黄埔军校时期的徐向前介绍

1924年，在黑暗中求索的徐向前终于探出一条光明的大道来——成为孙中山创办的黄埔军校的第一批优秀学生，在革命征程上迈出了第一步。在黄埔军校学习时期，徐向前接受了正规军事训练。按学程规定，一个月入伍教育，六个月正式教育，七个月后毕业。课程按典范论、各种条令外还有战术、兵器、筑城、地形和交通通信五大教程。七个月的学习，为徐向前后来在海陆丰、鄂豫皖、川陕以及以后战争中发挥军事才能打下了坚实基础。

黄埔军校开学不久，徐向前参加了平定广州商团叛乱的战斗。毕业留校期间，他和同学们一道参加了第一次东征。在东征中，徐向前第一次率兵作战，看到学生军中的共产党员、共青团员不怕流血牺牲的英勇献身精神以及彭湃同志领导的海陆丰农民支援东征军的革命盛况，使他深受鼓舞。

hello everyone! Today, we are going to visit Chaohu Lake, one of Chinasfive major freshwater lakes and a national key scenic spot. Before visiting, letme give you an overview of it. Chaohu Lake is located in the middle of AnhuiProvince. It is named after its bird nest shape. It is 54.5 kilometers long fromeast to west, 21 kilometers wide from north to south, and covers an area of morethan 800 square kilometers. Now it is the "Inner Lake" of Hefei. Since ancienttimes, it has the reputation of "eight hundred Li Lake sky". There are mountainsin the lake and water in the mountains. It is known for its beautiful scenery.Chaohu Lake is also a famous land of fish and rice. Its silverfish, white riceshrimp and crabs are known as "three treasures of Chaohu Lake".

Chaohu, also known as "Jiaohu". It is said that Chaohu was a state inancient times. One year when it was dry, xiaobailong secretly rained to get ridof the drought. He broke the rule of heaven and was banished to earth by theemperor of heaven. In order to repay her for saving her life, she told her thatthe emperor of heaven was going to sink into Chaozhou. She told the villagers intime to make them die. However, she delayed her escape and was drowned by theflood. Later, in order to commemorate the spirit of sacrificing herself forothers, people called the lake "Jiaohu" and named a mountain in the lake"Laoshan". Of course, this is only a legend. Today, we mainly visit Zhongmiao, Laoshan island and yinpingshan peony.Dear tourists, our current location is Zhongmiao pier. This temple is Zhongmiao.Why is it called Zhongmiao? This ancient temple is named because it is locatedbetween Hefei and Chaohu Lake. It is known as "the most beautiful place in thelake". Due to the strong fragrance in the past dynasties, it is known as "SouthJiuhua, North Temple". The Zhongmiao temple was built in the Han Dynasty and hasa history of more than 20__ years. Since the Han Dynasty, it has been abandonedand repaired many times. In 1889, the 15th year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu,Li Hongzhang proposed to raise funds to build the temple. There were more than70 temples. Please have a look. Whats this? Yes, its a stick. Its used by theTaoist in the Taoist temple to hang incantations. As we all know, it is unlikelythat there is such a big stick in front of a Buddhist temple. It is said that itused to be a Taoist temple. At the beginning, it was Bixia Yuanjun, the "Empressof Zhongmiao" that we worship now. Wenfeng tower is now seven storyoctagonal, 133 steps, 51 meters high, the top of the tower inlaid with LiHongzhang. Standing on the tower, you can see shoshan and Gushan.

There is a cluster of flowers 1.5 meters above the"strange" character. This is the wild white peony on the silver screen, which isthe "most wonderful flower in the world". Every year, in the rainy season, theflowers are in full bloom,

People from all over the world will come here to watch peonies. It is saidthat this wild white peony has magical aura, which can predict the year sceneryand drought and flood situation from its blooming and withering, more and less:for example, five flowers bloom, good weather and good harvest; flowers bloomearly and wither early, there will be drought and so on. The year end is coming, before we move on to the new year, it’s high time for all of us to do a review for the year. To me, doing this annual review is like getting a report card. It’s no different with my annual review – except these results aren’t for my studies – they’re bigger. They’re for my life.

时间转瞬到年底，在我们步入新的一年之前，我们所有人都应该对这一年做个回顾总结。对于我来说，年终总结就像是拿成绩单。年终总结和成绩单一样，只不过收获的并不是学习成绩，它们更重要，是关于我的人生。

What have you experienced this year? What have you learned from them? With every experience we face, there are important things to learn. We can either let these incidences paus by, or we can stop to understand, internalize them, and draw lessons from them. Life is your school, and the lessons are dressed up as your everyday incidences. You don’t want to be living year after year without learning from your experiences. That’s just sleepwalking your life away.

这一年，你经历了些什么?从中你又学到了些什么?我们面对的每一次经历，都有一些重要的东西值得学习，我们可能会让发生的这些事情就从我们的生命中匆匆而过，或者我们也可以选择停下来，理解并消化这些经历，从中学到经验教训。生活就是你的学校，这些经验教训会假扮成每天的琐事。你也不想年复一年只是过生活，却从不从经历中学到些什么吧，那样的话，你只是在梦游度日。

There are a lot of lessons which I learn every year. Looking back at my review for , one of the biggest lessons I learned is that our reactions to life’s situations is a choice, and it’s up to how we make out of situations we encounter. This realization came after a highly intense period at my job. At that time I was already a positive person, but the situation was so out of control that it really made me negative. It was after a short period of feeling miserable that I realized that the reality was such and it was up to me to make the best out of it. I could either sit and bi-tc-h about it which would do absolutely nothing to change the situation, or I could take action and make the best out of it. This small shift in my mindset created a big shift in my reality – it made me a lot more proactive and solution-oriented. It made me realize that many of us generate unnecessary baggage with negative situations in life, and it’s all about taking action to create the lives that we want. Happineis truly a choice.

每年我都能学到很多。现在回头看看我xx年的总结，我学到的最重要的一课是“我们对生活环境的反应是一种选择”，取决于我们如何解决遇到的情况。这种感悟是在我的工作经历了一段高度紧张的阶段之后得出的。其实那时候我是个很积极向上的人，但是当时的情况完全不在我的掌控下，让我也变得消极了。有那么一小段时间，我觉得很痛苦，然后我就意识到，生活就是这样，如何做到最好取决于我自己，我可以选择干坐在那里抱怨牢骚，但这根本对改变现状一点帮助都不起;我也可以选择采取行动做到最好。

这样简单的心态转变使我的生活出现了很大的改变：我变得更加主动，积极选择解决问题的方法。这也让我意识到，我们许多人在遇到不利状况时，总是背负了太多不必要的包袱，只要采取行动，我们就能创造想要的生活。幸福快乐其实只是个选择。

Because I would write down lessons I learned each time (in my life handbook), I could then build upon my learnings. Rather than deja vuing through life situations, every time I would think about how I could apply what I had learned earlier and how I could do something different. As a result, I kept moving forward in my growth.

因为我每次都会记下学到的经验教训(在我的生活手册里)，所以我从所学中慢慢成长。每次总结后我都会想，下次遇到我会如何利用之前学到的改正错误，而不是一次次的重复犯错栽跟头。就这样，我在成长的路上一步步前进。

3. Regain focus

After working for a few years, you’d find that the years sort of just start to blend into each other. Soon it’s hard to tell one year apart from the next. Subsequently, it’s so easy to fall into a routine without being conscious of it. Sometimes I hear people commenting that they’re not sure what exactly they’ve been doing with the past few years of their lives, because everything just seems like the same.

工作了几年后你会发现，每年似乎开始有些混在一起的感觉，很难把它们区分开来。然后不知不觉，工作就很容易变成例行公事的老套路。有时候我会听到人们在说，不知道过去的几年具体都干了些什么，因为一切看起来都一样。

It’s just like driving. When you’re driving in a car, it can be hard to see where you are and where you’re heading to. On the other hand, pausing for a short moment to look at the map can be amazingly helpful. Where are you right now? How far have you traveled? Where do you want to go to? Doing so helps you to regain focus.

这就像开车一样。当你开车的时候，很难看出来你开到哪和要去哪。而另一方面，如果你停下来看看地图，你会发现超级有帮助。你现在正在哪儿?你走了有多远了?你想去哪儿?年终总结会帮你重新找到重点。

Like I mentioned above, doing my annual review is like getting the report card for my life. How do I grade myself for this year? Do I give myself an A+? A? B? C? D? or even F? This assessment reminds me if I have lived this year the way I had wanted to.

For this year , my one single biggest goal was to build this blog. So this year, while other people were figuring out what to make out of their year, I was a person on a mission. By mid-year I had already exceeded some of my goals, and now that it’s the end of the year, I’ve accomplished what I had set out to do at the beginning, and more.

在头脑中时刻绷着“过紧日子”这根弦，他说：过紧日子可以防止腐败，何况我们这个小局，经费本来就紧，尽量把资金用于执法办案中去。他不管是在当局长时，还是当分管财务的副局长，他总要求各部门要勒紧裤带，控制开支。在局里，他严格控制经费支出，压缩一切不必要的开支，从不乱花公家一分钱，尽量把工作管细。他分管财务工作以来，仅招待费就节约了数万元。作为局里的领导，亲朋好友提出帮帮忙、照顾等经常发生，他总是坚持原则，婉言拒绝。在局里，他经常教育职工，有为才有位，引导他们积极努力工作，将精力放在搞好工作，干出成绩上。他就是这样一位在家里过紧日子，在单位上也过紧日子的人。有人说：“常在河边走，哪有不湿鞋”。而他却做到了“拒腐蚀，永不沾”，用自己的实际行动过好了权力关，金钱关，名利关。

靖江王城位于桂林市市中心独秀峰下，广西师范大学内，是明太祖朱元璋其侄孙朱守谦被封为靖江王时修造的王城。

明太祖朱元璋封其重孙朱守谦为靖江王后，此处设为藩邸。朱守谦在明洪武五年(公元1372年)开始建府，历时20_年才完工。王府按照朝廷对藩王府所作的规定构筑，其主要建筑前为承远门，中为承运殿，后为寝宫，最后是御苑。围绕主体建筑还有4堂、4亭和台、阁、轩、室、所等40多处，占地19.78公顷，规模宏大。城垣东南西北四门，名为：体仁(东华门)、端礼(正阳门)、遵义(西华门)、广智(后贡门)，南北长556.6米，东西宽335.5米，通高7.92米，厚5.5米，内外警以方石，内充片石浇灰浆。所有建筑系大式歇山顶，红墙碧瓦。从建成到明代覆灭的257年中，这里住过12代14位藩王。历 270余年，是明一代封藩最长的一支。清顺治九年(1652)，农民军李定国攻克桂林，清定南王孔有德将王府焚毁自殁。现保存府第的门、殿、宫须弥座台基及石雕栏柱、陛阶和城垣。

整个王城的宫殿建筑采取严格的中轴对称，“左祖右社、前朝后寝”的布局方式营造，中轴线上的承运门、承运殿高大华丽，气势非凡，体现了王权至上的思想。方城南面的正阳门，有清代两广总督为表彰连中“三元”(解元、会元、状元)的临桂人陈继昌而立的“三元及第”坊，东华门上的“状元及第”坊则是为道光年间新科状元龙启瑞而建，西华门上的“榜眼及第”坊是为同治年间榜眼于建章而建。明代靖江王府，规模宏大，四周以巨石砌城垣，方正庄严在桂林城中自成一城，故称王城。城中有桂林众山之王独秀峰，平地拔起，众山环绕，孤峰独秀，为我独尊，有天然的王者气势。

靖江王城中最完整的明代藩王建筑物——靖江王城景区。在中国4A新定评选中，桂林靖江王城被评为中国4A景区。无论从景区规模还是历史层面来看，桂林靖江王城获此殊荣是当之无愧的。因为桂林靖江王城是中国为数不多的集大学院校、风景名胜区(独秀峰)、完整历史建筑物、历史背景于一体的综合性景区。

独秀峰王城景区位于桂林市中心，是以桂林"众山之王" --独秀峰为中心，明代靖江藩王府地为范围的精品旅游景区。景区内自然山水风光与历史人文景观交相辉映，"桂林山水甲天下"这千古名句的真迹题刻就出于此处。景区涵盖了桂林三大历史文化体系，是桂林历史文化的典型代表，走进景区就走进了桂林历史文化之门。
