一、提高师德修养，塑造良好形象

全组成员敬业爱生、默默奉献，团结协作，模范的遵守中小学教师职业道德规范。认真学习并贯彻党的教育方针，重视理论学习，更新教育观念，刻苦钻研教学理论，积极研究教学规律，探索课堂教学模式。并勇于在平时的教学中实践。形成和谐的学习型、研究型集体。

二、严格规范常规教研活动，提高教研活动质量

我们全组成员严格按照市区中小学教学常规要求，每学期开始，我们就有目的有重点地制定教研组工作计划。对于各级教研活动我们都是准时积极的参加;每周三下午，按时有效的进行集体备课，周四下午进行教研活动，教研组要求所有成员尽可能做到教学进度统一，内容要求统一，重点难点统一，作业训练统一;因此天天早上，我们几人商讨一天的教学进度，在本节课中有可能遇到的问题，重难点及解决的方法，上完课后把问题整理出来，什么是学生不理解的，什么样的题是容易错的，有针对性的练习，大大提高了课堂教学效率。在课堂教学过程中我们坚持先周备课、认真备好教案。认真上课，提前候课，从不迟到。作业批改、课后辅导、成绩考核、计划总结都认真完成。在我们的共同努力下，我们年级的数学成绩一直令学校家长都满意。

三、扎实开展课堂教学实践研究

课堂教学是我们工作的重中之重，为提高课堂教学的有效性，我们加强重点与难点的研究讨论，把课堂教学的目标从传统的知识传授转变到实际能力的培养着重培养学生的解决实际问题的能力，极力倡导推行“朴实、扎实、平实”的数学课。

四、构建和谐，谋求发展

我们全组成员十分重视网上教研，对于教学的网站一直关注，充分利用上面的教学资源，认真学习上面的优秀文章和案例，有力地指导了我们的教学工作。同时我们自己也建立了交流研究园地，成立了自己的博客，供我们在业余时间学习交流。

各位启程来迪庆之前，一定已经听说我们中甸、迪庆的一些传闻。要不然，各位怎么地不顾路途遥远，翻山越令，跨江过河，跋涉千里，来迪庆观光探奇呢?

俗话说：“百闻不如一见”，现在，各位已身临其境，就要亲眼看看我们迪庆了。

首先，我要谢谢各位的光临，并用藏语向各位贵宾表示欢迎：“香格里拉!”

听了我的藏语欢迎词，您可能会感到莫名其妙，怎么地用这句洋泾浜来欢迎我们呢?且慢，这正是我要告诉各位的，“香格里拉”是我们藏族的语言，意思是“老朋友，您来了”!即高兴地与您打招呼欢迎您，各位懂了这个意思，高兴吧?

让我再说一遍“香格里拉”!“老朋友，您来了!欢迎您”!

然而“香格里拉”在英语里却是另外的意思，“Shangri-la”即世外桃源。真是无巧不成书啊，我们的迪庆就是一个真正的Shangri-la，世外桃源，人间仙境!要弄清这点，还得从英语一词Shangri-la的来源开始。1933年，英国著名小说家詹姆斯·希尔顿(JamesHilton)写了一本小说《失去的地平线》(LOST HORIZON)。开始了这样一个故事：

一位名叫威的英国外交官与他的三个朋友乘坐了一架被劫持的飞机往世界屋脊。在飞行过程中，汽油烧尽，最后被迫降落在一个冰天雪地的银装世界之中。他们知道确切的位置，弹尽粮绝，走投无路。在绝望时刻，他们遇上进山挖黄连、贝母的藏族人。这些好心的藏族人见他们身处绝境，便接济他们，领他们来到家中，使他们有了安身之处，他们脱离险境，来到了藏民的居住地，第二天醒来，睁眼四看，惊奇的发现，这是个多么美丽神奇的世外桃源啊!--雪山环抱、土地肥沃、阳光明媚、民风淳朴，人与自然和谐共生。

在藏民的帮助下，他们踏上归程。当他们再想回来看看时，却再也无法找到确切地点了，只记得他们经常听到藏民说的一句话：“香格里拉”。《失去的地平线》--书中就把这个地方叫做“香格里拉”。并对这个地方的环境作了精彩的描写：中国西南部藏区是一个永恒、和平、宁静之地。那里有四面雪山环绕的草原，阳光灿烂，空气新鲜，有高深莫测的活佛，神圣静谧的湖水，辉煌神秘的寺庙，淳朴善良的康巴藏族。一切都如人们梦想中的伊甸园，生命在此可以得到永生……

此书出世，轰动世界，吸引了千千万万的读者，英语词典里于是有了香格里拉(Shangri-la)一词。

多少年来，香格里拉一直是许多欠，尤其是西方世界的人们所神往的“世外桃源”，无数探险家在中国藏区、印度、尼泊尔等地苦苦寻觅这神秘之地，经历了半个多世纪，这上谜终于解开了，经过多方调查，充分证实，《失去的地平线》--书中所创的“香格里拉""一词系迪庆藏语“老朋友，您来了”的意思。也引申“通往圣洁之地”，“心中的菩萨”之意。

现在我就把真正的香格里拉--迪庆介绍给各位。

迪庆藏族自治州位于云南省西北部，西北边与西藏自治区为邻，全州面积23870平方公里，包括中甸、维西、德钦三个县，居住有藏、傈僳、汉、白、彝、回、普米、功、怒等民族。

迪庆藏族自治州处于国家级三江并流风景名胜区的腹心地带，三江占两江，雪山占七成，形成三江并流风景区的主体。

迪庆州府中甸县距昆明640多公里。迪庆州是云南省的制高点，境内有许多高耸入云的大山，著名的有云南第一峰卡格博峰，海拔6740米，为藏传佛教的朝觐圣地，位居藏区八大神山之首。其余高峰有环立于卡格博峰周围的太子十三峰，太子雪山海拔5396米，白茫雪山海拔5137米，其余海拔在4500米以上的高峰还有10多座。

在雪山环绕之间，颁着许多大大小小的草甸和坝了，这是迪庆各族人民生息繁衍的地方。这里土地肥沃，水草丰美，牛羊骏马成群，特别是中甸县的小大中甸，真有“天苍苍，野茫茫，风吹草低见牛羊”的风光。五月的中甸草原，碧绿的草地和山坡上的杜鹃花、格桑花和数不尽的各种小花争相怒放，姹紫嫣红，争奇斗妍，宛如一块块色彩斑斓的大地毯，骏马奔驰，牛羊滚滚，雄鹰翱翔，牧人在白云在蓝天下唱起牧歌，挥动长鞭，这就是人间仙境的生活，一幅活生生的美丽图画。

在雪山环抱之间，在草甸中间或边缘，镶嵌着一面大镜子--星罗棋布的天然湖泊。迪庆著名的风景湖泊有碧塔海、纳帕海、属都海等。这些神圣静谧的湖泊，照映雪山森林、蓝天白云，引来牧人畜群，挽留各种飞禽走兽，成为人与自然共存共荣的乐园。

在群山环抱间，在草甸或山坡上，这里的各族人民建立起一个个村寨：藏族的厚墙、大盖顶、宽走廊的土掌房，彝族、傈僳、怒族、纳西族的木楞房，以及汉族的四合院，白族三房一照壁、四合五天井等都显得特色鲜明，引人注目。

我们迪庆，正如《失去的地平线》所述，江河为池，峡谷狭窄而深长。迪庆州，三江并流据其二，金沙江、澜沧江从青藏高原滚滚而来;在横断山区横冲直撞，裂岸穿石，造成了众多峡谷;许多地方，两岸同仁谷紧贴，急流险滩相连，无石不怪，无水不怒，险象球生，真是“有峡无路鸟难飞，猴子爬岩掉眼泪”。

在迪庆德钦县的澜沧江沿岸，您可以看到欧亚板块和印度板块碰撞的地质景观，您可以看到“十里不同天，万物在一山”，由立体气候产生的立体植物、珍稀动物、名贵花卉、名贵药材等。

优秀团支部主要事迹介绍

一、提高思想道德素质，加强团支部建设

07科学教育班团支部始终以提高团员的思想道德素质为工作重点，为更好的掌握同学们的思想动态，团支部特意制定了有关工作计划，定期召开班会和主题团日，举行座谈会，了解同学们的近期思想情况，平时多留意，多关心，充分调动广大团员的积极性，使大家自觉养成学习先进理论的习惯。在注重学习的同时，加强思想道德建设，如响应学院号召，XX年11月本团支部召开“学习xx届四中全会”主题团日活动，全体团员积极参加寝室座谈会，并对团支部提出建议与意见，使该团支部改进了工作方法，更好的进步与发展，并在此次活动中获得“xx届四中全会青年主题团日”实践活动先进团支部。其次，注意充分发挥党员的先进模范带头作用，有力的促进了团支部工作的进步。截至目前， 07科教班团支部有团员54名，占全班总人数的100%。其中正式党员和预备党员共12名同学，占全班总人数的22.2%。有15人参加了学院组织的第三期业余党校学习并有13人以优异的成绩结业。广大团员积极学习，努力提高自己，缩小与党员之间的差距，以党员的标准来要求自己，争取早日入党，为成为一名光荣的共产党员而努力奋斗！

“男人一路欢笑，女人一路尖叫”——中外游客如此评价九畹溪漂流。九畹溪距三峡大坝20公里，分为两段，上段两人一舟，闯越怪石密布、浪花四溅的激流险滩;下段坐观光艇或冲锋舟，穿越绝壁林立、山穷水复的九畹峡谷，欣赏地缝、仙女山、望夫石等奇观。漂流九畹溪，体验浪遏飞舟的快感，享受战胜自我的激情，被中外游客誉为“三峡第一漂”。

九畹溪曾是伟大爱国诗人屈原早年开坛讲学、植兰修性之地，“余既滋兰之九畹兮，又树蕙之百亩”即指此地。从秭归新县城至九畹溪,沿途有问天神简、神牛泉、将军岩、美女晒羞、剪刀崖、和尚岩等十余处自然景观,有与屈原文化紧密相关的问天简、坛包、神龟石、巨鱼坊、求字碑、砚窝台、笔峰石、灵芝岩等近二十处人文景观,有极具科学研究价值的古悬棺群,有宗教特色浓郁的圣天观,有人迹罕至的干溪沟生态旅游区，供您欣赏。

在通往九畹溪景区的路上，茶园坡遂道口，有一块巨石临江倚石而立，高约400米，宽约80米，厚约5米。它与主岩之间有一道裂缝，宽处约5米，窄处约半米，把它与岩体完全分离。这块高而薄的石片，就象人工立起的一方丰碑，又象一片竹木削刻的书简，相传楚国郢都失守之后，屈原托弟子石夫将诗简《问天》带回家乡，焚于高山之巅，石夫不忍，将诗简藏于此处，人们称它为“问天神简”。

巨鱼坊在九畹溪口，有个虽小却很有名的码头，叫巨鱼坊。相传屈原投江汩罗之后，水神湘君、湘夫人派洞庭湖神鱼将他的尸体送回故乡，交给屈原的妹妹女须。神鱼完成任务后，再也没有回洞庭湖，它上下一年一回游，上不过泄滩，下不过新滩，一直守在九畹溪口的江水中。清代诗人程含章作诗歌颂它：“客言秭归山下水，中有神鱼长不死。当年屈子投汩罗，神鱼衔送归乡里。”

9时半左右，我们一家人坐上女儿驾驶的城市越野车，风驰电掣般地直奔长江入海口的崇明岛。三个9岁大小的孩子——孙子孙女和外孙，以及老伴坐在车后排，我则坐在副驾驶座上，尽情地欣赏公路两旁的美景，一边倾听着孩子们的歌声，嬉闹声。不时老伴和女儿聊上几句。真是天伦之乐啊!

不一会儿，我们的汽车来到通往长兴岛的上海长江隧道入口，女儿告诉我，以前到崇明岛要坐轮渡，现在不用坐轮渡了，汽车可以通过“南隧北桥”直达崇明岛了，是20_年10月31日通车的。说着，汽车钻进了位于长江水底下40多米深处的宽敞明亮的隧道，隧道很长很美，全长大约9公里，谁能想象，隧道的上面是波涛滚滚的浩瀚的长江!不到10分钟，汽车钻出了隧道，来到了长江口第二大岛——长兴岛，随即就驰上了长兴岛通往崇明岛的上海长江大桥。

上海长江大桥在世界上位居第五，全长16多公里，桥梁长度近10公里，像一条银色的绸练飘落在浩淼混沌的长江上，它是斜拉索桥梁，完全不像武汉长江大桥那么雄伟峻拔，彰显横跨龟蛇两山，镇锁大江的气势，而是以柔美阿娜的娇媚之态，轻轻地抚摸着长江口的波浪。啊!蓝天白云，银桥江波，东望沧海，横无际涯，真是令人心旷神怡。

汽车好像是飞过了大江，来到了崇明岛陈家镇。崇明岛比长兴岛大多了，公路宽阔整洁，放眼望去，绿荫葱茏，看不见高楼大厦，只见一栋栋小别墅散落在绿色的丛林中。女儿熟练地驾驶着汽车，以80码的车速在笔直的公路上飞驰，公路前方出现一汪水池。女儿告诉我们，那不是水池，是海市蜃楼。果不其然，车到了那儿，不见了水池，水池又出现在了最前方。

大约40分钟后，我们来到了崇明岛森林公园附近的一家餐馆。吃过午饭，休息了一会儿，我们就来到森林公园，车停在园外，买票步行入园。

崇明岛森林公园是国家级森林公园，因为天气热，游人不多。进得大门，就像进入了茂密的森林。首先看到的是道路两旁的树上悬挂着许多鸟笼子，笼子里清一色是八哥，这些八哥大多会说话，什么：“你好!”“欢迎光临!”有的还会说简单的英语，煞是好玩，逗得我家三个孩子乐得直跳。

道路两边，茂林壁立，深不可测;空气中再也闻不到城市的气味。森林在阳光的强烈照射下，进行光合作用，吸入二氧化碳，释放出氧气，负离子和清香，这种清香是久违的清香，是我40多年前，在老家深山里砍柴，采药时闻惯了的清香味，我仿佛又回到了青少年时代。我贪婪地作深呼吸。

森林公园的温度比外面要低一两度，我们步行了几百米，老伴喊热，只见她汗流满面。于是我们租了一辆观光电瓶车，一位漂亮的小姐开着车，沿着森林公园里的小路，作环绕公园一周游，行程大约有10多公里。“舒适，凉爽，惬意，”这六个字可以概括我们的游览了。

森林公园内有曲折的小河，有明丽潋滟的湖，湖面上有游艇在游弋，水鸟在快乐地飞翔。公园里还有游乐中心，包括有，天然滑草场——游人穿着雪橇般的滑板，撑着撑杆在草地上飞驰，可惜15岁以下儿童禁止滑草，我们只好作罢;还有卡丁车赛场，也是禁止15岁以下儿童参加;此外有海盗船，轨道车，碰碰车，旋转飞车等项目，孩子们都可以玩。我和老伴坐在树荫下，看着孙子们兴高采烈地玩耍，也是一种享受。公园里还出租双人自行车，看着一对对青年情侣，骑着自行车在林间小道上奔驰，我似乎也受到感染，也想“老夫欲发少年狂”，和老伴一起骑上这双人自行车，但是老伴不敢骑，只好作罢。

女儿说，这森林公园很大，可以玩一天，看看天色将晚，我们离开了公园。晚上，家在崇明的老伴的堂姐和姐夫在崇明县一家豪华酒店里热情地宴请了我们。当夜我们下榻崇明的锦江之星饭店。

翌日，9时，我们吃过早饭后，驱车直奔举世闻名的崇明岛西沙湿地公园。西沙湿地公园是全开放式公园，无需买门票，游人可以随意游览。

举目四望，是一望无际的芦苇荡，南风吹来，芦苇荡有如绿色的海洋，绿色的波浪汹涌澎湃，我们仿佛置身于绿色的波涛之中。芦苇荡里铺设有木桥式的木板小道，弯弯曲曲，直达海边。小道两旁都是湿地，沼泽，长满了芦苇。湿地沼泽上爬满了纽扣大小的小螃蟹，煞是可爱，有的螃蟹头部的钳子是红玉一般，像戴在螃蟹头上的两朵花。我一口咬定那一定是母螃蟹，女儿说那是公螃蟹，于是她抓了一只看腹部，看了半天也说不清是什么性别。

走了一会儿，看见身右边出现了一个很大的荷花池，荷花池的对面壁立着一排水杉林，这里南风似乎小了许多，只见众多的红蜻蜓在空中飞舞，与碧绿的荷叶相映成趣。

再往海边走，看见一木质的小亭子高高地兀立在芦苇荡中，来到跟前一看，上写“观鸟台”，我们拾级而上，清风扑面，在这里，我们没有看见一只鸟，也许是天气炎热，小鸟都躲到芦苇丛中去了。然而远远望去，天边出现一条黄色的带子——是大海!我们下得观鸟台，朝海边奔去。看到前方又出现一高耸的木质亭台，到跟前一看，上面悬挂着“闻涛亭”的牌匾，闻涛亭有三层，站在最高一层，已经可以看到大海，以及海湾对面海港一字儿排开的起重机械。前面似乎再没有路了，我们看到有不少游人在往回走。我们在亭子上拍了不少照片，然后下得亭子，往回走。

在返回的路上，我们看到令我们十分感动的一幕，也是一家老少三代人，老者看样子已有80多岁了，坐在轮椅上，由儿子推着轮椅;老者之妻，已是白发苍苍，老态龙钟，由儿媳和孙子搀扶着，这两位老人在垂暮之年，在孝顺的儿孙簇拥下，远离城市，顶着炎炎烈日，来到这浩瀚的芦苇荡湿地，看一眼这大自然原生态景观，最后一次来呼吸这没有城市废气的清新空气，这是对人生何等的眷念，对生命何等的珍视!也许他们与这块芦苇荡有不解之缘，也许有很动人的故事呢!我想，十多年以后，我和老伴也是80多岁了，我们不知还有没有此等勇气再来游览西沙湿地?

The Lesser ThreeGorges on the Daning River, a 50km-long affair covering the Longmenxia, Bawuxiaand Dicuixia gorges in the lower reaches of the river, is billed as one ofChinas 40 best scenic resorts thanks to its gorgeous mountains, elegant peaks,turbulent rapids, limpid water, exotic rock imagery and serene scenery.

Diaoyu City, Hechuan

Established in 1242, or the 2nd year of the Chunyou reign of the SouthernSong, Diaoyu City covers 2.5 square km up the Diaoyu Mountain on the southernshore of the Jialing River in Hechuan Citys Heyang Town. In 1258, the Mongolslaunched a three-way attack on the Song, and in February the next year DiaoyuCity found itself besieged. The Song army mounted a valiant counterattack thatlast3ed for 36 years, and made world war history by rebuffing a strong enemywith a weak force. This prompted some European historians to laud Diaoyu City asthe "Mecca of the East" and "Where God broke his whip". The ruins of the ancientbattlefield of Diaoyu City are well kept there.

Jinyun Mountain

Nicknamed "Less Mount Emei", Jinyun Mountain is a national scenic resort55km from downtown Chongqing.

Furong Cave, Wulung

The Furong (Hibiscus) Cave is located by the Furong River in Wulung County.The main part of the cave is 2,700 metres in length and 3.7 square metres inarea. The Splendid Cave is the most impressive. Housed in it are nearly 30varieties of stalactites chiseled into every manner of exotic imagery by thecunning labor of nature. Major attractions are Gold Throne Hall, Leifeng Pagodaand Sky-reaching Jade Pillar.

优秀班集体事迹介绍

洪武北路小学五（2）中队是一个拥有30名队员的班集体。在这个温馨的大家庭里，每个人都在不断发掘自己的潜能，提高自身素质，为这个集体增光添彩。五年来，我们相亲相爱，携手共进，以坚实的步履留下了让我们引以自豪的足迹。

一、树立良好的班风、学风

良好的班风是班级顺利开展工作、健康发展的前提。一个班集体要想有凝聚力，首先必须加强团结，营造一种健康向上的班级氛围，因此我们提出“我是班级小主人，班级就是我的家”的观念，就是要靠集体里每位同学的悉心经营，同甘共苦，同心同德，增加同学们的集体荣誉感，班级自豪感，形成团结协作，拼搏进取的团队精神，这种精神激励着我们不断向前进，形成了一股强大的班级凝聚力。

没有规矩不成方圆，一个优秀的班集体会有一套完善的班级制度来管理，为此，我们每周组织班委例会或是召开班会，共同讨论班级建设计划和发展问题，发扬民主精神，调动广大同学的积极性，让大家一起参与到班级的建设当中。我们共同制定了《五（2）中队安全公约》、《五（2）中队节约公约》、《班级日常行为规范细则》、《班级责任岗分工细则》、《班级责任星发放制度》、等一系列班级制度，督促同学们学习、做好各项常规工作，为班级顺利前进打下了坚实的基础。

一个班级的班风建设好了，一个良好的学习氛围就自然形成了，让大家在这个学习气氛浓郁的环境中共同进步。有一份耕耘，就有一份收获，在每一次考试中，我们班的平均分都居年级前列，深受老师们的好评，大家也都为身在这么一个优秀的班级感到自豪！优秀的学生更奋发，中等学生不再安居中游，后进学生也激励得要不断进步。

二、培养优秀的班干部队伍

一个成功的班集体，必须有一支能干的班干队伍。班干部作为联系班主任与学生的桥梁，作为班主任的助手，他们工作能力的高低，工作方法的好坏，在同学中威信的高低，往往能够决定一个班级的精神面貌与学习风气。我们班的班干部是通过学生自荐、竞选演讲、民主选举的方式产生的，后又班主任老师的培训指导，才光荣上岗的。现在的班干部们工作认真、责任心强，都能各司其职，互相配合共同为班集体建设做出了自己的贡献。

在各项班级活动中，班长的作用可谓是功不可没。正副班长徐莫言、刘倩，既要负责筹划和协调各种活动，也要管理常规工作。他们的工作贯穿于所有的班委当中，使到各项工作之间有条不紊地进行。同时，他们还及时总结工作经验，加强与班级同学沟通，及时了解并反映同学们的意见，推动了工作更好地进行。二位班长几年如一日的记录《中队日志》，记录大家成长道路上的点点滴滴。

班级美化和黑板报布置工作，是班级的面子工程，而这个大梁就是由宣传委吕士杰扛起的。他不仅自己设计，还把班级里有绘画特长的8个同学组织起来，成立了“黑板报小组”真是不简单！在她的带领下，通过这些同学共同协作，班级的布置和黑板报评比总是没得挑。

还有智多星学习委员刘啸宇，带领健儿们勇于拼搏的体育委员王宇白，多才多艺的文艺委员丁若琪，细心负责的生活委员蔡钰宁……班干部们个个以身作则，他们的工作是出色的，正是有了他们不断努力与付出，发挥先锋模范作用，团结和帮助同学，班级才得以蓬勃得发展。

三、责任岗位大家担当

一个良好班集体的形成，除了要靠得力的班干部之外，还要千方百计地调动每个学生的积极性，给他们不断展示的机会。只有让学生在集体中充当合适满意的角色，真正感受到自己是集体中不可缺少的一员，才能充分施展自己的才华，班集体才能充满新的生机和活力。
