第三层是一个回廊四绕的明层，也是阁中一个重要层次。在廊檐下有四幅巨型金字匾额，规格都是1.5米× 4.5米。 东为“江山入座” ， 西为“水天空霁”，南为“栋宿浦云”，北为“朝来爽气”，这些内容均系清顺治蔡士英重修滕王阁时所拟匾额。东厅两侧陈列有“銮驾”礼器，取材于“戟”、“帷”等古仪 仗，有朝天镫、月牙戟、 判官手、龙凤屏、金爪等，由苏州制作。面北耳厅陈列以“物华天宝”著称的江西工艺展品，北耳厅为一茶座，是阁中品茗、小憩之地。 中厅屏壁有2.8米×5.5米的丙烯壁画《临川梦》，取材于汤显祖在滕王阁排演《牡丹亭》的故事。

《牡丹亭》剧本写成于明万历二十六年，就是公元1598年，第二年，汤显祖首次在滕王阁上排演了这出戏，开创了滕王阁上演戏曲之先河。滕王阁由此而从一座歌舞楼台逐渐演变成戏曲舞台。画面以灰蓝色为基调，采用装饰手法，刻画戏剧人物，体现神灵感梦的故事情节，通过梦幻来体现汤公对黑暗现实的抨击，对理想社会的憧憬，表现出强烈的爱憎。 第四层与第二层建筑上看是相似的，也是一个暗层。此层主要体现“地灵”的主题。正厅的墙壁上，是丙烯壁现《地灵图》，集中反映了江西名山大川自然景观精华。画面从南往北依次是大庾岭梅关、弋阳圭 峰、上饶三清山、鹰潭龙虎山、井冈山、庐山、鄱阳湖、石钟山等。画面严谨，功力深厚，充分表现了江西“钟灵毓秀”的壮丽山川。

西厅东壁悬挂磨漆画《百蝶百花图》，选此题材，乃是根据滕王李元婴爱蝶、绘蝶之雅事。据传李元婴擅画蝶，自成一派，画界称为“滕派蝶画”。滕王的蝶画当时非常珍贵，有诗云：“腾王蛱蝶江都马，一纸千金不当价”。这幅磨漆画寄托了今人对“滕王阁”创始人李元婴的怀念。其制作工艺非常精妙:以三合板为底，贴金箔纸为底色，蝴蝶乃是用细铜丝勾勒线条，将贝壳碾成粉末敷成翅膀，画面下部盛开的白色花丛是南昌市市花金边瑞香，花瓣用蛋壳拼成。磨漆画有东方油画之誉。

五楼是最高的明层。漫步回廊，眺望四周，江水苍茫，西山叠翠，南浦飞云，章江晓渡，山水之美，尽收眼底;高楼如林，大桥如虹，公路如织，人车如流，一派城市繁荣之景象。四季之景不同，游目四望，令人心旷神怡，流连忘返。

第六层是滕王阁的最高游览层。其东、西重檐之间，高悬着2米×5米的苏东坡手书“滕王阁”金匾各一块。其内，虽是一个暗层，但设计者将中厅南北角重檐间的墙体改成了花格窗，故光线极好，与明层无异。由台座之下的底层算起，这一层实为第九层，故大厅题匾“九重天”。大厅中央，有汉白王围栏通井，下可俯视第五层，其上方对一圆拱形藻井，寓含天圆地方之意。24组斗拱由大到小，由下至上，共12层，按螺旋形排列。取意1年12个月，24个节气。斗拱采用的是明、清民间木作处理手法。彩绘采用五彩装，沥粉贴金，金碧辉煌。最顶端的彩绘，则是参照西安钟楼的彩绘式样精心绘制而成。这一螺旋式藻井，在全国古建中是不多见的，能给人以动感，凝神仰视，仿佛在不断旋转，不断变化，又给人以时空无限之感，这也正是设计者的匠心独具之处。藻并中央，悬挂精雕细刻的“母子”宫灯，随气流变化，宫灯不停地微微转动。

西厅称为“仿古展演厅”，是一座小型戏台，戏台上陈列有极为珍贵的古乐器复制件，深寓歌舞兴阁之意。其中有湖北随县出土的“曾侯乙”编钟、编磬仿制件。编钟为24件，可进行演奏，曾获得1985年的“百花奖”。编磬为32件，其厚薄不同，敲击时发音各异。此外，还有土乐“埙”、竹乐“排箫”，革乐“建鼓”、“双凤虎座鼓”，匏乐及丝乐“瑟”、殷代“虎纹磬”、“铙”等塑件，还有隋唐时代的乐俑。这些仿古乐器既是陈列品，又可利用它们进行小型的乐舞演奏。20_年后，文娱队移至北园(俯畅园)进行文艺演出。

大厅南北东三面墙上，嵌有大型唐三彩壁画--《大唐舞乐》。南面为“龙墙”，以男性歌舞乐伎为主，画面以《破阵乐舞》为大框架。据《新唐书.礼乐志》记载：唐太宗李世民为秦王时，征伐四方，破叛将刘武周，军中遂有《奏王破阵乐舞》之曲流传，歌颂其功德。李世民即位后，亲制《破阵乐舞》，其舞形及音乐“发扬蹈厉，声韵慷慨。”壁画中舞蹈者披甲执戟，作战武士打扮，具有浓厚的战斗气息和粗犷雄伟气势。《破阵乐舞》的队列当中，有两组舞蹈的表演者。右边，两名胡人表演以跳跃动作为主的《胡腾舞》，这种舞蹈为唐代西北少数民族舞蹈，出自石国，也就是唐属安西大都护府管辖，今乌兹别克塔什干一带。舞蹈者头戴珠帽，穿长衫，腰系宽带，足登软靴(多为黑色)，有诗曰：“扬眉动目踏花毯，红汗交流珠帽偏”。左边，两名舞者执剑跳起，表演的是《剑器舞》。唐代著名舞蹈艺人公孙大娘善舞剑器，杜甫在《观公孙大娘弟子舞剑器行》诗中描绘道：“如羿射九日落，矫如群帝骖龙翔。来如雷霆收震怒，罢如江海凝清光。”画面中后部，舞者身披狮皮表演《五方狮子舞》。五名舞者装扮成五头不同颜色的狮子，各立一方，表演狮子“俯、仰、驯、狎”等各种情态，有二人扮成“昆仑像”，就是戏狮的人，牵着绳，拿着拂尘彩球逗弄狮子，场面雄伟壮观，与前面的《破阵乐舞》队形有机地联系在一起。画面后部是乐台上下的伴奏乐伎。

在第五泉东面依墙筑着一块石碑，上刻“鹤冢”二字，顾名思义，这就是鹤的坟墓。大家对北宋诗人林和靖的逸事可能略知一二，传说他一生孤高自好，不娶不仕，隐居杭州孤山，喜欢种梅养鹤，有“梅妻鹤子”之说。光绪十九年，住持和尚星悟禅师在平山堂也养有两只鹤，极为珍爱，任凭双鹤戏耍自如。后来一只仙鹤患足疾而死，另一鹤悲痛欲绝，最后绝食而亡。星悟禅师深为感动，将双鹤埋葬在此，并立一石碑，上刻“鹤冢”。

各位游客，平山堂是欧阳修贬谪扬州太守时所建。可敬的是欧公不为世俗所羁，一到扬州，就爱上了蜀岗，于是在此建堂。史载，每到夏天，公务之余，他常带朋友来此饮酒赋诗，他们饮酒方式颇为特别，常叫从人去不远处的邵伯湖取荷花千余朵，分插百许盆，放在客人之间，然后让歌女取一花传客，依次摘其瓣，谁轮到最后一片则饮酒一杯，赋诗一首，往往到夜，载月而归，这就是当时的击鼓传花。大家注意看“风流宛在”的匾额，“流”字少了一点，“在”字又多了一点，大概是提醒大家做事要少一点风流，多一点实在吧。

当人们提起欧阳修时，必然会想到他的学生苏轼(苏东坡)。从平山堂往后走数米便是“谷林堂”，这是苏东坡56岁任扬州知府时为纪念欧阳修而建的，堂名取自他自己的诗句：“深谷下窈窕，高林合扶疏。”以诗的第一、二句的第二个字“谷”、“林”为堂名。

游客们：现在我们最后再去瞻仰栖灵塔。有寺庙的地方必有塔，人们常说：“救人一命，胜造七级浮屠”，浮屠是印度梵文中塔的别称。栖灵塔初建于隋文帝时，塔高九层，唐代著名诗人李白、刘长卿、刘禹锡、白居易等均曾登塔赋诗赞颂。可惜原塔在唐武宗时化为焦土。1980年鉴真大师塑像回扬州“探亲”，各界人士倡议重建栖灵塔。新建后的栖灵塔气势雄伟，成为大明寺的标志性景观。登上塔顶，扬州景观尽收眼底。

各位游客：大明寺从初建至今已有1500多年，这段历史饱经忧患，历尽沧桑，多次修葺，才有今日新貌，来之十分不易。大明寺既有美丽的湖光山色，又有古老的宗教寺庙，更有鉴真、欧阳修、苏东坡在此留下的历史印迹，观物赏景，融为一体，令人流连忘返。

5.2.2.甲方受训人员在协议期间分两批，320人日以内〔翻译除外）赴乙方接受培训。

5.2.3.首批培训时间为合同生效后的第三至第四个月，甲方派技术人员4人，翻译1人到乙方工厂接受为期160人日（每周5天工作日）的培训。内容为合同产品的设计和制造工艺。

5.2.4.第二批培训人员的培训时间为合同生效后的第八至第九个月。甲方派技术人员4人，翻译1人到乙方工厂接受为期160人日（每周5天工作日）的培训，培训内容为合同产品的设计、加工工艺、装配工艺和机器的调试。

5.2.5.甲方负担受训人员的旅费。在乙方受训期间的膳宿费及驻地和工厂之间的交通工具由乙方负责提供。

第六条 技术资料

6.以乙方应按本合同附件二规定的内容和时间，在＿＿＿＿交付技术资料。

6.2.＿＿＿＿的邮戳日期，为技术资料的实际交付日期。甲方将带有到达印戳日期的空运提单影印本1份寄给乙方。

6.3在每批技术资料发运后24小时内，乙方应将合同号、空运提单号、空运报单日期、资料项目、件数、重量、航班号和预计抵达日期用电报或电传通知甲方。同时将空运提单和技术资料详细清单各一式2份寄给甲方。

6.4.若技术资料在空运中丢失、损坏、短缺，乙方应在收到甲方书面通知后30天内，免费外寄或重寄给甲方。在甲方收到技术资料后60天内，如果没有以书面形式提出资料不全或增补要求，则视为甲方验收。

6.5.技术资料采用英文，计量单位以公制表示。

第七条 考核与验收

7.1.合同产品的第一台样机，由甲、乙双方组成的联合考核小组，按附件七规定的时间和内容进行考核。如果符合附件一规定的技术要求，即可验收，并由双方代表签署合同产品考核 验收合格证书一式4份，双方各执两份。

7.2.如果合同产品的技术性能达不到规定的技术标准，双方应友好协商，共同研究，分析原因，采取措施，消除缺陷，进行第二次性能考核。考核合格后，双方签署考核合格证书。

7.3.如果第一次考核不合格是乙方责任，乙方应自费再次派遣技术人员进特第二次考核。

7.4.经过第二次考核仍不能合格验收，若责任在于乙方，刚乙方须赔偿甲方遭受的直接损失。并采取措施艄除缺陷，进行第三次考核。

7.5.经过第三次考核仍不合格，如系乙方责任，则甲方有权终止合同，并接第九条的规定处理。若系甲方责任，则由双方协商合同进一步执行的问题。

第八条 技术改进

8.1.乙方提供的技术资料，如有不适合甲方生产条件的（如设计标准、原材料、外购配件及共他生产设备等一，乙方有责任帮助甲方修改技术资料，闪加以确认。在不影响合同产品性能情况下，应采用中国产的原材料、配套元器件和设备。

8.2.在合同有效期内，双方对合同产品的任何改进和创新，都免费将改进或创新的技术资料提供给对方。

8.3.改进或创新的技术所有权属于改进或创新一方，另一方不得对其申请专利或将其转让给第三者。

第九条 保证和索赔

9.1.乙方保证所提供的技术资料是乙方经过实际使用的最新技术资料，并保证向甲方及时提供任何改进和发明的技术资料。

9.2.乙方保证所提供的技术资料是完整的、正确的、清晰的，并保证按时交付。
