在生活上：

本(1)班班共有学生45人，男生29，女生16，基本上都是我从高一带过上来的学生，开学初，我给我班定的目标是：学会做人，学会做事，学会学习，学会合作，学会自我管理。经过一学期的不懈努力，我班总体成绩在整个级中遥遥领先，尖子生从不突出到突出，我和学生的关系也越来越融洽，工作越来越顺利。

三、进一步完善班级管理建设
