博格达峰简介

[博格达峰]位于昌吉州阜康市境内，与乌鲁木齐直线距约60km，西北与阜康市直线距约 49km，有柏油路面可通至天池，海拔5445m。博格达峰是东部天山第一高峰，海拔五千四百四十五米，耸立在阜康县南的群山之上。主峰和左右两峰肩连，三峰并起，形如峰架，巍峨壮观。峰区15km范围内海拔超过5000m的山峰有7座，呈近东西向排列，延伸约9km，其中三座相距甚近，仅2.5km，连为一体，主峰居东，即博格达峰。4800m至峰顶，岩石大部分裸露，主要由海西中期侵入的辉长岩组成，由于冰蚀作用，角峰和刃脊十分发育。 3800~4800m，岩石出露面积较小，大部分为冰雪覆盖，此段发育冰川10余条。3800m以上，峰西平均坡度49。，北坡约40。，东坡和南坡较平缓，约30。多。冰川末端高度约在3400米左右。1600~2800m的中山带分布森林和草甸植被，景色秀丽，著名的天池即处于云杉林带之中。

峰顶冰川积雪，终年不化，银光闪烁，与山谷中的天池绿水相映成趣，构成了此地高山平湖的优美景色。博格达峰上狂风怒号，气候恶劣，温度常在冰点以下，似乎很难相信那里会有生物。那里纵有少量的水也都冻成了冰。可是，在冰雪覆盖的沙石上，雪莲以及其他无名花卉却养成了惊人的适应能力，居然能在这样恶劣的环境中生，可以说是奇迹。博格达峰下起伏的群山，资源丰富。雪线以上生长着雪豹和雪鸡。松林里出没着狍子，遍地长着蘑菇，还有党参、黄芪和贝母等药材。群山之下埋茂着铜、铁和云母等多种矿物。古代许多骚人韵士曾经赋诗赞美博格达峰。此峰位于昌吉回族自治州境内，所以被视为本州的锡徵。[博格达山]最早隆起于晚二迭世，在中生代和早第三纪遭受剥蚀夷平，在喜马拉雅运动中再次隆升为雄伟的山峰。峰区基本保持原始自然景观。该峰已对外开放，成为新疆对外开放的15座山峰之一。登顶路线主要有两条，一条从天池到小冬沟口，再沿大冬沟至三个岔达坂，从此可登顶；另一条从四工河沿沟而上，至力行达坂（3700m），再登顶。峰区主要开展登山、科考、探险等活动，也有些游客喜欢穿越达坂，做翻越天山的考察活动。

郑培民同志事迹简介

郑培民1943年7月23日出生于吉林省海龙县，1962年考入吉林大学物理系学习。1969年加入中国共产党。1968年至1970年初，郑培民同志到辽宁省3275部队锻炼。1970年3月分配到湖南省湘潭电机厂工作。

1983年至1992年，郑培民同志先后担任湘潭市委副书记、书记，湘西土家族苗族自治州州委书记。1992年10月至1995年10月，任湖南省人民政府副省长。1995年10月，任湖南省委副书记。2001年1月，郑培民同志当选为湖南省人大常委会副主任，同年11月起主持湖南省人大常委会工作。

2002年3月11日，郑培民同志因突发心肌梗塞，在北京逝世，享年59岁。

在湘西埋头苦干1990年5月，湘潭市委书记郑培民被调往湘西土家族苗族自治州，出任州委书记。

湘西,是全国著名的少数民族贫困山区。每逢青黄不接时，全州有三四成百姓断娘。为此，自治州开始推行“双两大”地膜玉米新技术。从这一年起，全州的粮食开始自给。

凡是群众写给他的信，郑培民总是坚持自己拆看。下农村，郑培民要到农民家去，掀开锅盖，瞧瞧吃的什么饭；看看猪圈牛栏的家畜，撩开蚊帐摸摸农民床上的被褥。郑书记还爱在农民吃饭，筷子直奔油辣的农家菜，粗糙的饮食也嚼得津津有味。有时，他还会宿在农家。

抗洪大堤呆60多天

1998年，惊涛骇浪挑战常德。1998年7月24日晚，安乡县安造垸溃垸。这个垸子里，有县城和5个乡镇、一个农杨，共18万人，其中四分之三的人口和财产，集中在安乡县城。

郑培民在安乡指挥了三大战役：赶在洪水扑到之前，抢修了一条11公里的隔堤，保住了安乡县城；指挥堵塞书院洲溃口，用血肉之躯扼住了洪水之喉；湖北境内的黄金大垸溃决后，统帅抗洪大军进行了一场惊心动魄的北大堤保卫战，拒千里洪峰于湖南重镇常德市之外……

就着堤外滚滚洪水，郑培民坐在堤上，吃着盒饭，静静地度过了自己的55岁生日。

妻子的“三不”政策

几十年中，他的妻子杨力求的工作单位只变动过一次，就是从湘潭市新华书店调到了省新华书店，职务仍然是一名普通职工。

妻子敬重郑培民的为人，更注重维护丈夫的形象。杨力求有个“三不”：不帮人向郑培民带任何信，不传口信，不接受任何礼品。他们的儿子说：“在廉政问题上，爸爸把前门，妈妈守后门。”

细心工作，彰显自我

每当在电视上看见播放人民警察的画面就让我非常敬佩，仰慕。警察，代表着正义和善良。能有机会加入公安队伍，成为一名警务辅助人员，让我感到非常荣幸。

三个月以来的工作经历，让我对公安工作由完全不懂到逐步熟悉，每天做好通知签收、报表统计上报、案宗上传等工作。虽然加班加点是常有的事，会失去很多与家人团聚的时间，与朋友相聚的机会，但是，能够用这些时间为人民群众多做实事、多做好事，我觉得一切都是值得的!

通过这段时间的历练，我觉得要想做一名称职的辅警，必须要熟练掌握整体公安业务工作，精通群众工作，而这都需要提高自身能力和素质。我认为，可以从以下几个方面提升自己。

首先要提高协助执法能力。工作中，要积极主动参与协助办案，在各类案件发生后，要主动配合做好辅助工作。同时，要善于思考问题，发挥自身特长，学会举一反三，尽最大努力为办案民警提供帮助。

其次要提高语言表达能力。我们从事的是协助民警日常接处警、执法办案及走访群众等工作，应该时刻注意自己的一言一行，一举一动，考虑问题尽可能周到全面，说话办事尽量适当得体，特别是对待群众纠纷、救助，一定要有平和心。

再则要提高事物处理能力。辅警是基层公安工作的重要辅助力量，具备解决纠纷、处理事情的能力尤为重要。因此要向身边各位前辈看齐，认真学习、积极思考，努力提升自己解决问题的能力。

最后要提升调查研究能力。这就需要我们对辖区情况的深入了解和彻底分析的正确把握上，然后得出正确的结论，向领导和其他民警同志提供有价值的情报信息，为决策做好服务，更好地贡献自己的力量。

通过辅警招考，我被分配到派出所工作。在派出所工作的三个月以来，让我对公安工作有了更深的了解和体会，感触颇深。

在这段时间里，我认为要做好公安工作，就要做好以下八个字，即诚信、敬业、团结、创新，我的理解是：

诚信就是诚实，不做虚假的事，目的是要做到让百姓认可，让百姓认识到有事找警察，只要警察能办的，我们都会全力解决;不能办的或办不到的，要给其指出解决问题的途径。

靳国所在的雷锋车队组建于XX年，他将助人的温暖绵延了整整7个年头，将雷锋精神播撒在菏泽的大街小巷。

连续7年高考期间接送考生，连续6年接送特教中心聋哑儿童游菏泽，连续5年载老年公寓老人外出旅游，他分文不取；为汶川地震灾区捐款、为北京奥运助威、为遇难出租车司机白刚捐款、与济南出租车司机爱心接力接送黄堽脆骨病“瓷娃娃”，他次次不落；

多年的班主任工作经验，我已经有了自己的一套自创的班主任工作方法，总结起来就是“亲”和“巧”这两个字。

在日常的学习生活中，我把每一个学生都当成自己的孩子。让每一个孩子都感受到来自老师的亲情与关爱。课间，我总是在走到学生中间，蹲下来和孩子们聊天，发现他们的闪光点和变化就及时当众表扬。赞美是我赢得学生爱戴的法宝。另外，我还特别关注“特殊学生”。我关心哪个孩子为什么独自发呆、哪个孩子在日记中落泪……这些年我不但是学生的语文老师，更是孩子们的生活老师、心理老师。正因为师生之间有了亲情的纽带，才有了心与心的交流，才真正做到了“亲其师信其道”。
