二、值得肯定、令人感动的。

1.今年一年级新生的年龄限定在20__年8月31日前出生的。一年级三位班主任教师——阳小青、邓珊、钟丽，职责心强，细心地根据户口本对新生进行了报名工作，并耐心地对家长作了解说，保证了新生招生工作顺利进行。在后期的新生学籍信息采集工作中，三位班主任教师也用极大的耐心和细心，拔打了无数电话，确保了此项工作的圆满完成。

4.罗圆、廖婷两位教师生病住院期间，多位教师帮她们代了课，五十多岁的

许明香和刘小艳两名教师在那一周都代了六节课，体现了我校教师团结互助的精神。

5.参加县调演的几位女教师，克服困难，调好课程，每一天傍晚排练，从未耽误课程，未让教导处调过一节课。

6.刘金才教师每一天早晨和中午都在教室里辅导学生学习。

7.很多教师在课堂上能充分利分“班班通”设备上课，提高了课堂效率，其中刘建文教师使用次数较多。

三、提醒大家注意的

1.有个别教师开学两周后才开始打印学案，并且修改资料很少，一次打印了多个单元。网络资源丰富，但良莠不齐，期望教师们从网络下载优秀的学案，并修改成适合自我的教学方案。

2.在上课这一环节中有些问题要引起我们重视：

(1)有的教师在早读课时没有坚守课堂，或进课堂较迟，或到教室布置完任务后就离开了。其中异常要提出来警视大家的是，9月24日早读课时，四(4)班语文教师未能及时进入课堂，导致该班有4名学生爬围墙准备离开学校，如果不是及时被行政值日教师发现，后果将不堪设想。

(2)个别教师没有带学案进课堂。我们要向课堂四十分钟要质量，就必须课前充分备课，设计好学案，课堂按学案进行教学，做到有的放矢，教学中每个环节都心中有数。

(3)少数班级在上午或午时最终一节课时，有提前下课的现象，造成了教学秩序的一些混乱。期望这要引起教师的重视，异常是最终一节课是体育课的教师不能放羊式教学，下课前必须要集合点名，到时间才能宣布下课。

(4)极少数课堂出现了空堂的现象。请教师们记清楚的自我的课务，也请班主任提醒班长或学习委员，如果出现空堂的情景，要立即报告。

3.在县开学工作检查时，已经是第三周了，发现有教师连一本作文都还未批改。期望教师们作业布置要适量，且要及时全批全改，对学生的订正要有二次批改，并作好批改记录。批发学生作业时，要写有日期;作文批改要有眉批、等级和激励性评语;作业批改记录要记清时间、学生、问题等资料。
