丽江玉龙雪山自古就是一座壮美的风景雪山，唐朝南诏国异牟寻时代，南诏国主异牟寻封岳拜山，曾封赠玉龙雪山为北岳，至今白沙村北北岳庙尚存，仍然庭院幽深，佛面生辉。拜山朝圣者不绝于途。

“主品须立最高品，登山须登最高顶”，到丽江游览，玉龙雪山是必选项目。

玉龙雪山，位于丽江坝北边，距丽江县城15公里，山北麓直抵金沙江。整座雪山由十三峰组成，由北向南呈纵向排列，延绵近50公里，东西宽约13公里。

3.5甲方依据本合同的专利许可，销售的合同产品一经付款则视为货已售出。

3.6若在交付专利权使用费后，已售合同产品被退回或折价，甲方有权在以后支付的专利权使用费中扣除因此而多支付的专利权使用费。

3.7乙方如需查核甲方的帐目时，应在接到甲方依上述第3.4款规定开出的书面通知后10天内通知甲方、其具体的查帐内容和程序详见本合同附件四。

第四条 支付条件

4.1本合同第三条中规定的提成费，甲方将通过x银行（此处为甲方的业务银行)和x银行（此处为乙方的业务银行）支付给乙方，支付中使用的货币为＿＿＿＿。

4.3按本合同规定，如乙方需要向甲方支付罚款或赔偿时，甲方有权从上述支付中直接扣除。

第五条 技术服务和培训

5.1技术服务

在学习上我名列前茅，各科成绩优异，每年被评为“三好学生”，每月被评为“文明之星”，是学习上的小博士，更是令人羡慕的“小作家”。我的习作《爱的眼泪》在小天鹅杯全国中小学生创新作文大赛中荣获一等奖，在上虞市中华赞诗词歌赋创作比赛中获一等奖，在庆祝建国60周年在校“爱的故事”征文比赛中荣获一等奖，在学校举行的现场作文竞赛、征文比赛和数学竞赛中，我多次获得一等奖，还被授予一级“全国校园小作家”称号。还在“贺岁祖国”为主题的全国知识竞赛中获得银奖。

老师和同学们还夸我多才多艺。我从小酷爱写作，多次在各类比赛中获奖，曾获全国一、二、三等奖，我的习作在《小学生作文向导》《花火》等杂志报刊上发表，并多次获奖。

在平时的生活中，我热爱劳动，是妈妈的好帮手，也是家中的开心果。当妈妈劳累的时候我会帮她分担我力所能及的家务。爷爷奶奶不舒服时，我会帮他们捶捶背，揉揉肩。多次评为“文澜孝星”。

老师经常夸奖我是一个德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的好学生。但我知道成绩只能代表过去，不能代表将来。我将继续努力，在文澜这块无墙的乐园里吾将上下而求索。

游客朋友们，大家好!今天我们要去游览的是北国名胜——扎兰屯吊桥公园。扎兰屯吊桥公园位于扎兰屯市区北部，占地面积68公顷，是一处集自然景观和人文景观于一体的综合性娱乐场所。吊桥公园始建于1920_年，当初园内只有悬索桥和桁(héng)桥，是专供当时沙俄贵族们享乐的场所，园因吊桥而得名。雅鲁河水顺着纵横交错的河道流经园内，妙趣天成。

吊桥由两根巨大的铁索悬空而成，上面系有42根细铁索，桥面由木板铺就，行人往来桥上，如轻舟泊于水面悠悠晃晃，有飘飘欲仙、心旷神怡的感觉。另有望湖亭、三角亭、环形湖、月形拱桥、一柱亭可供参观、游览。园内古木参天，杨柳婆娑，亭台错落，绿草如茵，碧波荡漾，处处皆景。漫步园中，游客会感觉到浓浓的文化气息。叶剑英元帅的“雅鲁河畔扎兰屯，几派清流拥水村”的著名诗句镶嵌在影壁上，新建碑廊上镌(juān)刻着许多领导和著名作家老舍、叶圣陶、李准等人的诗作和墨宝。

吊桥公园久负盛名，数年前就被评定为国家2A级旅游区。凡来扎兰屯的中外游人，无不慕名而至。朋友们，让我们步入这已经享誉百年的北国名园开怀畅游，尽情体味她的自然、人文魅力吧。
