我们抬头看在这块匾额上写着“津门故里”四字。金代时统治北方的金人就是在这里建立了天津最早的建制直沽寨。今日天津市区也是以这为中心，逐渐发展形成的，它对天津的形成起了很重要的作用，称作津门故里是当之无愧的了。

而北面楼匾写的是“沽上艺苑”。古文化街无论建筑风貌，店铺装修，匾额楹联，经营商品都带有浓郁的艺术气息。所以把它称作沽上的一处“艺苑”也是再恰当不过的了。另外当我们进入街上的店铺时会看到店铺门面檐下，枋间有着一幅幅清代的苏式彩画，而且每一幅都有着情节和典故，大家一会儿不妨猜一猜上面画的是什么。好下面就让我们走进这条古老的街道，来领略一下它特有的古建筑和文化特色。请大家跟紧我。

我们现在看到的就是天后宫的山门了。“先有天后宫，后有天津城。”这是天津人对城市发展通俗而生动的说法。天后宫俗称“娘娘宫”，它始建于元代泰定三年(1326年)，明代永乐元年重建，为天津市区现存最古老的建筑。它与福建湄州妈祖庙，中国台湾北港朝天宫并称为世界三大天后宫。天后宫供奉的是宋代福建莆田县贤良港出生的林默。传说她自幼聪慧，15岁便精通医理为人治病，还常常渡海救助遇险的渔民;她还能观察风云变化，预测天气，被人们尊称为神女，后来加封为天妃，天后,成为人们信仰的海神。

不知大家有没有发现这个问题。在我国，寺庙一般都坐北朝南。然而，天津天后宫却是个例外：坐西朝东。这是因为当时有些船只没有时间或其他原因无法靠岸，如果天后宫就坐西朝东，面向海河，船民，商贾就可以在船上朝拜天后，祈求平安了。现在就让我们到里面去参观一下天后宫。大家跟我走。

我们从山门一进来首先看到的就是这两侧的钟鼓楼。这个是钟楼它和对面的鼓楼最初都建于元代，但后来多次被重修，可谓是历尽沧桑。我们看这个钟上铸有66只象征吉祥的仙鹤，大家可以敲一敲。敲它一声百顺，二声如意，三声安康。

我们现在所在的呢是前殿，中间这一位就是道教护法神中地位最高的王灵官，百姓称赞他说“三眼能观天下事，一鞭惊醒世间人”。他两侧的这四位就是天后娘娘的四位侍从，他们千里眼，顺风耳，加善和加恶。

从前殿出来，我们现在就来到了正殿。它是由三座建筑勾连搭建组成的，前面的一座为卷棚悬山顶，面阔三间，进深一间;中间的为七檩单檐庑殿顶，面阔，进深均为三间;后面接着一个凤尾殿，也是卷棚悬山顶，面阔进深均为一间。拒考证正殿不仅是天津市区最古老的建筑，它也是我国现存年代较早的天后宫建筑之一。大家看到这正中的就是天后娘娘了，她的前后左右分别是她的四位侍女，平时这里总是香火不断，很多人来朝拜天后祈求平安。

下面我们在到正殿两旁的南北配殿看一看。

这里就是南配殿。它供奉的是天津的民间神。这位是王三奶奶，据说她是个走乡串村，给人看病的巫婆，素以慈善为本，相传摸一摸王三奶奶的手可以治百病。

从天后宫里走出来，这里就宫前广场了。前面的是过去酬神演出的戏楼。在现在的宫前广场上还有象杨柳青年画，泥人张等的专卖店，那么在剩下的时间里，大家可以自由的游览，购物，一定注意安全。最后再嘱咐一句，12点之前回到车上，还是在南街的街口。好，现在大家就可以解散了。

我是_大学计算机学院_级毕业生，修的是信息安全专业。学校里面教的东西很多很杂，学到的东西也“博而不专”。语言方面，掌握比较熟练的是c/c++，当然，在编程方面和各位前辈们比起来，那简直就是菜鸟。所以在以后的工作中还要向各位前辈同事学习、请教，望给予指点。在犯错误的时候，也请前辈们批评指出，“新人”不是逃避责任的借口，我会牢记这句话的。

在兴趣爱好方面，作为学计算机的学生，时喜欢打些竞技类游戏。

体育运动方面，喜欢游泳，为了尽可能享受学生的优惠，在临毕业的时候还赶紧办了张游泳卡;也喜欢打乒乓球，之前每天都看到同事下班后在公司的乒乓球室打球，想去呢，但有点不好意思。

我是xx班的一名学生，我叫。经高中几年的勤奋学习、奋斗拼搏，我在今年高考中获得了分的好成绩，并被xx大学录取，看着通知书，我感到很欣慰，心中的喜悦难以言说。可一看那高昂的学费和自己的家庭，对大学，学生只能望而却步了。

我是导游部的成员。今年xx月xx日，我走出旅校门，变成社会人，光荣的成为了太旅的一员。我非常高兴，这高兴不仅源于我对导游这一职业的向往，更有我对能在太旅扎根、收获幸福的自豪。细数工作以来的五个多月，和领导、和同事、和客人交流的每一个画面都让我深深感受到太旅大家庭的温暖，自己也在不断的实践过程中取得了工作上的突破和个人的成长，这些成绩取得和领导的关心、同事的帮助是密不可分的，点滴细节，汇成一张成绩单，现将工作总结如下：

一、善于适应环境，做合格职业人

回顾20xx年，是极不平凡的一年，也是充满希望、迎接挑战的一年。今年xx月xx日，太湖旅游区正式荣膺“国家5A级旅游景区”，xx月xx日，太湖游客中心正式投入运营。作为太旅的第一代导游员，我更有责任、更有义务为“全面走进太湖时代”、迎接“明天更美好”而奉献青春。

二、敢于迎接挑战，争做政务导游员

自7月工作以来，我带团21个，（担当全陪导游2次，地陪导游19次）计24个工作日。其中政府类接待团3个，旅行社老总踩线团6个。热情的介绍，周到的服务让游客印象深刻。

游客中心接待方面，43批次客人中，包括俞书记、金区长在内的政府类接待14次，兄弟单位以及旅行社老总参观团9次。我不断推陈出新，整理完善游客中心讲解词，以“接的不同人，说不同的话”为标准，渐而讲解得到了领导的悉心指导与高度肯定。

三、勇于担责扛担，配合组长工作

xx月份，我参加的景区公司组织的竞聘。虽然意料之中的落选，然而领导的肯定让我更添足了动力，鼓足了干劲。我配合部门组长工作，尽力分担部门工作。而后，网服务台交由我负责，主动联系，积极工作，得到了双方领导的高度好评。今年xx月，太湖绿V站在我们游客中心正式运行。作为吴中区团代表，我有幸成为了这里的一名青年志愿者，并负责起上下沟通、内外联络和日常性工作。爱心义卖、旅游咨询、景点宣传，都收到了一定成效。今年12月，太湖绿V站被团区委授予“优秀志愿者组织”，本人也被授予“吴中区生态环保志愿者之星”称号，还被团区委推荐为“苏州市优秀青年志愿者”荣誉候选人。

五、勤于学习思考，不断夯实基础

我极富求知欲，因为这不仅是个人所求，更是业务需要。不充电的导游绝非好导游，不热爱学习的导游也无法更优秀。因此，我通过利用业余时间读书解疑，活学活用，并实地考察，虚心学习，以提高自身素养和知识储备量，以此为游客提供文化讲解，做出文化大餐。

当然学是无止境的，服务亦如此。前些日，我与单位正式签订了合同，我非常欣喜，非常感动。但冷静之余，也有种种反思。反思自己在讲解过程中是否因地制宜，因人而异？与优秀导游间的差距在哪里？反思自己在服务中还需完善那些方面？明年是否能做到让所有的客人高兴、满意？确实，个人有待提高的太多太多，无论知识储备、个人素养还是服务技能。我愿努力奋斗，不懈怠，不动摇，与太旅共同发展，再创佳绩！

三、学技能，多实践

导游工作是一个知识集密型和高智能的服务工作，除了要求导游员要有广博的知识外，还需要导游人员具备高超的技能，如讲解能力，组织能力，分析能力，解决问题能力等，在告诉实践中逐步的总结，不断提高自己的业务技能和服务水平。

四、带团的方法

1、掌握好游览节奏，在实施旅游计划中要做到“有张有弛，劳逸结合，有急有缓，快慢相宜”，总之，导游员就是旅游活动的“导演”，根据不同的团队，从实际情况出发，安排好，组织好旅游活动，使旅游者获得乐趣和享受，这才是一次成功的导游活动。

2、处理好几个关系即：强弱关系，多数与少数关系，劳逸关系，在团中处理好这几个关系，就能带出一个和谐欢乐的旅游团队，成功的完成一次旅游活动。

3、多沟通，交朋友沟通了解做起，交朋友从尊重对方做起。导游员和游客相处不要争强好胜。满足一时的虚荣，不要保持融洽的气氛，建立“君子”式的朋友关系。

以上是我从事导游服务工作实践中的一点体会，总结出来，以便在以后的工作中进一步改进和完善。今后仍要不断学习旅游知识，女里提高自己的业务技能，提高为游客的服务水平，为旅游业的发展做出自己的贡献。

刚到景区的第一天，是很炎热的一天。在领导的带领下我来到了景区游客服务中心，我光荣的成为了一名景区导游员。导游的主要职责是安排游览活动。根据旅游接待计划合理安排团队在景区游览活动。做好接待工作。具体落实团队在当地的食、注行、游、购。娱等各项服务；最重要的就是导游讲解。负责团队在景区参观游览中的导游讲解。

所以作为一名导游首先就是要熟悉景区的概况，领导和同事为我找来了景区的简介和导游词，但由于当时对景区的印象还停留在学生时代的游玩印象，第二天我就按照同事说的方法拿着导游词在景区里面熟悉每一个景点，同时结合导游词更深一步的了解各个景点。用这种方法很快了解了游览景区的路线，导游词也记住了大部分。第二个月我就开始单独接待导游，当然刚开始导游还是很紧张也出了很多的小错误，不过在实践中寻找不足、在实践中不断学习。慢慢的我也成为了景区一名合格的导游员。

xx年对我是一个跨越的一年，由于景区的体制改革和人事变动，我从游客服务中心来到了市场拓展中心工作。在市场拓展中心我主要负责的旅行社和媒体记者联系的工作。刚到市场拓展中心有很多工作都不熟悉，在郝处的耐心指导下和同事的帮助下，自己才能很快的投入到工作其中。在市场拓展中心虽然忙碌但是很有乐趣，有更多与外界接触的机会当然我的交际能力也得到了很大的提升。

在这一年的工作中，我在思想方面也从刚出校门的莽撞天真慢慢的学会耐心、细心、恒心。做事情之前学会分析，在实践过程中才会避免很多不必要的问题。虽然在这一年的工作中我学到了很多，但是在以后的工作中我还要继续再接再厉，让自己在岗位上做的更好。
