一、 指导思想：

一、课前准备要充分

充分的课前准备是上好课的前提。因此，做好课前准备在教师的日常教学工作中占有很重要的地位。所以本人坚持每堂课上课之前分析教材、确定教学目标、设计教学过程、撰写教案等，在传授新内容时还有必要准备一些教具，方便教学，并且可以吸引注意力，引发学生的学习兴趣。只有自己熟悉了课本，对课堂教学的目标就更为清晰、流程更加了然于心，对课堂教学中必需的教具、学具的运用更加恰当，才能上课不慌不忙、有逻辑顺序的带领学生思考。课前的准备，不仅仅是老师的任务，更是学生的义务，如预习教材、准备练习本、学具等。并且认真做好课前准备，使学生明确学习新课程前，自己应该做什么，怎么做；坚持不懈地做好课前准备，学生就会形成学习“定势”，由被动的进行课前准备转变为主动进行，这也形成一种良好的自主学习习惯。

二、课堂教育有点难

老师的生命就体现在上课的40分钟里，要在这短短的时间里，使师生的合作学习得到有价值的引领，很多人还在摸索探究的过程中，我也当然。我在大学里修的都是英语教育，第一次代小学数学，对我而言，是个极具挑战的活。虽然整个英语思维和数学思维大不相同，但是我还是抱着尝试的态度迎面上了。刚开始的一个月，是我最难熬的日子，我用着我自以为的上课模式上着课，用我最常用的口头表达习惯来向学生解释书上的数学名词，用我愉悦的心情来带动学生学习，然而这带来的第一单元的数学考试竟然有17个学生成绩不及格，有两个同学考试得5分，这无疑带给我一次沉重的打击。看着成绩单，我无比伤心，暗自落泪，是我自己学习得不够，使用了一些不恰当的方法，我在误人子弟，我想放弃了。幸好，身边的老师和父母都鼓励我，然而我心里的那股倔强也让我重新站上了讲台。此后，我每每上新课之前，都会认真吃透教本，上网查阅各种资料、视频来进行学习，也经常向其他老师取经。

就在4月13日这个时候学校也组织了一年一次的“教研节”， 以“传承教研文化，打造精品学科”为主题，旨在以教研节为平台，进一步抓好常规课研究，规范教师教学行为，打造教学品牌，强化教师素质，促进教师专业成长。经过此次比赛，观看优秀教师的讲课，我对教学也有了更深一层的理解，找到了一些课堂教学的基本思路，并把一些情景妙用、课堂过渡、讲解重难点的方法给记录下来，便于以后学习。

4、培养学生的阅读能力，并以这些材料为基础，扩充学生词汇量，做到每学完一篇课文，就进行词汇检测。拓宽教材，扩展学生阅读量，努力补充学生的词汇。在平时教学过程中不断扩大学生的词汇量，词汇教学以新带旧，从而达到巩固扩充词汇的目的，做到经常督促、检测。

5、加大基础写作训练的力度，大力鼓励学生学以致用。并要求学生背范文、教师精选的课文段落、写作必背句型，使学生熟悉英语的句式结构及习惯用法，从句到篇，从而写出完整的英语文章，鼓励运用背过的句型，提高学生的写作能力。

6、综合检查。准备每一单元做一次练习或测试，主要以结合当前教学内容为主要测试内容,在教学中尽量按照高考的知识体系有针对性地选择典型性题目。针对共性问题进行精讲，让学生在书本中找到解决问题的源泉，学会思考、整理和归纳。

题型专题训练：

每个专题用一课时分析设题特点、评分标准(完成句子)、指导解题技能、解题步骤;一课时训练解题步骤和解题技能。这些题型专题的训练材料以提前进入新课改高考省市的高考题为主。题型训练应结合平常的考试评讲来落实。评讲应结合解题技能、解题步骤来评析，让学生形成良好的做题习惯。

听力专题训练：

每周四次，以高考题型为主，第一次为泛听，在学生听完选出答案后教师给出正确答案，学生自己对照评分，将错题做上记号;第二次细听主要让学生将错题再做一次，与正确答案核对，尽力听懂所有内容并且动口模仿复述。

二、协会组织和制度不断完善

英语协会20xx年上学期，重新修改了协会组织部门，并得到会员的一致通过。将原来的九个部门合并调整为七个部门的新的组织，包括口语部、秘书处、学术部、编辑部、宣传部、文艺部、外联部。英语协会例会无故迟到三次者将开除出英协会每月第四周周四召开定期的管理层人员会议，无故缺席者将开除出英语协会。会议期间，手机调成振动或关机;会议结束后，将桌椅摆好，熄灯。

本学期是学生逐渐认识和适应高中英语学习的关键时期，计划在上学期的基础上，继续培养学生能力，特别是理解、分析和阅读、应用能力。

本学期必修3、必修4两个模块，每一模块5个单元，共10个单元的教学内容。按3周2个单元的进度完成10个单元的教学内容。本期教学课时仍然紧,教材内容多，知识覆盖面大，在上好教本的同时，继续把学生学过但掌握不好的时态、语态、句式、定语从句、状语从句、动词不定式以及部分词汇、短语、句型在本学期10单元的教学中得以重现和巩固。

1、除了参加集备，还要认真进行个人备课。个人备课除常规要求外，还需留意以下几点:

2、确定好教学目标。教学目标应当根据“课标”的要求写，要注意体现当前教学内容的特点和本质，并且要有可操作性。

3、注重备方法。将备课引向深入，由重备内容到重备方法，要重点研究突出重点、突破难点的方法，同时利用单元话题，联系实际生活，让课堂也有趣味性。每一个环节都要精打细算，力争用最短的时间教会学生最多的内容。

4、研究教学内容的取舍。在备课过程中，认真研究新课程标准，钻研教材，并对教材进行整合和适当的删减，认真编写和挑选课辅资料，有的可以让学生自学，有的干脆舍弃：如workbook上的作业，难度很大，而且与高考题型不符。

5、认真听课评课。听课、评课，取长补短。教师教学各有风格，互相听课，取人之长，补己之短，共同提高。

6、谨慎选择教辅资料。市面教辅资料众多，而且鱼龙混杂，所以要认真筛选。目前用的《世纪金榜》，内容比较成熟，难度与高考接近。

7、作业布置得当。

针对艺术生，作业量不宜过多，量要适中;既要有层次性，又要有选择性;针对性要强，难度要适中。

实习的经历很短暂，但却十分的充实。在这个陌生的社会环境中，我充分体会到了过去那些知识和经验的运用，有体会到了很多不了解的技巧和方法。更重要的是，我在实习的工作中认识了很多的新的朋友，新的知识!这都让我对这个世界更加了解，更加开阔了我的视野!增长了我的体会和收获!

一、进入社会的体会

这不是我第一次体会社会，在过去的寒暑假期间我也曾尝试过在社会中吸收经验。但是，这次的体验却让我第一次深入到了社会的生活中来，让我体会到了真正的社会工作者是怎样的的体会。那种感觉真的十分的——辛苦!

过去，我以为成年人的生活只是在工作的时候会辛苦一些，所以一直都没没能真正的体会父母的无奈。但真正的开始了自己的实习之后，我才明白，辛苦不仅仅是工作上的!在生活中，我们不仅要处理家务、管理财政，还要对往来的人际关系以及今后的工作做准备……这些都还仅仅是生活的一部分，但想要做好这一部分就已经很不容易了，更别说是在工作后。

为此，在体会了这次的实习经历后，我也真正的感受到了父母在这样的情况下供养我生活和读书是多么的不容易，为此我也要更加的努力，更加的去回报他们!

二、实习工作的体会

在实习的工作中，我作为新人得到了很多的照顾和原谅。在工作中我一直在领导的指点下培训并完成工作任务，为此也经常有犯错的时候。但领导会在批评后继续指点我，这也让我在工作中更加努力和认真，再不让自己继续犯下同样的错误。

此外，在工作中还有很多的同事。虽说我们一般交流的话很少，但在工作中他们却十分的照顾我，还有时会到教导我一些工作的技巧和方法，让我在工作中取得了更大的成绩。

三、实习的收获

通过这次的实习，在工作方面，我收获了知识和经验，了解了公司的环境以及--行业的工作要求和目标。并且，通过工作上的努力和奋斗，我也学会了责任，了解了作为一名工作者的义务。

而在生活方面，我了解了社会生活的许多技巧，也在独立和自我管理上大大的锻炼了自己，让自己能在生活中有严格的作息习惯，保证每天的热情和精神!

今年我校共有14个教学班，学生整体水平较差，并且类别较多，既有普通文化课生，又有美术特长生，音乐特长生和体育特长生。学生生源构成复杂，大部分来自农村，城区学生少，普遍英语底子差，基础薄。

教学内容

高一教材必修一和必修二，共十个单元。

具体安排：对于10个模块，每一单元用6课时，课本的学习可以这样进行：

①阅读两篇文章及处理语言点共需三课时;

②听力(+检查训练)一课时;

③ 写作一课时;

④单元检测一课时。

主要工作

1、全面做好初高中衔接工作

高中学段和初中学段在教学对象、教学内容、教学要求、教学方式和学习方式方面均存在着一定的差异。因此，帮助高中学生了解这些差异，引导他们尽快适应高中的学习与生活，是摆在新学期高一教师面前的迫在眉睫的任务。为了使学生打牢基础不至于出现知识断层，在开新课之前，拿出一周左右的时间搞好高初中之间的衔接，为开新课做好准备。

时间安排：一周左右

课时安排：

第一课时：音标。目的是培养学生的拼读单词和自学单词的习惯和能力。

第二课时：词类与句子成分。例句必须经典、简练、上口，以学生易于熟悉记忆与再现为准。

第三课时：语法线索：在整体梳理初中所学语法现象的基础上，以一段“自我介绍”涵盖初中主要的语法内容。

第四课时：教材编排特点分析、学习要求和学习方法指导。

另外，在其中穿插一些小型测试(如词汇测试等)、写作或阅读等内容。

1、认真研究新课程标准，认真研究新教材，在集体备课的基础上认真备课、上课，认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。

2、单词一直是学生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。

3、为了提高学生的听力水平，从高一就开始就对学生进行听力训练。除了利用课堂上的时间外，还坚持每周三次利用课余时间给学生集体放听力。

4、坚持每周一次作文训练，训练题材、方法力求多样化，并能及时进行讲评。鼓励学生写英文日记，对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。

5、阅读理解能力的培养是高中教学的重点，也是高考的重头戏。在单元教学中专门抽出一节课作为阅读课，并且有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。

6、集体备课是提高教学质量和整体教学水平的有力保证，有利于经验丰富的教师与年轻教师互为补充、共同提高。坚持每周一次的集体备课，集体备课前先确立一名中心发言人，由中心发言人先确定下周所教模块的重点、难点及在高考中的比重及为完成教学内容所用的教法，然后全组人员共同探讨，最后确定下来。每天的集体备课与说课，备课组长要负责组织，定时间、定地点、定主讲人。

7、加强听评课。听课、评课，取长补短。教师教学各有风格，教师间应互相听课，可以听本校的，也可以到外校听课，做到取人之长，补己之短，共同提高。

8、开展英语课外活动，提高学习兴趣：

1)、开展课外英语竞赛活动：如开展英语口语(演讲)竞赛、书法比赛、写作比赛(借助各类英语传媒开展)、英语朗诵比赛、英语歌咏比赛、英文歌曲比赛等;开展课本剧表演等。以活动促教学。

2)、利用现代化教学媒体创设语言环境。如利用饭前、饭后时间让学生收看英语电视节目，利用周末时间让学生观看经典英文影片等。

本学期我继续担任初三x、x班的英语教学工作。初三学年是学生英语学习发生质的变化的一年，教学工作显得非常重要，必须为即将到来的中招考试打好基础。一部分学习优异的学生已步入英语学习的殿堂，他们掌握了灵活的方法，对老师所讲的每一知识点都能心领神会，成绩颇为理想。还有一部分学生由于英语底子差，基础薄，学习态度还存在某些偏差，固而导致英语成绩不理想，针对这一状况，本学期坚持“夯实基础，狠抓双基，改进教法，激发兴趣，提高能力”的指导思想，力争缩小两极差距，做好全面教学工作。

具体安排：

一、本学期新课的教学内容比第一学期要少，每个单元计划10课时。其余的时间用来进行综合复习。

二、本学期的语法教学内容为中招考试的六大时态：一般现在时，一般过去时，现在完成时，一般将来时，现在进行时和过去进行时。同时还要复习其它的语法知识，如被动语态，构词法，不定代词，疑问词加不定式的用法等等。

三、为了使学生打牢基础不至于出现知识断层，本学期要有计划的把学生学过的但掌握不好的时态、句式、状语从句、动词不定式以及部分掌握不好的词汇、短语、句型分插于教学中再次进行复习。

四、认真研究新课程标准和中招考试要求，尤其与旧大纲不同的地方，清楚哪些内容是考试的内容，哪些内容是已经不考的，哪些内容已经学的。在集体备课的基础上认真备课、上课，认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。

五、为了减轻初三学生听力训练的压力，提高学生的听力水平，从一开始就对学生进行听力训练。除了利用课堂上的时间外，还坚持每周利用课余时间给学生集体放听力。

初三阶段的英语教学工作十分关键，而由于以前英语底子不平衡，个别学生学习兴趣不高，在这种情况下，就需要更加深入地研究教材，根据学科特点及学生特点研究切实可行的课堂教学模式。努力探索适合学生特点、学生乐于接受的教学方法及模式。同时，要进行分层次教学。对于好的学生要加大知识的容量，拓展知识的层面，使好学生成绩更上一层楼;对于差生要因势利导，因材施教，使差生在原有的基础上有所提高。

20xx年到来了，新学期也开始了，20xx年的教学生涯中，我想每一届学生都不一样，教学过程也丰富多变。即使是重复同样的教材，教学的整个过程却不一样，感受也不一样。这是一种生动的重复，在教学中因为熟悉才更有底气，还能在此基础上富有创造性地工作。根据学校的发展计划，提高课堂教学有效，我对本期个人教学计划如下：

1. 专研课本，提高课堂效率

从去年的考题积累中，我将课本教学与中考考点联系的紧密一些，对知识考点能有敏锐的观察力，有利于学生能在考卷中，提高分数，当然了，这也给我带来了工作量，我想基础的积累有利于我对课堂四十五分钟的把握。我立足于中考必备的考题，学习哈尔滨教师的专研课本和试题变化，使自己的教学水平提高的更有效。

2.提高备课组的效率

我们组的教师年龄队伍居中，对王**老师之外，其他的老师而言，我都了解他们的教学风格，教学能力和教学态度，我应该融洽组内的和谐，把合作和竞争放在一个平衡点上，有利于初二英语教学整体的提高，而不是在残酷的竞争中，消耗了我们的能量，要开阔的看待自己的教学，落后了，一定有其原因，要查明，再提高!

3. 开拓自己的教学视野

本学期的公开课很多，通过年轻教师的展示，提供给我学习的平台，因为你身边的每一位教师都不是你的竞争对手，其实，都是你的学习榜样，哪怕这个人缺点很多的，对于我来讲，他们都是提高我对课堂教学思考的一个起点，应努力去学习!

4. 提高案例分析能力

无论课堂教学还是班主任工作，我们都有太多思考的地方，每一天的故事很多，在眼前消失，太可惜了，在平凡枯燥重复的工作中，要有发现的眼睛，我们总是匆匆而过，没有很好的使用这个资源。都是写写反思，就是因太忙的理由，而放弃了，我本学期对这点上，我会提高我的能力。

5. 从读经典中，获取无尽的智慧力量

大量读书，让我开阔了视野，对待教育问题，能从容多了，20xx年里，看过了很多的书籍，开始的时候，没有理由，20xx年的光阴证明了还是积累沉淀了很多的思想，快速地让我提升了，在对待课堂教学问题和育人问题上，我的敏锐性要好一些，我想坚持读书，依然是本学期的重点。

6. 预习稿的改进

通过一年的使用，我对预习稿在实践中，有了新的认识，我可以再通过初二的使用，来完成预习稿的论文完成，形成理论框架，但是，必须还是搜集比较整理探究完成这个难得课题，从自己的班级到整个的学年，难度很大，但是，还是要尝试一下。

7. 加强21世纪报的阅读量的积累

二十一世纪报，通过多年的使用，有了一套自己的套路，有利于单词积累和开拓学生的视野，提高有效性，还是必要的。坚持做下去。

教学有没有兴味，全在于你有没有给它足够的重视。你要是认真备课，认真上课，认真批改，我想不可能不进步的。珠河十年越去了，展望未来，课堂教学有效性真是一个竞争点，所以，我还是提高自己的教学能力，提高个人的教学效率。新的学期开始，奔着美好前行!

虽然大部分学生在小学已接触过英语，但学生以前不大重视英语，造成英语两极分化严重，且学习进取性低。所以，现阶段最重要的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣和进取性，帮忙他们增强信心，克服困难。除了从思想上给予引导之外，在教学上，有针对性、目的性、有系统、有计划地上好课。所以我制定了初一英语教学上学期工作计划。

一、教材分析

本套初一教材共分12个单元，每单元分sectiona和sectionb以及selfcheck三部分。

sectiona：1a呈现本单元的重点单词，语法结构与功能;1b呈现任务型听力练习;1c结对练习核心对话;2a，2b是多种听力练习;2c呈现不一样的任务。grammarfocus呈现语法-能重点;3a-4b供给多种课堂活动。

sectionb：1a此会扩展;1b新旧知识综合运用，同时在原有基础上有所扩展;2a，2b为听力练习;3a-3c供给各类练习形式，随着所学资料的加深，逐步扩展成阅读和写作练习。4a为创造性活用所学知识供给各类课堂活动。

selfcheck：使学生对自我的英语水平有明确的认识。自我评价，包括词汇知识的评价，语言应用本事的评价和幽默。

二、教学措施

初一年级是英语学习的基础阶段，也是养成好习惯的关键时期。基础打不好、习惯不良，直接影响学生整个初中阶段，乃至高中、大学的英语学习。所以做好初一英语的教学工作至关重要。对此我制定以下措施：

1、每一天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每一天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读资料，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持检测等构成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每月给学生检验自我努力成果的机会，让提高的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里构成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小提高、小转变中体味学习的欢乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

教材特点

1、强调语言运用。本教材体现交际教学思想，注重学生语言应用能力的培养。在起始阶段采用“全身动作反应法”，让学生在做中学，在唱中学，在玩中学。

教学方法建议

一、词汇教学(Let’s learn)

Let’s learn部分的词汇是围绕话题归类出现的。与前四册不同的是，从五年级上册开始，Let’slearn中的部分或全部词汇要求学生做到听说读写四掌握。

教法注意点

1、注意词汇的呈现方式

2、利用Let’s start 部分引入新词。Let’s start既可以复习三四年级的已学过的单词和句型，

还可以在与学生的交流中自然引入新单词，让学生在理解词义的基础上朗读、拼读新词。

3、在交际中教学单词。教师应力求在语言交流中教单词，用旧词联系新的语言，融会语言

和词汇的教学。不要为了教单词而教单词，也不要让学生死记，要把它放到具体的对话(句子)中学习。

4、充分发挥单词卡片的作用。

二、对话教学(Let’s talk Pair work Group work)

本册教材浓缩了原有的情景会话，更突出了目标句型。为给学生提供灵活运用语言的机会，这部分还提供可供替换的内容。为此，教师应做相应的调整。

1、 在听力活动中感知新的语言(Let’s try )。在原来Let’s talk一页设计了新板块Let’stry，这个听力练习用来帮助学生进一步熟悉Let’s learn部分的.学过的新词，并在进入Let’stalk新句型的学习之前先从听觉上感知新语言，方便了教师针对目标语言从听说读写四方面循序渐进达到教学目标。如学生听不懂，可反复播放录音，学生通过听音 看图理解关键词判断出正确答案。

2、在理解语言的基础上学说语言

(1)抓住主句型，替换关键词操练主句型。如在第四单元A部分的主句型为：Can you……..?Yes, I can. No , I can’t.教师可引导学生替换动词单词，突出重点地操练语言。依然需要为学生创设真实的语言环境，让学生在自然的交流中逐步掌握主句型，为Read andwrite打好基础。

(2)教师应面向全体，尤其是接受能力差的学生。

(3)教师要充分使用各种手段，使学生在真实的交际环境中巩固、掌握新语言。

三、阅读理解教学(Read and write )

这部分的教学目标是：读懂对话或短文;完成检测学生理解程度的填充句子练习;听说读写四会掌握一组句子;完成一项综合运用语言的任务型语言活动。

这部分的注意点：

1、不应象Let’s talk中那样教，应降低要求，并不作要求全部会认读;

2、write部分照样子“抄”并不是“写”，应该让学生自己扩展，运用到现实中去;

3、可以表扬加鼓励写的好的同学可以少“写”;

4、要从开始就培养学生良好的书写习惯。

这部分的教学建议：

1、学生阅读对话，可以同桌或小组合作的形式进行。(约5分钟)

2、教师解惑答疑、设计问题以考察理解程度，并引导学生完成填充句子的练习。(约5-10分钟)

3、学生全体参与任务型活动，实际运用所学语言。(约10-15分钟)

4、课堂完成活动手册。(约5-10分钟)

四、语音训练(Pronunciation)

这一册PartC中Pronunciation很重要，不能省略。教师在教学过程中不要直接告诉学生这些字母组合的发音，而是要启发他们通过仔细听录音和观察单词的结构来发现读音规则。在学生掌握后，鼓励他们尝试认读一些未曾学过但符合发音规律的新词，从而增加学生学习语音的成就感，培养他们自主学习的能力。
