我在政治上、思想上一直积极要求进步。进入__后，通过参加业余党校和入党积极分子培训班的学习，我对建设有中国特色的社会主义理论和党的基本路线有了较深刻的认识，树立了坚定的共产主义信念，并于20__年_月光荣加入了中国共产党。经过党组织1年预备期的考察，于20__年_月如期转为正式党员。我决心要做一名合格的、模范的共产党员，在学习、工作、思想上起带头作用，特别是在政治上起先锋模范作用。自入党以来，我时刻以共产党员的标准严格要求自己，拥护党的纲领，执行党的决议，履行党员的义务，遵守党的纪律，在群众中树立了一个共产党员的良好形象。我被评为北京大学20__度优秀共产党员，我觉得这是党组织对我工作的承认，同时也是对我的鞭策，促使我不断完善自己，更加努力地工作，能为祖国和人民做出更大的贡献。

在学习和科研工作之余，我还热心社会工作，积极为同学服务。上研究生后我主动承担起临时班长的职务，在新生入学的一系列工作中充分发挥自己“老生”的优势，热情周到地为同学服务。尽管学业和科研任务繁重，但为了配合院学生工作组老师做好学生工作，我服从组织安排，在团学联中担任学生工作助理。高度的责任心和使命感促使我在工作中勇挑重担，坚决地执行党的教育方针，认真完成好每一项工作任务，并注意在实践中学习、提高。

Respected Professors，Good afternoon! Im great honored to meet you here.Now allow me to give a brief self-introduction.

Im ，26 years old ， born in city ， Province.In the year of ，I entered University， majoring in Machincal Designing and Producing. During those 4 yearsstudy，I worked hard and I was always active in various activities. I gained the first scholarship for four times and I joined the Communist Party at the college.

After my graduation in June ，I worked in company. I got a position in the Technology Department the first year and I was involved in several internet projects， such as the one for College student Recruitment in Henan Province and the one for Computer Center in Mathmatics Department in Zhengzhou University. Owning to my hard work ，I was awarded the Best Newcomer Prize in the year . The next year， I was transferred into the Principal Customer Department， responsible for developing and strengthening a good relationship between the principal customers and my company. Two major customers， Henan Provincipal Department of Transportation and Henan Provincial Department of Personnel， are under my work.

However，with time going on ，the more I experienced， the clearer I realized that Im really interested in the Enterprise Management .I find many enterprises have the problem of an unmatched management to its developing speed . Im eager to learn more about management and I hope I can study further in this University.

So I resigned in August ， 20xx and started the way to pursuing my studies. After about half years hard work， Im finally standing before your honorable professors now. Im really excited. I have learntseveral professional basic courses,such as Design of Machinery,Theory of Machines and Mechanisms,Foundationmajor,of thus Machine leading to my Manufacturing professional Technology,through which I get a knowledge of my direction----Mechanotronics.What impressed me most this semester is the design of speed reducer.I applied almost what I have learnt to this Course Exercise.Filled with confidence,I attach great importance to self-discipline,to put my study and life in order.In my spare time,making friends is my constant persuit.I hope I can express myself to the fullest and bring my joy to others.I’m right here,trying to be the very person you need.
