她80年代毕业于省粮校,一直在我市粮食部门工作;她曾在广州一家私营企业任财务经理,还有一份不错的收入;她回乡历尽艰辛成功创办蛋鸡养殖场,去年又投资20万元将规模做成全市最大，并为多名残疾人提供了就业机会。她就是粮食部门下岗职工。

为了生活，不惑之年外出务工

XX年，年近40、工龄快20年的成了一名下岗职工。虽突然间有点难以接受，但只是淡然一笑：没什么，有一双手就能养活自己。于是，她踏上了外出打工之路。

外面的世界很精彩，但也很无奈。一个中年女人，想找份收入高点的工作难上加难。经人介绍，来到广州市，在一家私人营销企业当起了出纳，开始月薪不足1000元，还要自己掏钱住宿、吃饭。为了立住脚，她起早摸黑，勤奋工作，总是提前上班，推迟下班。她不但认真干好自己当天的工作，而且力所能及地多做份外事。由于她工作认真肯干、责任心强，三个月后，老板就每月发给她1500元。半年业务熟悉后，她一人干起了两人的活，而且当天的事即使加夜班（没有加班费）也一定完成。有十多年腰背痛的老毛病，工作时间长了，疼痛难忍，她就靠着门框或“按摩”。寝室的女孩见她太劳累了，常常帮着按揉解除痛苦。由于勤奋敬业，不到一年，她的工资增加到XX元，并从出纳升任主办会计。一年之后，月薪又涨至3000元，并升任财务经理。

XX年底，在广州有一份不错工作的做出了一个令大家不可理解的决定——辞工回家办养鸡场。此言一出，家人和亲友无一人赞成，打定主意的她谁劝也没用。在亲友处筹措了几万元钱，一天鸡也未养过的她，靠啃书本、拜师学艺，在白杨镇檀山村办起了自己的企业——檀山蛋鸡养殖场。

一般人只知道养殖业脏、累、苦，苦到什么程度，只有业内人自己知道。刚进鸡苗时，幼小的生命出壳当天就运到鸡场，开始要30多度的室温。装空调是省事，但成本太高划不来，没钱就只有多吃苦了。开始十几天，她吃住在鸡舍，日夜与小鸡相伴，因为烧柴火保温，时刻要添柴。若想偷懒，一下子添多了，火太旺，温度太高不行，只得日夜守护，丝毫不敢怠慢。这样她每天被热浪熏得口干舌燥，半个月下来，鸡是稍微长大了，可以适应自然环境了，但人却瘦了一大圈。为了节省开支，一个人既要购料进料，又要喂水喂料，挑粪出粪，忙得不可开交。丈夫要上班，所以她总是一个人默默辛劳硬撑着。

更令人担心的是进鸡场的路太陡了。每逢下雨，拉料出粪的车都不敢来，所以饲料就卸在几百米之外，靠自己一包包地扛到鸡场。饲料不能淋湿，否则发霉则不能用。碰雨天她得抢着扛，有时累得直不起腰，却仍不敢多耽搁一分钟。

如果说苦和累还可以顶过去的话，那么意外风险就令人难以承受了。XX年，由于鸡苗紧张，原来一家种鸡场老板的鸡苗供不应求，他就从山东进了一批鸡苗给。谁知这批鸡苗品种不行，刚到产蛋高峰期，产量就急剧下降，越养越亏本。无奈之下，她只好把鸡卖掉，一次足足亏了4万多元。家人劝其就此打住，她却坚决要沿着这条路走下去。

为了梦想，扩大规模发展事业

每个人都有自己的梦想，梦想就是办一家属于自己的企业，为家庭也为社会做点事情。虽然养鸡场办起来了，并初尝成功，但她并不满足。2011年，又努力扩大养殖量，继续她的“辛苦之旅”。这既是因为她的事业梦想，也是形势所迫。如今办养殖业，苦、脏、累不说，由于竞争激烈、利润微薄，唯有做大做强才能生存下去。三年的摸索实践，她经历了风险，也积累了经验，在家人积极支持的同时，为自己的养鸡场规划了一个万羽规模蓝图。在市畜牧水产局和白杨镇的支持帮助下，她说干就干，一个月就东拉西借凑了20万元资金，并将原来的鸡舍全部推倒重建。经过三个多月的日夜操劳，一个万羽新型规模化养鸡场已经建好，并成为我市蛋鸡养殖业规模最大的养殖场。目前，养殖场还安置了多名返乡残疾农民工就业。

回首过去，十分感慨。展望未来，她更加信心满怀。下一步，她将用心把养殖场办好，为事业做大做强、为瑞昌科学发展作出更大的努力。

落水村--分为上落水和下落水，公路西侧、房屋较矮小的一片屋群叫上落水，这里的民居较古老;公路东侧紧依湖畔且房屋高大的一片屋群叫下落水，这里因旅游业的发展，都已是几层楼的现代民居了。而无论上落水的老民居，还是下落水的新民居，它们都是全木结构的房屋，四壁用削皮后的圆木，两端砍上卡口衔楔垒摞而成，屋顶则用木板铺盖，上压石块，整幢房屋不用一颗钉子，也不用砖瓦，它不仅冬暖夏凉，而且用衔楔整架结构而特别防震。这就是摩梭人的木楞房。

下落水湖边有条弯曲的砾石小路，路边的摩梭人都把自己家改建成旅社，随小路一溜排开的木楞子房一幢比一幢漂亮而有特色，有酒吧、百货店和土产店等设施，加之小路旁有湖畔垂柳、木舟细浪等迷人风光，这里自然成为旅游者的大本营，小路也被冠以“摩梭风情路”的雅称。住在“风情路”上的摩梭家庭旅社，是好旅游的一个好开始。置身湖光山色中，你能清晰感觉到，纯净的空气慢慢沁入每一根血管的过程。你可以细细观赏木楞子房;可以走进神秘的母房看一看;或到酒吧里听听古老的“阿夏婚”故事;

Im . Im 24. I graduated from Hunan Normal Universaty on Shuda Campus. My major is English Education. After graduation, I have worked for one year in Li Yang听Kids Engish. My students are between 5 and 12 years old.
