壮族节庆礼仪的饮食习俗简介

壮族最隆重的节日莫过于春节，其次是七月十五中元鬼节、三月三、清明上坟、八月十五中秋，还有端午、重阳、尝新、冬至、牛魂、送灶等等，几乎每个月都要过节。

过春节一般在腊月二十三过送灶节后便开始着手准备，要把房子打扫得窗明几净，二十七宰年猪，二十八包粽子，二十九做糍粑。除夕晚，在丰盛的菜肴中最富特色的是整煮的大公鸡，家家必有。壮族人认为，没有鸡不算过年。

年初一喝糯米甜酒、吃汤圆(一种不带馅的元宵，煮时水里放糖)，初二以后方能走亲访友，相互拜年，互赠的食品中有糍粑、粽子、米花糖等，一直延续到十五元宵，有些地方甚至到正月三十，整个春节才算结束。

三月三按过去的习俗为上坟扫墓的日子，届时家家户户都要派人携带五色糯米饭、彩蛋等到先祖坟头去祭祀、清扫墓地，并由长者宣讲祖传家史、族规，共进野餐。

还有的对唱山歌，热闹非凡。1940年后，这一传统已逐步发展到有组织的赛歌会，气氛更加隆重、热烈。其他节日食俗也都各有讲究，各具特色，比如中元吃鸭、端午吃粽、重阳吃粑等等。

壮族的粽子分为包米粽(用浸泡后的糯米包扎)和包糕粽(经浸好的糯米水磨成浆和过滤成“糕”后再包扎。

“包菜”也称“包生饭”，是三月三、四月八(牛魂节)许多壮族地区人们爱吃的节日食品。其方法新鲜别致，即用“包生菜”的宽嫩叶包上一小口饭，放入口中嚼吃。颇有独特风味。

壮族是个好客的民族，过去到壮族村寨任何一家作客的客人都被认为是全寨的客人，往往几家轮流请吃饭，有时一餐饭吃五、六家。不管远亲近邻来家做客，都要以礼相迎，热情接待。

平时即有相互做客的习惯，比如一家杀猪，必定请全村各户每家来一人，共吃一餐。招待客人的餐桌上务必备酒，方显隆重。敬酒的习俗为“喝交杯”，其实并不用杯，而是用白瓷汤匙。两人从酒碗中各舀一匙，相互交饮，眼睛真诚地望着对方。婚丧嫁娶、盖房造屋，以及小孩满月、周岁等红白喜事，都要置席痛饮。

一般要有扣肉、米粉肉、清煮白肉块、猪肝、白斩鸡、烤乳猪、豆腐圆、油炸蓉(用油豆腐加工而成)、笋片、鱼生等8或10道菜。实行男女分席，但一般不排座次，不论辈分大小，均可同桌。

并且按规矩，即便是吃奶的婴儿，凡入席即算一座，有其一份菜，由家长代为收存，用干净的阔叶片包好带回家，意为平等相待。每次夹菜，都由一席之主先夹最好的送到客人碗碟里，然后其他人才能下筷。壮族丧葬酒席多为素菜，只有出殡以后才能吃荤。

各位游客大家好，

我们此次游览的景点是世界文化遗产、国家4A级景区、国家重点文物保护单位——沈阳故宫。首先呢，我们一齐来看一下沈阳故宫的平面图。

沈阳故宫始建于公元1625年。先后经过三次大规模建设，构成了东、中、西三路格局。东路建立于清太祖努尔哈赤时期，主要建筑是大政殿和十王庭;中路建于清太宗皇太极时期，主要的建筑是大清门、崇政殿、凤凰楼、清宁宫;西路呢，建于清乾隆年间，主要建筑是戏台、嘉荫堂、文溯阁和仰熙斋，它因存放《四库全书》而闻名。那么作为我国现存最完好的两座古代帝王宫殿之一呢，沈阳故宫与北京故宫遥相呼应，却又有着截然不一样的建筑风格。此刻呢我们就来领略一下昔日皇宫的风采。

首先我们看到的是中路建筑的大清门，它俗称午门，也就是沈阳故宫的正门。是当时文武群臣候朝的地方，也是清太宗皇太极理解群臣谢恩之处。那么这座门为什么叫做大清门呢?正统的说法是清朝的国号为清，皇宫的正门就是国门，所以称为大清门。还有一个传说，这座木门呢在建成之后呢并没有名称，只是叫做大门。之后，皇太极改国号为大清，听说北京明朝皇宫的宫门叫大明门，于是为了体现针锋相对，就将此门命名为大清门。

我们穿过大清门，此刻正面的建筑就是崇政殿。崇政殿原名“正殿”，俗称金銮殿。崇德元年定名为崇政殿。它是皇太极日常处理军政要务、接见外国使臣和边疆少数民族代表的地方。

我们能够看到崇政殿为五间九檩硬山式建筑，殿顶铺黄琉璃瓦，镶绿剪边，那么请各位游客注意的是殿顶的琉璃瓦，有去过北京故宫的朋友必须会清楚地记得北京故宫的琉璃瓦是黄色的，而沈阳的琉璃瓦是黄色镶绿剪边。那么这是沈阳故宫与北京故宫的重要差别之一。

我们走上月台。那么在月台两侧分别有用于计时的日晷，和用于存放标准计量单位的嘉量亭。我们看到在月台上呢还设有四口大缸，那么大家明白它们是做什么用的吗?那我告诉大家吧，他叫做“吉祥缸”古代称它是“门海”，是皇宫中重要的防火设施，象征缸中水多似海，能够镇火灾。

我们走上须弥座。抬头看上方的牌匾是用满文和汉文书写的“崇政殿”。请游客看左边的满文，我们有个形象的比喻“中间一根棍，两边都是刺，加上圈和点，就是满文字儿”。那么沈阳故宫的牌匾都是满文在左，汉文在右。而北京故宫的牌匾都是汉文在左，满文在右。那么这是沈阳故宫与北京故宫的差别之二。

我们抬头看崇政殿内上方悬挂的“正大光明”匾额，是由顺治皇帝手谕的。下方呢是皇帝的宝座，据说宝座上绘制雕刻有8条金龙，再加上坐在宝座上的真龙天子，正好是中国古代最大的阳数九条龙。此刻崇政殿呢，我们就游览到那里。

眼前的雄伟建筑呢，就是凤凰楼。它建在3。8米高的青砖台基上，为三层歇山式建筑。它原名翔凤楼，是皇太极休息、宴会和读书之所。我们看到正门上方悬挂的“紫气东来”横匾呢，是由乾隆皇帝手谕的。意思是大清朝国运强盛的福气是从东方的盛京传来的。那么凤凰楼不仅仅是当时后宫的正门，又是当时盛京城的最高建筑，所以有“凤楼晓日”之称，并被列为盛京八景之一。传说呀当年站在凤凰楼上就能够看到抚顺城呢。

穿过凤凰楼呢我们来到了一处院落，此处呢就是皇太极的后宫所在。我们正面的是皇太极的中宫“清宁宫”。它原名正宫，是沈阳故宫中最具满族住宅特色的建筑。我们能够看到它的门呢开在靠东的一侧。形如口袋，所以称为“口袋房”。东一间呢是皇太极和孝端文皇后博尔济吉特氏的寝宫，又称暖阁。寝宫分为南北两室，各有火炕又称龙床。1643年，皇太极就在那里‘端坐无疾而终’，终年52岁，后葬于昭陵。那么在东侧第二间的窗下呢，设有两口大锅，它是用来干什么的呢?我来解释一下，这两口锅是用来祭祀的。满族人信奉萨满教。人们将热酒灌进猪的耳朵，如果猪耳朵有晃动即表示神灵已经接收该祭品。如果不动，则表示神灵不满意，则本次祭祀活动不能在进行下去了。那么猪由于受到刺激就会摇头，满族人认为此时的猪已经通神，成为连接天地的媒介。于是呢就将猪宰杀后洗干净，切成大块，放入北侧的两口大锅里清水煮熟，那煮熟的肉呢就饿放入木槽中供奉给神灵享用，然后再分给参加祭祀的人们，称为“吃福肉”，满族人相信吃了福肉，福气就会降临到每个人的身上。

那么我们此刻来到西一侧的房间，西侧呢三间通连，北、西、南三面搭成相连的环炕，称为“万字炕”，那里既是皇帝举行内宫便宴之处，也是满族巫人萨满为皇帝和国家祈神的地方。

清宁宫与汉族建筑不一样的地方还在于它的烟囱建在屋后，而且是从地面向上垒起的。一会我们在绕道后面看这个烟囱。清宁宫的这种“口袋房，万字炕，烟囱建在地面上”的建筑特点具有满族特有的民族风格。

我们出了清宁宫呢，大家看到的这其他四座寝宫分别是：关雎宫、麟趾宫、衍庆宫、永福宫。我们下方逐一参观。

关雎宫是皇太极一生中最宠爱的宸妃——海兰珠的寝宫。海兰珠是中宫皇后的亲侄女，永福宫庄妃的亲姐姐。海兰珠嫁皇太极时已经26岁，但皇太极却对海兰珠有着很深的感情。海兰珠由于亲生的八皇子早逝，终日郁郁寡欢，在崇德六年病逝。在他死后两年，皇太极也去世了，据说皇太极的早逝与两年前宸妃的病逝有着密切的关系。

这是衍庆宫，是皇太极淑妃的寝宫，其女，被皇太极嫁给多尔衮为妻

这是麟趾宫，是皇太极贵妃娜木钟的寝宫，其子博果尔曾在皇太极死后成为福临皇位的最大竞争者。后成为朝中重臣。

我们最之后看看皇太极后妃中地位最低的永福宫。永福宫是庄妃博尔济吉特氏的宫室。若论及对清政权的影响，庄妃的作用远远超过了其她四位后妃，被后人评价为清朝历史上最有作为的后妃。庄妃也是中宫皇后的亲侄女，关雎宫海兰珠的亲妹妹。庄妃以其卓越的政治才能，辅佐了三位皇帝成就大清的基业。康熙二十六年，庄妃病逝，享年75岁。成为清朝后宫中寿禄最长的女人。

大家看，在庭院的西南角立着的红色木杆称为索伦杆，木杆顶端有锡斗。满族人称它为“神杆”。它是用来喂养乌鸦的。那么游客们是不是会疑问，为什么满族要祭祀乌鸦呢?其实这于一个关于乌鸦的传说有关。满族的先祖有一次在被仇家追杀时，曾绝望的躺在地上，这时恰巧一群乌鸦落在他的身上。仇家经过此地，认为乌鸦是不会在有活人的地方停留的，就这样满族的祖先得救了。之后满族人为报答乌鸦救祖先一命的恩德，开始供奉乌鸦，祭祀的时候把猪的内脏放到锡斗里来供养乌鸦。

此刻呢，我们看到的就是在清宁宫后的这根烟囱，也是当年沈阳城内唯一的一根烟囱。寓意“一统江山”。大家数一下烟囱有多少层?……对一共有十一层，我告诉大家在十一层上方还有三块砖。那么这怎样讲哪?问大家一个小问题：清朝有多少位皇帝，又有多少位是寿终正寝的?……对清朝一共有12为皇帝。其中11位寿终正寝。末代皇帝溥仪只做了三年的皇帝。正好和这十一层零三块砖“一统江山”吻合。

好了，朋友们沈阳故宫我就为大家介绍到那里，期望我的讲解能给大家留下深刻的印象。此刻大家能够自由活动30分钟，30分钟之后，我们在正门集合。

有这样一位老人，李保国，投身太行扶贫工作近35年，几十年如一日，兢兢业业，勤勤勤恳恳，投身太行，他废寝忘食，夙兴夜寐，忘我工作，一心为民。为了带领太行人民脱贫致富，年事己高的他仍然老骥伏枥，志在千里，义无反顾扎根太行山，义务帮扶农民植树造林，艰苦奋斗，一干就是35年，指导建成实地面积数千亩果田，人均年收入达到了三万元，直接为人民增收35亿多元。

李保国是新时期共产党人的楷模。他常说，党把我培养成一个教授，就是让咱为老百姓过上好日子干点事，我是一名党员，理应带头把事情做得更好。他有强烈的大局观念，时刻听从党的召唤，1981年，刚刚大学毕业留校的李保国，第一时间报名参加了省委、省政府组织开展的太行山综合开发研究;1996年，河北中南部发生特大洪水后，他又率先报名参加省科技救灾组;20xx年，国家实施精准扶贫战略后，作为知名的山区治理专家，他积极为省委省政府建言献策，还亲自帮扶十几个驻村工作组开展工作。

李保国是脱贫攻坚的榜样。他教农民学科技，帮农民搞产业，为农民打品牌，在邢台县前南峪进行的山区小流域综合治理，将贫瘠干旱山地变成了“洋槐戴帽，果树缠腰，梯田抱脚”的生态经济沟;在内丘县岗底，他打造了“富岗”苹果品牌，苹果年收入达20xx多万元;在临城县凤凰岭，培育出全国知名的“绿岭”核桃，带动了太行山区百里优质核桃产业带的发展;在平山县葫芦峪，将“山水林田路”山区综合治理技术做成标准化模块，带动周边地区复制开发荒山近30万亩。他用科技的力量帮助10万多贫困群众走上致富之路，乡亲们都亲切地称他为“科技财神”“农民教授”“太行新愚公”。

郎琳生长在一个普通的农民家庭，在家排行老4，由于人口多，家境十分坚苦。因此，高中毕业后，辍学回家务农。面对家里的几亩薄田，他曾经感到过恢心，单凭几亩土地，也许再也没有出头之日，但是又一想，这片贫瘠的土地既然养活了父辈们，同样也能养活本身，就是种田，也要干出个样来。出门四处打工，周转很长一段时间也没什么起色，于是去云南省做手机修理工、开包子馒头店。开包子馒头店这件事使他欣喜若狂，赚了一小笔钱，这件事不单是使一个年仅23岁的他一下堆集了较为可观的资金，更重如果木立了他经商的信念，深信无论任何时侯，任何事情，只要肯于专心就有乐成的可能。

走出土地，寻觅商机、好男儿志在四方，外面的世界也许会更精彩。20xx年，他带着对城市生活的憧憬，怀着忐忑不安的表情，辞别了家乡，走进农民进城务工的行列，来到昆明市开始了创业的第二步，一次偶然的时机，在街头他看到了招收瓦厂技术员的广告，他敏锐地意识到时机来了，就立刻到书店购买了有关制瓦技术的书，连夜突击，第二天一大早就去面试，瓦厂厂长看他很在行，人又聪明，就聘用了他。郎琳边学边干，使瓦的质量大幅度提高，半年的光景，被提升为瓦厂的厂长助理，就这样，在昆明市站稳了脚跟。简朴的生活使本身有了20万元的积蓄的他，想用这笔钱做生意，没有朋友帮助，单靠本身在城里打天下，那太难了。因此他广交朋友，开扩视野，拓展思路，寻求发展的时机。

在人生发展中，总会遇到一些机缘，关键是每一个人对待机缘的态度和反映不一样。20xx年，郎琳为瓦厂催要欠款时，在昆明市结交了一位贵州砖场的朋友，从而产生了为瓦购买主机的想法，他赶紧与厂家取上联系，于是买下了一台主机，他很想自己创业。于是辞去砖厂职务，返回家乡。用积蓄买下养护架等设备，可以说，到此的他已非常开心了。

人生的独特的地方在于不松懈追求，前几步乐成并未让他感应满足，他时刻提醒自己，切不可有小富即安的心理，要尽可能地发挥才智，取得更大发展。20xx年，他决心再去大城市走一朝，可是，他发现在发达城市很难找到事业的落脚点，于是就把目光转向城镇，城镇的改革开放意识相对于落后，但是这里的卫生、科技、治安条件相对要好些，于是他踏上了城镇这块土地。凭着本身几年经营的经验，开了实兴乡青瓦厂，时间不负有心人，一年的时间 又赚了小笔资金。于是想到了自己的家乡。

大家都知道，我国有四大石刻艺术宝库。它们分别为甘肃敦煌得莫高窟，山西大同得云冈石窟，甘肃天水得麦积山石窟，而另一个呢，就是我们今天要去参观得龙门石窟了。龙门石窟位于洛阳市南13公里处，行车约40分钟，那里不仅是著名得历史名胜，而且是自然风光很迷人得地方。整个龙门石窟由两山组成，一山为香山，因古代得时候，山上长有一种含香味得植物而得名。唐代著名大诗人白居易就长眠与此，白居易晚年在洛阳居住了18年之久，名号为香山居士，逝世之后就葬在这座山得山脚下。另一座为西山，也是我们今天参观得主要景点。大多得造像，洞窟，刻碑，都是建在西山上得。相传两山本为一座山，大禹治水时，嫌其阻水淹田，就用一把大斧子把它劈成了两半，于是就成了两座山，两座山远远望去，就好像一个天然得门阙，中间又有一条伊河自南向北流过，故称伊阙。可谓两山对峙，伊水中流。龙门山色，自古就被喻为洛阳八大景之首，是洛阳地区最好得风景区。自唐代以来，皇帝被喻为真龙天子，凡是与皇帝有关得东西统统用龙来命名。比如皇帝穿得衣服叫龙袍，皇帝住得地方叫龙庭等等。那么，位于皇宫龙庭南面得门，就得名龙门。我们常常说一句话：“外行看热闹，内行看门道”。看景点也是如此，不管多著名得景点，如果你不了解它，不懂得它得背景，历史，意义，你就看不出个所以然来。甚至没什么好看得，仅仅只是到此一游而已。但是如果你掌握这些情况以后，你就会觉得你所看得东西是非常有价值得，是值得一看得，所以，在看龙门前，我给大家详细介绍一个龙门石窟。

龙门石窟，在北魏太和年间(447-499)北魏孝文帝迁都洛阳前后就在此营建，它不是一个朝代某一个时期兴建而成得，而是陆续开凿，经历了众多得朝代，相继大规模营建得。开凿时间长达400多年之久，距今已有1500多年得历史了，我们以前可能也看到很多景点，但那些大多都是明清或者后来重建得，而龙门石窟确实从1500年前遗留下来得。现有佛像十万余尊，佛窟，佛龛2100多个，碑刻题记3600多块，洞内造像多为唐代河北魏时期开凿得、其中唐代占三分之二，北魏占三分之一，大家可能会问，朝代不同，我们要怎么区分哪个朝代得呢?洞窟中虽然都是佛或菩萨，但它都有一个特点，就是跟当时得世俗相结合得，唐代呢，有一个众所周知得审美观点，就是以肥为美，当时人们认为胖才是美，像唐代得武则天啊，杨贵妃杨玉环啊，她们都是除了漂亮以为，都有一个共同得特征，就是丰满。所以，唐代得造像都有圆润丰满这样一个特点。等一下到龙门石窟以后，大家可以找一下，脸庞，肩膀，身材浑厚，圆润得那种就是唐代典型得造像，而北魏，则以瘦为美，北魏造像得特别是：瘦骨清风。所以高高瘦瘦得，很清秀得那种就是北魏得造像。在这里，我已经清楚得讲过了，所以到了龙门以后呢，我要考一考大家，看看你们能否分得出唐代和北魏得造像。
