我不断学习教育方面的知识同时坚持继续函授专业知识，且不断的探索两者更好的结合应用。并积极参加再教育学习，并赋予实践相结合，取得了初步的成效和发现了很多不足，遇到了很多困难。我坚持看书学习思考，认真总结，不断地攻破一个个的难题。
