指的方向看那座险峻陡峭的悬崖，相传夏云姑的父亲一次数天昏迷不醒，云姑心急如焚。一天夜里，她梦见一位白发仙翁对她说：“明月山南面一座悬崖峭壁上长着一种开满米黄色小花的草药可以治好你父亲的病。”于是，夏云姑不辞劳苦找寻到这里，抬

头望去，果见一座悬崖峭壁上长着几株开满米黄色小花的草药，但采摘草药要冒九死一生的危险。

为了救父亲，云姑决定冒死采药。然而，她一伸手便双脚落空。眼看云姑就要从悬崖上坠落，霎时，梦中见到的那位白发仙翁甩出一条白色的长绢将云姑拦腰围住，把她救了上来。云姑的孝心感天动地，当地人称这座山崖为“云姑崖”。

九 云母屏风

各位游客，我们眼前的这座石壁叫“云母屏风”。

传说嫦娥一路被蓬蒙追杀来到明月山脚下，情急中吞下“灵药”，于是从明月山直奔月宫。在广寒宫里，嫦娥独对云母屏风，想起丈夫后羿平日对自己的好处和人世间的温暖，感到格外孤独与凄凉，于是催促吴刚拼命砍伐桂树，让玉兔捣药，好配成仙药服后早日回到人间与后羿团聚。

千百年来， 明月山下的百姓望见我们眼前的这座石壁，就会想起从明月山奔月的嫦娥独对云母屏风的寂寞和凄凉，也就更加盼望嫦娥尽快离开月宫重返明月山。于是，这座石壁就叫“云母屏风 ”。

十 甘泉池

站在石崖下面，您是否感到丝丝凉意沁人心脾?这里叫甘泉池，从石缝中流出来的清泉从古至今源源不竭流进池子。现在我们看到的蓄满清泉的石臼是后来人工制作的。

相传夏云姑当年在山上采药口渴时常到这里来饮水，还从这里用竹筒装水回家给父亲煎药。清泉柔软甘甜，不仅能止渴，还有解乏、去痛止痒的奇效。常喝此泉，面色红润，肤如凝脂，返老还童。

十一 云海山龟

明月山峰顶海拔高度1700多米。雨后的早晨和黄昏是观看明月山的最佳时间。这时苍山云海，雄浑壮阔，气象万千。

相传一个雨后的黄昏，夏云姑采完药正待下山，突然眼前云雾茫茫，不辨东西。这时，一只扶危解困的山龟突然出现在云姑身边。山龟示意云姑骑在它的背上。无奈中的云姑只好骑上去。山龟腾云驾雾，把云姑安全送到山下。

大家看前面，那只探出头的山龟还在忠于职守呢!

十二 断指峰

我们眼前的景点叫“断指峰”。大家仔细看看左边的岩石是不是像两根指头?

据史料记载，慧寂禅师九岁进广州和安寺出家。十四时，父母把他从寺庙接回家中，准备给他成亲。但慧寂禅师没有顺从父母的意愿，他跪在父母面前，用刀砍断左手的无名指和小指以表明他决意出家。父母见此，只好让他出家一心向佛。

传说被砍断的那两根指头当时飞出门外，消失的无影无踪，原来它们飞落到了明月山，化作我们眼前酷似断指的岩石。

也许是慧寂禅师与明月山的因缘，公元841年，慧寂禅师告别灵佑禅师来到宜春， 在明月山麓的仰山创建栖隐寺，聚徒讲学，成为沩仰宗创始人之一。

一次，慧寂禅师与来访的当朝宰相陆希声同游明月山。他们来到“断指峰”前，陆希声突然问慧寂禅师是否持戒与坐禅。慧寂禅师当即回答既不持戒也不坐禅，并给相爷说了一首偈语：“ 滔滔不持戒，兀兀不坐禅。酽茶三两碗，意在镬头边。”意思是说，修炼禅法不一定要死守一定的程式，和尚可以不拘小节，最重要的是心里要有一把“锄头”(镬头)，

随时注意“锄”去内心里受到的尘世杂念的污染。对于一名已经觉悟的高僧来说，有无戒律和修炼程式都无所谓了，因为他已经能够自觉地保持超脱清净的心境。

十三 嫦娥奔月峰

各位游客，现在我们来到嫦娥奔月的地方。当年嫦娥就是从对面山峰那只蟾蜍身边飞上天的。

相传一次后羿在昆仑山巧遇王母娘娘，王母娘娘给他一包灵药，告诉他只要服下此药就能即刻升天成仙。后羿回家后将灵药交给嫦娥收藏。嫦娥将灵药藏在梳妆台上的百宝匣里，不料当时被后羿的徒弟蓬蒙窥见。

一天，后羿率众徒外出狩猎，蓬蒙假装生病留了下来。后羿走后不久，蓬蒙手持宝剑强迫嫦娥交出灵药。嫦娥转身打开百宝匣，拿出灵药一路狂奔来到明月山脚下。眼见就要被蓬蒙追上，嫦娥将灵药一口吞下。药性当即发作，嫦娥顿时飘离地面飞向天空。

当嫦娥飘到我们眼前这座山顶时，她顺势抱住一棵松树不让自己继续往上飘。望着脚下的万丈深渊，想着丈夫还不知道自己的情形，嫦娥泪流满面。落泪惊动了树下的两只蟾蜍，它们问嫦娥为何在这里哭泣。嫦娥告之原委，两只蟾蜍当即表示要找后羿来救她。

这时，天空飘来一朵祥云，只见王母娘娘立于其上，说道：“嫦娥，你已吞下仙药，事已至此，无可挽回。也知你难舍丈夫，难舍人间，且派你到离人间最近的月宫为仙，封你为月宫仙子，也可日日看到人间。念两只蟾蜍侠肝义胆，与嫦娥一见如故，许你们其中一只与嫦娥一同前往月宫为伴，另一只就留下来封为明月山神吧。”

于是，嫦娥携其中一只蟾蜍从这里飞向月宫。我们眼前这只就是留下来被封为明月山神的蟾蜍 。

十四 玉兔拜月

传说很久以前明月山有一对修行千年得道成仙的野兔。

一天，玉皇大帝召见雄兔仙上天宫。当雄兔仙来到南天门时，看见太白金星带领天兵天将押着嫦娥从身边走过。它不知发生了什么事，就问旁边一位看守天门的天神。听完嫦娥的遭遇后，雄兔仙觉得嫦娥无辜受罪，很是同情，想帮她却无能为力。蓦然间，它想到嫦娥一个人关在月宫里无比寂寞，要是有人陪伴就好了。于是，它即刻回明月山把欲陪伴嫦娥的想法对雌兔仙说了。

深明大义的雌兔仙虽百般不舍，但最后还是答应让雄兔仙前往月宫陪伴嫦娥捣药。请大家看前方，蹲在那里的就是后来化为石头日夜思念遥拜月宫雄兔的雌兔。

十五 情定月亮湖

相传宋孝宗赵昚 与夏云姑那天在明月山一棵青冈树下相遇一见钟情后，一路携手漫步走来，不知不觉来到月亮湖畔。

湖水清澈见底，倒影中的夏云姑仪态万方。这时，一片红云落在云姑的脸上，面带红晕的云姑显得更加姣美，楚楚动人。这时，赵昚从腰上解下一块玉佩作为定情信物送给云姑，嘱她好好收藏，耐心等待，来年定有人领她进宫团圆。于是，就有了后来张公公宜春选美的故事。

The writer of the novel is Jane Austen . Jane Austen was born at Steventon on December 16, 1775, the youngest of seven children. She received her education—scanty enough, by modern standards—at home. Besides the usual elementary subjects, she learned French and some Italian, sang a little, and became an expert needle-woman. Her reading extended little beyond the literature of the eighteenth century, and within that period she seems to have cared most for the novels of Richardson and Miss Burney, and the poems of Cowper and Crabbe. Dr. Johnson, too, she admired, and later was delighted with both the poetry and prose of Scott. The first twenty-five years of her life she spent at Steventon; in 1801 she moved with her family to Bath, then a great center of fashion; after the death of her father in 1805, she lived with her mother and sister, first at Southampton and then at Chawton; finally she took lodgings at Winchester to be near a doctor, and there she died on July 18, 1817, and was buried in the cathedral. Apart from a few visits to friends in London and elsewhere, and the vague report of a love affair with a gentleman who died suddenly, there is little else to chronicle in this quiet and uneventful life.

But quiet and uneventful though her life was, it yet supplied her with material for half a dozen novels as perfect of their kind as any in the language. While still a young girl she had experimented with various styles of writing, and when she completed "Pride and Prejudice" at the age of twenty-two, it was clear that she had found her appropriate form. This novel, which in many respects she never surpassed, was followed a year later by "Northanger Abbey," a satire on the "Gothic" romances then in vogue; and in 1809 she finished "Sense and Sensibility," begun a dozen years before. So far she had not succeeded in having any of her works printed; but in 1811 "Sense and Sensibility" appeared in London and won enough recognition to make easy the publication of the others. Success gave stimulus, and between 1811 and 1816, she completed "Mansfield Park," "Emma," and "Persuasion." The last of these and "Northanger Abbey" were published posthumously.

The most remarkable characteristic of Jane Austen as a novelist is her recognition of the limits of her knowledge of life and her determination never to go beyond these limits in her books. She describes her own class, in the part of the country with which she was acquainted; and both the types of character and the events are such as she knew from first-hand observation and experience. But to the portrayal of these she brought an extraordinary power of delicate and subtle delineation, a gift of lively dialogue, and a peculiar detachment. She abounds in humor, but it is always quiet and controlled; and though one feels that she sees through the affectations and petty hypocrisies of her circle, she seldom becomes openly satirical. The fineness of her workmanship, unexcelled in the English novel, makes possible the discrimination of characters who have outwardly little or nothing to distinguish them; and the analysis of the states of mind and feeling of ordinary people is done so faithfully and vividly as to compensate for the lack of passion and adventure. She herself speaks of the "little bit (two inches wide) of ivory on which I work," and, in contrast with the broad canvases of Fielding or Scott, her stories have the exquisiteness of a fine miniature.

第十条 保密

第十一条 侵权

11.1 乙方保证，它是依本合同条款转让给甲方的专利权的合法所有人，在法律上享有向甲方转让专利权的权利。若发生侵犯任何第三者权利的事件，则乙方应对侵权事件负责，并承担由此而产生的全部法律和经济责任。

11.2 本合同附件一列明乙方关于合同产品的专利和专利申清。合同生效后一个月内，乙方将向甲方提供2份专利证书和专利申请的影印本。

第十二条 税费

12.1 凡因履行本合同而发生在甲方国家以外的一切税费，均由乙方负担。

第十三条 不可抗力

13.1 签约的任何一方，由于战争、严重水灾、火灾、台风、地震以及双方同意的其他不可抗力事故而无法按期执行合同时，则可延长合同的期限，延长期相当于事故所影响的时间。

13.2 受影响的一方应尽快将发生不可抗力事故的情况以电传或电报通知对方，并于此天内以航空挂号邮件将有关当局出具的证明文件提交另一方确认。

13.3 如不可抗力事故延续到120天以上，双方应通过友好协商尽快解决合同继续执行的问题。

第十四条 仲裁

14.1 因执行本合同所发生的或与本合同有的一切争议，双方应通过友好协商解决。如经协商仍达不成协议时，则应提交仲裁解决。

14.3 仲裁的裁决是终局的，对双方均具有约束力。
